중소벤처기업 스마트워크 특성이 조직혁신성에 미치는 영향: 디지털 리터러시와 세대 간 조절효과 (A Study on the Effects of Smart Work Characteristics of Small and Medium Venture Businesses on Organizational Innovation : Digital Literacy and Intergenerational Moderation Effect)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중소벤처기업 구성원을 대상으로 스마트워크 특성요인 중 지식공유행동, 자기효능감, 팀 협업, 직무자율성이 조직혁신성에 미치는 영향과 세대별/디지털 리터러시 수준에 따른 차이를 연구하고, 중소벤처기업의 조직혁신에 반영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제공하기 위함이다. 분석결과 지식공유행동과 팀 협업은 조직혁신성에 영향을 미치고 있고, 자기효능감, 직무자율성은 조직혁신성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조절효과로, 디지털 리터러시 수준에 따라 자기효능감과 팀 협업에서 차이를 보였고, 세대별로는 지식공유행동과 자기효능감, 팀 협업에서 차이가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소벤처기업의 스마트워크 환경 변화에 따른 조직혁신성의 중요한 영향 요인을 확인하여, 기업경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으며, 세대별/디지털 리터러시 수준의 차이에 따른 스마트워크 특성과 조직혁신성의 관계를 확인하고, 이를 통해 차별적인 역량개발과 활용방안을 강구하여야 조직혁신이 강화될 수 있다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

간호사와 사회복지사의 상호 협력에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Cooperation between Nurses and Social Workers)

  • Purpose: The study investigated the level of mutual cooperation among those engaged in public and private nursing and social welfare to understand contributing factors. Method: The subjects were 289 nurses and 279 social workers. The level of mutual cooperation between nurses and social workers was evaluated. taking into account related personal factors and organizational environmental factors. Results: The level of mutual cooperation between nursing and social welfare organizations showed the following sequence, in decreasing order; public nursing, public social welfare, private nursing and private social welfare personnel. The factors affecting nurses' cooperation with social welfare personnel were expected duties, understanding of social workers' service, service autonomy, service appropriateness, and the training environment of the organization. Factors influencing the level of cooperation of social workers with nurses included understanding of nursing service, understanding of the efficiency gained by cooperation, service appropriateness and the training environment of the organization. Conclusion: The development of training programs to increase the level of cooperation between the nursing and social welfare fields is strongly recommended.

Charter School Principals' Perception on Transformational Leadership Practices

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate charter school principals' perception on the transformational leadership practices in New York State. The data generating sample consisted of 44 charter school principals. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression were employed to analyze the data. The results were as follows: first, the transformational leadership practices of charter school principals were in the moderate to high categories, and the greatest gap was on Inspiring a shared vision leadership practice. Second, there were no statistically significant relationships between the leadership practices and the demographic variables of: gender, age, ethnicity, and level of education of principals. However, a positive relationship was found between both the Modeling the way and Encouraging the heart leadership practices and the educational level of charter school principals. Third, there was a significant relationship between the Inspiring a shared vision leadership practice of charter school principals and prior experience as a school principal.

여대생의 기본 심리 욕구와 진로미결정 간의 관계 (The Relationship between Psychological Basic Needs and Career Indecision)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between psychological basic needs(autonomy, competence, relatedness) based on self-determination theory and career indecision of female college students. The participants of this study were 1,060 female college students in B city. To analyze data, cannonical correlation analysis was performed. The results of this study are as follows: First, the level of psychological basic needs was generally high among research participants and there were significant differences depending on the grades. Second, the level of career indecision was generally low and there were also significant differences depending on the grades. Third, the result of cannonical correlation analysis showed significant negative relationship between psychological basic needs and career indecision. Discussions and suggestions related to the results were provided.

  • Lately, there has been a notable surge in the defense industry's efforts to develop highly advanced intelligent systems. These systems encompass sophisticated computing platforms that boast an impressive level of autonomy. However, it's important to acknowledge that these very systems are not impervious to vulnerabilities stemming from both hardware and software tampering. Within the context of this discourse, our focus of the survey is directed towards the hardware security module. This component stands out for its capability to offer a significantly heightened level of protection when compared to conventional software-based techniques. Through the lens of this paper, we embark on a comprehensive survey of Trusted Platform Module (TPM), a hardware security module, shedding light on its potential to fortify the defense against threats that emerge from various vectors of attack.

지역사회 거주 노인의 임종기 치료, 연명치료, 사전의료의향서에 대한 지식 (Knowledge regarding Advance Directives among Community-dwelling Elderly)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify the level of Korean elderly's knowledge regarding concepts of end-of-life (EOL), Life-sustaining-treatment (LST), and advance directives (AD) which are critical aspects for establishing AD in Korean society. Methods: A questionnaire survey was done between October 2011 and February 2012. Knowledge of AD was evaluated with 3 aspects including EOL, LST, and AD utilizing a questionnaire that was developed by authors for the study. Data were collected from 268 community dwelling elderly from three cities and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, and a Scheffe post hoc test with SAS Ver. 9.1 program. Results: Overall, Korean elderly were poorly acquainted with AD related concepts. Significant differences in awareness of AD including understanding of EOL, the level of comprehension of LST, and knowledge about AD were revealed by gender, education level, economic state, and acquaintance with terms of AD or LST. Conclusion: To acknowledge autonomy and support quality of life for elderly and to meet the purpose of AD, attention should be given to target populations including elderly in terms of knowledge level related to AD, social marketing, and infra structure relevant to practice AD in our society.

한국인의 복지의식 결정요인 연구: 국가의 공적책임에 대한 태도를 중심으로 (A Study on The Determinants of Koreans' Welfare Consciousness: Focusing on State's Responsibilities upon Public Agenda)

  • 이 연구는 한국인의 복지의식에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하는 작업의 연장선상에서, 과거 연구들이 의존해 왔던 경제적 변수들에서 어느 정도 탈피하여 최근 다양한 차원에서 논의되고 있는 사회적 신뢰가 개인의 복지의식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 경험적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 복지의식은 국가의 공적책임에 대한 태도를 통해 측정되었다. 마르크스주의적 계급결정론과 제도주의에 입각한 복지지위의 신정치 논리는, 물질적 이해관계에 의한 사회적 인식과 정치적 행위의 결정성을 강조한다는 측면에서 상대적으로 자유로운 사회적 의식의 작동 가능성을 인정하지 않는 모습을 보인다. 사회적 신뢰감은 공적제도에 대한 신뢰를 증가시키고 이는 국가의 복지제도에 대한 인식에 긍정적 효과를 가져 올 것이라는 가설을 토대로 분석한 결과 다른 모든 변수군을 통제한 상태에서도 사회적 신뢰는 응답자의 복지의식 에 정(positive)적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Influence of Rehabilitation Therapists Six Personality Factors on Job Stress and Turnover Intention

  • This study aimed to analyze the six personality factors of rehabilitation therapists and to identify the effects of these factors on their job stress and turnover intention. This study involved physical therapists and occupational therapists as rehabilitation therapists. A structured questionnaire was distributed to rehabilitation therapists, and 186 answered copies were used for data analysis. The results of the survey were as follows: Among the six personality factors, the rehabilitation therapists showed the highest level of honesty-humility and the lowest level of openness to experience. In terms of job stress, the subjects experienced the highest level of stress from job autonomy and the lowest level of stress from relationship conflict. In terms of turnover intention and work motivation reduction, the subjects scored above the median points, showing their high levels of turnover intention. In addition, higher levels of extraversion and agreeableness in the rehabilitation therapists led to a statistically significant reduction in their turnover intention and a statistically significant decrease in most of their job stress factors. Based on these results, organizational management aimed at increasing the personality factors of extraversion and agreeableness is necessary as a measure to effectively manage rehabilitation therapists' job stress and turnover intention.

119구조·구급대원의 직업만족도에 관한 연구 -전국을 대상으로- (A study on 119 Rescue and First aids' satisfaction level of Occupation)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the 119 rescue and first aid's satisfaction level for their occupations, understand the influential factors of the satisfaction level and also analyze the level of each working districts. Therefore to provide basic information of policy decisions to increase the satisfaction level. Date were collected from 400 national the 119 rescue and first aids by questionnaire and using the tools, which has developed by Slavitt, from August 2 to September 30, 2002. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean t-test and ANOVA. Divided 39 items into 7 provinces to find out the satisfaction level of each province, follow as the influential factors of the satisfaction level. 1. The most of the 119 rescue and first aids were satisfying about their occupations as they got 3.02 marks out of 5, which is the full mark. 2. As the results after analyzed the relation ship between the satisfaction level and the general characteristics of analyzed the relation ship between the satisfaction level and the general characteristics of the 119 rescue and first aids, there were not statistically significant differences of sex distinction, age, scholarship, not married and has or have married, grade and qualification. There were statistically significant differences follow as working period, applying motive, moving, seeking a job, working place, an adviser, work overtime and compensation follow as work overtime. 3. It appeared that all the 119 rescue and first aids were satisfying enough about duty itself but were dissatisfying about working condition. As the results; job itself got 4.00, reciprocal action got 3.74, business demand got 3.28, autonomy got 3.06, organization demand got 2.96, pay got 2.43 and working condition got 1.72, each out of 5 full marks. As you see the results, most of the 119 rescue and first aids are satisfying about a job itself but they are dissatisfying about their working condition. Therefore we should formulate a plan that can increase the satisfaction level by improving duty system for 24 working hours per week.

모바일 핀테크 서비스에서 이용 가능한 인증 수단의 사용성, 안전성 분석 연구 (Usability and Security Analysis of Authentication Methods for Mobile Fin-Tech Services)

  • "공인인증서 의무 사용" 폐지에 따라 모바일 기반 금융 서비스의 자율성이 높아지면서 다양한 인증 수단이 제공되고 있다. 대표적인 인증 수단으로는 SMS, ARS, PIN, 텍스트 패스워드, 지문 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 통일된 모바일 환경에서 인증수단의 사용성, 안전성을 분석하였다. 사용성 평가에 있어서 SUS (System Usability Scale), 인터뷰를 통해 평가를 진행하였으며, NIST에서 제시한 전자인증가이드라인을 이용하여 각 인증 수단에 대한 안전성을 평가하였다. 연구 결과 지문 인식 기반 인증 수단이 가장 높은 사용성 등급을 나타내는 Excellent로 평가되었으며, 안전성 분석 결과에서도 지문 인식 기반 인증 수단이 Security Level 4를 획득하여 가장 안전한 인증 수단으로 평가되었다.
