자동차부품시장 및 품질인증부품제도 개선방안연구 (A Study on Improving the Automotive Parts Market and Quality Certification Parts System)

  • In this study, it was analyzed that it is necessary to clarify the quality certification parts system, to make certification codes mandatory for self-certification products that are normally distributed, and to conduct follow-up management so that prompt action and thorough management of test reports are necessary in case of defects. Big data-based data, the detailed number of parts replacement cases, parts cost by part group, share, average labor cost, calculated to analyze the detailed automobile parts industry, and automobile parts certification system and automobile parts market in major countries including Korea and Through the distribution structure analysis, improvement plans for the automobile quality certification parts system were derived.

  • Recently, the hydroforming technology has been recognized as a general technique in manufacturing industry, especially in automotive industry. Hydroforming is applied to increase strength, and to decrease weight, cost and parts. Hydroforming is based on the inflation of, for Instance, a tube, coupled with axial or radial compression and by subsequent expansion and sizing against the die wall. Expansion, axial feeding, calibration are important parameters in this process. In this paper, the effects of various parameters such as internal pressure, axial feeding and friction on hydroforming of automotive bumper rail have been considered.

자동차부품 유통기업의 서비스품질이 고객충성에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Service Quality on Customer's Loyalty in Automotive Parts Distribution Industry)

  • 자동차부품 유통산업은 2010년대 초반까지 제품의 매출 확대에만 집중하였을 뿐 유통 과정에서 발생되는 서비스 가치나 고객만족에 대해 큰 관심을 두지 않았다. 그러나 최근 시장 경쟁이 심화되면서 변화와 혁신이 요구됨에 따라 제품뿐만 아니라 서비스를 통한 만족, 신뢰, 충성 등 핵심 가치에 관심이 높아졌다. 이에 본 연구는 서비스품질과 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객충성 간의 관계를 파악하여 고객중심 서비스 마인드가 기업의 지속성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 342개의 자동차부품 대리점 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 측정모형과 구조모형은 모두 AMOS 23.0으로 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 서비스품질은 고객충성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 고객만족 및 고객신뢰가 서비스품질과 고객충성 사이를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 그 간 제품 품질에 관심을 두었던 자동차부품 도매점과 대리점 간에도 서비스품질이 고객만족, 신뢰와 충성을 이끌어 내는데 중요한 요소임을 밝히는데 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 지역 커버리지를 확대하여 서비스품질의 다양한 케이스를 통한 분석으로 개선 및 발전하기를 기대한다.

  • 최근 자동차시장은 친환경, 고연비, 무인자율주행을 앞세우고 빠르게 변해가고 있다. 자동차시장에서 국내 자동차산업이 성장하기 위해서는 IT, 마케팅, 광고/홍보, 생산/제조, 유통 등 다양한 기업들이 융 복합된 글로벌가치사슬(GVC) 생산시스템을 더욱 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 자동차산업에서 부품중소업체들이 글로벌 완성차업체의 GVC내로 진입하기 위한 지원 방안을 찾아보고 이를 위해 GVC내 완성차업체와 부품업체 사이의 현황과 협력관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 또한 자동차산업의 완성차업체 GVC내 부품중소기업들이 진입하는데 필요한 정책방향을 현실성 있고 지원 가능한 방안을 찾아보는 것이다. 자동차산업에서 완성차업체의 GVC내로 부품중소기업이 진입하기 위해서는 GVC를 운영하는 대기업의 특성과 지배구조를 이해하고 맞춤형 전략을 수립해야 한다.

매쉬심 합체박판을 이용한 자동차 Bumper beam의 성형기술에 관한 연구 (The study for the forming technology of Automobile Bumper beam using the Tailored Blank of Mash Seam Welding)

  • In recent automotive industry, vehicle weight can be reduced by one-step forming of tailored blanks welded with two or more sheets of metal blanks. Tailored blank(TB) welding is a production method for blanks involving welding together materials of different quality, thickness, and coating, and has proved popular in fabrication automotive parts. This paper deals with the forming characteristics of mash seam welded tailored blanks. Using these forming characteristics, the bumper beam was developed using the mash seam welded tailored blank with the different thickness. We performed the forming simulation with respect to strain distribution on blank during the stamping of the bumper rail part. Based on these results, we made some stamping tryouts with selected types of blank designs to investigate the formability of tailored blank with different thickness. During the tryouts, we knew that it was important the BHF(Blank Holding Force). We obtained to reducing 10.5% weight and cost with adapting the bumper beam of automotive component using the tailored blank of mash seam welding.

박판 페어 하이드로포밍 공정의 성형성 향상을 위한 다단 성형 공정의 개발 (Improvement of Formability in the Multi-Stage Sheet Pair Hydroforming Process)

  • In the automotive industry hydroforming of sheet metal pairs have received special attention because materials for various sheet metal components of vehicles have changed into the high strength steel, aluminum, and titanium blank having low formability. Uniform deformation over the whole region is a main advantage in the sheet hydroforming process. Because upper and lower parts could be produced simultaneously with one tool, hydroforming of sheet metal pairs is competitive in reducing the lead-time and development cost. In this paper, the multi-stage hydroforming process of sheet pair is proposed in order to increase the formability of a structural part like the oil pan shape. The upper die for forming oil pan shape is divided into two parts which can move separately. By the finite element simulation, the design parameters such as geometry of the tool and detailed specification of hydraulic pump were calculated and verified. For the strict comparison of the proposed process, the blank holding force is kept to a constant value during deformation by hydraulic valve. The deformed shape and strain distribution of the manufactured parts with the proposed process are compared with the results of simulation. In the multi-stage hydroforming process, maximum thickness strain was improved by more than 30 percent.

  • Compression molding is widely used process for the industrial forming of fiber reinforced plastic articles. Its applications are of an extreme variety and the products range from large parts, such as used in the automotive industry to much smaller objects. In this paper, distribution of fiber orientation by the image processing method for rib type compression molded products of each fiber content is measured. And the effects of fiber content, product size on the orientation state are discussed.

  • The superplastic forming/diffusion bonding(SPF/DB) is widely used in the automotive and aerospace industry because it has great advantage to produce complex, light and strong parts. But the superplastic forming process requires much forming time and generates excessive thinning in the thickness distribution of formed part. It is necessary to minimize trial and error for SPF/DB Process. Finite element analysis using $L_{18}$ orthogonal may table of Taguchi method for 3-Sheet D/B process is carried out. Through the study, effect of process parameters, such as DH region size, thickness and friction coefficient, is evaluated and the optimum condition is derived.
