국내 수소충전소의 적정 용량 분석 (Study on the Optimum Capacity Analysis for Hydrogen Fueling Station in Korea)

  • At present, hydrogen is emerging as a future energy source based on environment-friendly aspect, creation of new industry, and enhancement of domestic energy security. In accordance with it, the world's leading automobile companies are focusing on the development and commercialization of hydrogen electric vehicle technology, and each country is strengthening its hydrogen fueling station deployment strategy for its own country. Furthermore, the supply of hydrogen fueling stations is actively promoting under national support. More than 500 hydrogen fueling stations are being constructed, operated and planned around the world. The introduction of hydrogen energy is also progressing in Korea, by announcing road-map to supply hydrogen electric vehicles and hydrogen fueling stations by year. However, there is insufficient discussion on the capacity of hydrogen fueling station in Korea. Therefore, this study suggests the optimum capacity of hydrogen fuelling station for domestic hydrogen economy.

차량 전원 안정성 향상을 위한 Diagnosis System 채택 Intelligent Smart Junction Box 개발 (Development of Diagnosis System Adopted Intelligent Smart Junction Box for Improving Vehicular Power Safety)

  • These days the automobile industry, which has rapidly progressed, has been an indispensable part in social and economic activities as well as its research and development have been activated in response to various needs of consumers and markets. The second and third generation control system, getting count on safety and convenience differently than early circuits, cause the hypertrophy of wire harness. The J/Box(Junction Box), which distributes power and wires, was developed to solve the problem. As vehicles have been better in quantity and intelligence, however, environment-friendly electric apparatus system has continuously increased and ITS(Intelligent Transport System) has been introduced in earnest. In result, wires got complicated and multilateral and also there has been a stronger probability that vehicles are out of order due to various problems including mechanical failure. In this study, ISJB(Intelligent Smart Junction Box) was introduced to solve the problem. The diagnosis system was applied to prevent the overload and short of ISJE. Also, the state of vehicles displayed so that drivers monitor it in motion. Likewise error data are saved in the memory so that such data can be analyzed retrospectively. The busbar was adopted in to the main power terminal and the part of power pattern was coverd by lead. Because ISJB is more sensitive to heat in comparison to the busbar type J/Box. With regard the circuits related with safe, alternative circuits were set up in order that electronic devices may be normally operated even when an error arises. ISJB is expected to improve the safety and quality of vehicles.

대응출력 220마력 선박용 과급기에 의한 디젤기관의 출력향상 및 배출특성에 관한 연구 (A study on power improvement emission characteristics of marine diesel engine with response power 220HP turbocharger)

  • 최근 높은 출력을 요구하는 각종 산업분야에서 사용되고 있는 디젤엔진의 효율을 높이기 위해 대응출력 220HP 과급기를 장착한 디젤엔진과 자연흡기식 디젤엔진을 동일한 조건에서 동력계와 배출가스 분석기를 통해 동력특성 및 배출가스 특성을 실험한 논문이다. 자연흡기식 디젤엔진과 과급기를 장착한 디젤엔진을 실험한 결과, 저속에서의 동력특성의 차이는 적었으나 고속에서의 동력특성은 과급기를 장착한 엔진의 출력과 효율이 증가한다는 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 이와는 반대로 배출가스 특성에서는 과급기를 장착한 모델에서 $NO_X$$O_2$등의 배출가스가 증가되었으나 $CO_2$의 저감과 동력 특성 증가의 효율을 볼 때 배출가스의 증가치는 적다고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 과급기가 장착된 디젤엔진이 자연흡기식 엔진 대비 효율성 면에서 경제성이 높다라고 예측된다.

건강검진을 받은 근로자들의 체성분검사 교차분석 보고 (A Report on a Crosstabulation Analysis of a Body Composition Test of Workers)

  • Objectives: This study was designed to analyze the results of body composition test by Oriental medical examination. The subjects were workers in the automobile manufacturing industry. Methods: The subjects consisted of 24,077 industrial workers who had received Oriental medical examination and completed questionnaires about drinking history and smoking history, during 9 months from March to November. They were categorized by sex, age, job class, drinking history and smoking history. The percentage of body fat(%BF) and abdominal obesity(AO) were measured by using bioelectrical impedance analysis (Jawon Medical, Seoul, Korea). We analyzed the relationship between sex, age, job class, drinking history, smoking history and %BF and AO using x$^2$-test of the SPSS Ver. 14.0. Results: Regarding the relationship between sex and %BF, AO, there was statistically significant difference as men had a significant higher level of %BF and AO than women. There was a positive correlation between age and both %BF and AO. Workers in their 40s especially showed a high level of AO. In job class, office workers and sales personnel were apt to have a higher level of %BF and AO than factory workers. %BF and AO of the drinker group showed a higher level than the non-drinker group. On the other hand, %BF and AO of the non-smoker group were higher than those of the smoker group. Conclusions: Companies should manage obesity closely and educate the workers to quit smoking for their health promotion. Furthermore, continuous health checkups need to be done systematically.

  • 지난 몇 년 동안 사물지능통신(Machine to Machine, M2M) 어플리케이션은 무선업계에서 뜨거운 화제가 되고 있다. 사물지능통신 어플리케이션이 (건강, 농업, 상업, 산업, 소매, 유틸리티 등) 다양한 용도(스마트 홈, 스마트 촉광/전기계량기, 차량관리, 모바일 인력, 자동차보험, 자동판매기 등)에 대한 많은 분야에서 사용할 수 있지만 스마트 계량 어플리케이션 또는 스마트 그리드는 오늘날의 사물통신 시장에서 가장 큰 성장 잠재력을 나타낸다. 사물통신은 다양한 네트워크와 기기가 결합하여 복합적인 서비스를 제공하는 미래의 통신망 기술로 복합적인 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 센서 시스템들 사이에 표준화된 정보 교환 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 정보통신기술을 이용한 재난방재시스템에 관한 산업간 융합, 재난정보통신에 필요한 요소기술 및 응용에 대하여 연구한다.

  • 점용접은 자동차 산업에서 차체 구조물의 대표적 접합방법으로서 차량에 피로하중이 작용할 경우 구조물 전체의 파손 발생이전에 점용접부 일부에 조기 피로파손의 발생가능성이 존재한다. 이러한 점용접부의 국부적 파손은 차량 구조물의 동적 반응 및 이에 따른 피로거동의 변화를 야기할 가능성이 존재한다. 따라서 차량과 같이 스펙트럼하중을 받는 구조물의 피로수명 평가를 위해서는 이러한 점용접부의 국부적 파손에 의한 동적 반응의 변화를 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 점용접부의 누적피로손상으로 인한 동적반응의 변화를 고려한 진동피로해석을 수행하였다. 이에 필요한 S-N 선도는 전단 점용접 시험편에 대한 일정진폭 피로시험을 통하여 획득하였다. 또한 스펙트럼하중하의 점용접부의 피로수명은 유한요소해석에 기반한 진동피로해석을 통하여 평가하였다.

A3003-O 알루미늄 소재의 프레스 성형성에 대한 연구 (A study on press plasticity of A3003-O aluminum material)

  • People's interest in the environmental problems of the Earth is growing as they come to the modern world, and research is being actively conducted on how to protect the environment. As a result, the automobile industry, one of the causes of environmental pollution, is also affected. Therefore, research is being conducted to improve the fuel economy and light weight of cars, development of pollution-free cars such as electric cars, and aluminium materials that are lighter than ordinary steel sheets and easier to recycle are gaining attention. In this experiment, the material was formed to form a form of aluminium and the material reduction rate of the side wall of the foam was tested according to the amount of side wall. The material used in the experiment was A3003-O, which is less plastic than normal steel plates, but has excellent corrosion resistance, plasticity and weldability compared to aluminium materials, but has poor tensile strength. For tensile testing, a certain array of Forming Shapes was molded and the height of the Forming was set to 5mm, and the height of the Forming was 4.7mm, indicating that the difference between the first 5mm Forming and the height was not large. In addition, the material reduction rate was tested by giving 15, 0, and -0.15 teas, respectively, and was found to be valuable as a product only for -0.15.

  • The biggest topics in the automobile industry are light weightening and fuel efficiency improvement. There's a lot of research going on. It is focused on light weight materials. Light weight material is seen as the best way to reduce fuel consumption and to solve the problem of environmental pollution and resource depletion. For the light weight materials, new materials such as aluminum, magnesium, and carbon-hardening materials can be found. Research on the joining techniques of dual materials, improvement of material properties by improving the method of manufacture of existing materials, and studies on ultra-high strength steel sheets are expected to take up the most weight in lightweight materials. As the strength of the ultra-high strength steel sheets increases during forming, it is difficult to obtain dimensional precision due to the increase in elastic restoring force compared to mild or high strength steel sheets. Spring back is known to be affected by a number of factors due to poor plastic molding, and can be divided into the effects of the material spraying and the process. The study on the plasticitic variables were studied as plasticitic factors that can be controlled by a part company. Tensile testing of ultra-high strength materials was conducted to derive properties for plasticitic analysis and to analyze spring back with two factors controlling the height of the bead and blank holding force by adding tensile force and controlling the flow rate.

컴퓨터 시뮬레이션(CAE)을 이용한 자동차용 리어 서브-프레임의 하이드로-포밍 공정 개발 (Hydro-forming Process of Automotive Rear Sub-frame by Computer Simulation (CAE))

  • The hydroforming technology has been spreaded dramatically in automotive industry last 10 years. Itmay cause many advantages to automotive applications in terms of better structural integrity of the parts, lower cost from fewer part count, material saving, weight reduction, lower springback, improved strength and durability and design flexibility. In this study, the whole process of rear sub-frame parts development by tube hydroforming using steel material having tensile strength of 440MPa grade is presented. At the part design stage, it requires feasibility study and process design aided by CAE (Computer Aided Design) to confirm hydroformability in details. Effects of parameters such as internal pressure, axial feeding and geometry shape in automotive rear sub-frame by hydroforming process were carefully investigated. Overall possibility of hydroformable sub-frame parts could be examined by cross sectional analyses. Moreover, it is essential to ensure the formability of tube material on every forming step such as pre-bending, preforming and hydroforming. In addition, all the components of prototyping tool are designed and interference with press is examined from the point of geometry and thinning.

  • The use of ultra high strength steels (UTSS) is a natural result with increasing the demands for the lightweight materials and developing an innovative steel technology. Recently it has been used a 1500MPa grade hot stamping steel as automobile bodies, reinforcement parts, and seat frame parts in the automotive industry. It is a quenchenable steel manufactured by hot stamping process. It is well known that UTSS welding has softening in the heat affected zone(HAZ). Because welding is a sort of process applying heat, it should change the heat treated features and degrade the strength. This study was performed to investigate the influence of the heat input on the softening of the HAZ in the GMAW process. Each experiment was compared with that in the conditions having a different current and voltage at a same heat input. In order to analysis characteristics of the HAZ, optical microscope was used to observe microstructure and vickers hardness tests were carried out across the welds. Applying low heat input means a fast cooling rate. It leads to high hardness in the HAZ. It is found that characteristics of the HAZ are determined by microstructure obtained by different cooling rate.
