  • Most companies in automobile part industry need a SCM (Supply Chain Management) system under the cooperation with suppliers for assembling a automobile. Automobile part industry has a industry feature of hierarchical structure like 1st, 2nd, 3rd vendors. Recently, new cases to implement RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology appear in various areas required for integrated information system. Especially, supply chain environment in automobile part industry turns toward ubiquitous computing environment. Most companies in automobile part industry are interested in implementing RFID-based supply chain management system, which makes them shorten the business process, share the transaction information, and enhance the collaborative relationship between trading partners. This paper intends to implement RFID technology in the physical distribution area of automobile part industry such as warehousing, delivering, inventory management. The purpose of this paper is to improve the collaborative relationship of supply chain network using RFID applied to u-SCM system in ubiquitous computing environment. The contribution of this paper is to suggest a new system approach to transform existing business process into new business process through designing and implementing a RFID based SCM system using UML techniques.

Selecting Optimal Design Condition based on Automobile Ride Satisfaction Using Mahalanobis Taguchi System (Mahalanobis Taguchi System을 이용한 자동차 승차감 만족도를 고려한 설계조건 선정에 관한 연구)

  • Mahalanobis Taguchi-System (MTS) has been used in different diagnostic applications to make quantitative decisions by constructing a multivariate system using data analytic methods without any assumption regarding statistical distribution. MTS performs Taguchi's fractional factorial design based on the Mahahlanobis distance as a performance metric. In this study, MTS used for analyzing automotive ride satisfaction, which measured as a CSR(Customer Satisfaction Rating). The automobile which has a good CSR score treated as a normal group for constructing Mahalanobis space. The results of this research show that two attribute (Impact Hardness and Memory Shake) have a minus gain value and can be removed from further analysis. With the linear regression model, the difference of CSR between using all 6 attributes and just using significant 4 attributes compared.

  • The purpose of this study was to confirm the reasons why the medical institutes avoid the traffic accident victims covered by the automobile insurance. For this purpose, a university hospital was sampled to comparatively analyze days of hospitalization, average medical cost per day, ratio of optional medical cost, average cost by injury/age group/department, distribution of MRI photographing, etc., between health insurance and automobile insurance patients. Accordingly, in order to assure automobile patients of a reasonable rights of medical services, it is deemed necessary to arrange a fair system encouraging them reduce the days of their hospitalization as well as a complementary mechanism preventing unnecessary expensive medical services due to the hazard.

Single-Center Retrospective Study on the Status of Korean Medicine Automobile Insurance Treatment and Usage of Main Pharmacopuncture (단일 한의원 교통사고 환자 258례에 대한 한방치료 효과 후향적 연구)

  • In South Korea, traffic accident patients can be treated under automobile insurance coverage. This study investigated the status of Korean medicine (KM) Automobile insurance system and usage status of main pharmacopuncture in KM clinic which reported that the largest number of automobile insurance fee claims among medical institutions. We surveyed 258 traffic accident patients who were treated at Namsangcheon KM clinic from 2014 to 2018 according to medical chart. The majority of the patients were male and thirties. In traffic accident situation, the highest distribution was car to car crash with 85.66% and 66.67% of the patients visited in the most acute phase. The most frequent treatment period was within 4 weeks and the number of treatments was 10 or less with 72.87%. In total results of treatment, the distribution was exellent with 10.08%, good with 46.90%, fair with 27.13% and poor with 15.89%, and the effective rate was 84.11%. Of the 242 patients who received pharmacopunture, 91.5% were treated with HO, which was named after Honghwaja and TA, which was named after traffic accidents, and there were significant differences in the number of treatments and symptom improvement between the two groups. In this study, we confirmed the status of automobile insurance treatment and usage of main pharmacopuncture of single KM clinic with symptom improvement. This study can be regarded as one of the basis of KM treatment for the rapidly growing automobile insurance market.

경쟁력제고를 위한 한국 자동차산업의 최적 유통구조에 대한 소고

  • The automobile industry in Korea has grown to the fifth in the world in terms of production capacity. In spite of the production growth, the marketing aspects such as distribution and customer service in the auto industry are still behind the world-class. Thus, the major purposes of this paper are as follows. The first is to analyze competitive structure of the industry and to compare distribution strategies of the major auto firms(Hyundai, Daewoo, and Kia). The second is to theoretically explain the transition from the vertical marketing system to the dealer system using transaction cost analysis. The third is to compare auto distribution channels in Korea with those in the U.S. and Japan. Finally, an optimal channel stucture in the auto industry is suggested after reviewing five alternative channel structures such as corporate-owned VMS, sales-specializing firm, multiplex system(VMS+limited dealer system), dual sales channel, and advanced dealer system. In the short-run, sales-specilizing firm was suggested as an optimal channel system to enhance customer satisfaction by integrating sales and customer service. In the long-run, advanced dealer system through regional differentiation was desirable for an optimal channel structure by organically integrating new car sales, used car sales, and after service to provide total marketing service to customers.

The automobile which has a good BFI score treated as a normal group for constructing Mahalanobis space. The results of this research show that two attributes (Pre load & Max deceleration) have a minus gain value and can be removed from further analysis. The difference of MD value between using all 9 attributes and just using significant attribute compared.

A Study on the Time-Dependent Bonus-Malus System in Automobile Insurance

  • Bonus-Malus system is generally constructed based on claim frequency and Bayesian credibility model is used to represent claim frequency distribution. However, there is a problem with traditionally used credibility model for the purpose of constructing bonus-malus system. In traditional Bonus-Malus system adopted credibility model, individual estimates of premium rates for insureds are determined based solely on the total number of claim frequency without considering when those claims occurred. In this paper, a new model which is a modification of structural time series model applicable to counting time series data are suggested. Based on the suggested model relatively higher premium rates are charged to insured with more claim records.

There is one car and want to be driving a car A/S parts supplier smoothly for many years and that it is often the case if it is not supplied in a timely fashion, it is a reality that many eonseong hear from customers. Comparison to Automobile Pilot Lamp by Accelerated Life Test (가속수명시험을 통한 자동차용 파일럿램프의 비교평가)

  • In this paper, we compared domestic with foreign pilot lamps installed on the instrument board or electronic modules (car audio, air-conditional system, etc.) of an automotive vehicle by an accelerated life test in order to estimate the life of domestic pilot lamps. An accelerated life test method was developed and the relation of the life and voltage stress was analyzed. The main results are as follows; i) $B_{10}$ life of pilot lamp is above 5,000 hours, vehicle travel time for 10 years. ii) the life of domestic pilot lamp is longer than that of foreign thing. iii) the life distribution of domestic pilot lamp is wider than that of foreign thing. iv) it is possible to promote import replacement of automobile pilot lamp.

  • Exhaust system by reinforcement of environment regulation came to the foe study necessity. And Exhaust system has necessary to increase the engine performance and silence. From this cause, Automobile has significantly considered production expense. this study makes process for checking the characteristics about Exhaust variable valve within muffler. Variable valve might reduce the baffle within muffler, It was possible to remove the front muffler. Therefor, To miniaturize a size of muffler might be increased by performance through cost-cutting effect and controling of back pressure. Because the Study on Variable valve installed within muffler, to measure the real data was hardly resulted one of the assignments. From manufactured conduct device, might measure data one of piece which was up-graded of problem. Considering to these point, stressed pressure distribution has analyzed on cross section, floating characteristics about velocity distribution around variable valve using analysis as computational fluid dynamics of Ansys with completed measurement data.
