자동변속기내 체크밸브의 모델링 및 최적화 연구 (A Study on the Modeling and Optimization of Check Valve in Automatic Transmission)

  • The operating characteristics of the check valve in the clutch piston of an automatic transmission have a great effect on the shifting performance. This paper addresses the modeling, dynamic analysis, and optimization of the check valve. It was found that the vortex causes a pressure drop, which is related to the rotating speed of the clutch piston, oil volume discharged from the check valve, and valve geometry. Maximizing the oil volume discharged, geometry of the check valve is optimized. The results can be used to design an improved check valve which provides a suitable oil pressure curves for achieving smoother shifting.

  • This paper deals with the middleware and S/W development of real time automatic attendance check management system using ubiquitous 900Mhz RFID(Radio Frequency Identification). This system supports the real time automatic attendance check and necessary data processing in class management. We expect to decrease the effort for class management and to upgrade the status of real time management of class.

  • A method for automatic check of omitted design item in structural calculation document of steel box bridges is proposed. A method for automatic check of omitted design item in structural calculation document of steel box bridges is proposed. Information processing for the proposed method is divided into two steps: automatic generation of document structure in XML Schema Definition (XSD) format and extract omitted design items by using the XML Schema matching technique. The automatic omitted element filter is developed on the basis of the proposed method, and the accuracy of the developed module is examined with case study subjected to existing structural calculation document samples.

  • This paper presents a method for automatic generating of check sheet to measure deep-drawn sheet metal. By using polyhedral model of CAD, the proposed procedure calculates measuring points automatically. The results of measure are exported to MS-Excel. The proposed method is implemented by API functions and C language using SPEED plus CAD/CAM system and MS-Window OLE.

  • This paper presents an efficient reengineering technique for the logistics process innovation which is the foundation of supply-chain management. Based on consulting experience on the domestic manufacturing firms, this paper provides promotion step for logistics innovation and six reengineering points including check system for customer's credit limit, check system of real-time inventory information, automatic system for sequential production plan, automatic order-release system, automatic packing system, and happy-call system for order-forward information. For each reengineering point, application cases in domestic industry are also presented.

  • In this paper, the modeling and analysis of dynamic characteristics has been carried out for friction clutches and brakes in an automatic transmission. From the operating oil pressure generated by the valve-body, time delay by check valve and the movement of piston has been examined. Also torque capacity and torque transferred at the clutch is studied. Heat capacity and temperature distribution at the reaction plate of clutch are codeled by time-dependent, nonhomogeneous partial differential equation, and brake torque, brake time, and the amount of heat generated are investigated. It is found that the time delay at the check valve is very short but dominant at the spool.

  • Asian Dust is a meteorological phenomenon that sand particles are raised from the arid and semi-arid regions-Taklamakan Desert, Gobi Desert and Inner Mongolia in China-and transported by westerlies and deposited on the surface. Asian dust results in a negative effect on human health as well as environmental, social and economic aspects. For monitoring of Asian Dust, Korea Meteorological Administration operates 29 stations using a continuous ambient particulate monitor. Kim et al. (2016) developed an automatic quality check (AQC) algorithm for objective and systematic quality check of observed PM10 concentration and evaluated AQC with results of a manual quality check (MQC). The results showed the AQC algorithm could detect abnormal observations efficiently but it also presented a large number of false alarms which result from valid error check. To complement the deficiency of AQC and to develop an AQC system which can be applied in real-time, AQC has been modulated. Based on the analysis of instrument status codes, valid error check process was revised and 6 status codes were further considered as normal. Also, time continuity check and spike check were modified so that posterior data was not referred at inspection time. Two-year observed PM10 concentration data and corresponding MQC results were used to evaluate the modulated AQC compared to the original AQC algorithm. The results showed a false alarm ratio decreased from 0.44 to 0.09 and the accuracy and the probability of detection were conserved well in spite of the exclusion of posterior data at inspection time.

SMS 부호화 복호화 모듈 검증 방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Verification Scheme of SMS Encoding and Decoding Module)

  • 본 논문에서는 3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project)에서 정의한 SMS PDU (Protocol Data Unit) 포맷을 주어진 SMS 부호화 복호화 모듈에서 정확하게 구현했는지 검증하는 방법을 제안한다. 기존 SMS 관련 도구들은 SMS 게이트웨이를 통해 송수신하거나 또는 SMS PDU 해석을 목적으로 개발되어 3GPP에서 정의한 세부 SMS PDU 규격에 따라 정확히 구현했는지 테스트하는 용도로는 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 함수형 언어 Haskell로 작성된 QuickCheck 라이브러리를 활용해 3GPP에서 정의한 구조에 맞는 SMS PDU 테스트 데이터를 자동 생성하여 SMS 부호화 복호화 모듈을 테스트한다. C언어로 작성된 리눅스 모바일 플랫폼 SMS 모듈에 적용하여 이 모듈의 부호화 복호화 기능을 테스트한 결과 BCD 포맷 시간 정보를 잘못 해석하는 사례 등 중요한 오류들을 발견할 수 있었다. 제안한 방법은 3GPP에서 정의한 규격에 맞추어 SMS PDU를 생성하기 때문에 일반적인 SMS 모듈들에 모두 적용 가능한 장점을 지닌다. 본 논문에서 사용한 방법과 같이 QuickCheck 라이브러리를 통해 다른 네트워크 프로토콜 데이터 규격에 대한 부호화 복호화 검증에도 응용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 원격 검침 시스템의 수용가에서는 검침기, 집중기, 중계기 등의 효율적인 구성이 필요하다. 최소 스타이너 트리는 스타이너 포인트를 도입하여 최소 비용으로 모든 입력 노드들을 연결한다. 본 논문에서는 반복적으로 생성된 근사 최소 스타이너 트리를 활용하여, 원격 검침 시스템의 검침기, 집중기, 중계기를 효율적으로 배치하고 연결하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법에서 입력 노드와 스타이너 포인트는 원격 검침시스템의 검침기, 집중기, 중계기로, 선분은 이들 사이의 연결로 대응되며, 이들의 적절한 처리를 통해 유 무선 방식의 원격 검침 시스템을 위한 효율적인 네트워크를 구축할 수 있다. 본 연구의 실험에서, 1000개의 입력 노드와 200개의 한 노드 당 최대 연결인 환경에서, 제안된 방법에 의해 생성된 원격 검침 시스템 네트워크는 최소 신장 트리로 생성된 네트워크와 비교하여 약 19.1%의 네트워크 길이의 절감율을 보였다.

머신비전을 이용한 PWM Shaft의 자동검사 시스템 개발 (Development of an Automatic Inspection System for PWM Shaft Using Machine Vision)

  • In this paper, in order to overcome shortcomings of manual inspection for the automotive PWM Shaft, we developed an automated inline inspection system. The automated inline inspection system consists of the work feeder unit, conveying unit, outer diameter check unit, run-out and roundness check unit, machine vision, defective separation unit and status alarm unit. We used the machine vision system for automatic inspection process and designed the inline systems for automatic feeding and selecting process. Also the repeated operation test was performed in order to verify the precision and reliability of the proposed automated inline inspection system.
