부산시 환경소음 자동측정망 설치위치의 적정성에 관한 연구 (Study on Adequate Positioning of Environmental Noise Automatic Measuring System in Busan)

  • 부산시 환경소음수준의 연속적 측정이 가능한 소음자동측정 망의 합리적 설치 운영은 부산시의 정온한 환경구축 정책 수립을 위한 중요한 관건이 될 수 있다. 도시 내의 환경소음 수준은 지역 환경수준에 영향을 미치는 제반 요인들의 복합적 작용에 의하여 결정된다. 따라서 정확한 환경소음수준의 측정이 선결되어야만 올바른 환경소음 개선대책의 수립과 추진이 가능하다. 현재 국내에서는 환경소음 실태파악 및 소음저감정책 기초 자료의 확보를 위해 최근에 소음자동측정 망을 구축 중에 있다. 또한 소음측정 망이 설치 운영되는 지역의 경우 측정망 자료의 공개를 통하여 해당 지역의 환경소음 수준을 표시하고 있으나, 측정결과가 시민들이 느끼는 체감 소음을 제대로 반영하지 못하는 것으로 인식되고 있다. 가장 주된 논거는 측정 자료의 신뢰성 부족과 측정망의 불합리한 설치장소로 요약할 수 있다. 본 연구는 현재 부산시 지역에 설치되어 있는 8개 소음자동측정 망의 설치 운영실태 분석에 주안점을 두고 있다.

  • Currently domestic criteria for the aircraft noise is being adapted WECPNL(weighted equivalent continuous perceived noise level), while internationally preferred method is $L_{dn}$ which is based on from $L_{eq}$ and can also evaluate environmental noise. WECPNL used in domestic as an evaluation metric is only for the aircraft noise. It is, therefore, not adequate for the evaluation of residents' injury, moreover, it is very difficult to measure the aircraft noise by WECPNL due to the complicated calculating procedures as long as automatic measuring system is not used. Accordingly, this study aims to propose alternative evaluation metric for the aircraft noise. To achieve this purpose, WECPNL, $L_{eq}$, $L_{dn}$, other metrics and criteria were compared and analyzed.

  • As industry of a semiconductor and LCD industry have been rapidly growing, precision technologies of machining such as etching and 3D measurement are required. Stylus has been important measuring method in traditional manufacturing process. However, its disadvantages are low measuring speed and damage possibility at contacting point. To overcome mentioned disadvantage, non-contacting measurement method is needed such as PMP(Phase Measuring Profilometry), WSI(white scanning interferometer) and Confocal Profilometry. Among above 3 well-known methods, WSI started to be applied to FPD(flat panel display) manufacturing process. Even though it overcomes 21t ambiguity of PMP method and can measure objects which has specular surface, the measuring speed and vibration coming from manufacturing machine are one of main issue to apply full automatic total inspection. In this study, We develop high speed WSI system and algorithm to reduce unknown noise. The developing WSI and algorithm are implemented to measure 3D surface of wafer. Experimental results revealed that the proposed system and algorithm are able to measure 3D surface profile of wafer with a good precision and high speed.

디지털 화상처리에 의한 강.구조물의 용접부 치수 결함 검출의 자동화에 관한 연구 (A study on the Automatic Detection of the Welding Dimension Defect of Steel Construct using Digital Image Processing)

  • The inspection unit which is developed and used in this study, is processed the shape data from the CCD camera to seek welding bite section shape, and then calculated as a real dimension from measuring the value of each inspection item. The reason of measuring with the real in this study is came out from the image method which used for a long time, which is extricated the characteristic as the dimension of pixel by recognize pixel. The measurement method of the section shape is that we decide the thresholding value after we drew the histogram to binarizate the object. After that, we make flat the object to get rid of the noise and measure the shape of welded part through the boundarization of the object. The shape measurement is that measure the value of the welding part to adapt the actual operation program from using the ratio between the actual dimension of the standard specimen and the dimension of image, to measure the ratio between the actual product and the camera image. The inspection algorithm which estimates the quality of welded product is developed and also, the software GUI(Graphic User Interface) which processes the automatic test function of the inspection system is developed. We make the foundation of the inspection automatic system and we will help to apply other welding machine.

  • In this paper, a method measuring the reverberation time simultaneously on all of the audio frequency range was studied. The system developed in this study is composed of a pink noise generator, filter bank, and microcomputer with graphic display. In the experiment, reverbration time data measured by existing analog method and by the system were compared, and were almost same through the audio frequency. Based on the conclusion, the subject method has more convenience and accuracy with algorithm program development without existing problems and it was found out that this kind of method is widely available for many branches of room accoustics and architectual acoustics.

베타선 흡수법을 이용하는 미세먼지 측정시스템을 위한 잡음제거 방법 (Noise Reduction Method for Particle Measurement System using Beta-ray Absorption Method)

  • The Beta-ray absorption method (BAM) gives a good solution for measuring the mass concentration of atmospheric particles(PM10 and PM2.5). To determine particular matters (PM) concentration, a ratio of the number of detected beta-ray intensity passing through the clean filter and the dust-sampled filter is used. These intensity data measured in air pollution monitoring such as PM10 and PM2.5 usually contained the additive noise(thermal noise, power supply noise and etc.). Therefore, the estimation performance of mass concentration can be deteriorated by these noises. In this paper, we present a new noise reduction method that is essentially required to develope an automatic continuous PM monitoring system using beta-ray absorption method. By combining the block data averaging technique and curve fitting, in the proposed method, the additive noise can be reduced in the measured data. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, computer simulations were performed with computer generated signals as the input.

  • An automation of primary vibration calibration system was developed and tested. Using GPIB interface, the console PC make the control of equipments, signal collecting and save measuring results automatically by the instructions in the program by Visual Basic. Several trials of automatic calibration for the accelerometer(ENDEVCO 2270) using this developed system give the reliable results.

직립식 산란계사 내의 소음 진동 발생 현황 조사연구 (Study on the Characteristics of Noise/Vibration in the Upright Laying Hen House)

  • 국민의 소득 증대로 인해 육류 및 계란의 소비량이 점차적으로 증가하는 추세에 있다. 이로 인해 산란계사의 규모가 대형화됨에 따라 기계화되었고, 이 연구에서는 고단 직립식 케이지를 사용하는 무창계사에서 기계시설이 작동 시 발생되는 소음 및 진동이 산란계의 생산성에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 산란계사내의 소음/진동 수준을 측정 분석하였다. 전국의 13개 산란계 농장을 대상으로 하여 평상시 및 기계시설(사료급이기, 사료분배기, 집란시스템, 환기장치, 계분벨트)의 작동시에 발생되는 소음/진동을 측정하였다. (1) 평상시 소음 최대 82dB, 진동 최대 0.2072 cm/s, (2) 사료급이기 작동 시 소음 최대 90dB, 최대 진동 2.8560cm/s, (3) 사료분배기 작동시 소음 최대 90dB, 최대 진동 2.022cm/s, (4) 집란시스템 작동 시 최대 소음 87dB, 최대 진동 0.1865cm/s, (5) 환기장치 작동 시 케이지에 미치는 최대 88dB, 계사 후면 벽면에 미치는 최대 진동 2.5364cm/s, (6) 계분벨트 작동 시 최대 소음 88dB, 최대 진동 0.2387cm/s 이었다. 따라서 산란계에게 직접적이고 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 장치는 급이 시스템이였다. 이 때의 소음은 최대 90dB로 가장 높게 발생하였으며, 진동은 최대 2.8560 cm/s 발생하였다.

도시전철에서 발생한 전자파잡음의 측정 및 통계적 모형 (Measurements and Statistical Modeling of Electromagnetic Noise from Electric Train)

  • 본 논문은 도시전철에서 발생하는 전자파 잡음을 측정하여 확률통계적인 방법을 이용하여 모텔링을 하였다. 도시전철의 전자파 잡음의 측정을 위하여 자동 측정시스템을 구축하였고,9kHz 에서 30 MHz 까지의 자기 장, 30 MHz 에서 1,000 MHz 까지의 전기장을 측정하였다. 컴퓨터로 제어되는 측정시스템을 이용하여 국철과 지하철로 구분하여 각각의 진폭확률분포(APD: Ampli tude Probability Distribution)를 측정하였다. 측정된 APD 곡선은 6 개의 변수로 표현한 Middleton 의 방볍으로 해석하였다. 변수의 최적치를 빠른 시간내에 계산하기 위하여 합성 근사화 알고리즘을 사용하였다.

철도신호시스템 중첩운영으로 인한 전자파장해현상 분석 및 대책 (Analysis of EMI Between Overlapped Railway Signalling Systems and Its Countermeasure)

  • ATS(Automatic Train Stop) system makes train stop when it runs over the speed limit and ensure the safe operation of train. Seoul Metro line 2 in Korea, which started its passenger service in 1982, has adopted ATS system for its signaling system. The ATS system has only a train stop function at the time of emergency, and Seoul Metro is planning to replaced them with ATC(Automatic Train Control)/ATO(Automatic Train Operation) system which can provide the dedicated speed control for headway reduction and automatic operation of train. Until all the ATS system is replaced with the new ATC system, both systems are to operate simultaneously at the same metro line. In this situation, ATS system sometimes reveals improper operation: train stops suddenly without any obstacles in front of it. These emergency stops cause interruption of passenger service, and abnormal abrasion of wheels and rail. This paper makes it clear that these interruptions are caused by EMI phenomena between ATS on-board device and ATC wayside device : Signal current flowing in AF track circuit of ATC is turn out to be a EMI source that prevent normal operation of the ATS on-board device. Although the two systems have different frequency-ranges (ATS system has frequency range between $78{\sim}130$[kHz] and ATC system has frequency range between $9.5{\sim}16.5$[kHz]), it turned out that EMI phenomena appears between the both systems. This is investigated by measuring the output signal from ATS on-board device passing over ATC wayside device. The FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) analysis of the signal reveals that AF track circuit signal is transmitted to the ATS on-board device and induce noise causing improper operation. The countermeasures to the EMI phenomena are examined in three ways; blocking EMI transmission, enforcement of EMS (Electromagnetic Susceptibility) of ATS on-board device, and blocking the EMI source. It is suggested that the practical solution be blocking EMI source temporarily, that is breaking AF track circuit signal when the trains with ATS on-board device pass over it. To this purpose, TODS(Train Occupation Detection System) is developed, and has made a success in preventing the EMI problem of Seoul Metro line 2.
