사고분석 사례를 통한 사고기록장치 개선방안에 대한 고찰 (Study on the Improvement of Event Data Recorders through Accident Analysis)

  • This study was initiated to improve of the defect investigation method using event data recorders (EDR) and suggested a solution through the regulation and system analysis of EDR. The EDR data has been used for various purposes such as the vehicle defect investigation and the traffic accident investigation. However the EDR regulation has not been updated since the implementation in 2012. "Trigger Threshold" can be used to analyze a single accident such as the frontal crash, the side crash, and the rollover. In the case of a complex accident in which a rollover accident and a crash accident occur simultaneously, it is difficult to analyze a complex accident due to current "Trigger Threshold". This study proposed the method of separating the "Trigger Threshold" into a crash accident and a rollover accident so that accidents can be analyzed using the EDR data even when a complex accident occurs. In addition, it proposed the improvement method to quickly use the data of EDR in accident reconstruction software.

자율 주행 제어 인터페이스에 강건하며 빠르고 쉽게 적용 가능한 모델 독립식 종 방향 가속도 제어기 개발 및 성능 검증 (Model-Free Longitudinal Acceleration Controller Design and Implementation Quickly and Easily Applicable for Different Control Interfaces of Automated Vehicles Considering Unknown Disturbances)

  • This paper presents a longitudinal acceleration controller that can be applied to real vehicles (nonlinear and time-varing systems) with only a simple experiment regardless of the type of vehicle and the control interface structure. The controller consists of a feedforward term for fast response, a zero-throttle acceleration compensation term, and a feedback term (P gain) to compensate for errors in the feedforward term, and another feedback term (I gain) to respond to disturbances such as slope. In order to easily apply it to real vehicles, there are only two tuning parameters, feedforward terms of throttle and brake control. And the remaining parameters can be calculated immediately when the two parameters are decided. The tuning procedure is also unified so that it can be quickly and easily applied to various vehicles. The performance of the controller was evaluated using MATLAB/Simulink and Truksim's European Ben model. In addition, the controller was successfully implemented to 3 medium-sized vehicle (HMC Solati), which is composed of different control interface characteristic. Vehicle driving performance was evaluated on the test track and on the urban roads in Siheung and Seoul.

  • UPnP(Universal Plug & Play) A/V(오디오/비디오) 표준을 준수하는 기기들을 이용하여 제로 구성(zero-configuration)으로 멀티미디어 홈 네트워크를 쉽게 구축할 수 있다. 그러나 UPnP 인증을 받은 제품이라 할지라도 UPnP의 모든 기능이 구현되어있지 않거나 코덱 호환성이 확인되지 않기 때문에 구입 시 사용하고자 하는 제품들의 상호호환성 여부를 확인할 수 없는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 사용하고자 하는 UPnP의 기능정보(capability)를 저장하고 관리하는 휴대용 컨트롤 포인트(control point)의 구현 방안을 제시한다. 휴대용 컨트롤 포인트를 통해 사용하고자 하는 기기와 호환성과 상호운용성이 가장 좋은 UPnP A/V 기기들을 찾을 수 있다.

건설업에서 재해율과 업무상 사고 사망의 예측 및 평가 (Forecasting and Evaluation of the Accident Rate and Fatal Accident in the Construction Industries)

  • Many industrial accidents have occurred continuously in the manufacturing industries, construction industries, and service industries of Korea. Fatal accidents have occurred most frequently in the construction industries of Korea. Especially, the trend analysis of the accident rate and fatal accident rate is very important in order to prevent industrial accidents in the construction industries systematically. This paper considers forecasting of the accident rate and fatal accident rate with static and dynamic time series analysis methods in the construction industries. Therefore, this paper describes the optimal accident rate and fatal accident rate by minimization of the sum of square errors (SSE) among regression analysis method (RAM), exponential smoothing method (ESM), double exponential smoothing method (DESM), auto-regressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model, proposed analytic function model (PAFM), and kalman filtering model (KFM) with existing accident data in construction industries. In this paper, microsoft foundation class (MFC) soft of Visual Studio 2008 was used to predict the accident rate and fatal accident rate. Zero Accident Program developed in this paper is defined as the predicted accident rate and fatal accident rate, the zero accident target time, and the zero accident time based on the achievement probability calculated rationally and practically. The minimum value for minimizing SSE in the construction industries was found in 0.1666 and 1.4579 in the accident rate and fatal accident rate, respectively. Accordingly, RAM and ARIMA model are ideally applied in the accident rate and fatal accident rate, respectively. Finally, the trend analysis of this paper provides decisive information in order to prevent industrial accidents in construction industries very systematically.

  • 본 논문에서는 시간 동기 추정을 위한 잡음 예측이 불완전한 경우에 직교분할 주파수 다중화 (OFDM) 시스템의 시간 동기 확률을 다중 경로 레일레이 페이딩 채널 환경에서 분석한다. 시간 동기 방식은 반복되는 CAZAC 시퀀스에 대한 상관기 구조를 가지며, 심벌간 간섭을 줄이기 위한 pre-advancement 기법을 적용한다. 시스템의 성능 평가 척도로서, 다중 경로 레일레이 채널 환경에서 유도된 동기 검파 확률을 분석한다.

정밀 계측 신호처리용 A/D 변환 구현 (An A/D Conversion of Signal Conditioning for Precision Instrumentation Use)

  • In precision instrumentation system, an A/D conversion of signal conditioning has been always suffered from some problems ; offset and drift voltage with environmental situation. This paper suggests a method of reducing the offset voltage and the drift error from the A/D conversion hardware using analog signal switching technique with specific operational amplifier circuits. Also, we have designed a hardware active filter and a software digital filter with Auto Zero Tracking algorithm for better dignal process of the our proposed weighing system. Software technique was performed to obtain the stable data from A/D converter. As a result of our experimental works, the proposed system is expected to be used in the industrial field where a high precision measurement is required.

  • 현재 학계에서는 신재생 에너지에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 그 중 태양광과 풍력이 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Push-Pull 컨버터를 기초한 전류형 PWM 인버터를 제안하고 계통 연계가 가능한 회로로의 타당성을 검증하였다. 스위칭 소자 중 Push-Pull컨버터부의 두 개의 스위치만 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)을 행하고 계통과 연결된 Full-Bridge의 스위치는 계통의 극성을 판단하여 Auto-ZCS (Zero Current Switching)가 가능하도록 설계하였다.

비선형 시스템의 불확실성을 보상하는 신경회로망 제어 (Uncertainty-Compensating Neural Network Control for Nonlinear Systems)

  • 본 논문은 비선형 동적 신경망을 이용하여 직접 제어에 관한 연구이다. RBF 신경망을 이용한 제어입력과 근사화 오차 및 외란의 영향을 제거하기 위한 보조제어 입력으로 구성하였다. 외란이나 근사화 오차에 관계없이 플랜트와 기준모델 사이의 오차가 0이 되도록 하는 알고리즘을 구할 수 있었다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 매우 효과적이며 비선형 시스템의 만족스러운 학습 성능을 증명하였다.

  • In order to investigate the voltage drop compensation effect of AT for domestic railway vehicle base, the parameters of AT voltage drop of railroad car base are Z3 (Impedance of feeder line), Xn ( Distance from railroad vehicle to AT to SS), and Dn (distance between both ATs of railway vehicle).In addition, when installed in a SSP for a railway vehicle base, there is no AT and feeder line in the railway vehicle base except for the SSP for the main line and the SSP for the railway vehicle base, so that if zero or ignored, the AC single-phase two- It can be confirmed that it becomes a form.

  • This paper analyzes the signal acquisition performance of the legacy GNSS spreading codes and a polyphase code. The code length and chip rate of a polyphase code are assumed to be same as those of the GPS L1 C/A and Galileo E1C codes. The autocorrelation and cross correlation characteristics are analyzed. In addition, a way to calculate a more accurate probability of false alarm for a code with sidelobe non-zero auto-correlation function is proposed. Finally, we estimate the probability of detection and the mean acquisition time for a given signal strength and the probability of false alarm.
