According to rapid development of technology, web text is growing explosively and attracting many fields as substitution for survey. The user of Facebook is reaching up to 113 million people per month, Twitter is used in various institution or company as a behavioral analysis tool. However, many research has focused on meaning of the text itself. And there is a lack of study for text's creation subject. Therefore, this research consists of sex/age text classification with by using 20,187 Facebook users' posts that reveal the sex and age of the writer. This research utilized Convolution Neural Networks, a type of deep learning algorithms which came into the spotlight as a recent image classifier in web text analyzing. The following result assured with 92% of accuracy for possibility as a text classifier. Also, this research was minimizing the Korean morpheme analysis and it was conducted using a Korean web text to Authorship Attribution. Based on these feature, this study can develop users' multiple capacity such as web text management information resource for worker, non-grammatical analyzing system for researchers. Thus, this study proposes a new method for web text analysis.

Many have been concerned with the entry of serials in cataloging. Thouzh they believc the form of AACR 6 should be revised, the agreement was not yet reached among them. Whercas some librarians advocate no different entry in cataioging between monographs and serials, some agree that all serials are to be entered under its title. Main arguments are on the concepts of "corporate authorship" and "generic titlc". On account of disagreemefit on these concepts, there appear different ways 9T serials entry in various catalogs or bibliogaphies. Being not clearly defined the concept of "corporate authorship" in Korcan Cltaloging Rules, main cntry of a scrial was quite different either in a few national bibliographies or some universities' catalogs in T a e g ~C ity. In consideration 01 the incompleteness and changing authorship or diffused riuthorship of serials, it is desirable to revise and simplif1, - our czttaloging rules as to all the serials are to be entered under its titlc. This would be in ac.:ord +;ith International Stand~rdso n serials, eg. ISDS and ISBD(S). When a generic term is included in a title, it will not be sn important groblcm as the title mould be usi~ally made up in the form of "corporate name+gcncric term". In the history of the study of Shakespeare's texts the eighteenth century marked the emergence of editors, and in the history of Shakespearean editing Edmond Malone's emphasis on documentary evidence inaugurated a new stage. Malone's antiquarian scholarship sought to establish Shakespeare in the theatrical context of his age and a historically informed view of the physical circumstances under which he wrote his plays. Malone's editorial use of historical sources in terms of Shakespeare's past formulated a new mode of ascertaining his authorship: the construction of Shakespeare as a man of the theatre as well as of literature. Malone was the first scholar to recognize Shakespeare's merits as an actor, and to introduce the concept of the theatrical Shakespeare, which has become the scholarly norm since. In this respect this paper is designed to demonstrate that Malone's editorial principle and practice are characteristic of the identification of the factual documents of Shakespeare's biography, the authentication of his material to attain his true text, and the construction of his personal experiences through intensive readings of his plays. In conclusion, Malone's new criteria laid the foundation for the progress towards authorizing Shakespeare, thereby canonizing him as a figure of the theatrical and literary authority.

본 논문은 다양한 저자특성이 '정보과학' 분야 국제 학술대회 논문의 인용 수에 끼치는 영향을 연구하였다. 논문 인용수의 변화와 관련이 깊은 요소들을 조사, 분석하는 계량서지학 연구는 학술지 논문에 편향되어 있으며 국제 학술대회 논문을 표본으로 삼는 연구는 아직 초기 단계이다. 더욱이 저자특성과 학술대회 논문의 인용 수를 연관하여 조사한 연구는 극히 드물다. 기존 연구에 따르면 저자 특성이 인용지수에 끼치는 영향력은 학문 분야에 따라 상당한 차이가 있다. 따라서 저자의 다양한 특성이 '정보과학' 분야 학회 논문에 얼마나 영향을 끼치는지 별도로 조사할 필요도 있다. 본 연구는 1,957편의 '정보과학' 관련 학술대회 논문과 여덟 가지의 저자특성을 조사하였다. 특히 논문 출간 당시의 여러 저자 특성이 앞으로 해당 학회 논문이 얻게 될 인용 수를 얼마나 예측할 수 있는지를 중점적으로 조사, 분석하였다. 그 결과로, 저자의 논문출간 경험치를 나타내는 특성이 유의미한 영향력이 있었고 그 중에서도 주저자의 논문 출간 연력과 직책, 공저자의 논문 수에 따라 인용수가 변화하였다. 하지만 저자 간의 협력 정도를 나타내는 특성은 영향력이 없었다.

이 연구는 저작인격권 중에서 분쟁이 가장 많은 동일성유지권의 침해에 대해 판례를 분석하여 법원의 침해기준과 침해의 원인을 규명하고 영상저작물 제작 현장에서 법원의 판례 경향에 대해 어떤 시각차가 있는지 비교하고자 한다. 저작권은 저작재산권과 저작인격권으로 구분한다. 여기서 다루고자 하는 동일성유지권은 저작인격권의 일부로 하나의 콘텐츠를 제작하여 다양한 매체에 이용한다. 콘텐츠의 이용 과정에서 편성, 광고시간 등에 맞추기 위해 편집이 필요할 경우 권리자에게 사전에 협의를 하거나 서면 동의를 받아야 하는데 시간이 촉박하거나 저작권에 대한 무지로 인해 임의적으로 편집하여 사용하다 동일성유지권을 침해하게 된다. 영상저작물이 제작, 이용되는 과정에서 저작물, 제작비, 출연자 등의 변수가 많아 저작권의 권리 확보나 이용을 위해 사전 동의가 필요하다. 그러나 제작을 우선시 하는 제작과정과 권리보호에 대한 인식이 낮아 동일성유지권 침해는 법조항의 미비보다 이용자들이 업무 관행을 따르거나 개인적 과실에 의한 분쟁으로 분쟁예방을 위해서는 세부적인 업무매뉴얼 제공과 저작권 전문가의 체계적인 교육이 필요하다.

Design management has become a critical facet of corporate management for leveraging strategic and competitive advantages. In order to identify the pattern and the development of design management studies, we investigated contents of the periodical journals published by Design Management Institute (DMI): the Design Management Review and the Academic Review. An in-depth analysis was performed on 64 themes, 722 articles, and 704 authors of these two journals between 1989 and 2005, and the primary research topics and authorship patterns were identified. Based on these findings, several directions for advancing design management studies were suggested.
