In this paper, we proposed the effectively method for constructing of name authority data in korean academic papers and designed the authority database system that is applied the method. For these, we analyze the requisite for identifying the author name and suggest the author identification method. Because construction of name authority record costs time and effort, and considering frequently period of large-scale acquisitions of academic papers, our suggestion includes the system that be able to manage and construct the name authority database, and that is tightly connected with the academic paper management and service systems.

Airport Power Information System(APIS) is designed through investigation of advanced domestic and international example. In addition to power facility operation it is designed for using an information infrastructure of whole airport. APIS is newly designed for uninterupted power supply, effective power management, information infrastructure's construction. making a profit by positively introduction of new technology for collection and conservation of power related data, correlation with airport infra systems, data interrelative arrangement about related systems like outdoor lighting system and automatic measuring record, CCTV systems for remote power facility monitoring, and promotion of management ability in the emergency status.

Despite repeated efforts to develop a methodological foundation for assembling collaborative authority data in South Korea, issues such as the establishment of a standard authority model and standard authority construction as well as the reconfiguration of existing entities in authority building have prevented such research from generating a cooperative push for nation-wide authority data and progressing toward concrete implementation. The formulation of a collaborative and well-utilized collection of national authority data accordingly calls for 1) a practical approach to supporting both established authority data contributors and newly organized avenues of mutual participation in authority building, 2) committed involvement on the part of national institutions capable of providing the project with sustained assistance, and 3) a standard identification system which allows multiple organizations to merge their data. This study addresses the challenges of the current environment by taking stock of the key components necessary for the creation of collaborative authority data and using a Semantic Web-based interoperable VIVO ontology model to propose a viable national authority data framework.

It is designed to take efficient and safe Power System including the advanced technology. Power System make the integrated Power Information Database to operate the Main Control Center, analyze the data about the relation of the Power System and Airport operation, and will support the important files in the future.

This study was to prepare a development plan for nationwide authority control system based on national authority sharing system of NLK through the survey targeting on libraries which do not participate in the system. Six plans were suggested to establish a nationwide authority control system based on this survey. First, an authority data construction module and a module linked to the national authority sharing system should be developed. Second, describing external identifiers such as ISNI to the national authority sharing system is to provides reliability of data and to utilizes to build linked data. Third, it is necessary to prepare strategies for promoting the national authority sharing system and diversifying services. Fourth, both authority establishment and non-establishment show difficulties and diversity in the selection and description of authorized access point, so it is necessary to prepare rules related to authorized access points. Fifth, since the data described in authority records is not enough, it is necessary to improve and upgrade authority records by using bibliographic records. Sixth, it is necessary to educate librarians about the necessity and function of authority control. As such, this study is meaningful in that it investigated the current status and requirements of libraries that do not participate in the nationwide authority system and sought ways to establish a nationwide cooperative authority control system.

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the current status of the national authority data construction project centered on the National Library of Korea for the effective construction and utilization of national knowledge information resources. It also aimed to reveal the possibility and improvement of the national information system with the international standard identification system, and suggesting future development plans. To this end, this study conducted interviews and questionnaires with members of the Korean National Authority Data Sharing System(KNASS). The survey consisted of items related to the current status and difficulties related to the authority, the use of the KNASS, the recognition and utilization of identifiers, the awareness and utilization of the linkage with ISNI, the Importance-Performance Analysis for activating the KNASS, and the overall satisfaction and improvement direction. As a result of the analysis, it was proposed to develop rules and guidelines related to the authority works, to increase the quantity and quality of authority data, to raise understanding of the importance and establish a efficient work system, to diversify the authority service and develop a utilization model, to link the KNASS with international identifiers, and to share the necessity of the KNASS.

This study aims to develop and evaluate the authority data-based academic retrieval system that may provide search tools and additional information for search of academic papers with users. To evaluate the usability of authority data-based academic paper search system, this work studied 60 subjects who had experienced the academic paper service to measure their satisfaction on both search efficiency and system usability and additionally analyzed whether the difference between search efficiency and system availability is significant in the experimental search system among user groups. As a result, the authority data-based academic paper search system was analyzed to show a higher search efficiency and user satisfaction than the ordinary system.

The purpose of this study is to develop linked data of authority data in national archives of Korea as a cornerstone for linked data cloud of Korea. The study analyzed data structure of authority data as well as a retrieval system. It finally developed linked data based on RDF/OWL, Dublin Core, and SKOS. The study also employed TopBraid ComposerTM as a tool for ontology construction. The visualization of the tool provides users with flexible search and browsing between data as well as access of detail authority data. It complements the search of a current system in terms of flexible linking between records and authority data. The study also suggests future work to publish linked data of archival data set itself and make rich relationships among data in museums, libraries, and other archives.

This study aims to suggest some idea for construction of headings in authority records to improve conventional method for authority control. The reference structure between established form and other forms was replaced by the link structure based on access points and adopting standard authority numbers was considered. Additional elements such as work information to distinguish homonym and notational system of the headings to promote sharing of authority records were also addressed. Authority records management system was constructed to test structure of headings suggested in this study, too. Through this research, we confirmed that management, identification, and sharing of authority records were considerably improved compared with the conventional authority control system.

Efforts to reduce on-site safety incidents have expanded, leading to active research in this domain. However, a systematic analysis to improve the utility of technology is lacking. In this study, we conducted a survey on the various institutional and technical improvement measures to promote the application of smart construction safety technology over three years after the implementation of the "Smart Safety Equipment Support Project." The results showed that financial constraint was the primary obstacle in the adoption of this innovation. Fostering a flexible environment in the utilization of management fees and financial support of projects was determined to aid in the extensive application of the technology. Ensuring cost efficiency and user-friendliness were principally necessary for technical enhancements in the smart construction safety technology. Technologies, such as VR/AR safety education, real-time location tracking, wearable devices, and innovation on streamlining safety-related work efficiency, had been anticipated to contribute to on-site safety. Operating a smart safety control center was expected to be beneficial in the systematic securing of data and reduction of safety blind spots. Effective methods had been suggested to overcome the barriers that hindered the development and application of smart construction safety technology. This study facilitates in the technological improvements in this field.
