IPTV 수용자의 이용행태와 서비스 만족도에 대한 연구 (A Study on the IPTV Usage and Service Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구는 신규매체로서 IPTV의 서비스 이용자들을 대상으로 IPTV의 선택요인과 수용행태를 조사하고 다양한 부가서비스 이용에 대한 만족도를 실증적으로 분석했다. 연구결과, 요금과 콘텐츠 유형이 IPTV 사업자 선택에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으며, 매체 간 기능적 유사성은 IPTV와 인터넷의 유사성이 다른 매체들에 비해 조금 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. IPTV가 제공하는 서비스 유형 중에는 생활서비스와 부가서비스, 쌍방향서비스와 교육서비스의 이용 만족도가 높은 것으로 밝혀졌으며, IPTV 서비스의 전반적인 만족도는 항목별 실제 이용정도에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. IPTV 콘텐츠 가운데 수용자들은 국내드라마를 가장 많이 시청했으며, 해외영화와 연예오락 프로그램이 그 다음 순위를 차지했다. IPTV 수용자들이 느끼는 가장 큰 문제점은 '비용부담'과 '콘텐츠의 다양성 부족' 이었으며, 가격요인이 IPTV 선정기준에 가장 크게 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 유료 콘텐츠 이용 및 부가 서비스에 따른 추가비용 상승 부담을 향후 IPTV의 가장 큰 문제점으로 인식하고 있었다. 기존의 연구들이 IPTV 상용화 이전에 수용자 예측조사를 실시했다면, 이 연구는 IPTV 상용화 이후 주요 IPTV 서비스(메가TV, SK브로드밴드, LGTV)를 이용하는 실수용자들을 대상으로 IPTV의 가입특성과 다양한 서비스 이용행태 및 만족도를 밝히고 수용자들의 가격민감성을 연구결과로 제시했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

"Lost Missing and Forgotten"과 "Trailer"에 나타난 수행성과 테크놀로지 사용에 관한 연구 (Study on Performativity and Technology Use of Performance "Lost Missing and Forgotten" and "Trailer")

  • A site-specific performance is a genre and a phenomenon that has recently emerged as a recent paradigm of performing arts: a communality. It involves the performativity of the audience and has various phenomena of contemporary performing art. This study aims to figure out methods of performativity. "Lost Missing and Forgotten," which is a collaboration from Finland and Korea created in 2012 and "Trailer," which is held in Copenhagen Denmark in 2010 by Kitt Johnson. Three principles of performativity which have borrowed as critical tools for this study are role reversal, community building, and contact, which based on "The Aesthetics of Performativity," written by Erika Fischer-Lichte in 2017. The study results show that performativity in the vertical structure and horizontal structure of site-specific performance can act as an environmental factor through the audience's body. Additionally, it turned out that role reversal principle was transformation audience to a creator; community building principle led to an interest in neighbors. Lastly, the contact principle was one of the methods to watch the performance.

이용과 충족이론에 기반한 e스포츠 직접관람자가 관림만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향 분석 (The effect of eSports Direct Spectators' Motivation on Audience Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention Based on Uses and Gratification Theory)

  • 본 연구는 이용과 충족 이론을 적용하여 e스포츠 직접관람자의 관람동기, 관람만족, 행동의도의 주요 변수 간 관계를 실증 분석하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과 기존의 주요 관람만족 동기 중 8개의 스포츠동기, 3개의 팬동기와 한 개의 관람촉진 동기가 e스포츠의 직접관람동기로 확인되었다. 그리고 직접관람자의 관람동기 중 오락, 팀애착, 경기기술, 선수매력, 심미성 동기요인은 관람만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치고, 행동의도에는 사회교류와 오락요인이 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다.

당혹감(embarrassment); 개념분석 (Embarrassment; a concept analysis)

  • Purpose: The concept of embarrassment as an unpleasant emotion is important in caring for those who are in the continuum of illness and health requiring body care and facing sexual problems. In spite of its nursing implication, embarrassment has not been focused in nursing research. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develope a conceptual analysis of embarrassment. This analysis would help to understand comprehensively an embarrassing situation in which an intimate relationship between nurse and patient regarding body care of the patient could develope. Futhermore, it would be a basis for developing strategies for prevention of embarrassment which could lead for both patient and nurse to emotionally vulnerable situation because of their failure of self-presentation (impression management). Method: The concept analysis model suggested by Walker and Avant (1988) is used to clarify what is meant by the term 'embarrassment'. Result: This analysis defines the attributes of embarrassment such as follows. First, embarrassment is often attributed to situational factors interrupting a smooth interaction such as intimacy, confusion, vulnerability, exposure of interaction and characteristics of audience. Second, embarrassment is closely related with cognitive factor such as fear of losing face resulted from a behaviour being out of line. Third, embarrassment is closely associated with dispositional factor such as embarrassability. Fourth, embarrassment is an unpleasant and unwanted emotion arising reactively after an interaction had occurred. Fifth, embarrassment encloses physical, physiological and behavioral aspects such as a variety of unique and easily noticeable reactions and a pattern of verbal and non-verbal behaviour for coping in an embarrassing situation. The antecedents were normally socialized adolescents with normal cognitive ability, concern of losing face, embarrassability, embarrassing events related with situational intimacy, confusion, vulnerability, exposure of interaction and characteristics of audience, physical, behavioral blunders resulting in a failure of impression management. The consequences were an emotional coping behaviour, audience's embarrassment responses, and verbal and non-verbal coping strategies of interactional participants. Conclusion: It is hoped that this analysis will stimulate further exploration of this concept and study for developing systematic assessment and nursing practice that diminishes embarrassment of interactional participants.

정보시각화에서 퍼포먼스로의 미학적 확장 : 관객시각에서 하이퍼매개센소리엄 요소 고찰 (Aesthetic Expansion from Information Visualization to Performance : Research on Sensorium in Perspective of Audience)

  • 본 연구에서는 정보시각화의 미학적 작품이 공연 예술로 확장할 수 있는 가능성을 고찰한다. 정보 시각화는 정보의 시각적 전달이라는 기능적 충족 외에 몰입과 상호작용적 특성이 고려되는 관객과의 관계가 더욱 중요지고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 정보시각화의 정보 전달 과정이 하나의 공연으로 확장된다면 관객입장에서 감각적 센소리엄(Sensorium)을 증대 시킬 수 있는 요소를 고려할 필요가 있음을 주장하고자 한다. 이에 벤 루빈(Ben Rubin)과 마크 한센(Mark hansen)의 작품(2001)을 분석하여, 정보시각화 분야의 정보전달이라는 기능적 요소 외에 하이퍼매개(Hypermediacy)를 통한 관객과의 센소리엄을 증대 시키는요소를 고찰해 본다. 공연적 자아(the performing self), 공연적 인터페이스(the performing interface), 극적 패턴(the dramatic pattern)의 3가지 요소가 필요함을 제시하여 관객과의 센소리엄 관계를 탐구한다. 이 글을 통해 정보 시각화에 기반을 둔 미학적 작품들을 공연예술의 관점에서 확장하여 이해하고 해석하는데 기여하고자 한다.

  • Since the beginning of the 90's, Fashion shows appear to be a type of performance form of art combining with other areas to visually entertain the viewers. This can be explained by the modern tendency to escape from society which requires formality and complicated lifestyles. Fashion shows take place in a scene Influenced by the idea of post-modernism which redefines the definition of space. A church, old factory, unoccupied ground, subway stations, or even place like a waste disposal are used as a setting. The stage set is no longer the T shape run way and the procinium arch has disappeared. The gap between audience and stage has diminished and theatrical element is added to the fashion performance by using viewers living and working environments as setting of the show. The human relation with machine based on the cutting edge technology such as the stage automation, robots and mist making sprinkler system introduces new elements with spontaneity and detailed planning in the stage performance. Music also plays an Important role in attracting viewers. The sound track covers house music to techno music. Instead of music being abstract, folks orchestral music, choirs, piano. even live concert performed by pop artist provide the liveliness of the fashion show. And the catwalk itself is a performance. Model needs to be well trained as the capable talent who can handle sensitive gestures, facial expressions, dancing and choreography. The improvisatorial interaction between audience and model lead to audience participation. Models now range from pop star, ordinary people, handicapped people, to elderly and so on. John Galliano introduced the theatrical factors for the fashion show and Alexander Mcqueen approached the fashion show as the visual art of communication. Hussein Chalayan utilized high technology skewing futurism as if in a magic show. Today the Fashion show tends to be a total performance which includes audience participation, impromptu, and that break the limitation that fashion shows previously had. This will lead the fashion industry in opening new horizon of its own.

  • Despite the government's efforts and excessive investments in the establishment of an infrastructure for animation, it can be said that the reasons for the inferiority in character licensing and weak performances compared to other leading countries is attributed to the fundamental factor tying within the piece of work itself. Therefore, this research is aimed at finding a counterproposal by assuming that the reason for the failure of our country's animation 'Oseam' was because of its narrative tactics. First, it is possible for a narrative structure to be participated by the audience's creative strategy Second, the audience's participation makes it possible to create the character into a multilateral and a complex personality. Third, this kindof creative strategy is possible when semiotic analyses are utilized. The sole objective for this is to provide a comprehensive viewpoint for the semiotic approach in the creation process of the character.

초압축형 웹드라마 <72초>의 스토리텔링 특성 연구 (A Study on Storytelling Characteristic of Super-compressed Web Drama "72 seconds")

  • This study examined the storytelling characteristics of the super-compressed web drama "72 seconds". By analyzing all seasonal episodes of "72 seconds" and applying the various storytelling methodologies and related theories, this paper derived the main storytelling characteristics of "72 seconds" as follows. First, through the composition of the microscopic non-plot, the story value of empathy and fun is maximized, even though there is no dramatic composition compared to the general movie or drama. Second, by the specialization of everyday life, it leads to the transition from everyday experience to the new context. In other words, it provides a consensus through the cognitive expansion and interest by unfamiliarity of the ordinary experience to the audience. Third, based on the characteristics of super-compression and short theme, it utilizes fully stylistic narration like rapping. This makes the audience feel novel and further enhances the branding effect of content. And finally, based on various hybridity and variation, it uses remediation actively in all respects, especially comedy genre and comic factor.

영화 <로얄 테넌바움> 미장센에 나타난 감성색채 이미지 분석 (Analysis of Emotional Colors in The Mise-en-scene of The Film )

  • 영화에서 색상은 스토리텔링을 이끄는 도구이며 이야기 주제를 암시하는 메타포다. 본 연구는 관객에게 전달되는 영화의 색상이미지를 분석하여 효율적이고 객관적인 데이터를 구축한다. 영화에서 색상의 시각적 인지과정을 살피고 관객에게 수용되는 과정을 연구한다. 이 연구과정을 통해 영화 색상의 시각적 자극에 의해 인과적으로 발생하는 감성적 반응을 살피고, 영화를 관람하는 관객의 감성적 반응을 효과적으로 유발시키는 요인으로 영화에서 색상을 통한 시각적 요인의 정량화 연구를 진행한다. 본 연구는 웨스 앤더슨 감독의 영화<로얄테넌바움>의 미장센을 분석하고, 영화적 색상의 커뮤니케이션 역할에 대해 연구 한다. 영화 속 10개의 챕터별 미장센을 통해 나타난 색상을 컴퓨터 색채 분석 프로그램을 이용하여 색채 분포데이터의 정량적 분석을 수행한다. 색채분석을 통해 앤더슨 감독이 이 영화에서 저채도와 중명도의 레드(R)와 옐로우레드(YR)를 중심 색상으로 영화 장면들을 구성한 것으로 분석되었다. 이 분석을 통해서 영화가 표현하는 색상이 관객의 감성을 제어하는 심리적 요소로 사용되기 위해 영화 전반에 어떻게 색상을 사용하고, 그 사용의 정량적 형태는 어떠한지에 대해 연구한다.

수용자특성 및 금연광고 메시지가 지식․신념․태도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Knowledge, Beliefs and Attitudes on Anti-Smoking Public Service Announcement Message Types and Audience Characteristics)

  • Objectives: In this study, the most executed social norm and advertisement about health consequences status were examined. The direction of effective anti-smoking advertisement is suggested in this study by figuring out the primary factors which affect smoking attitudes. Methods: The survey period of this study was from Nov $5^{th}$ to Nov $16^{th}$, 2012. 423 complete questionnaires were used for final analysis. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Ver. 14.0, and reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, F/t qualification, t-test, and multiple regression analysis, were performed. Results: This study is worth as a diagnosis of current status by using advertisement about social norm(51.4%) and health result(34.3%), which covers total of 85% in appeal types of anti-smoking advertisement that has been practically used in Korea. As a result, the health result type showed better result on belief and attitude. Conclusions: When establishing message strategy for anti-smoking advertisement, this study can help future direction for effective anti-smoking advertisement by figuring out effect of factors on smoking attitude.
