The effects of death orientation and attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment on awareness of biomedical ethics among paramedic students

  • 본 연구는 응급구조과 대학생의 죽음의식, 연명치료중단에 대한 태도, 생명의료윤리인식의 수준을 파악하고, 생명의료윤리인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상은 D시에 소재한 일개대학 응급구조과 재학생 228명을 대상으로 시행하였으며, 자료수집은 2019년 4월부터 6월까지 자기보고식 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 연구결과로 생명의료윤리인식과 연명치료중단에 대한 태도 간에는 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다(r=.63, p<.001). 다중회귀분석결과, 생명의료윤리인식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 종교(β=.12)와 연명치료중단에 대한 태도(β=.61)로 41.0%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서 생명의료윤리인식을 향상시키기 위해 응급구조과 학생들의 교육프로그램은 연명치료중단에 대한 태도에 초점을 맞추어야 할 것이다.

Spreading Online Rumors: The Effects of Negative and Positive Emotions

  • Malicious rumors often emerge online. However, few studies have examined why people spread online rumors. Recognizing that spreading online rumors is not only rational, but also emotional, this paper provides insights into the behavior of online rumor spreading using the cognitive emotion theory. The results show that perceived credibility of online rumors enhances both positive and negative emotions. However, positive emotions affect neither attitude nor behavior, whereas negative emotions affect both aspects of the spreading of online rumors. The results also indicate that prior positive attitude toward object influences negative emotions. Issues involvement moderates the relationship between attitude and behavior.

청소년의 교복행동과 외모에 대한 태도와의 관련 연구 (A Study Related to Adolescent Students' School Uniform Behavior and Attitude toward Appearance)

  • 본 연구는 2007년 11월에서 12월 중에 전라북도 소재 4개교의 남녀 중 고등학생 898명을 대상으로 설문지법에 의해 교복행동(교복에 대한 태도, 교복만족도, 교복변형)을 알아보고 외모에 대한 태도와의 관련성 등 변인들의 영향력을 파악함으로써 학교현장에 청소년기 의생활 연구의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. SPSS 11.5 for Windows Program을 이용하여 요인분석, Cronbach's $\alpha$, $x^2$ 검증, t 검증, 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA), Duncan의 다중비교검증, Pearson의 적률상관관계를 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과, 첫째, 교복에 대한 태도는 유행성, 과시성, 관리성, 변형성 4개 요인이 선택되었다. 교복에 대한 태도에서는 여학생이 남학생보다 변형에 대한 태도가 높았으며, 중학생이 교복에 대한 태도 중 유행성이 높았고, 관리성과 변형성에서는 고등학생이 높게 나타났다. 교복착용실태를 살펴보면, 현재 착용하고 있는 교복의 디자인, 색상, 옷감에 대해 전체적으로 만족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 대부분의 청소년들이 교복변형의 경험을 가지고 있었으며, 남학생 보다는 여학생이 교복 변형 경험이 많았다. 교복변형실태에서 스커트(바지) 길이를 줄인 학생이 가장 많았고, 대부분의 청소년들은 외모를 돋보이기 위해 교복의 길이, 옆선 등 교복을 줄여서 몸에 밀착된 형태로 변형시키고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 교복변형의 가장 중요한 요인으로 '체형보정', '유행', '활동성', '무난함'의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 외모에 대한 차원을 알아보기 위해 요인분석결과, 외모에 대한 동조 가치 욕구 3개 요인이 선택되었다. 여학생이 남학생보다, 고등학생이 중학생에 비하여 욕구 가치 동조 의식이 높게 나타났다. 아버지의 학력이 고졸 이상 일수록 욕구 가치 동조 의식이 높게 나타났으며, 가정의 월수입이 300만원 이상인 학생들이 욕구와 동조 의식이 높게 나타났다. 한 달 용돈을 3만원 이상 받는 학생들이 1만원에서 2만원 이하로 용돈을 받는 학생들보다 외모에 대한 욕구와 가치 의식이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 조사대상 청소년의 교복변형유무에 따른 외모에 대한 태도, 교복에 대한 태도, 교복만족도의 차이에서 교복변형을 경험한 학생일수록 외모를 변화시키고자 하며 매력적인 외모에 가치를 두고 추구하는 태도를 지니고 있었고, 교복변형을 하지 않는 학생들은 교복에 대한 태도 중 유행성, 상징성, 관리성에서 유의하게 높게 평가하였으며, 교복변형을 한 학생들은 변형성만에서 유의하게 높게 평가하였다. 교복에 대한 태도의 하위영역인 유행성은 외모에 대한 태도와 부적 상관관계를 보였고, 변형성은 외모에 대한 태도와 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 현재 착용하고 있는 교복의 디자인, 색상, 옷감에 대한 만족도와 외모에 대한 태도는 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 결론적으로 청소년들의 교복행동과 외모에 대한 태도는 관련이 있었으며, 청소년기 외모에 대한 관심은 하루 일과 중 가장 많이 접하는 교복행동 즉, 교복에 대한 태도, 교복만족도, 교복변형으로 이어지고 있었다.

  • 호텔조직은 환경변화에 적응하는 다양한 전략을 꾸준히 수립해야하며 호텔 인적자원은 변화에 대한 긍정적인 태도가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 호텔 근무자의 조직변화에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 개인차원의 요인들을 문헌을 통해 도출하고, 경영에 대한 신뢰를 매개로 하여 개인 차원의 선행요인이 변화에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고자 시행하였다. 기존 문헌을 바탕으로 하여 (1) 정보에 대한 만족 (2) 의사표현의 자유(3) 직원의 의견 반영 이라는 세 가지 개인적 차원의 선행 변수가 도출되었다. 연구 목적의 실증분석을 위해, 서울, 대구, 부산, 제주도의 특1급 호텔 7개를 설문 대상으로 하였으며 300개의 설문 중 156개의 성실한 응답을 실제 분석에 활용하였다. 그리고 SPSS와 AMOS 7을 이용하여 구조모형방정식을 통해 연구가설을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 정보에 대한 만족, 의사표현의 자유, 직원의 의견반영은 경영에 대한 신뢰에 직접적인 영향을 주었고 신뢰는 변화에 대한 긍정적인 태도에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 나아가, 개인차원의 선행변수는 경영에 대한 신뢰를 매개로 하여 변화에 대한 긍정적인 태도에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 결론적으로 이 연구의 결론은 조직발전에 기여할 것이다.

상업적 매체로서의 UCC에 대한 소비자의 태도와 효과에 대한 국가간 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study m the Consumer's Attitude and Effect of the UCC as a Commercial Media among Countries)

  • UCC paradigm based on Web 2.0 has made new business models and came to the forefront as a commercial media. The purpose of this study is to analyze the customer attitudes toward UCC and it effects as a commercial media. Based on prior studies of Internet and Web advertising, informativeness, entertainment, irritation, trust, usefulness, ease of use, incentives, innovativeness, and flow were identified as affecting factors of the attitude of UCC advertising. Results show that all factors except ease of use and incentives significantly related to the attitude of UCC advertising in Korea. In China, all factors except informativeness, entertainment, and usefulness were found to be significantly related to the attitude of UCC advertising. Customer attitude toward UCC advertising was also found to be significantly related to the such effects as brand attitude, word of mouth and intention to buy in both countries. This study contributes to improve the understanding of UCC as a commercial media and provide the base of activation strategies for it according to the cultural differences.

디지털저작물의 지속적 공유와 온라인 유료서비스 이용의 영향요인 (Factors that Affect the Continuous Sharing of Digital Products and the Use of Online Services)

  • The objective of this paper is to gain a better understanding of factors influencing digital piracy and the use of paid services on the web. A model identifying and describing various factors which affect decision$\sim$makers' attitude toward sharing digital products and online behavioral intentions is constructed based on established theories of human behavior. The relationship between the continuous intention of sharing the products and the intention to use online services is also discussed. Findings show that a independent relationship exists between illegal and legal behaviors, which means stopping piracy by individuals can not lead to their buying of the products. Also while the attitude toward piracy was significantly related to the continuous intention of piracy behaviors, did not necessarily lead to the use intention of online services. The data also show that beliefs concerning consequences of digital piracy were significant enough to alter one's behavioral attitude. There was a significant relationship between perceived consequences and the intention to pirate digital products or to use paid services. The results also show that while the effect of economical and ethical factors were ascertained, that of social and legal factors have not been found. Self$\sim$efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between the attitude toward piracy and both intentions of online behavior. The implications of the findings to research and practice are discussed.

  • Mobile banking brings about a progressive change in the field of banking sectors in Bangladesh. To create a sustainable banking environment, technological implementation is important. As a part of this, many organizations as well as modern banks propelled mobile banking systems in Bangladesh. The customers' attitudes towards mobile banking are fascinating in Bangladesh. So, it is important for mobile banking authority to know what factors influence customers' positive attitude towards mobile banking usage and whether they are facing problems in using mobile banking. To evaluate the customers' attitude toward mobile banking usage in Bangladesh is the main objective of this study. People who use mobile banking have been considered for the study. Respondents were reached out based on their online activities. Around 400 questionnaires have been sent to respondents, but only 200 were returned with responses. A quantitative research design was used for this study. As regards statistical analysis tools, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis have been adopted for analyzing the research study. The results revealed that usage benefits, shopping benefits, and psychological factors influence customers' positive attitude toward mobile banking usage in Bangladesh. Besides, some problems with mobile banking usage are identified by the respondents.

  • This study examined the fashion lifestyle of Chinese women in their 20s and analyzed the purchasing behavior of clothing and attitudes toward the Korean image, Korean Wave, Korean fashion, and preference for Korean fashion brands according to a fashion lifestyle. The major results were as follows: 1) Fashion lifestyle was comprised of factors for the pursuit of personality, pursuit of aesthetic, pursuit of brand, and pursuit of economy. The cluster analysis classified them into groups of: Economy/Personality Oriented, Aesthetic/Brand Oriented, and Fashion-Indifferent. 2) Information source and store patronage were different among the three consumer groups. 3) Attitude toward the Korean image, Korean Wave, Korean fashion, and preference for Korean fashion brands were different among the three consumer groups. These results can be used as the basic data or information for fashion companies that are developing marketing strategies for Chinese women in their 20s.

  • The purposes of this study were to find the sub-factors of consumer consciousness toward well-being and to identify the variables influencing their well-being oriented consumer behaviors in the area of dietary life of married women. 579 married women were surveyed by internet portal site azoomma.com. The collected data were treated with the SPSS Windows 12.0 program and analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, oneway ANOVA, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings were summarized as follow: 1. Consumer consciousness toward well-being has four sub-factors; pro-environmental attitude, personal and family health, means of business, and consciousness regarding others. 2. In the multiple regression analysis, concerns of information, price level, consciousness of personal and family health, health status, educational level explained the purchasing behavior about 25.7%. On the other hand, health status, pro-environmental attitude, consciousness of personal and family health, consciousness regarding others, and concerns of information explanined the using behaviors about 17.0%. Pro-environmental attitude, health status, consciousness of personal and family health, consciousness regarding others, and status of employment were effective variables, and explained the disposal behavior about 19.5%.

패션 소셜네트워크(SNS) 사용의도 및 구전의도에 관한 연구 -의복쇼핑성향, 혁신제품태도와 유행선도력의 영향을 중심으로- (A Study on Intention to Use and Word-of-mouth for Fashion Social Network Service)

  • This study locates factors that affect the intention to use fashion SNS (social network service) and intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Independent variables were fashion shopping orientation, attitude toward innovative products, fashion leadership, and demographics. A questionnaire method was used to collect data on college students while factor analyses, multiple regression, $x^2$ analyses, and Pearson correlation coefficients were applied in analyzing data. Factor analyses resulted in four factors for fashion shopping orientation, three on attitude toward innovative products and two on fashion leadership. Multiple regression analyses showed that information compatibility of attitude toward innovative products had a significant impact on two models of intention to use fashion SNS and two models of intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Opinion leadership and gender were significant factors for two models of intention to use fashion SNS, which means that women are likely to have more intention to use fashion SNS. Meanwhile, fashion innovativeness was found to be a significant factor on two models of intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Shopping orientation factors were not important for any model. $x^2$ analyses showed that women rather than men wanted more information on online fashion shows, general fashion information, and user participation programs. Fashion major students wanted more information on online fashion shows and user participation programs than non-fashion major students.
