  • Purpose This study discusses the contradictory behavior of smart-phone users who consider security is important, but they do not follow the security recommendations. We found through literature research that this contradictory behavior is resulted from a low level of efficacy. Design/methodology/approach Research hypotheses were set based on Extended Parallel Process Model, Control Theory, and Self Efficacy Mechanism. The data were collected from undergraduate students. Total of 178 data were used for the analysis. Findings Results of the analysis, first, showed that the relationship between threat and security attitude varies with the level of coping efficacy. Second, showed that the relationship between threat and fear does not vary with the level of coping efficacy. Both the groups with high coping efficacy and low coping efficacy had a statistically significant effect on the relationship between threat and fear.

  • While prior work has conducted individuals' password security behavior, there is a relatively neglect to examine individuals' affect and feelings of password fatigue in password change context. Therefore, this study explicated individuals' affective response to the feelings of password fatigue by drawing on several theoretical lens. Survey data collected from 267 users were used to test the model using partial least square analysis. This study found that feelings of password fatigue positively affected the negative password fatigue-induced affect, and also both the feelings of password fatigue and the negative password fatigue-induced affect were negatively related to attitude toward changing passwords, which in turn, leads to the intention to change passwords. Furthermore, this study found that shadow work recognition negatively moderated the relationship between attitude and behavioral intention. This study could offer a new theoretical perspective to understand an individual's security behavior and provide empirical evidences for practitioners in charge of IT security in organizations.

  • In this research, The impact factor based on previous studies was composed of attitudes, subjective norms, and executive organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze how these factors have affected on the behavior intention and the behavior the parking regulatory policy using The theory of reasoned action. In addition, The effect of moderate variable(residence, housing type) to be verified. Conducted a survey of the area that was subjected to the parking regulatory policy, and the survey result was analyzed. After verifying the hypothesis using structural equation modeling, Two factors (Attitude, subjective norm) were found to be on the positive effect on the behavior intention and Two factors (Attitude, executive organization) were found to be on the positive effect on the behavior. As a result of verifying the effect of moderate variable(residence, housing type), The residence variable showed a significant moderating effect on the relationship between attitudes and behavior and the housing type variable turned out a significant moderating effect on the relationship between enforcement agency and behavior. On the basis of this analysis, presented a practical way for regulatory compliance or Non compliance on the parking regulatory policy.

  • The objectives of this study were: (1) to identify differences in consumer attitudes and intentions to recycle fashion products using three types of recycling (including resale, reform, and donation), and (2) to examine the moderating effects of consumer prosocialness on the relationships between attitude and intention for each type of fashion product recycling. Men and women aged 20 years and over were recruited from a marketing research firm panel. Participants completed an online questionnaire incorporating measures for attitudes and intentions to resale, reform, and donate fashion products, prosocialness, frequency of purchasing fashion products, monthly amount of spending on fashion products, and demographic information. Data from 224 participants were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS macro. The results demonstrated that consumers had significantly different attitudes and intentions depending on type of fashion product recycling. Consumers had more positive attitudes toward donation compared to resale and reform types of recycling. Consumer intentions toward resale and donation were significantly higher than their intention to reform. Furthermore, this study confirmed that the attitude-intention gap in fashion product recycling can be explained by individual prosocialness. The moderating effects of prosocialness on the associations between attitude and intention to recycle were significant. The implications of increasing consumers' behavior intention to recycle fashion products was discussed and future research suggestions are provided.

Data research was conducted on 296 males in their 20s and 30s located in Seoul & Gyeonggi province. The SPSS 17.0 software program was used to conduct data analyses such as descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-test, and $\chi^2$-test. The results of this study are as follows: The degree of interest in appearance was identified with four factors; outfit management, confidence of figure, interest in clothing, weight control, and disinterest in appearance. Customers were segmented into two subdivisions: high and low interest in appearance. The factors derived from the factor analysis of underwear purchase motive included aesthetic, impulsiveness, and practicality. The purchase behavior of the group with high interest in appearance was highly motivated by aesthetics and impulsiveness. The factors derived from the factor analysis of underwear attitude included fashionability, comfortableness, and quality. Customers were segmented into the following three subdivisions: pursuit of comfortableness, pursuit of diversity, and normal. The type of high interest in appearance regarded fashionability and quality highly. Finally, the degree of interest in appearance showed significant relevance in purchase motive and underwear attitude for underwear.
