The aims of this study is to investigate the trend of the attitude and behavior toward the inheritance of asset and ancestral rites among urban families. The aged were selected out of the continuing education center in Seoul for questionnaires to figure out the subjects above. The main results of this study are as follows: 1. For the attitude toward the inheritance of ancestral rites, it was positive for the eldest son or the one who inherited much asset or the religious organization to perform the ancestral rites. But it was negative for the married daughter or the adopted son to hold the ancestral rites. 2. For the inheritance behaviour of the ancestral rites, it is not common for the eldest son to inherit ancestral rites but common to perform it. 3. In the group who are positive to donate their property to society, it is common not to prefer the eldest son in inheriting property. In the group who are positive about preferring the eldest son in inheriting property, they preferred the eldest son in succession to an asset. 4. Most of sons, especially the eldest son, were preferred in inheriting asset and ancestral rites. And they were much more preferred in inheriting ancestral rites than asset.
By virtue of the development and widespread of social network services, the importance of SNS for an individual's social capital formation as well as people's act of sharing information is increasingly highlighted. However, there are still few empirical studies on successful formation of SNS, people's attitude towards participation in SNS, and the brisk act of sharing information in the SNS as yet. This study performed an analysis that, in terms of forming the successful SNS, people's attachment to the group in SNS induces the attitude towards the participation in SNS, and the information-sharing act on the basis of the socio-psychological theory. For this purpose, this study carried out empirical study by dividing the influential factors into the attachment to online group, and attachment to the members in SNS group on the basis of trust. This study set up the component factors in trust as high-dimensional factors, and used SPSS 18.0 and SmartPLS 2.0 as analysis tools. Analysis results confirmed that group formation in SNS and people's attachment to the group were significantly influence attitude towards participation in SNS as well as information sharing behavior. This result implies that group formation in SNS plays an important role in active use of SNS.
The purpose of this study is to explore high school students' environmental literacy and from its result, to suggest ways to reform environmental education. 1047 students from Seoul and Kyeongki province participated in the survey. The questionnaire consisted of four criteria of environmental literacy including knowledge, skill, attitude and behavior. The result was analyzed and the factors which affect high school students environmental literacy were explored. From this result, we made suggestions to improve environmental education as follows. First, environmental education in school should focus on knowledge criterion. Though school environmental education has been helpful for students to build environmental literacy in attitude and behavior criteria, its effect has not been good enough in knowledge criterion. Second, science education can enhance students' environmental literacy. Students who like science best and students who belong to science major classes were reported to possess better understanding in knowledge criterion. Also, students who like life science appeared to have a more positive attitude in environmental literacy. Third, informal education must be considered to form students' environmental literacy. In particular, the effect of mass media is inarguable. Thus, we should find a way to link formal education and informal education to improve environmental education. Fourth, high school students' interest in the environment must be encouraged since it is evident that higher interest would result in better outcome in environmental education.
The purpose of this study is to examine consumer characteristics according to the recycling behavior and analyze the affected variables on recycling behavior. For the empirical analysis, the data was collected 585 consumers from May 14 to June 8,2001. The statistical methods for this study were descriptive statistics, t-tests, cross tables, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS PC program. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. Convenience was important variables to explain the recycling behavior of household trash between two groups, but extrinsic incentives of rewards for undertaking the behavior was not significant. 2. Intrinsic motivation like as perceived consumer difficulties(PCD), perceived consumer effectiveness(PCE), recycling altitude, and ethic was significant variables to compare two groups. 3. Recycling knowledge was important to explain the recycling behavior, but no impact on recycling behavior. 4. Except age, all of socially demographic variables were significant to compare the recycling behavior of two groups. 5. Recycling attitude and convenience had influence on recycling behavior. Especially, ethic had influence on low level recycling behavior of consumer group.
The researches on corporate social responsibility(CSR) focused mostly on its effects on financial performance or consumer's behavior. However relatively few studies have dealt with employee's attitude towards CSR. The purpose of this study is to analyze determinants of hospital employee's attitude towards CSR. The data were collected from 163 employees at a general hospital in Gyeonggi-do from June 18 to July 18 in 2012. For the statistical analysis of data, t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were implemented. The result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows that first, perceived management support and direct benefits were positively related to the attitude towards the acceptance of CSR while interruption of work was negatively related. Second, as interruption of work was controlled, the statistically significant relationship between clinical department and attitude towards the acceptance of CSR was disappeared. In order to accommodate CSR in hospitals, first, the enterprise-wide support is more effective rather than expecting the action of each employee. Second, hospitals should provide the education about CSR to let employees expect direct benefits such as improving of their moral sense. Third, the burden of work causing interruption needs to be managed to cause employees to accept CSR.

The development of science and technology not only improved the quality of life of human being, but also brought about environmental problems. Consequently, consensus has been established that early environmental education for youngsters is critical for the preservation of clean environment. A conventional way of teaching has not been very effective for changing their attitude and behavior regarding environmental problems. STS program, which has been one of the major trend in science education, intends to teach science through everyday experience rather than knowledge. This study purports to examine the effectiveness of STS program on environmental problems compared to conventional teaching method. Six week program was developed and applied to subchapter 'Environmental Pollutions & Our Lives' of 3rd grade middle school science text book. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. STS program was significantly effective in changing students' attitude(p<.001). It was effective not only changing their thinking but also changing their behavior. 2. There was no difference between the STS program and conventional teaching method in improving students' knowledge(p>.05). 3. The correlation between the level of knowledge achievement and the attitude on environment was very low(r=.0564,p>.05).
The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence HPV(human papilloma virus) vaccination intention and behavior for mothers with a teenage daughter as the subject of HPV vaccine free inoculation from 2016 based on the theory of planned behavior. For attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, intention, we used a tool modified and supplemented by Hye-Min Park, Hyu-Ei Oh. from June to September 2017, data of 249 people were collected and analyzed by SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. The results of this study showed that the factors affecting the HPV vaccination intention of the subject were attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control in order. In addition, the factors influencing HPV vaccination behavior were found to be level of education, subject's vaccination status, recommendation of health care provider, vaccination status of surrounding people, intention etc. Therefore, in order to increase the vaccination rate, we need to find a way to consider the factors influencing vaccination behavior and maximize the vaccination rate.
Purpose - Ethical consumption is the action of buying one product over another with an ethical idea in mind. It has gained in popularity since the 1990s with more emphasis being put on the power of consumer actions to create social, economic, and environmental change. Ethical consumption involves boycotts of certain products or brands as well as purchases linked to ethical issues. Cause-related marketing (the buying behavior of ethical consumption) involves a for-profit and non-profit entity teaming up to promote a product at the same time as promoting a social cause. Each time a consumer buys that product, a donation is made by the for-profit entity to the non-profit entity supporting the specific cause. Cause-related marketing has become a tremendously popular type of ethical consumption in recent years owing to its reputation of allowing companies to "do well by doing good." This study examines how consumers' perception of cause and attitude influence their attitude toward a cause-related marketing campaign and attempts to suggest implications for marketers. Research design, data, and methodology - First, this study was designed to examine the consumers' perception factors (cause involvement, attitude for cause, attitude for company and brand familiarity) in order to determine whether these factors have significantly affected consumers' attitude toward a cause-related marketing campaign. Second, this study developed a structural equation model and tested it empirically using survey data from 223 individual respondents. Respondents were undergraduate students in Chungnam. They were shown an existing real campaign message of cause-related marketing, and then filled out a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 17.0 programs. Results - The hypotheses were tested using factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The study's results showed that brand familiarity, attitude to the company and attitude to the cause significantly affected consumers' attitude toward the cause-related marketing campaign and performance. In particular, attitude to the cause was significantly related to attitude and performance of the cause-related marketing campaign. However, the hypothesis about cause involvement was not supported with the results indicating that cause involvement did not affect consumers' attitude toward the cause-related marketing campaign. The findings underline the importance of consumer perceptions of the cause and the company and their attitude to the cause. They point to the importance of individual differences that influence consumer perceptions of the cause, the company and brand familiarity. Also of importance is the consumer's attitude to the cause. Conclusions - The findings suggest some practical implications in designing and implementing cause-related marketing campaigns. It is important to enhance brand familiarity and create a favorable attitude to the company and attitude to the cause before designing cause-related marketing campaigns. The rising popularity of cause-related marketing has been attributed to its potential to cut through advertising clutter. The findings in this study suggest that marketing campaigns supporting a cause make a difference.

This study is a descriptive research to identify the factors that influence blood donation intentions of the middle-aged firefighters and prison officer based on Ajzen's (1991) planned behavior theory. The subjects of the study were 223 middle-aged firefighters and prison officer at a fire station and prison located in G City and District B. The Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Turkey, and multiple regression with the SPSS 21.0 program. There were statistically significant differences in blood donation intention according to the blood donation experience, attempted blood donation within a year, participate plan in blood donation within 3 months. The blood donation intention of middle aged showed significant positive correlations with attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control towards blood donation. Multiple regression analysis for blood donation intention revealed that the significant predictors were participate plan in blood donation within 3 months, perceived behavior control, subjective norms, attitude towards blood donation, and attempted blood donation within a year. These factors explained 69% of the variance. In order to enhance the middle aged's intention to blood donation, we need a program that can improve middle aged's attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control.
This research was to examine the effects of downsizing kitchen employees in a hotel on their job efficiency and to verify differences in the individuals' behavior characteristics according to DISC behavior types in this causal relationship. Through SPSS 17.0 program, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted on 200 samples secured for an empirical research. Two factors for the downsizing items and two factors for the items related to job attitude were extracted. Hypothesis 1 was that the downsizing within a hotel has significant negative (-) effects on job attitude. As a result of the verification, it was found that downsizing had significantly negative effects on the job attitude of cooking employees as factors for organizational commitment in employment circumstances (${\beta}$=-.256), and employment anxiety (${\beta}$=-.258), and as factors for job satisfaction in employment circumstances (${\beta}$=-.319), and employment anxiety (${\beta}$=-.174). Hypothesis 2 was that the downsizing according to DISC behavior types has significant negative (-) effects on job attitude. As a result of the verification, it was found that in the organizational commitment factors, the dominance type (D) was more influenced by employment anxiety (${\beta}$=-.435) than by any other types, and the conscientiousness type (C) was not influenced by organizational commitment. In the job satisfaction factors, the steadiness type (S) was more influenced by the changes in employment circumstances (${\beta}$=-.414) than by other types, and the dominance type (D) was not influenced. Based on the results of this research, it can be said that hotel's downsizing strategies influence job attitude such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction of cooking employees, and that there are differences in the influences according to the individuals' behavior types of kitchen employees.
