Technology Acceptance Model with Web Interactivity (웹의 상호작용 특성을 반영한 정보기술수용모형)

  • The purposes of this study are in threefold; to explain the interactivity in web site, to extend the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) in the WWW context, and to examine its relationship with the existing TAM components. We proposed that the WWW is not just web systems but interactive spaces for virtual community. Web interactivity is represented by the two constructs: system interactivity and social interactivity. We extended and empirically examined the TAM for the web context. An individual's attitude toward the use of the web site is significantly affected by the individual's perception about ease of use, usefulness, and system interactivity. At the same time, behavioral intentions to use the web site is highly related to the social interactivity. The results showed that the system interactivity and social interactivity of a web site are important factors in affecting the user's beliefs and behavior intention of such a web site, So web page providers not only have to make the web site useful and easy to use, but also need to design an interactive web page by putting both systemic aspects and social aspects.

Subjectivity in perception of environmental issues and its implications for environmental education (환경 문제 지각의 주관성 : 확실성과 체험가능성)

  • This study was designed to find answers for the two questions that had been raised in the study of Lee and Fortner(2000): 1) How can the appropriateness of classification of environmental issues by perceived certainty and 2) How are perceived certainty, tangibility, significance of environmental issues and willingness to act to solve those problems related to each other\ulcorner A questionnaire consisted of 40 questions was administered to 144 college students. Results of the study revealed that classification through cluster analysis appeared to be more appropriate and credible than classification by mean scores or medians. Four major factors were found to have high positive correlations to each other as hypothesized. These results imply for environmental educations that people's attitude toward and behavior on environmental problems are likely to be more strongly and meaningfully associated with their perceptions of those problems that are subjective and flexible than physical or chemical characteristics of the problems that are frequently considered as objective.

Impact of Employee's Gratitude Disposition on Organizational Citizenship Behavior : Focus on Multi-mediated Effects of Perceived Organizational Support and Job Satisfaction (구성원의 감사성향이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : 조직지원인식과 직무만족의 다중매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out how employee's gratitude disposition affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) and empirically validating multiple mediation effect of perceived organizational support(POS) and job satisfaction. For this study, an online survey has been conducted on office workers to analyze 380 sets of answers, reviewed reliability and validity through CFA and used SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0, Macro Process 3.0, a bootstrap method to test hypothesis. As a result, it is verified that an employee's gratitude disposition positively affects OCB, POS and job satisfaction and that there exists a multiple mediation effect of POS and job satisfaction. In this study, it is validated that an employee's gratitude disposition has a positive influence on OCB and an employee's gratitude disposition, an individual trait, is a related antecedent variable of POS. The result of this study is meaningful that it suggests boosting gratitude disposition, a positive psychological factor, in an organization can positively affect employees' job attitude and organization effectiveness.

Consumer Perception and Purchase Behavior of Han-gwa (Traditional Korean Confection) -Focus on Housewives in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area- (한과에 대한 소비자 인식 및 구매 행동 연구 -서울, 수도권 거주 주부들을 중심으로-)

  • This study investigated consumer perception and purchase behavior regarding Han-gwa (traditional Korean confection) in housewives residing in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area. This study was conducted by self-administered questionnaires. Out of 839 questionnaires, 713 questionnaires (85.0%) were used for statistical analyses including frequency analysis, the Chisquare, and one-way ANOVA. Based on the data collected, independence variables were divided less than 40 years (<40), 40s, 50 years or higher (50) by age. The major findings were as follows; Firstly, 72.1% of the total respondents had the experience of purchasing Han-gwa. Gangjeong was the most popular item among purchased. As the purpose of purchasing, holiday gift and snack was on the highest rank. Hypermarkets / discount stores (48.9%) was the most common place for the place of purchase. Secondly, there was a significant difference in the perception of Han-gwa by age; respondents aged 50 years or older showed more positive perception in Han-gwa in 3 factors among total of 11 factors. Thirdly, for the popularization of Han-gwa, 'too sweet taste (44.2%)' and 'small portion size (22.9%)' were pointed to be improved by respondents. Results of this study indicate that 1) Yu-gwa and Yak-gwa require new product development based on age segmentation, and health and food safety are important variables considered when housewives purchase Han-gwa.

The Type of Consumers Brand Switching on Fashion Goods and Response to Marketing Communication (패션상품 소비자의 상표전환 유형과 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 반응)

  • The purpose of this study was to establish the marketing strategy, that strengthens the brand royalty of their own in apparel industry and that can induce consumers brand switching against competitive brand. This study was classified into theoretical and experimental study. Experimental study was done, using the survey, to prove the models for consumers responses to brand switching by the theoretical study. It analyzed at last five hundred ninety-two women in the age of twenty to thirty years old who live in Seoul. Followings are the summary of the results revealed through the experimental study. First, brand switching behavior of consumers for formal dress was attributed to two extremes the inner motivation of variety seeking tendency and communication contact, complex variety seeking group, true variety seeking group, derived variety seeking group, and variety avoiding group. Second, the cognition response to marketing communication the types of brand switching shows difference in all communication variables except the service promotion of sales promotion communication. As to attitude response, it was found meaning difference in all communication variables except the sales promotion through price adjustment.

  • It is widely known that patients' utilization pattern for medical care facilities and the patientflow are influenced by multi-factors, such as demographic characteristics, structural characteristics of society, socio-psychological characteristics(value, attitude, norms, culture, health behavior, etc.), economic characteristics(income, medical price, relative price, physician induced demand, etc.), geographical accessibility, systematic characteristics(health care delivery system, payment methods for physician fees, form of health care security, etc.), and characteristics of medical facilities(reliability, quality of medical care, convenience, kindness, tec.). This study was conducted to research the mechanism of patient-flow according to changes of health care system(implementation of national health insurance, health care referral system and regionalization of health care utilization, etc.) and characteristics of medical facilities(ownership of hospital, characteristics of medical services, non-medical characteristics, etc.). In this study, the fact could be ascertained that the patient-flow had been influenced by changes of health care system and characteristics of medical facilities.

  • Today, Advertisement affects the daily consumption life of consumers because of the features and advantages of advertisement. In particular, and so does the TV advertisement. Therefore, customer education is required for the consumers so that they can lead a rational consumption through TV advertisement quality. In addition, with the introduction of the many new-born distribution channels, the recent market environment in apparel industry is changing, and the service and image of store types consumers can choose are increasing. The purpose of this research is to offer basic data which can help consumers to acquire necessary information and conduct rational consumption through TV advertisement. Also purchasing behavior of consumers communicate, feels of consumers about store image, TV advertisement quality of what is the attitude of the relative influence presents.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze coping behavior types of mothers of autistic children. Through the use of Q methodology using a sample of 23 pairs of mothers and therapists, four factors were derived that account for the coping strategies of mothers of children with autism. The mothers of the first type have either accepted their child's disability and their own situation. For the second type, the mothers engaged in therapeutic work for their child with a positive attitude. These mothers accepted their child as a family member. The third type shared ambivalent feelings and responses regarding their child's disability. And the last type expressed concerns and difficulties related to the situation. They tried to get social support to deal with the stressful situation. The agreement of mothers'psychological adjustment from the exports'and mothers'perceptive was found to be 52%.

Factors Influencing Smartphone Addiction in High School Students in B city (B시 고등학생의 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • Purpose of this study was conducted to investigate the factors influencing smartphone addiction of high school students. The data were collected from 351 high school students in B city and analyzed with t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression by using SPSS 18.0 program. The smartphone addiction rate was 20.8%, which the high risk group rate was 8.5% and potential risk group rate was 12.3%. The significant factors of smartphone addiction were using time in weekend, accident in using smartphone, aggression, depression, attachment to peer and behavior control of learning attitude. And these factors explained 33.4% of the variance in smartphone addiction. In conclusion, the results from this study indicated a need to develop the intervention program to prevent smartphone addiction.

Men's Work Role and Transition to Fatherhood : Does Transition Timing Matter (남성의 부모기로의 전이와 직업역할 : 전이시기와의 관련성을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the interrelationship between work role and fatherhood role of young men who experienced the transition to fatherhood within the last two years. The effect of transition timing on the relationship between work role and fatherhood was also explored. In-depth, qualitative data were gathered from thirty men. The results showed that there exist differences in socio-demographic characteristics among timing groups. Differences were also found in the nature of career demand between 'late' fathers and 'early' or 'on-time' fathers. However, no clear effects of timing of fatherhood on men's parenting behavior and attitude toward fathering and the relationship between work role and fatherhood were found.
