MMT 기반 3차원 포인트 클라우드 콘텐츠의 영역 선별적 전송 방안 (Region Selective Transmission Method of MMT based 3D Point Cloud Content)

  • 최근 하드웨어 성능뿐 아니라 영상 처리 기술의 발달로 인해 다양한 분야에서 사용자에게 자유로운 시야각과 입체감을 제공하는 3차원 포인트를 다루는 기술에 관한 연구를 지속하고 있다. 3차원 포인트를 표현하는 형식 중 포인트 클라우드 기술은 포인트를 정밀하게 획득/표현할 수 있다는 장점으로 인해 다양한 분야에서 주목받고 있다. 하지만 하나의 3차원 포인트 클라우드 콘텐츠를 표현하기 위해 수십, 수백만 개의 포인트가 필요하므로 기존의 2차원 콘텐츠보다 많은 양의 저장 공간을 요구한다는 단점이 존재한다. 이러한 이유로, 국제 표준화 기구인 MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group)에서는 3차원 포인트 클라우드 콘텐츠를 효율적으로 압축 및 저장하고, 사용자에게 전송하는 방안에 대해 계속 연구를 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-I (Immersive) 그룹에서 제안한 V-PCC(Video based Point Cloud Compression) 부호화기를 통해 생성된 V-PCC 비트스트림을 MMT (MPEG Media Transport) 표준에서 정의한 MPU (Media Processing Unit)로 구성하는 방안을 제안한다. 또한, MMT 표준에서 정의한 시그널링 메시지를 확장하여 3차원 포인트 클라우드 콘텐츠의 영역 선별적 전송 방안을 위한 파라미터와 사용자의 요구에 따라 선택적으로 품질 파라미터를 결정할 수 있도록 V-PCC에서 상정하는 품질 파라미터를 추가 정의한다. 마지막으로, 본 논문에서는 제안한 기술을 기반으로 검증 플랫폼의 설계/구현을 통해 결과를 확인한다.

외상성 뇌손상 환자에서 Amantadine의 치료적 효과 : 2증례 및 고찰 (Therapeutic Effect of Amantadine in Traumatic Brain Injury Patients : Two Cases and Review)

  • 두부 외상을 받은 환자는 여러 가지 다양한 병태생리학적인 과정을 통해 뇌손상을 받으며 이로 인해 다양한 신경정신과적인 장애를 나타낸다. 두부외상을 받은 두 명의 환자에서 이에 대한 약물학적인 접근으로 amantadine을 사용하였고 증세의 호전을 경험하였다. 이에 대한 이론적인 근거로는 amantadine은 전연접(presynaptic)과 후연접(postsynaptic)에서 도파민 신경전달(dopamine neurotransmission)을 증진시켜 인지기능과 전두엽 기능장애에서 발생되는 특징적인 정신 행동학적인 증상을 호전시키고, NMDA 수용체 길항제(NMDA receptor antagonist)로 작용하여 흥분성 독성물질(excitotoxic substrate)에 의한 이차적인 신경손상을 차단하는 신경보호제(neuroprotective agent)로 작용한다. 이와 같이 amantadine은 급성과 만성 외상성 뇌손상 환자 모두에서 나타나는 인지, 기분과 행동장애의 치료에 효과적이고 안전하며 비싸지 않은 가격으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 또한 이 영역에서 더욱 많은 대조군 연구가 필요하고, 나아가서 외상성 뇌손상 환자의 인지기능 호전을 위한 약물학적인 개입에 관한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

알미늄 선루선(船樓선)의 열응력분석(熱應力分布) (Notes on the Thermal Stresses for Aluminum Superstructures)

  • The effect of thermal stress on a ship's hull is not considered to be serious by most naval architects. Frequently, however, cracking of hulls has been reported which occurred at sea while there were no external forces except the heat from the sun. Detailed investigations have been made of these reports and it has been reliably determined that the damage was initiated by solar heating. The author is not interested in all steel ship or in the applicability and validity of the formular itself, as it has already been proven by the experiments such as S.S. Boulder Victory. The author therefore proceeds directly to calculate the stress distribution on he hull and superstructure of the prototype model ship. These calculations are based on the experimental nonsymetrical temperature gradient data taken earlier on the Boulder Victory. The calculations were made principally to determine the extent of stresses which occurred on an all-steel ship in one case and secondly, those that occurred on a ship with a steel hull and an aluminum superstructure. From the calculations, the author expected the stress distribution of the two case would show distinctly different aspects, but the acquired results were very similar. Generally, at the point of junction of the steel hull and aluminum superstructure sharp peak stresses appeared. At the juncture of the superstructure and the main deck the ship with the aluminum superstructure registered almost 1000 psi more stress than did the ship with the all-steel construction. In the view of these findings, the author recommends to ship designers that pay particular attention to the point of junction of steel and aluminum plate. The author has proven that it is extremely important that a greater safety factor be used at the aluminum-steel junction point than at any other point. Although thermal effects cause high juncture-point stresses in all-steel ships, they are not nearly as critical as in ship constructed of two or more metals.

색상과 톤, 스커트 폭·길이에 따른 원피스드레스 착용자의 인상평가 (The Impression Evaluation of the Dress's Wearer in Relation to Hue, Tone, Skirt Width and Length)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of four clothing cues(hue, tone, skirt width, and skirt length of dress) on female impressions. The experimental materials developed for this study are a set of stimuli and response scales. The Stimuli are 40 color pictures manipulated with four clothing cues by drawing. The 7-point scale designed for visual evaluation of female impression formation includes 29 bipolar adjectives. The subjects were 240 undergraduate female students in Jinju city. The results of this study are as follow: As analyzing the impression of the female figure by the hue, tone, skirt width, and length, five factors including ability activity, elegance, attractiveness, concentration of attention, and tenderness were identified. Among these factors, ability activity and elegance were proved to be more important. Each impression of hue and tone with skirt width length have significant effects on concentration of attention, and tenderness. We can express various impressions by diversifying hue and tone. Each impression of skirt width length with hue and tone have significant effects on ability activity and elegance.

헤어스타일.길이와 모자유형이 인상형성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hair-style.Hair-length and Types of Hat design on Impression Formation)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of hair-style (straight and wave), hair-length(short, medium, and long), and type of hat design (no-hat, beret, cloche, bowler, and capeline) on impression formation. The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stimulus and response scales. The 7-point semantic differential response scales were designed. Thirty stimuli color pictures of various combination of hair length, hair style, and type of hat design were manipulated by computer drawing. The subjects were 360 undergraduates living in Seoul, Kyunggi and Kyungnam. The experimental design was composed of 3 factorial designs. The result of the study can be summarized as follows; Impression factor of the stimulus consisted of the 5 different dimensions (attractiveness, gracefulness, activity, concentration of attention, cuteness). Hair style greatly affected gracefulness. On the other hand, hair length made remarkable effects on attractiveness, concentration of attention, and cuteness. In addition, it has been found that the type of hat design significantly influenced on all the factors except attractiveness as independent variables. In regarding the effect of interaction between each variable, the combination of hair style and hair length had significant effects on gracefulness. In the impression formation of cuteness, the combination of hair length and type of hat design were more significant.

의류매장 디스플레이 소도구에 대한 소비자의 시각반응 연구 - 아이트래커를 활용한 시각행동 중심으로 - (A study on the consumer's visual reaction about display props of clothing store - Focus on visual behavior using eye-tracker -)

  • As measuring visual behavior by utilize eye-tracker, this study examines whether consumer concentrates on visual attention with certain object and measures visual behavior with fixation number, fixation duration, the first fixation, which are visual attention pattern of consumer about Mannequin, hanger, shelve as props of display advertising effect on clothing store. It has experimental purpose to recognize relationships in terms of regardless, appropriateness, purchase intention. During display of clothing store, first experimental consequence to measure visual behavior on consumer did appear to allocate more cautions than other props. Second, in terms of relationships with regardless, appropriateness, purchase intention from consumer, each fixation pattern about consumer's fixation number, fixation duration, the first fixation was confirmed that there is meaningful correlation with each other. Accordingly, as advertising effect of mannequin makes consumer to concentrate more visually cautious, it is translated that high favor about display product with mannequin has positive role on purchase intention. Also, there is a purpose that higher feasibility on study result provides practical point on clothing store's display marketing strategy of corporation.

극동 아세아 컨테이너 항만의 능력평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluating the Ability of the Competitive Container Ports in Far-East Asia)

  • The rapid progress of the intermodal freight transportation in recent years has induced fierce competition among the adjacent hub ports for container transport. This brings increased attention to the evaluation of the port competitive ability. But it is not easy to evaluate the port competitive ability because this belongs to ill-defined system which is composed of ambiguous interacting attributes. Paying attention to this point, this paper deals the competitive ability of container port in Far-East Asia by fuzzy integral evaluation which is adequate to interacting ambiguous attribute problem. For this, the proposed fuzzy evaluation algorithm is applied to the real problem, based on the factors such as cargo volumes, costs, services, infrastructure and geographical sites These are extracted from the precedent study of port competitive ability, etc. The results show that the port evaluation factors come in following order ; services, costs, infrastructure, geographical sites and cargo volumes. There are some interactions(interaction coefficient, ${\lambda}=-0.664$ between evaluation attributes. The port competitive ability comes in following order : Singapore, Hongkong, Kobe, Kaoshiung and Busan. According to the sensitivity analysis, the rank between Busan and Kaoshiung changes when ${\lambda}=0.7$. From the analysis of the results, we confirmed that the proposed fuzzy evaluation algorithm is very effective in the complex-fuzzy problem which is composed of hierarchical structure with interacting attributes.

The Impact of Psychological and Environmental Factors on Consumers' Purchase Intention toward Organic Food: Evidence from Vietnam

  • The study investigates some psychological and environmental factors affecting the intention to purchase organic foods of consumers in the inner-city of Hanoi. Impact factors applied for the study include three psychological factors (health concern, environmental concern, consumer awareness of organic foods) and seven environment factors (family's opinion, friends and colleagues' opinion, influence of celebrities, expert's opinion, social status, mass media, state's encouragement). We analyzed research data from 396 consumers to measure the impacting level of these factors. The convenient sampling method was used to collect the research sample. The measurement applied a 5-point Likert scale classifying from 1-completely disagree to 5-completely agree. Based on previous studies, the research model was recommended. We had estimated the reliability of the scales through Cronbach's Alpha and composite reliability. The research data is analyzed by using Structural Equation Model method (SEM). The findings of the study suggest that psychological factors (health concern, environmental concern, consumer awareness of organic foods) had a significantly positive influence on consumer's purchase attention toward organic food. The results also revealed that environmental factors (family's opinion, friends and colleagues' opinion, influence of celebrities, expert's opinion, mass media) were positively linked to consumer's purchase attention toward organic food.
