애착장애의 치료 (ATTACHMENT-BASED INTERVENTION)

  • 주 양육자와 어린자녀사이에 발생한 여러 애착의 문제들을 애착이론에 근거하여 치료한 네가지의 방법을 검토하였다. 첫째, 부모의 민감도를 증진시키는 방안. 둘째, 부모의 내적표상 및 작동모델(Parent's Representation과 Internal Working Model)을 변화시키는 방법. 셋째, 사회적인 지지를 증진시키는 방법. 넷째, 어머니의 정신건강과 Well-being을 도와주는 방법과 Project STEEP(Steps Toward Effective and Enjoyable Parenting)를 기술하였다. 이러한 리뷰를 통하여 주 양육자의 정서적 반응에 민감성과 반응성이 애착의 발달과 치료의 중요한 요인임을 알게 되었다. 향후 애착문제의 치료시 하기 사항을 특별히 고려하여야 할 것으로 사료된다. 첫째, 참가자의 요구를 충분히 고려할 수 있는 유연성. 둘째, 참가자 주위의 중요한 사람들을 참여 시킬 것. 셋째, 각 개인의 장점을 충분히 살릴 것. 넷째, 가능한 어렸을때 빨리 치료할 것. 다섯째, 장시간에 걸쳐 집중적으로 철저히 치료할 것.

대학생의 자기효능감 및 애착이 SNS 중독경향성에 미치는 영향 (The influences of self-efficacy and attachment on SNS addiction tendency in college students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 자기효능감, 애착이 SNS 중독경향성에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도하였다. 연구기간은 2013년 8월 26일부터 2013년 11월10일까지였으며, 연구대상은 D시 일개 대학생 303명이었다. 연구도구는 SNS 중독경향성, 자기효능감, 성인애착도구를 사용하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 일반적 특성에 따른 SNS 중독경향성은 성별, 사용기간, 일평균 사용 시간, 주당 평균 접속률에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. SNS 중독경향성은 성인애착, 성인애착의 하위 영역인 회피애착과 불안애착에서 각각 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 자기효능감과는 음의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 대학생의 SNS 중독경향성은 SNS 사용 시간 및 기간이 짧을수록 감소하며, 불안애착이 클수록 증가하고, 자기효능감이 클수록 감소함을 알 수 있었다.

주 연결장치의 설계변화에 따른 하악 유리단 국소의치의 광탄성 응력 분석에 관한 연구 (A PHOTOELASTIC STUDY ON THE STRESS ANALYSIS UNDER MADIBULAR DISTAL-EXTENSION REMOVABLE PARTIAL DENTURE WITH DIFFERENT DESIGN OF THE MAJOR CONNECTOR)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude and distribution of stress using a photoelastic model from a distal extension removable partial dentures with three kinds of mandibular major connectors, that is, lingual bar, linguoplate, and swing-lock attachment. A photoelastic model was made of the epoxy resin(PC-1) and hardener(PCH-1) and coated with plastic cement-1 (PC-1) at the lingual surface of the epoxy model and set with three kinds of chrome-cobalt removable partial dentures. A bilateral vertical load of 15kg to the middle portion of the metal bar crossing both the first molars of the right and the left, and a unilateral vertical load of 12.5kg to the right first molar were applied with the use of specially designed loading device and the reflective circular polariscope was used to analyze the photoelastic model under each condition. The following results were obtained : 1. When the bilateral vertical load was applied, the magnitude and distribution of the stress concentration of the edentulous area and the terminal abutment or adjacent teeth was in the order of lingual bar, linguoplate, swing-lock attachment. 2. When the unilateral vertical load was applied, the magnitude and distribution of the stress concentration of the edentulous area and the terminal abutment or adjacent teeth was in the order of lingual bar, linguoplate, swing-lock attachment. 3. When the unilateral vertical load was applied, the magnitude and distribution of the stress concentration of the termial abutment or adjacent teeth on the non-loaded side showed the least stress distribution in case of swing-lock attachment. 4. When the bilateral vertical load and the unilateral vertical load were applied the swing-lock attachment showed the mildest uniform stress distribution on the edentulous area and the alveolar bone around the abutment teeth.

국제 음악축제의 지역 애착도, 사전지식, 관여도가 지역 이미지, 축제에 대한 태도 및 지지도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Examining the Impact of Local Attachment, Prior Knowledge, and Involvement in International Music Festival on Destination Image, Attitude and Support)

  • Purpose - This study examined the relationship between local attachment, prior knowledge and involvement in the festival, and local image, attitudes toward and support for the festival among people who have visited the Incheon Pentaport Music Festival, the largest music festival in Korea. Design/methodology/approach - A total of 250 samples were used for the final analysis, and SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used to analyze the data. The structural equation model analysis was conducted to test the hypotheses of this study. Findings - As a result of the analysis, first, only local attachment was found to have a positive and significant effect on local image. On the other hand, prior knowledge or involvement in the Incheon Pentaport Music Festival was found to be unrelated to local image. Second, local attachment and involvement were found to have a significant effect on attitude, but prior knowledge was not significant. Last, this paper examined the influence of festival area image and attitude toward the festival on festival support, and found that both have a positive and significant effect on support. Research implications or Originality - This study expands the scope of research on music festivals and is expected to contribute to tourist attraction and marketing strategies for the revitalization of music festivals in the future.

Comparison of retentive force and wear pattern of Locator® and ADD-TOC attachments combined with CAD-CAM milled bar

  • PURPOSE. The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in retention and wear pattern of Locator® and ADD-TOC attachments on a digital milled bar by performing chewing simulation and repeated insertion/removal of prostheses in fully edentulous models. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Locator (Locator®; Zest Anchors Inc., Escondido, CA, USA) was selected as the control group and ADD-TOC (ADD-TOC; PNUAdd Co., Ltd., Busan, Republic of Korea) as the experimental group. A CAD-CAM milled bar was mounted on a master model and 3 threaded holes for connecting a bar attachment was formed using a tap. Locator and ADD-TOC attachments were then attached to the milled bar. Simulated mastication and repeated insertion/removal were performed over 400,000 cyclic loadings and 1,080 insertions/removals, respectively. Wear patterns on deformed attachment were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy. RESULTS. For the ADD-TOC attachments, chewing simulation and repeated insertion/removal resulted in a mean initial retentive force of 24.43 ± 4.89 N, which were significantly lower than that of the Locator attachment, 34.33 ± 8.25 N (P < .05). Amounts of retention loss relative to baseline for the Locator and ADD-TOC attachments were 21.74 ± 7.07 and 8.98 ± 5.76 N (P < .05). CONCLUSION. CAD-CAM milled bar with the ADD-TOC attachment had a lower initial retentive force than the Locator attachment. However, the ADD-TOC attachment might be suitable for long-term use as it showed less deformation and had a higher retentive force after simulated mastication and insertion/removal repetitions.

모바일 피트니스 게임에서 메시지 프레임이 지각된 혜택과 심리적 웰빙에 미치는 영향 (The effect of the message frame on perceived benefits and psychological well-being in mobile fitness games)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 피트니스 게임에서 제공하는 메시지 프레임에 따라 사용자 경험의 차이를 검증한 연구로 지각된 혜택, 심리적 웰빙, 운동앱 애착, 운동 성취감의 변인이 분석에 사용되었다. 이를 위해 반복측정설계(Repeated Measure Design)와 플레이테스트(Playtest) 방법론을 채택하여 실험연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 모바일 피트니스 게임에서 이득 메시지를 제시할 때 손실 메시지를 제시했을 때보다 지각된 혜택, 심리적 웰빙, 운동앱 애착, 운동 성취감 경험의 정도가 더 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 건강 기능성 게임을 통해 설득 메시지를 제시할 경우 이득메시지가 손실메시지보다 건강 기능성 게임 사용자에게 좀 더 효과적으로 전달될 수 있다는 것을 강조하고 있다.

Versatile robotic platform for structural health monitoring and surveillance

  • Utilizing robotic based reconfigurable nodal structural health monitoring systems has many advantages over static or human positioned sensor systems. However, creating a robot capable of traversing a variety of civil infrastructures is a difficult task, as these structures each have unique features and characteristics posing a variety of challenges to the robot design. This paper outlines the design and implementation of a novel robotic platform for deployment on ferromagnetic structures as an enabling structural health monitoring technology. The key feature of this design is the utilization of an attachment device which is an advancement of the common magnetic base found in the machine tool industry. By mechanizing this switchable magnetic circuit and redesigning it for light weight and compactness, it becomes an extremely efficient and robust means of attachment for use in various robotic and structural health monitoring applications. The ability to engage and disengage the magnet as needed, the very low power required to do so, the variety of applicable geometric configurations, and the ability to hold indefinitely once engaged make this device ideally suited for numerous robotic and distributed sensor network applications. Presented here are examples of the mechanized variable force magnets, as well as a prototype robot which has been successfully deployed on a large construction site. Also presented are other applications and future directions of this technology.

컴퓨터 에이전트와의 상호작용이 사용자의 심리적 경험에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Interaction with Computer Agents on Users' Psychological Experiences)

  • 컴퓨터 에이전트가 우리의 일상에 미치는 영향력이 커지고 에이전트와의 상호작용이 대인 상호작용과 유사하게 변화할수록, 업무적 효율성보다 에이전트와의 상호작용에서 사용자가 겪게 되는 심리적 사회적 경험이 중요해진다. 사용자의 긍정적인 심리적 경험을 유도하기 위해 에이전트와 사용자의 상호작용에서 사회적 실재감(social presence)을 증진시키고자 하는 연구가 이루어져 왔다 이러한 연구들에서는 에이전트의 언어적/비언어적 커뮤니케이션에 대인적 요소를 적용함으로써 사회적 실재감을 증진시키고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 대인관계에서 매우 중요한 커뮤니케이션 요소인 상호적 자기노출(self-disclosure)이 사용자들의 사회적 실재감 인식과 에이전트 평가, 사용자 경험에 있어 어떠한 효과를 갖는지 살펴보고 개인의 성격변인인 애착유형(attachment styles)은 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 또한 사회적 실재감이 에이전트 평가와 사용자 경험에 대한 효과를 매개하는지 알아보았다. 실험 결과, 사용자와 에이전트의 상호적 자기노출 교환은 사회적 실재감을 증진시키고 에이전트에 대한 호의적 평가와 긍정적인 사용자 경험을 유도하였으며, 향후 상호작용 의사를 증진시켰다. 피험자의 애착유형에 따라 사회적 실재감, 에이전트 평가, 사용자 경험, 향후 상호작용 의사가 다르게 나타났다. 종속변인에 대한 자기노출 교환과 애착유형의 효과는 지각된 사회적 실재감에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 에이전트 메시지의 설계에 커뮤니케이션적 측면이 중요하게 고려되어야 함을 시사한다. 또한 에이전트가 사용자들에게 미치는 심리적 효과는 사용자의 성격 특성에 따라 다르게 나타날 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.

경락마사지가 모성 애착과 역할 만족도 및 영아의 행동상태에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Meridian Massage on Behavioral State of Infants, Mothering Role Satisfaction and Mother-Infant Attachmen)

  • Purpose: This study was to develop a nursing intervention for infants nursing. Meridian massage and to investigate its effects on the behavioral state of the infants, mothering role satisfaction and mother-infant attachment. Method: This study was conducted using a nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design in quasi experimental basis. Infants and mothers from Y health center were selected for the experimental group(17) and control group(14). Data were collected from August 11, 2005 to February 24, 2006. Infants in the experimental group were given Meridian massage education and practice for 50min three times a week for 3 weeks. Results: For behavioral state, when inactive infants in the experimental group showed a statistical significant difference by being in a greater state of alert as compared to the control group. The attachment of mother and infant was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group. Satisfaction with mothering role was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group. Conclusion: Meridian massage is an effective nursing intervention to improve positive behavioral state in infants and also in maternal-infant interaction.

벨로우즈의 장착에 따른 자동차 배기계의 동특성 개선 및 벨로우즈의 최적위치 평가 (Improvement of the Vibrational Characteristics According to Attachment of Bellows and Evaluation of Bellows Optimal Position in Automobile Exhaust System)

  • The Problem of mechanical vibration is investigated for an automotive exhaust system. The vibrational reduction effect is systematically evaluated according to the attachment of the exhaust system. Moreover, the optimal attachment position of bellows is determined from the viewpoint of vibration isolation. The structure is analysed by the finite element technique where the geometry, the mass, the stiffness and the damping properties of the exhaust pipe are modeled. The validity of the developed model is verified by comparing with the experimental results. An optimization is carried out by the quadratic approximation algorithm. The reaction transferred to an automobile body by the hanger is considered ad the objective function. It is shown that the exhaust system which has the bellows at the optimal position is more effective for the vibrational characteristics than the others. It is also proved that this analytical method is quite useful in the design stage of the exhaust system.
