AI Chatbot Providing Real-Time Public Transportation and Route Information

  • As the artificial intelligence technology has developed recently, researches on chatbots that provide information and contents desired by users through an interactive interface have become active. Since chatbots require a variety of natural language processing technology and domain knowledge including typos and slang, it is currently limited to develop chatbots that can carry on daily conversations in a general-purpose domain. In this study, we propose an artificial intelligence chatbot that can provide real-time public traffic information and route information. The proposed chatbot has an advantage that it can understand the intention and requirements of the user through the conversation on the messenger platform without map application.

감정분석 기반 심리상담 AI 챗봇 시스템에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Psychological Counseling AI Chatbot System based on Sentiment Analysis)

  • As artificial intelligence is actively studied, chatbot systems are being applied to various fields. In particular, many chatbot systems for psychological counseling have been studied that can comfort modern people. However, while most psychological counseling chatbots are studied as rule-base and deep learning-based chatbots, there are large limitations for each chatbot. To overcome the limitations of psychological counseling using such chatbots, we proposes a novel psychological counseling AI chatbot system. The proposed system consists of a GPT-2 model that generates output sentence for Korean input sentences and an Electra model that serves as sentiment analysis and anxiety cause classification, which can be provided with psychological tests and collective intelligence functions. At the same time as deep learning-based chatbots and conversations take place, sentiment analysis of input sentences simultaneously recognizes user's emotions and presents psychological tests and collective intelligence solutions to solve the limitations of psychological counseling that can only be done with chatbots. Since the role of sentiment analysis and anxiety cause classification, which are the links of each function, is important for the progression of the proposed system, we experiment the performance of those parts. We verify the novelty and accuracy of the proposed system. It also shows that the AI chatbot system can perform counseling excellently.

  • Chatbots have become very popular in our times and are used in several fields. The emergence of chatbots has created a new way of communicating between human and computer interaction. A Chatbot also called a "Chatter Robot," or conversational agent CA is a software application that mimics human conversations in its natural format, which contains textual material and oral communication with artificial intelligence AI techniques. Generally, there are two types of chatbots rule-based and smart machine-based. Over the years, several chatbots designed in many languages for serving various fields such as medicine, entertainment, and education. Unfortunately, in the Arabic chatbots area, little work has been done. In this paper, we developed a beneficial tool (chatBot) in the Arabic language which contributes to educating people about the Prophet's biography providing them with useful information by using Natural Language Processing.

  • With the steady development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), online stores are adopting chatbot services as virtual shopping assistants. This study proposes the concept of para-social presence to explore the undiscovered role of fashion chatbots' emotional and relational characteristics on service acceptance. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study investigates the effect of a chatbot's para-social presence on service acceptance intention through consumers' beliefs. The web-based experiment was conducted on adult consumers who experienced chatbot services in an online shopping situation. A total of 247 responses were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-group SEM by AMOS 21.0 and SPSS 23.0. The findings illustrate that the chatbot's intimacy positively influenced consumers' perceived enjoyment, while the chatbot's understanding had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and ease of use. The chatbot's involvement had a positive effect on all consumer beliefs. Moreover, perceived ease of use had a positive influence on usefulness. A greater level of perceived usefulness and enjoyment positively heightened consumers' service acceptance intention. This study also verifies the moderating role of a need for human interaction. Consumers with a high need for human interaction have a relatively low tendency to perceive chatbot services as useful.

  • 최근에 인공지능 기술발전과 더불어 코로나19 바이러스(COVID-19)가 장기화되면서 비대면 사회가 일상화되었고, 많은 기업들은 이에 대응하기 위한 디지털 트랜스포메이션과 인공지능 도입의 활성화를 촉진시키고 있으며 챗봇의 수요가 급격히 늘어났다. 또한 챗봇은 기존의 단순문의 대응에서 업무 트랜잭션 처리를 하기에 이르렀다. 하지만 기존 시스템과 연계를 위해 API를 개발해야하고 연계 하는데 많은 어려움이 발생하고 있어, 이를 해결하기 위해 RPA연계를 통한 하이브리드 챗봇을 구축하는 것이 점점 중요해지고 있으며, 최근 RPA와 챗봇의 결합이 많은 비즈니스 프로세스를 처리하는 효과적인 도구로 간주되고 있다. 그러나 연계사례 부족과 구축 방법을 찾아보기 힘들어 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 선행연구 고찰과 하이퍼오토메이션 관점에서 Conversational UX인 챗봇과 Task Automation의 RPA를 연계한 하이브리드 챗봇 구축을 위한 방법을 실제 구현사례를 바탕으로 제시하여, 보다 쉽게 연계방법을 이해하고 구축할 수 있도록 하여 디지털 트랜스포메이션에 적극적으로 AI 챗봇을 활용할 수 있도록 하는데 시사점이 있다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등과학 실시간 쌍방향수업을 위하여 인공지능 융합교육프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과로 과학학업성취도와 창의적 문제해결력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 적용 단원은 초등학교 4학년 과학 '식물의 생활'이다. 이 단원은 주로 암기 중심의 학습이 이루어지고 가르치기에 어려운 단원이다. 개발된 프로그램의 주제는 '식물박사 인공지능 챗봇 만들기'이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램은 초등학생의 과학학업성취도와 창의적 문제해결력에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 초등과학 쌍방향 수업을 위한 인공지능 융합교육프로그램은 학생들의 과학학업성취도와 창의적 문제해결력 향상에 효과적이다. 그리고 인공지능융합교육 이론, 방법 및 실습에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다.

챗봇 서비스품질이 고객만족과 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Chatbot Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention)

  • This study is about the effect of chatbot service quality on customer satisfaction and continuous use intention. Data collection was conducted for 13 days from October 23 to November 5, 2023, and a survey was conducted on customers who have used chatbot services. A total of 572 questionnaires were targeted, of which 545 valid data were used for analysis, excluding those that responded insincerely or did not meet the purpose of the study. The analysis results of this study are as follows: First, chatbot service quality partially had a significant effect on satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on continuous use intention. Therefore, in order to have a positive impact on continuous use intention, it is necessary to focus on marketing strategies related to chatbot service quality. Also, research focusing on data analysis and performance evaluation is crucial for enhancing chatbot services, necessitating studies that address real-time changes. Through sophisticated data analysis and variable measurement, chatbot services can be effectively improved, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction.

A Study on the Restaurant Recommendation Service App Based on AI Chatbot Using Personalization Information

  • The growth of the mobile app markets has made it popular among people who recommend relevant information about restaurants. The recommendation service app based on AI Chatbot is that it can efficiently manage time and finances by making it easy for restaurant consumers to easily access the information they want anytime, anywhere. Eating out consumers use smartphone applications for finding restaurants, making reservations, and getting reviews and how to use them. In addition, social attention has recently been focused on the research of AI chatbot. The Chatbot is combined with the mobile messenger platform and enabling various services due to the text-type interactive service. It also helps users to find the services and data that they need information tersely. Applying this to restaurant recommendation services will increase the reliability of the information in providing personal information. In this paper, an artificial intelligence chatbot-based smartphone restaurant recommendation app using personalization information is proposed. The recommendation service app utilizes personalization information such as gender, age, interests, occupation, search records, visit records, wish lists, reviews, and real-time location information. Users can get recommendations for restaurants that fir their purpose through chatting using AI chatbot. Furthermore, it is possible to check real-time information about restaurants, make reservations, and write reviews. The proposed app uses a collaborative filtering recommendation system, and users receive information on dining out using artificial intelligence chatbots. Through chatbots, users can receive customized services using personal information while minimizing time and space limitations.

영어 문법 실력 향상을 위한 인공지능 챗봇 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Chatbots for Improving English Grammar Skills)

  • 본 연구는 인공지능 챗봇을 활용한 채팅 활동이 국내 대학생의 영어 문법 능력 향상에 미치는 영향을 조사한 것으로, 챗봇과의 채팅을 통해 실험 참가자의 영어 문법 능력이 실제로 상승하는지에 대한 여부를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 총 16주 동안 70명의 참가자가 챗봇 그룹과 인간 그룹으로 나뉘어 본 연구에 참여하였고, 참여인원은 각각 36명, 34명이었다. 챗봇 그룹은 수업시간에 배운 내용을 주제로 챗봇과의 채팅에 참여하였고, 인간 그룹은 같은 반 학생들끼리 짝지어 채팅을 진행하였다. 채팅 활동의 효과를 파악하기 위하여 본 연구 시작 전과 종료 후, 사전 사후 영어 문법 시험을 실시하였고, 그룹 간 비교를 위하여 독립표본 t검증을 실시하였다. 주요 결과 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 사전 사후 평가 분석 결과, 두 그룹 모두에서 영어 문법 능력이 유의미하게 상승한 것으로 나타나 채팅 활동의 효과를 증명하였다. 문법 능력 상승에 대한 그룹 간 차이 역시 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 밝혀져 국내 영어 교육에 있어서 챗봇의 긍정적인 역할을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 영어 문법 능력 향상을 위한 인공지능 챗봇 활용에 대한 시사점을 제시하는데 그 의의를 갖는다.

챗봇 활용 수학 프로젝트 학습이 인공지능 리터러시에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Math Project Learning Using Chat-bot on Artificial Intelligence Literacy)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of project learning using chatbots on artificial intelligence literacy. The subjects of the study were a total of 41 students from 1st to 3rd grade of general high school in Gyeonggi-do. Classes were held after school for a total of 6 hours, and the contents of the classes consisted of the concept and characteristics of artificial intelligence, the concept and expression of knowledge, OBT application for Kakao i open builder, guidance on how to create chatbots, and chatbot production practice. As a result of the pre- and post-test of the experimental group, the quantitative value of artificial intelligence literacy increased in all three grades. In the case of second-year students who set up a comparison group, when compared with the results of the comparison group, there was a significant positive effect on the AI literacy result, and female students were found to be more effective than male students.
