병원의 표준 혈액재고량 산출식 개발 (Development of the Standard Blood Inventory Level Decision Rule in Hospitals)

  • Two major issues of the blood bank management are quality assurance and inventory control. Recently, in Korea blood donation has gained popularity increasingly to allow considerable improvement of the quality assurance with respect to blood collection, transportation, storage, component preparation skills and hematological tests. Nevertheless the inventory control, the other issue of blood bank management, has been neglected so far. For the supply of blood by donation barely meets the demand, the blood bank policy on the inventory control has been 'the more the better.' The shortage itself by no means unnecessitate inventory control. In fact, in spite of shortage, no small amount of blood is outdated. The efficient blood inventory control makes it possible to economize the blood usage in the practice of state-of-the-art medical care. For the efficient blood inventory control in Korean hospitals, this tudy is to develop formulae forecasting the standard blood inventory level and suggest a set of policies improving the blood inventory control. For this study informations of $A^+$ whole bloods and packed cells inventory control were collected from a University Hospital and the Central Blood Bank of the Korean Red Cross. Using this informations, 1,461 daily blood inventory records were formulated.48 varieties of blood inventory control environment were identified on the basis of selected combinations of 4 inventory control variables-crossmatch, transfusion, inhospital donation and age of bloods from external supply. In order to decide the optimal blood inventory level for each environment, simulation models were designed to calculate the measures of performance of each environment. After the decision of 48 optimal blood inventory levels, stepwise multiple regression analysis was started where the independent variables were 4 inventory control variables and the dependent variable was optimal inventory level of each environment. Finally the standard blood inventory level decision rule was developed using the backward elimination procedure to select the best regression equation. And the effective alternatives of the issuing policy and crossmatch release period were suggested according to the measures of performance under the condition of the standard blood inventory level. The results of this study' were as follows ; 1. The formulae to calculate the standard blood inventory level($S^*$)was $S^*=2.8617X(d)^{0.9342}$ where d is the mean daily crossmatch(demand) for a blood type. 2. The measures of performace - outdate rate, average period of storage, mean age of transfused bloods, and mean daily available inventory level - were improved after maintenance of the standard inventory level in comparison with the present system. 3. Issuing policy of First In-First Out(FIFO) decreased the outdate rate, while Last In-First Out(LIFO) decreased the mean age of transfused bloods. The decrease of the crossmatch release period reduced the outdate rate and the mean age of transfused bloods.

전통 장류에 대한 서울 및 경기일부 소비자의 인식도 조사 (A study on the customer's perception of Korean traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the consumption pattern and perception of traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products in male and female adults aged 19 and over in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do areas in order to promote the development of the products' industry. The survey was conducted between October 1 to October 15, 2011 among 294 male and female adults aged 19 years and over in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do areas. The gender distribution of the subjects was 33.3% males and 66.7% females. For a perception on traditional dietary life, the degree for enjoying meals with cooked rice as the staple food revealed that 32.3% of the subjects responded 'strongly agree'. The intake frequency of traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products in the subjects of the study showed that in the case of doenjang, 49.7% of the participants consumed it twice a week and 21.4% consumed it once a week. For gochujang, 59.9% consumed it twice a week and 19.0% consumed it once a week. The perception on the preparation method for traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products showed a low level for traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products. The reason for purchasing traditional foods showed that 77.6% of the subjects made purchases for convenience and 8.2% purchased it for its small package. For the subjects, the priority for purchasing traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products was as follows: in the first rank, ingredients & origin made up 33.7% and price comprised of 26.2% of the priority. Regarding satisfaction for soy sauce and soybean paste products in the market, the degree of satisfaction was high for gochujang. With regard to gender difference, female subjects showed a significantly lower satisfaction for cheonggukjang and kuk-ganjang, and a significantly higher satisfaction for chin-ganjang, compared to the male subjects. The results of the study depicted that consumer's requirement was high for traditional soy sauce and soybean paste products in the market, particularly for the safety of the products in the market. Consumer satisfaction was relatively positive yet, some efforts are needed in order to improve the quality of cheonggukjang and kuk-ganjang.

여드름의 인지도에 관한 분석 (Analysis of Students Perception on Acne)

  • This study was carried out to analyse a perception on acne for the Junior college students to provide basic data for the suitable treatment of acne to the students and the specialists. For this study, self-administering questionnaires were distributed to 480 students from 13 departments at a suburban women's junior college from May 1 to May 3, 1996. Of the students, 399 were responded and included in the analysis. The questionnaire includes the general question of objects, the question of knowledge and attitude of acne, and its treatment. The results were as follows: 1. Age distribution for the group less than 20 years was 63.7% and over 20 years was 36.3%, the group with acne was 66.2% and the group without acne was 33.8%. Proportions of acquiring the knowledge on acne was 49.6% from newspaper or magazine, 47.15 from friends, and 26.85 from TV or radio. 2. With regard to the knowledge on the presence of acne, a proportion of correctly answered for the question on the cause of acne was $3.41{\pm}1.02$ for the group with acne compared with $3.16{\pm}0.89$ for those without acne. This difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). 3. With regard to the knowledge levels on the treatment of acne, a proportion answered' skin-care center' for the question on where to select for the profer treatment was $13.21{\pm}1.88$ compared with $12.09{\pm}1.88$ for the other group. This difference was statistically significant (p〈0.05). A proportion of answered 'squeezing out acne by themselves' for the question of how to treat was $12.26{\pm}1.91$ compared with $10.83{\pm}1.25$ for the other group. 4. In the treatment according to the attitude of the group with acne, the positive group replied 'YES' in the intention of treatment by themselves was 55.9%. In conclusion, the differences in the knowledge and attitude on the presence of acne are not significant and it was found that the knowledge and attitude for the group with acne did not significantly influenced the treatment behavior. Accordingly, it is important to understand the cause of acne, provoking factors, remedy etc. For this, it is necessary to a provide an accurate information to professionals to enhance the knowledge of acne and to treat it properly.

일부 제조업 남성근로자들의 직무스트레스 및 사회적 지지와 우울과의 관련성 (The Association of Job Stress and Social Support with Depressive Symptoms among Manufacturing Male Workers)

  • 본 연구는 제조업 사업장 남성 근로자들의 우울수준을 알아보고 직무스트레스 내용(직무의 요구도, 직무의 자율성) 및 직장의 사회적지지(상사의 지지도, 동료의 지지도)와 우울과의 관련성을 검토하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 조사대상은 제조업 사업장 남성 근로자 428명으로 하였으며, 2017년 7월 1일부터 8월 31일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 사용하여 설문조사하였다. 연구결과, 전체 조사대상자 중 우울경향이 있는 자(CES-D 점수 16점 이상)는 21.5% 이었다. 조사대상자의 직무스트레스 내용별 CES-D 점수는 업무의 요구도가 낮은 군보다 높은 군에서, 업무의 자율성이 높은 군보다 낮은 군에서 유의하게 높았으며, 직장의 사회적지지도별 CES-D 점수는 상사의 지지도가 높은 군보다 낮은 군에서, 동료의 지지도가 높은 군보다 낮은 군에서 유의하게 높았다. CES-D 점수는 업무의 요구도와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보인 반면, 업무의 자율성, 상사의 지지도, 동료의 지지도와는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 업무 요구도가 높을수록, 업무의 자율성이 낮을수록, 상사와 동료의 지지도가 낮을수록 CES-D 점수가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, CES-D 점수에 대한 설명력은 업무 요구도와 업무의 자율성이 추가됨에 따라 18.4% 유의하게 증가되었고, 상사의 지지도와 동료의 지지도가 추기됨에 따라 14.1%의 설명력이 증가되었다. 위와 같은 결과는 업무의 요구도와 업무의 자율성 및 상사와 동료의 지지도가 우울수준과 높은 관련성이 있음을 시사한다.

도토리가루의 첨가량을 달리하여 제조한 냉동 현미증편반죽의 품질특성 (Quality characteristics of frozen brown rice Jeung-pyun dough containing different amounts of acorn flour)

  • 본 연구에서 도토리가루의 일반성분, pH, 총 폴리페놀함량, 전자공여능, 호화도를 분석한 결과와 내냉동성 효모 및 비타민 C를 첨가하고 도토리가루의 첨가량을 달리한 반죽을 -$18^{\circ}C$에서 4주간 냉동저장하면서 매주 꺼내어 해동하여 발효시킨 현미증편반죽의 품질특성을 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 도토리가루의 총페놀함량, 전자공여능, 도토리가루의 호화개시 온도(To)와 피크온도(Tp) 그리고 종료온도(Tc)는 각각 3525.12 mg%, 16.71%, $68.41^{\circ}C$, $73.83^{\circ}C$, $82.96^{\circ}C$이었다. 도토리가루 첨가량 및 냉동저장기간에 따른 도토리현미증편 냉동반죽의 효모수 변화에는 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 냉동저장기간에 따른 시료의 $CO_2$ 발생량은 도토리가루 6% 첨가군 에서만 냉동저장 1주일에 증가하였다가 3주일 이상 냉동저장시에 약간 감소하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면, 냉동저장기간에 따른 도토리현미증편 냉동반죽의 효모수 변화가 없었고 $CO_2$ 발생량도 도토리가루 6% 첨가군 에서만 3주일 이상 냉동저장시에 약간 감소하였으므로, 내냉동성 효모의 사용은 도토리현미증편 냉동반죽의 개발을 가능하게 하였다. 또한 냉동반죽의 제조 시에 항산화활성을 지니는 총 폴리페놀함량과 전자공여능이 높은 도토리가루의 첨가가 바람직하다고 생각되었다.

  • Bis jetzt haben wir $haupts\"{a}chlich$ verschiedene Probleme an Ort und Stelle des Fremdsprachunterrichts analysiert, und zwar: (a) den > Spracherwerbsmechanismus < die >SMQ< und den > auf jeweilige (Fremd)sprache fuhrenden Unterrieht<, die drei Lehr- u. Lernfaktoren des Spraeherwerbs, (b) den Lehr- u. $Lemproze\ss$ der Muttersprache, (c) die 5 Fertigkeitsaufgaben und (d) einige Prinzipien und ihre $Ma{\ss}nahmen$ der Sprachlehr- u. -lernmethode Aus diesen Grundlagen werden die folgenden Ergebnisse be- sonders hervorgebracht werden: (d) Das Hauptziel des Fremdspraehunterrichts soll/muss man darin finden, $zun\"{a}chst$ die >SMQ< zu $erf\"{u}llen$, die etwa 1000 $\"{A}u{\ss}erungen/S\"{a}tzen$ entspricht, um perfekt zu sprechen. (e) Alle Menschen kommen ausnahmslos genetisch mit dem >Spracherwerbsmechanismus< zur Welt, der alles Sprachmaterial grammatisch/systematisch aufnimmt. (f) Aus diesem Grund darf man den $Anf\"{a}nger$ keine Gramma -tik lehren, bis er perfekt sprechen kann, weil er als Mensch schon alles grammatisch lernen kann. (g) Stattdessen lohnt es sich, im Unterricht nur auf jeweilige Fremdsprache zu sprechen, zu schreiben und zu $erkl\"{a}ren$, d.h. den auf jeweilige Sprache $f\"{u}hrenden$ Unterricht intensiv zu hal- ten, was auch beim Mutterspracherwerb immer der Fall ist. (h) Es ist sehr ratsam $f\"{u}r$ uns, die Lehr- u. Lernmethode im Fall des Mutterspracherwerbs als Unterrichtsmodell dynamisch anzuwenden, weil sie uns immer den $100\%$ Erfolg geschenkt hat. (i) Im Alltag braucht man $st\"{a}ndig$ den Ansprecher/die -in (z.B. im Fernseh/ durch Internet) nachzuahmen, und zwar die Sprechweise, die Gestik bzw. Mimik usw. (j) Es soll/muss streng verboten werden, im Fremdsprach- unterricht auf Muttersprache zu sprechen, weil es mit der Fremd -sprachausbildung, d.h. mit der $Erf\"{u}llung$ von >SMQ< gar nicht zu tun hat, sondern eine Art Betrug sein $k\"{o}nnte$, soweit das folgende koreanische Sprichwort noch gilt: Der Apfel $f\"{a}llt$ nicht weit vom Stamm. (k) Ohne Reformierung des konventionellen Fremdsprachunter -richts, $100\%\;Mi{\ss}lingen$ hinnehmen zu $m\"{u}ssen$, kann man nichts weiter machen. Denn er $st\"{o}rt$ uns das auf jeweilige Sprache bezo -gene Denken. Z.B. die sinnlose Grammatik, auf Muttersprache zu sprechen, die unmittelbare $\"{U}bersetzung$ usw. sind dessen $R\"{a}delsf\"{u}hrer.\;Alle\;L\"{a}nder\;besch\"{a}ftigen\;sich\;st\"{a}ndig\;damit,\;ihre\;M\"{o}glichkeit$ in der harten Existenzkonkurrenz durch die Bildungsreform auszu -gleichen. Denn die Ausbildung der Hochtechnologie im 21. Jh. braucht notwendig die $Fremdsprachf\"{a}higkeit$ als ihre Grundlage. Ohne Selbstreformierung $k\"{o}nnten$ wir als Fremdsprachlehrer/-pro -fessoren - auf Koreanisch sprechend - weiter den Fremdsprach -unterricht halten?

제호탕(醍醐湯)의 현대적 재현 (Modern Reproducing of Jehotang Method)

  • The "tang[tɑ:ŋ]" in Korean pronounciation means the beverage made of boiled medicinal herbs. The"Jeho-tang", the name of Drink in this abstract, is described in a variety of medical books including the "Dongeui Bogam" as being effective for illness from the summer heat in promoting digestion, curing the heatstroke and bringing it to a halt. The Drink was used as the Royal gifts granted to retainers and royal families on the Day of Dano-festival on the fifth of the fifth month of the year according to the lunar calendar, the items of encouragement for those who worked hard in sacrifices, and the awards for students of Confucianism who were proficient in their learning. The Jeho-tang used in this study was scientifically cooked again after a long time in history through looking at the methods written in the documents concerned with the Drink such as the "Dongeui Bogam" and the "Taste of Korea". In preparation of the medicinal herbs for the Drink, the powder of thinner than 30 mesh of the "Prunus mume", which is a species of Asian plum in the family of Rosaceae, and those of 50 mesh of the "Santalum album", which is the fragrant wood of trees in the genus Santalum and the "Amomum Xanthioides", which is produced in Vietnam and is the name of a kind of herb medicines, being very effective in the desease caused from heatstrare, were used. The sugar concentration of the honey boiled down long time at low heat was $82.43^{\circ}Bx$. When cooking in a double boiler, the inner part of the liquid for the Drink was kept at $80^{\circ}C$ for 12 hours to make it finished in a state of ointment. In the general composition of the finished Jeho-tang, the moisture content was 24.4%, 1.3% of crude fat, 1.4% crude protein and 0.7% ash, along with pH3.2. The acceptance on the whole was come out to be the highest in the sample diluted with the drinking water of 7-fold of the Jeho-tang, indicating that the 7-fold's addition of water was optimum level for drinking. In the Drink cooked by a vaccum pressure extractor for herb medicine, which was developed to improve the art of cooking, the longer the time of pressure was, the less the heterogeneous feeling at tongue was and the more the glossiness of the Drink was. The Jeho-tang cooked under pressure for 7 hours received an excellent evaluation in its acceptability in every way.

ADR을 통한 저작권분쟁 해결에 관한 검토 (The Role of ADR in the Resolution of the Copyright Disputes)

  • These days utilization of copyright in daily life and economic activities is becoming more important than ever, and IT technology is developing day by day. Along with those fact, copyright infringement and dispute is naturally increasing. This thesis dealt with the 3 different issues of ADR on copyright. The First part, introduce ADR system that was performed by Korea Copyright Committee according to Copyright law. This paper evaluate the committee's efforts to provide resolution of copyright disputes via conciliation was effective. So it needs to be look over several countries' ADR, beside conventional judicial remedy. And Korea's copyright conciliation system which is successfully operating also introduced. Second, In many countries, including South Korea are take advantage of conciliation as the way to settle down the dispute over copyright. Furthermore, looked over if we can use arbitration as tool to settle dispute or not. Currently in Korea, patent dispute is handled by Industrial Property Dispute Conciliation Committee(The Invention Promotion Act Ch.5) and Layout-design Review and Mediation Committee(The Act on the Layout-designs of Semiconductor Integrated Circuits Art.29-34), but using performance of those two committee is still too low. In comparison, the copyright committee, a affiliation organization of the ministry of culture, sports and tourism has much more result in conciliation compare with patent dispute. Copyright disputes has arbitrability of it's subject-matter and many regulating organs are interested in it. (especially, binding of arbitral award and final resolution). Take advantage of both conciliation and arbitration could be good way to resolve copyright disputes. Third, the writer look at the proposal on the creation of Northeast Regional Center for Intellectual Property ADR. Because of the nature of copyright and rapid development of internet technology, international use of work become more frequent and accordingly infringement cases are increasing. The role of commercial arbitration regimes and institutions which has progressed significantly worldwide level, but which has only just begun in the intellectual property ADR area, leads also to a clash of often very different legal cultures and protection in a market economy. International cooperation in regional area with conflict interests becomes an important alternative. But it will depend on the building of regional institutions and mechanisms. The feasibility of this proposal and preconditions were examined. Establishment of new international organization requires a lot of time, cost and efforts. And risk of failure is much too high. Therefore factual, statistical review should be preceded. In addition, technical measures, such as on-line arbitration is necessary to review also. Furthermore in order to establish new organization, the relative law, legal environment, public sentiment and international compliance must be carefully considered with factual review about the needs and economic benefits of each country Yet on complex regulatory matters such as IP and ADR, a great deal of the potential benefits from international standards arises not from the international legal framework nor even the formal content of national legislation, but from the informed and effective use made of the possibilities within the system, including by policymakers and regulators.

대학생 중심 산학협동 현장실습생의 중요도 인식과 만족도가 취업에 미치는 영향 - 호텔, 외식, 조리 전공자를 중심으로 - (A Study Influence of College students' Awareness Importance, Satisfaction of Industrial-educational Cooperation Program on Their Employment - Focusing on Hotel Management, Food-service, Culinary Arts Majors -)

  • 본 연구에서는 대학생중심의 산학협동 현장실습에 대한 인식과 실습 후 만족도와 이로 인한 취업의사를 실증적으로 연구하였다. 연구방법은 설문서 174부를 실증분석으로 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며 빈도분석, 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였고 가설 검증을 위하여 다중회귀분석 및 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 현장실습 중요도가 현장실습 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석한 결과, '연계성'의 요인인 학생들이 산학실습에 참여할 때는 학과내용, 전공 관련 직무, 어학능력, 그리고 향후 취업과 연계하여 실습에 만족도를 기여하는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 현장실습 중요도가 취업의사 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 분석한 결과, '연계성'의 요인만이 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 졸업 후, 전공에 맞고 현장실습을 한 업체에 취업하려는 의사가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현장실습 만족도가 취업의사 만족도에 미치는 영향관계 분석결과, 현장실습 만족도는 취업의사 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 현장실습을 통하여 업무능력과 기술이 향상되고 평가를 받게 되면서 향후 취업에 대해 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

1890년대 미국의 포스터와 책표지 디자인-<하퍼즈>와 <인랜드 프린터>를 중심으로- (American Posters and Book Cover Design in the 1890s-Focused on Harper's and The Inland Printer)

  • The poster in America was considered merely a means of advertising until the late 1880s, and was not thought to have any intrinsic value. During the 1890s, the poster in America came into its own as a medium of artistic expression, and it was recognized anew as an medium of advertising. The production and circulation of posters became active, and it won the popularity of poster collectors. But the American poster renaissance flourished for a few brief years in the 1890s. In this thesis, I paid attention that the art poster in America was mainly a product of the publishing trade, and that it's rise and fall was connected with the circumstances of the publishing business. In chapterII, I discussed the growth of publishing business and the phenomenon of poster craze, and tried to figure out the characteristic of American poster design in 1890s. The American poster boom was formally initiated in Spring 1893, when Edward Penfield published the first of his monthly designs advertising Harper's Magazine. Penfield created a native American tradition of realism in the series of Harper's posters, his figures are realistic though anonymous, and are drawn without distortion or grotesquery, and details are reduced to essentials but not eliminated. In chapterIII, I discussed the change in book cover design in the 1890s. The rapid evolution of book and magazine covers was largely a reaction to the poster craze. Most magazines were issued with the same standard covers month after month at that time. In 1894, when William Bradley was asked to design a standard cover for the Inland Printer, he convinced the publishers to change the cover with every issue instead of designing one permanent cover. With the poster craze at its height, posters became big business, but still they were not very successful as advertisements. Because collectors of the 1890s were more interested in acquiring posters than in buying books. Significantly, this was also the moment when poster like designs began to appear on the covers of books and mass magazines. Publishers took notice of an idea. If the eye-catching design was on the cover itself rather than on a separate poster, the customer who wished to acquire the design would be obliged to buy the magazine. So there was no distinction stylistically between the posters of the 1890s and the magazine covers of the early 1900s. At the same time, the artistic poster was beginning to decline. While the most typical advertisements of the 1890s were the book and magazine posters of Bradley and Penfield, after 1900 advertisements for manufacturers' products played an increasingly prominent role. They would never again assume the leading role that they had played in the 1890s.
