육군 3사관학교는 국가가 인가한 편입학 사관학교이다. 장교양성교육기관으로 2년간의 교육을 마치면 대학졸업과 동시 육군소위로 임관하게 된다. 대한민국 장교가 되기 위해서는 다양한 교육기관을 통하여 양성되고 있는데 미래 육군의 중추가 될 육군 3사관학교 사관생도 모집에 관하여 고찰해보고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 육군에 근무하는 의무부사관 80명과 의무부사관과 재학생 80명을 대상으로 응급구조 의무부사관에 대한 필요로 하는 능력과 지식 등을 알아보고 응급구조의무부사관의 자질을 갖추기 위한 교육목표 수립과 핵심직무를 선정하고 교과목 도출을 위한 프로세스에 의해 국가비상사태시 신속 대응할 수 있는 응급구조 의무부사관인력 양성 프로그램을 개발 하였다.

This thesis is concerned with military officer's uniform system in Ko-Jong and Soon-Jong dynasties (1964∼1910) in the end of Korean Dynasty. especially, the most important study in this thesis is as follows. First, the change and the motivation of military officer's uniform system and the background of the days are surveyed. Second, is have compared with the royal article that made military officer's uniform system change. Third, I have compared with military officer's uniform formation and surveyed military officer's uniform system to the days. the military uniform in the period of Ko-Jong Dynasty was Europeanized. namely, it was the period that the modern military uniform was adapted, putting away Koo military uniform system to have wore "Dongtali" and"Bungguzi", studing the uniform system in those days will be connected with a civilized age and the present day directly. Therefore I have surveyed military officer/s uniform system, mainly in the army uniform system.

Korea Ministry of National Defense has directed the state-of-the-art technology Forces troops structures that can respond to security threats in all directions through the Defense Innovation 2.0, which aims to reorganize the personnel and organizations in response to population decline. An implement of effective analysis to maintain combat power is necessary due to possible restrictions on combat power, especially in division of mobilization where reserve manpower is operated frequently. In this study, the normal operations of the reserve officers were investigated, the direct effects of the combat forces of the reserve officers was analyzed using ARENA modeling, and the budget required to operate the innovation and indirect effects of employment of veterans were studied. The result of the simulation proved to be effective in demonstrating unit combat power when the reserve officer was in full-time operations and economic benefits were also significant in terms of efficiency of defense budget management.

This 32 year-old male army officer was admitted with complaints of thumb size mass on buccal musoca which onterfere with mastication. Routine laboratory test revealed W.N.L. and the results of the excisional biopsy was Plemorphic Adenoma of salivary gland origin which was on the left buccal musoca( of 21 year-old male army officer). The size of tumor mass was 1.0 x 1.2 x 0.8cm, hard, encapsulated and seperated completely from surrounding tissue when enucleated surgically. Wound was healed unventfully and the result was good.

Generally, research of classical image classification algorithms assume that training data and testing data are derived from the same domain with the same distribution. Unfortunately, in practical applications, this assumption is rarely met. Aiming at the problem, a domain adaption image classification approach based on multi-sparse representation is proposed in this paper. The existences of intermediate domains are hypothesized between the source and target domains. And each intermediate subspace is modeled through online dictionary learning with target data updating. On the one hand, the reconstruction error of the target data is guaranteed, on the other, the transition from the source domain to the target domain is as smooth as possible. An augmented feature representation produced by invariant sparse codes across the source, intermediate and target domain dictionaries is employed for across domain recognition. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

육군의 민원 담당자들은 장교와 부사관으로 구성되어 있다. 민원을 제기하는 대부분은 민간인이기 때문에 현역이 민원처리를 하게 되면 전문성이 제한되고 민간인 입장에서 생각하기가 어렵다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 민간 경력 전문가에게 민원업무를 전담하게 하는 방안이 제시되고 있다.

현대전은 정보전쟁이라 일컫을 만큼 첨단무기를 운용하는 정보체계의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 지형분석 기법은 전시에 매우 중요한 요소이기 때문에, 육군은 전산기에 기반을 둔 지형분석체계를 꾸준히 발달시켜 왔다. 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 지형자료를 중첩시켜 분석한 야지기동분석도를 제시하였고 이러한 분석을 통해서 평시 작계임무수행시 최적의 작전계획을 수립할 수 있는 지형정보의 자료기반구축 방법을 제시하였다

In 2004 Daejeon University established a department of military studies by an agreement with the Korea Army. And more than three universities brought up the rear. This means that military studies is authorized as one of university majors by the Higher Education Act. The department enables students not only to graduate with a degree of Military Studies but also to receive officer’s commission in the Korea Army. All students incur seven-year military services by receiving four-year scholarships from the Army. The graduates start out as Second Lieutenants and become eligible for promotion. This article deals with (i) how the major came to be offered; (ii) details of the curricula of some universities; (iii) two perspectives on the curriculum of Military Studies (One is education for a good man, the other for a good warrior); finally (iv) the issues under debate as Military Studies is authorized as a science, and the problems awaiting solution.

육군 간부선발 면접은 면접질문과 시사성 있는 내용들이 방대하여 군 간부 지원자들이 준비하는데 애로사항이 있었다. 필기평가를 통과한 지원자들은 마지막 면접을 통과하면 최종 선발된다. 하지만 병사들 처우개선으로 상대적으로 지원자가 감소하고 있어 장차 첨단장비를 운용할 간부가 부족할 것으로 예상된다. 우수한 지원자들이 최종면접에서 탈락하지 않도록 면접과 관련된 자료를 제공하고 지원자들의 개성 있는 면접방향을 제시하고자 한다.
