카메라 컨트롤러를 이용한 포인터 추적 장치 개발 (Development of Camera Controller with Pointer Tracking Unit)

  • 시청각 수업이나, 세미나 등에서 프로젝터와 함께 레이저 포인터와 마우스, 키보드를 같이 사용하고 있으나 레이저 포인터와 함께 마우스나 키보드를 사용 시 불편을 초래한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 레이저 포인터의 활용도를 높이기 위해 레이저 포인터를 이동하면 그 위치를 정확히 추적하고 그 정보를 표시함으로서 마우스 기능까지 수행할 수 있는 하드웨어를 구현하였다. 시스템은 FPGA로 카메라 인터페이스를 구현하고 ARM을 이용한 영상처리 소프트웨어와 패턴 추적을 위한 소프트웨어를 제작하였다. 레이저 포인터의 정확한 위치 파악과 처리속도를 높이기 위해 하드웨어로 잡음 처리기를 구현하여 사용하였고 소프트웨어로 스펙트럼을 분석하였다. 또한 자주 나타나는 레이저 포인터의 패턴을 저장하여 정확한 추적이 가능하도록 하였다. 구현결과 20M거리 이내에서 98%의 인식률을 확인하였다.

보급형 자동옥습기 개발을 위한 설계 및 제작 (Design and Fabrication for the Development of the Distributed Auto Edging Machine)

  • 목적: 안경렌즈 조제가공을 위한 보급형 전자동 옥습기 개발을 위해 설계하고 제작하고자 한다. 방법: 보급형 전자동 옥습기의 주요 설계도를 캐드로 그려서 제작에 필요한 정보를 얻었다. 이 데이터를 기본으로 보급형 자동옥습기 개발을 위해 시제품을 제작 하였다. 결과: 무패턴 모드는 외부 자동 취형기에서 안경테의 렌즈삽입부 정보를 RS232C 전송방식으로 형판 없이도 작동할 수 있었고, 패턴 모드는 형판을 이용해서 개발품의 좌측에 장착하여 작동할 수 있었다. 보급형 자동옥습기는 헤드부, 오토암부, 형판고정부 그리고 연삭부와 같은 주요 요소들로 구성되었다. 헤드부는 좌우모터와 상하모터의 작동을 이용하여 안경렌즈의 연삭을 제어하였다. 연삭부는 유리 재질, 플라스틱 재질, V-홈 그리고 광택을 낼 수 있는 연삭휠로 구성하였다. 슬라이드는 고정된 형판의 하부에 구비되었고, 고정 샤프트에 의해 회전되는 형판이 슬라이드부에 의해 지지할 수 있었다. 형판고정부는 안경사의 수동적인 조작에 의해 헤드파트를 승강 및 좌우 이동시킬 수 있게 하였다. 연삭휠의 분당 회전수를 3,600 rpm으로 최적화 하였다. 결론: 패턴리스와 패턴 렌즈 가공이 가능한 보급형 자동옥습기를 설계 및 제작하여 시제품 제작에 성공하였다. 최소의 비용으로 효율적이고 간편하게 조제가공이 가능하여 안경사들에게 큰 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

근육형 남성용 재킷 패턴설계 (Development of Jacket Pattern for Muscular Men)

  • Recently, young men have become more muscular as they become more interested in physical figure. However, most of these muscular men have fit problems regarding ready-made clothes. In view of this, this study aimed to develop a prototype jacket pattern for muscular men. For this study, five muscular men were selected to put on existing jacket pattern for wearing tests. The regression formula, in which muscular men body measures were adopted, was applied to unsuitable parts, especially the areas determined not to be appropriate in the evaluation of existing jacket pattern wearing tests. After the first and the second jacket pattern wearing tests, the final jacket pattern suitable for muscular men was developed. The results of the study were as follows: In order to make up for the problem of the loosening of the lapel area, due to the development of the chest muscle, the chest circumference line on the chest area of the pattern was cut to be 1.0cm wide; thus, the front length was modified with an increase. The wearing tests found that a wearers felt discomfort from the tight armhole area, so the armhole depth was set to be a little lower than that of ready-made clothes. A muscular men needs much more extra quantity in this area because the upper part of the back side is projected due to the greater development of the trapezius muscle and the deltoid than in average men. Hence, concerning the standard line for the length of the back interscye, ease of 1.0cm was added to the regression equation formula {(0.371${\times}$chest circumference+3.145)/2} in order to resolve the discomfort with the back area. Also, for the biacromion length, the upper arm protruded more than the shoulder point of the jacket because of the development of the deltoid and the upper arm muscle, and it was set to be wider than the actual shoulder. In order to solve the problem of discomfort from the narrow neck area during the wearing of a jacket owing to the development of the trapezius muscle, extra ease of 0.5cm was added to chest circumference/12-0.5cm in the existing jacket prototype to the width of back of the neck, and it was corrected to be chest circumference/12.

입체 재단과 평면 재단 방식의 토루소 원형 비교 - 유방 크기 75A와 75D를 중심으로 - (Comparison of Torso Pattern Made by Draping and Flat Pattern Method - Based on the Comparison between 75A and 75D according to the Size of Breast -)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare torso pattern made by draping and flat pattern method in terms of the size of breast. The size of this study was classified as 75A and 75D according to the size of breast. Each torso pattern by the combination of the size and pattern method was compared and analyzed. In order to test the fit of the draping and flat pattern that was developed according to the size of breast, the outer appearance was evaluated. The results of the study were as follows: First, The most striking size difference was difference between the front and the back on bust line level, which decides on position of the side seam in comparison of size between draping and flat pattern of 75A and 75D. In the flat pattern, the difference between the front and the back in the size of breast was consistent regardless of a change in the size of breast. However, in the draping, the bigger breast led to the bigger difference between the front and the back on bustline level. Second, the flat pattern in 75D was evaluated to be the worst in 27 items among total 46 items for the evaluation of outer appearance in the draping and flat pattern of 75A and 75D. Third, regardless of size, the draping was evaluated to be more suitable in the areas related to neck, arm hole, and waist dart than the flat pattern. These results are suggesting that the draping is a method of reflecting characteristic of the body type more accurately than the flat pattern, and that the draping is a more suitable method than the flat pattern for the design of clothing pattern of the body type with big breast like 75D.

20~30대 비만 여성을 위한 블라우스 패턴 개발 (A Study on the Development of Blouse Patterns for Obese Women in Their 20s and 30s)

  • This study examined obese women with a BMI index over than 25 kg/㎡ in their 20s and 30s regarding the right fit for wearing a blouse. In comparison with three types of existing educational patterns, the first educational pattern experimental clothing was produced in dimensions of three study participants selected by the existing pattern to evaluate the fit suitability conducted for groups of study participants and expert groups. Experimental patterns were designed based on educational pattern C, which was the best fit as a result of the fitting evaluation. The main modification items include front bust circumference, hip circumference, back interscye, scye depth, shoulder length, blouse length, bottom line shape, upper arm circumference, wrist circumference, sleeve length and collar size. The design preferences for obese women were reflected in pattern modification; in addition, the final experimental pattern was designed by adding or subtracting margins and dimensions based on the results of the visual matching assessment by study subjects and expert groups.

남성 캐주얼 재킷 원형 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Basic Pattern of Men's Casual Jacket)

  • The purpose of the study is to develop the basic pattern of casual jacket for men aged between 25 and 34. Compared to the tailored jackets, casual jackets are designed much more diverse form depending on the target customer, price range and moreover fashion trend. Therefore in order to reduce the cost and time of developing new style, pattern draft from the basic pattern is better approach rather than develop each style form the measurements every time. For men's casual jacket pattern draft, the basic pattern of fit and comfort was developed through following research procedures. 173 men were surveyed about their habit of buying and wearing of casual jackets. MDs and pattern designers of 10 casual wear brands for men were interviewed. As a starting point, 3 different basic patterns were selected. 2 patterns were from the 2 interviewed brands and the last one was the pattern of ESMOD. The 3 patterns were studied by means of comparing measurements and general styling. As a results it was found that the pattern of S brand is featuring I silhouette, the pattern of K brand is featuring H silhouette and the pattern of ESMOD is featuring Y silhouette. The results of wearing test showed that the pattern of S brand is the best among the three. They were to add ease around the chest line and waist line, to relocate the waist line and the break point, to increase the jacket length and upper arm width. The improved pattern was made of polyester for the wearing test. The wearing test showed developed pattern was improved significantly. To verify the use of developed basic pattern, two buttoned single jacket was made.

  • In this paper, we classified electromyographic(EMG) signal for prothesis control using neural network. For this study fast Fourier transform(FFT) with ensemble averaged spectrum is applied to two-channeI EMG signal for biceps and triceps. We used the three layer network. And a cumulative back-propagation algorithm is used for classification of six arm functions, flexion and extension of elbow and pronation and supination of the forearm and abduction and adduction of wrist.

단일 슬리브 모노폴을 이용한 차량용 와이퍼 안테나의 개발 (Development of Wiper Antenna for Automobile using Single Sleeve Monopole)

  • The pole antenna of vehicles for AM/FM radio broadcasting receptions has many probems, such as damageable mechanical system and noise etc. It is considered that noise is composed of the structural vibration noise and the air flow induced aerodynamic noise. Also we find out that the setting process of a printed on-glass automobile antenna has many difficulties. Recently, the above mentioned problems can be reduced by employing enhanced wiper antenna which utilizes the windshied wiper arm. The new system is a passive antenna. In this study, experiments for the characteristics of a wiper antenna by measuring the SWR, radiation pattern and received powe have been carried out. The experimental results show that the efficiency of the wiper antenna has better performance than any other antenna.

클린룸 국소환경에서 오염원의 위험율에 대한 수치해석적 평가 (Numerical evaluation of risk rates for contamination sources in a minienvironment)

  • In this study, the risk rates of different contamination sources of the contaminant in a minienvironment were analyzed through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation. The airflow pattern characteristics can only predict the qualitative variation of contaminant concentration, but cannot evaluate the quantitative variations in the risk rate of sources. From the results, the ambient contamination sources mainly affect wafers in the Front Opening Unified Pod (FOUP), whereas the internal contamination sources mainly affect wafers laid on the robot arm in the minienvironment. And the purging plenum system is very useful in protecting the wafers in the FOUP from contaminants transferred from the Fan Filter Unit (FFU). However, this system is unable to protect the wafers on the robot arm from internal contaminants and the wafers in the FOUP from sources of the interface between the FOUP and the minienvironment.

근전도의 패턴분류와 근력 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Pattern Classification of EMG and Muscle Force Estimation)

  • In the field of prosthesis arm control, the pattern classification of the EMG signal is a required basis process and also the estimation of force from collected EMG data is another necessary duty. But unfortunately, what we've got is not real force but an EMG signal which contains the information of force. This is the reason why we estimate the force from the EMG data. In this paper, when we handle the EMG signal to estimate the force, spatial prewhitening process is applied from which the spatial correlation between the channels are removed. And after the orthogonal transformation which is used in the force estimation process, the transformed signal Is inputed into the probabilistic model for pattern classification. To verify the different results of the multiple channels, SNR(signal to noise ratio) function is introduced.
