  • In this research, the density value of the turbid solution is measured by using the principle of inexpensive but easy Hydrometer method for cement delivered to the actual raw concrete plant, By analyzing the correlation of powder aid, we will try to present a scheme that can be utilized as a method of acquisition acquisition inspection. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a large difference between the measured powders assisted with cement powder on the report, and the correlation with the actually measured powder aid Hydrometer density value was good. Therefore, using the method of Fig. 3, it was possible to know that the degree of powder quality of cement delivered to the raw concrete factory can be evaluated quickly and utilized at the time of argument inspection.

Issues and Vision of Korea Maritime Police

  • Should the Korea Maritime Police Agency (KMPA) be a comprehensive, multi-functional organization for a unique on-scene service at sea, as in the case of the U.S. Coast Guard, or should it be simply a water police agency, confining its mission only to law enforcement? The argument about enlarging or limiting KMPA's function has been and will be repeated. In this paper, Lee Sangjib highlights the internal and external issues facing KMPA, stemming partly from deficiencies of its struggles for advancement of the organization and partly from shortcomings of political support for it. In this regard, he urges KMPA to practise a scientific management system for maximizing cost-effectiveness of its administrative resources and for maintaining its identity and characteristics as a lead maritime agency. In addition, he also suggests that KMPA adopt the Total Quality Management System for quality improvements in services and greater efficiency in its organization structure to meet the future competition in the changing political and legal environment. He further recommends the proactive, non-regulatory 'Prevention Through People' program, pioneered by the U.S. Coast Guard, as a way of changing KMPA's existing lopsidedly legalistic culture. He concludes by providing a 6-point vision statement for KMPA from the standpoint of favoring enlarging the function of KMPA.

전시회 광고의 정보 품질과 매체 신뢰도가 광고태도 및 전시회 참관의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 전시회 유형을 중심으로 (The Effects of Advertising Attitude and Visitor Intention of Exhibition: Focusing on Exhibition Types)

  • Under exhibition circumstances, exhibition advertising by organizer is a mean to promote exhibition service to exhibitors and visitors while general advertising is to promote products and services to consumers. The objective of this research is to suggest advertising strategies by seeing differences in the impact of information quality and media credibility on visitor intention depending on the types of exhibition. This study adopted Elaboration Likelihood Model to measure the impact of central and peripheral cues on advertising attitude and its consequence on visitor intention. We further examined how these influence processes were moderated by exhibition types of B2B and B2C. We conducted survey from B2B and B2C exhibitions respectively, and analyzed structural equation model and moderator regression. We found that first, among factors of information quality as a central cue, argument strength has a positive impact on attitude towards advertising. Second, we also found among factors of media credibility as a peripheral cue, media trustworthiness has a positive impact on attitude towards advertising. Lastly, this study revealed that a type of exhibition moderates the central and peripheral routes towards advertising attitude, showing that B2C visitors are influenced by factors of information quality, and B2B visitors rather by media credibility. This study yields implications in that it gives marketers of organizer a background to set different marketing strategies depending on the types of exhibition.

정교화 가능성 모형에 의한 IT 피교육자 신용 믿음 변화의 종단분석 (An Longitudinal Analysis of Changing Beliefs on the Use in IT Educatee by Elaboration Likelihood Model)

  • IT education can be summarized as persuading the educatee to accept IT. The persuasion is made by delivering the messages for how-to-use and where-to-use to the educatee, which leads formulation of a belief structure for using IT. Therefore, message based persuasion theory, as well as IT acceptance theories such as technology acceptance model(TAM), would play a very important role for explaining IT education. According to elaboration likelihood model(ELM) that has been considered as one of the most influential persuasion theories, people change attitude or perception by two routes, central route and peripheral route. In central route, people would think critically about issue-related arguments in an informational message. In peripheral route, subjects rely on cues regarding the target behavior with less cognitive efforts. Moreover, such persuasion process is not a one-shot program but continuous repetition with feedbacks, which leads to changing a belief structure for using IT. An educatee would get more knowledge and experiences of using IT as following an education program, and be more dependent on a central route than a peripheral route. Such change would reformulate a belief structure which is different from the intial one. The objectives of this study are the following two: First, an identification of the relationship between ELM and belief structures for using IT. Especially, we analyze the effects of message interpretation through both of central and peripheral routes on perceived usefulness which is an important explaining variable in TAM and perceived use control which have perceived ease of use and perceived controllability as sub-dimensions. Second, a longitudinal analysis of the above effects. In other words, change of the relationship between interpretation of message delivered by IT education and beliefs of IT using is analyzed longitudinally. For achievement of our objectives, we suggest a research model, which is constructed as three-layered. While first layer has a dependent variable, use intention, second one has perceived usefulness and perceived use control that has two sub-concepts, perceived ease of use and perceived controllability. Finally, third one is related with two routes in ELM, source credibility and argument quality which are operationalization of peripheral route and central route respectively. By these variables, we suggest five hypotheses. In addition to relationship among variables, we suggest two additional hypotheses, moderation effects of time in the relationships between perceived usefulness and two routes. That is, source credibility's influence on perceived usefulness is decreased as time flows, and argument quality's influence is increased. For validation of it, our research model is tested empirically. With measurements which have been validated in the other studies, we survey students in an Excel class two times for longitudinal analysis. Data Analysis is done by partial least square(PLS), which is known as an appropriate approach for multi-group comparison analysis with a small sized sample as like this study. In result. all hypotheses are statistically supported. One of theoretical contributions in this study is an analysis of IT education based on ELM and TAM which are considered as important theories in psychology and IS theories respectively. A longitudinal analysis by comparison between two surveys based on PLS is also considered as a methodological contribution. In practice, finding the importance of peripheral route in early stage of IT education should be notable.

DPLL을 이용한 능동적 단독운전방지를 위한 무효전력변동법 (Reactive Power Variation Method for Anti-islanding Using Digital Phase-Locked-Loop)

  • As the grid-connected photovoltaic power conditioning systems (PVPCS) are installed in many residential areas, these have raised potential problems of network protection on electrical power system. One of the numerous problems is an Islanding phenomenon. There has been an argument that it may be a non-issue in practice because the probability of islanding is extremely low. However, there are three counter-arguments: First, the low probability of islanding is based on the assumption of 100% power matching between the PVPCS and the islanded local loads. In fact, an islanding can be easily formed even without 100% power matching (the power mismatch could be up to 30% if only traditional protections are used, e.g. under/over voltage/frequency). The 30% power-mismatch condition will drastically increase the islanding probability. Second, even with a larger power mismatch, the time for voltage or frequency to deviate sufficiently to cause a trip, plus the time required to execute a trip (particularly if conventional switchgear is required to operate), can easily be greater than the typical re-close time on the distribution circuit. Third, the low-probability argument is based on the study of PVPCS. Especially, if the output power of PVPCS equals to power consumption of local loads, it is very difficult for the PVPCS to sustain the voltage and frequency in an islanding. Unintentional islanding of PVPCS may result in power-quality issues, interference to grid-protection devices, equipment damage, and even personnel safety hazards. Therefore the verification of anti-islanding performance is strongly needed. In this paper, improved RPV method is proposed through considering power quality and anti-islanding capacity of grid-connected single-phase PVPCS in IEEE Std 1547 ("Standard for Interconnecting Distributed Resources to Electric Power Systems"). And the simulation results are verified.

모바일 애플리케이션 마켓에서 온라인 구전 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors of Online Word-of-Mouth Adoption in the Mobile Applications Market)

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 모바일 산업의 화두인 애플리케이션 마켓에서의 구전 수용 과정에 초점을 두고, 구전 커뮤니케이션의 주요 특성이 구전 정보의 신뢰와 구전 수용 과정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 애플리케이션 시장에 대한 이해와 온라인 구전 커뮤니케이션 및 정교화 가능성 모델에 대한 선행연구를 기반으로 온라인 구전 수용의 영향 요인들을 도출하고, 연구가설을 설정하였다. 모바일 애플리케이션 마켓에서 리뷰를 이용해 본 경험이 있는 스마트폰 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 모바일 애플리케이션 마켓에서 소비자들이 온라인 리뷰를 수용하기 위한 선행 요인으로 리뷰에 대한 신뢰를 제시하였고, 신뢰를 느끼기 위해서 리뷰내용의 품질에 대한 긍정적 평가와 전달되는 설명의 선명함, 의견의 중립성이 필요함을 실증적으로 증명하였다. 본 연구의 이론적 시사점은 구전에 대한 연구들을 바탕으로 다른 온라인 매체에 비해 상대적으로 의사 결정을 위한 판단 단서가 적은 모바일 애플리케이션 마켓이라는 환경에서 구전 신뢰에 영향을 줄 수 있는 변인들을 찾고 이를 개념화한 데 있으며 실무적 관점에서 보면, 온라인 리뷰 수용의 선행 요인들을 살펴보면서 어떠한 속성을 기업이나 개발자들이 전략적으로 활용할 수 있는지 시사점을 제시했다고 할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 서비스 실패 상황에서 고객의 역할(관계의 질, 고객참여)이 회복공정성 지각에 따른 긍정적 감정, 회복과정에서의 접점만족, 회복만족에 어떤 영향력을 제공하면서 조절역할을 하는지 살펴보는 것이다. 기존의 서비스 실패와 회복에 대한 연구가 서비스 기업의 관점에서 제시되어 왔던 연구의 한계에서 벗어나 '고객의 역할(관계의 질, 고객참여)'이 서비스 실패와 회복에 이르는 과정에서 어떤 영향력을 제공하는지, 그리고 서비스 기업에게 어떤 완충역할을 할 수 있는지를 다차원적으로 살펴봄으로써 이론적, 실무적으로 의미있는 결과를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 최근 국내의 설계시공일괄방식(이하, 일괄방식)은 설계시공분리방식(이하, 기타방식)에 비해 높은 초기투자비용으로 인하여, 효용성에 대한 의문이 지속되고 있다 한편 발주방식별 성능을 평가한 기존의 연구를 살펴보면, 일괄방식은 공기측면과 품질측면에서 기타방식에 비해 우수한 것으로 보고되고 있다. 비교적 정량적 평가가 가능한 공기측면의 성과와 달리, 품질 측면의 성능은 해당 시설물의 발주자와의 면담을 통하여 만족도 수준을 평가하는 정성적인 평가가 대부분이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 기존의 연구와는 달리, 2000년 이후 일괄방식과 기타방식으로 발주된 교량계획에 대한 성능수준을 평가하기 위하여, 설계도서 중심으로 계획성, 시공성, 유지관리성 등의 측면에서 평가해 보고자 한다. 이를 통하여 실제로 발주방식별 품질 등의 성능 측면에서 발주방식별 성능수준의 차이를 도출하였다.

미국 패스트 푸드 산업에서 '서비스의 질' 평가를 위한 측정 스케일 개발에 관한 연구 (Developing a Measure of Service Quality in the United States Fast Food Restaurant Segment)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 패스트 푸드 산업에서 '서비스의 질'(Service Quality)을 측정할 수 있는 신뢰도 높은 측정 스케일을 개발하는 것이다. 선행 연구들은 SERVQUAL, SERVPERF, DINESERV 등의 스케일들을 개발해왔다. 하지만, 이론적 배경과 문헌고찰을 통해서, 이러한 선행 스케일들은 패스트 푸드 산업의 특성과는 적합하지 않다는 주장이 제시되었다. 따라서, 본 연구는 Cronin & Taylor(1992)의 이론적 배경을 바탕으로, '서비스의 질'은 소비자들의 태도이고, 이러한 점에서 그 회사에 대한 거시적 평가라는 부분에 초점을 맞추어, SERVPERF 아이템들을 initial pool로 선택하여 패스트 푸드 산업에 실무적으로 쓰일 수 있는 새로운 스케일을 개발하였다. 6단계에 걸친 체계적인 스케일 개발 과정들을 거쳐서 13개로 구성된 새로운 측정 스케일이 개발되었고, 3가지 하위 요인들(Responsiveness, Tangibles, and Reliability) 이 도출되었다. 패스트 푸드 레스토랑에 가는 빈도가 높은 소비자 그룹과의 심층 인터뷰를 통해서 기존의 SERVPERF 아이템들이 수정/보완되었다. 이렇게 수정/보완된 아이템들을 통계적으로 재평가하기 위해서 112명의 대학생 샘플로부터 얻어진 데이터를 이용하여 탐색적 요인 분석이 시행되었고, 아이템들이 통계적으로 재평가되었다. 마지막으로, 179명으로 구성된 패스트 푸드 레스토랑 소비자 그룹 데이터를 이용하여 확인적 요인 분석이 실시되어 convergent validity, discriminant validity, and internal consistency가 검증되었다. 새로 개발된 스케일은 이론적/통계적으로 유의하며, 신뢰도가 높다는 것이 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 실무적/이론적 시사점이 논의 되었다.

Impacts of Social Media (Facebook) on Human Communication and Relationships: A View on Behavioral Change and Social Unity

  • The impact of social networking is varied from good to bad. Online activities have also been categorized into pros and cons of social networking, either as reported as hiding Internet activities among teenagers or killing loneliness among elderly. In terms of relationships, there have been argument over its closeness and quality of an online relationship in Internet settings. Looking at the contradiction in an innovative interaction between classic community communication and social media, there is an unknown scent of the future struggling and challenging both human communication and relationships in the presence of digital culture. This research uses Diffusion of Innovation to study the wide and continuous spread of digital culture in human communication; and, Media Dependency in learning and structuring the cognitive, affective and behavioral effects of social media on each person uses the media in different ways. This research will be using online survey to gain opinions from a social network site as an update of views and reflection of self-awareness to all levels of people. Social media like Facebook (FB) is perceived as a good tool of communication that it is able to bring closeness among the family members. The results show that social media like FB brings positive impact towards family members; it would help to build a better and harmonic society; and, relationships among family members and communication shall be improved and enhanced to the level of a united society.
