노인전문병원의 개념설정 및 건축계획방향에 대한 연구 - 요양병원을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Conceptualization and Architectural Planning Strategy of Elderly Hospitals - Focused on Nursing Hospitals -)

  • According to the rapid increase of the elderly population, especially frail older population, many kinds of elderly care facilities have been supplied within a relatively short period. Among them, elderly hospitals and elderly welfare facilities have occupied a major portion. The elderly hospital, which had emerged from 1994, has recorded sharp increase in facility numbers and bed numbers by the support of Korean government together with the increase of care demand. However, the concept and fundamental planning criteria of elderly hospitals have not yet been set up. This paper has derived the concept of the elderly hospital from the Medical Law and Elderly Welfare Law, and prospected the supply of it from domestic and international statistics. Also this paper has explored the fundamental design issues of elderly hospitals by analysing precedent studies and designs, and by surveying some facilities.

  • A new law, the Urban and Living Environment Improvement Act, was established, promulgated, and entered into by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation as of 1st July 2003. This system under this law, which improves currently executed consulting process and upgrade its level, is to execute the legal process and procedures that are necessarily required for housing reconstruction/renewal project.. This system requires to be supplemented with addition of reasonable, logical, and systemized tools of system. Through concurrent application of professional management of renewal business(PMRB), more benefit will be provided to housing renewal associations that are constituted with residences concerned for execution of CM project.

PV 시스템이 설치된 대학건물의 전력 생산에 따른 신재생에너지 공급비율 분석 (The analysis of the renewable energy supply ratio for the school building applied PV system)

  • Recently the renewable energy has been used widely and the importance of renewable sources is bigger than before. And the government enforced a law to the public buildings to install the renewable energy facilities. The capacity of facilities was 5% of total construction cost until April 13, 2011. Since then, the government changed the law from 5% of total construction cost to 10% of predicted energy usage for the resonable use of the renewable energy facilities. In this study, the comparative analysis is conducted according to the law to the building installed PV system through the Energy Plus simulation. And the method for improving renewable energy supply ratio was analyzed using existing PV array. Adjusting the PV array angle is the best way to generate more electric power without additional fee. When applying the month optimum angle, 3,600kWh of electric power are more generated compared to the existing angle.

  • 최근들어 철근콘크리트 슬래브와 벽의 연결부에 적용 가능한 열교차단장치에 대한 연구가 다수 수행되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 열교차단장치가 적용된 슬래브의 균열 전 탄성거동, 균열 후 항복거동 및 극한강도까지 적용이 가능한 해석모델을 제안하고, 실험결과와의 비교를 통하여 제안 모델의 정확도를 검증하고자 하였다. 해석모델은 변형률 적합조건과 힘의 평형개념을 적용하였으며, 이 때 구성 재료의 응력-변형률 관계는 재료실험 결과를 적용하였다. 해석모델의 신뢰성 검증을 위해 모멘트-곡률 관계, 하중단계에 따른 중립축을 실험결과와 비교하였으며, 제안된 해석모델은 실험결과로 획득한 전체적인 휨거동 양상과 거의 일치함을 확인할 수 있었다.

한국불교 전통사찰의 건축물공부(建築物公簿)에 관한 연구 -범어사 건축물대장을 중심으로- (A Study on the Official Building Register of Korean Traditional Temple - Focused on the Official Building Register of Beomeo-sa -)

  • This thesis is to analyze the origin and transformation of the official building registers of Korean traditional temples, and also to suggest the amendment of their wrong archives. Especially, this study is to examine these subjects focused on Beomeo-sa which has maintained fine registers. The results are as follow; 1. In Chosun Dynasty, the Ip-an had been used, and in the period of Daehan-Empire, the Ga-gei had been used as each official registers for the common buildings. The other hand, the lists of properties and the legal registers had been used as official registers for the temple buildings between 1911 and 1962. 2. The current official building registers have been firstly recorded under in 1962. At that time, the current official registers have been also recorded for the Buddhist temple buildings. 3. Most of the official building registers of Buddhist temples are incomplete. Especially, these have usually the indistinct building names and wrong building areas. These were mainly caused by direct copying of the old registers recorded in 1956, the period of Buddhist confusion. Furthermore, the registers have been poorly operated by monks and offices. 4. Therefore, the registers has to be corrected as follow; The omitted buildings have to be added and the duplicated buildings have to be removed in the summary heading registers. The indistinct building names recorded in 1956 have to be correct into actual proper building names. The wrong building areas recorded in 1956 have to be correct into actual measurement building areas.

  • 본 연구에서는 3차원적인 일조 프로그램을 이용하여 판상형과 탑상형의 기존 아파트 단지의 일조 현황 실태를 일차적으로 분석하고 일반적인 주택 배치를 현행주택법을 적용하여 단지계획을 하는 경우에 일조 상태가 어떠한지를 비교 분석하였다. 그동안 우리 아파트 계획의 대부분을 이루어 온 판상형 아파트 단지가 나름의 장점을 갖고 있음에도 불구하고 일조, 조망 그리고 경관이 건축적, 도시관점에 많은 문제점을 노출시켜 왔다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 판상형과 탑상형의 일조 특성에 따른 장단점과 일조관련 현행 법 규정의 한계를 분석, 파악하고 판상형의 일조적 단점을 보완해줄 대안으로서의 탑상형 아파트의 계획 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 다만 본 연구의 범위가 한정되어 분석된 결과이므로 탑상형의 일방적인 계획이 아닌 판상형의 장점과 탑상형의 장점을 살린 주동 계획의 연구, 또한 탑상형의 주동 평면 형식별로 다양한 비교 연구를 통하여 일조, 조망, 도시경관을 적극적으로 고려한 계획적 연구가 필요하다고 본다.

  • 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 이후 국내의 주택시장은 침체기를 겪고 있으며 이에 따라 주택가격의 하락, 임대주택가격의 상승등과 같은 주택시장의 문제점이 발생하였다. 주택시장의 정상화를 위해 정부에서는 다양한 주택정책을 발표하였으나 주택시장은 아직 회복세를 보이지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 주택시장의 침체 원인 분석하기 위해 주택 시장의 주요 참여자인 주택공급자와 주택 수요자를 기존의 수요 공급 원리에 의해서 분석하며 이들의 거래의사에 영향을 미치는 심리적 요인을 행동경제학 이론을 바탕으로 분석한다. 이의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 시스템다이내믹스 시뮬레이션 방법론을 사용하여 발표된 정책의 실효성을 검증한 결과 정책의 입안 기간에 따라 주택 거래량과 주택담보대출 총액이 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

점도변화와 흡착현상을 고려한 시멘트계 그라우트재의 새로운 침투 기준 (A New Groutability Criterion of Cement-based Grout with Consideration of Viscosity and Filtration Phenomenon)

  • The groutability depends on the properties of the grout, its injection processes, and on the mechanical properties of the soil formation. During the process of pouring cement-based grouting into a porous medium, a variation with time occurs in the viscosity of grout suspension. In addition the particle filtration phenomenon will limit the expansion of the grouted zone because cement particles are progressively stagnant within the soil matrix. In this paper, a closed-form solution was derived by implementing the mass balance equations and the generalized phenomenological filtration law, which can be used to evaluate the deposition of cement-based grout in the soil matrix. The closed-form solution relevant to a particular spherical flow was modified by a step-wise numerical calculation, considering the variable viscosity caused by a chemical reaction, and the decrease in porosity resulting from grout particle deposition in the soil pores. A series of pilot-scale chamber injection tests was performed to verify that the developed step-wise numerical calculation is able to evaluate the injectable volume of grout and the deposition of grout particles. The results of the chamber injection tests concurred well with that of the step-wise numerical calculation. Based on the filtration phenomenon, a new groutability criterion of cement-based grout in a porous medium was proposed, which might facilitate a new insight in the design of the grouting process.

ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF THE SOLAR-ENERGY SYSTEM USING LIFE CYCLE COST ANALYSIS

  • As the use of new and renewable energy is one of the ways by which the exhaustion of fossil fuels and the other existing environmental problems can be addressed, a policy of spreading information regarding it and of conducting R&D related to it is currently being implemented in advanced countries. In the construction field, the concept of "green building" was born, and the application of this concept has increased, with the end in view of achieving energy savings, resource savings, and recycling, and of conserving the natural environment. In this context, the government of Korea amended the "Law on the Development, Use, and Promotion of New and Recycled Energy" in 2004, which contains 11 provisions related to new and renewable energy and their sources, including solar and geothermal energy as well as sunlight, water, rainfall, and organisms. Since solar-energy should be used instead of fossil fuels by converting sunlight directly into electricity, many researches on this subject are in progress. There are few researches, however, employing the economic approach to the subject. Thus, in this study, an economic assessment of the solar-energy system was conducted using both life cycle cost (LCC) analysis and sensitivity analysis. The results of the LCC analysis show that the solar-energy system will become economically better than the fossil fuel system after 16 years, although the initial construction cost of the solar-energy system is higher than that of the fossil fuel system. The results of this study are expected to be used in selecting an eco-friendly and economical solar-energy system when the construction of a green building is planned.

건설업 업역구조 변화에 관한 연구 (Prospects on Changing Business Structure in the Korean Construction Industry)

  • 현재 건설산업의 업역은 크게 건설용역업과 건설업으로 구분되며 건설용역업은 건축설계업, 엔지니어링, 감리업 등으로 구분되고 건설업은 일반건설업과 전문건설업으로 구분되고 있다. 이런 건설산업의 업역화는 무자격업체가 무차별적으로 건설시장에 진입하는 것을 방지하여 건설업체의 전문성을 유지하고 소비자를 보호하는 긍정적 측면이 있는 반면에 업역화중에서 가장 논란의 대상이 되고 있는 일부 업역간의 겸업을 제한하고 있는 현행제도로 인해 발생되는 문제점들, 즉 건설생산 효율성의 낙후와 지대의 발생 등의 문제점을 야기시키고 있다. 따라서 향후 업역 제한 제도가 폐지되고 의무하도급제 등 건설기업의 의사 결정을 제약하는 각종 규제조치가 폐지될 경우 각 건설주체는 자신의 핵심 역량, 소비자의 니즈, 개별 상품시장을 시도할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 향후 건설시장 구조를 전망해 보고 이에 대한 각 건설기업들의 건설시장에 대한 진출전략을 제시하고자 한다.
