By reason of development of anesthesia, advent of new surgical operation type and change of hygiene criterion and economical index is increasing recently request about alteration of existing unit or new surgical operation-unit type. The purpose of this study is to provide of architectural planning program for the type decision and the scale computation of operating-unit in healthcare facilities. As a result of this study, presented program of six type according to surgical operation process including space and time side.

The purpose of this study is proposing a method of developing experience program for organizing continuous 'Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village'. Therefore, with having purpose of developing experience program which is deeply related with residents organization and architecture in the village, the researcher has participated in '2005 An-dong Gunjamaul Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village', accomplished developing experience program which can continuously manageable by residents and space and facilities which are accompanied with program. The results of this research are as follows. The developing process of experience program has four phases, selecting program, planning program, growing and changing program, and practicing and firmly establishing program. Moreover, the relationships between space planning and setting up a resident's organization and the experience program need to be considered. The things that experts have to consider are come up with three subjects. First, planning experience program with citizen participation. Second, designing experience program with spaces which will contain the programs. Third, developing programs which are accompanied with rediscover village's resources through continuous feedback.

The purpose of this study is presentation of architectural planning direction and program space of youth training center. For this goal, surveyed the characteristics of youth and local residents who the main user of the center Through this survey, it could be accommodated about the needs of youth training facilities and seek user-centered planning methodologies. To this end, this study conducted a survey of users of youth training facilities in Cheonan-si to suggest the importance of architectural planning direction and space to reflect users' needs and regional characteristics. In the process, this study conducted a consciousness survey and importance influence factors assessment focused on commonalities and differences between youth and adult groups, which are the main user groups of youth training facilities. It is believed that the results of consciousness survey and importance influence factors assessment will be used as basic data to select the scale and programs of space that reflect the needs of users when planning youth facilities and related facilities in the future.

Most recent programs in and out of the country are related to urban renewal projects. Contemporary project management information systems have been developed was to manage single or multiple projects focusing on their construction phase, and those have limitations to apply to large-scale complicated mega projects. So, this study explain the core concept of decision support modules for iPMIS (Intelligent Program Management Information System) and its major functions to support project owner and participants by introducing ontology in the web environment. This study confined the scope of research to the planning phase of urban environment improvement projects. Ontological logic structure and relation about planning works is essential parts and three functions to implement decision support module are developed.

Gross-to-net ratio is the important factor determining size of the building. However it was determined as the empirical method without the exact basis in the existing planning. This paper proposes more accurate methods for determining the gross-to-net ratio of architectural planning in general hospital. This paper analyzes the difference of gross-to-net ratio according to the various conditions and presents the elements of influencing on gross-to-net ratio. These elements is evaluated by applying in the typical hospital case. In conclusion, gross-to-net ratio is influenced by the accuracy of the space program, form type of the space and correspondence potential about the internal variation. In addition, This study has proved that empirical approach is a standard of minimum area.

In architectural planning, previous cases of similar spatial program provide important data for architectural design. Case-based reasoning (CBR) paradigm in the field of architectural design is closely related to the designing behavior of a planner who makes use of similar architectural designs and spatial programs in the past. In CBR, spatial graph can be constituted with most fundamental data, which can provide a method of searching spatial program by using visual graphs. This study developed a system for CBR that can analyze the similarity through graph comparison and search for buildings. This is an integrated system that is able to compare space similarity of different buildings and analyze their types, in addition to the analysis on a space within a single structure.

Hospital architectures, as a function-oriented architecture, have a great influences on the functional program and spacial allocation for a great number of rooms and departments. Particularly, spacial allocating analysis is depends on various external forces, such as hospital-size, relationships for the others, ownerships, operating methods, long-term masterplan as well as researchers' methods. Furthermore, as there is focusing on architectural design basis rather than architectural planning In recent Korean architectural field, adequate analysing methodology of spacial allocation for the design process is needed. This paper analyzes architectural drawings for 8 Korean hospitals which constructed in recent 20 years in aspects of the spacial allocation for inner spaces and then, presents areal composition and pattern of spacial allocation for researching hospitals.

A primary objective the Conjoint Building Program(CBP), as articulated in the legislation proceedings as to stimulate renewal and regeneration of old deteriorated districts. By allowing the transfer of development rights between two lots located within 100m radius or the same block surrounded by 12m wide streets, CBP encourages reconstruction of old buildings with low investment value by linking it to another lot that can buy its unused floor area ration. Most of the debates and studies prior to the introduction of the new legislation focused on possible abuse in financial terms, and little research has been done to illustrate possible merits of deficiencies in term of urban morphological influences. This study offers a visual prediction of the various ways CBP can influence an urban block by reshaping and reorganizing it thrown augmented development rights to assess the pros and cons of the current program.

건설 프로그램 수준의 복합용도개발사업은 다양한 참여주체들에 의해 장기간에 걸쳐 대규모로 추진되는 사업특성으로 인하여, 사업기간동안 여러가지 갈등이 발생하게 된다. 특히 다양한 프로젝트가 복합된 프로그램 사업의 특성상 참여주체별 요구사항이 상이하여 시설종류 및 규모를 적정하게 계획하는 것이 매우 중요하며, 이를 위해서는 사업의 기획단계에서부터 VE를 실시하여 고객의 요구에 적합한 해결책을 도출할 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설 프로그램 사업의 기획단계 VE 수행에 있어서 발주자의 요구사항을 명확하게 파악하여, 해당 프로그램에 요구되는 적정시설을 제시하기 위한 다차원 품질모델을 개발하였다. 다차원 품질모델 개발을 통해 복합용도개발사업의 12개 성능지표별 15개 주요시설의 특성분포를 제시하였으며, 참여자 요구사항에 따른 적정시설 도출 및 검토, 성능지표간 다차원 합성방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 건설프로그램 사업에 기획단계 VE를 적용하기 위한 기본연구로서 의의가 있으며, 본 연구에서 제시한 다차원 품질모델을 통하여 사업초기단계에서 다양한 참여주체들의 요구사항을 기반으로 적정시설을 제시 또는 검토하는 것이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

In this study, we fill a person's shoes human knowledge use a computer fast and simple repetition in architecture design. this study are launched from a assumption that a optimized arrangement spaces are able to measure and gauge. but automatic space arrangement program is first step, we have a value that propose a differential cell space and valuation space and process of optimized space arrangement. the merits of this design process are as follows; 1. this program has a advantage high the building-to-land ratio land and business area in space design. 2.this program can design a economy building and calculate rent benefit and calculate cost of construction. 3. this program can adapt for digital GIS. this program can down cost in labor productivity. 5. a layman can design high level. the weak point of this design process are as follows; 1. the design product is simple box shape. 2. this program has a weak in large area and complicated land shape 3. complex use space design are difficult in this program.
