In order to successfully manage of the state-of-the-art weapon system R&D program which are under the limited budget and schedule but also has a high level of technical risks, it is gaining weights to use such a scientific program management tool as TPM. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to review the concept of the TPM and its relation among MOE, MOP and TPM, and introduce an application method of TPM mainly focusing on helicopter development program. It has the organized structure, detailed procedure and 282 parameters for performance management through the TPM.

In this paper, we developed the on-line Data Aquisition System(DAS) of distribution transformers using the hardware and monitoring program. The DAS consists of the top oil temperature sensing part, ambient temperature sensing part, load current sensing part, acoustic emission peak-value sensing part, acoustic emission pulse counter part, micro-processor part and wireless communication part. The Monitoring System consists of the communication setting, online monitoring and database construction part. The DAS send the data acquired from the some sensors of the distribution transformers to the host PC. The monitoring program of the host PC stores the data to database. And the monitoring system estimates the loss of life time for distribution transformer from the DB. Thus, it could be managed the career and the functional lifetime of the transformer more efficiently than existing methodologies.

Logistics is by no means a new subject area. The concept of logistics goes way become more complex as technology advances, and logistics requirements have increased accordingly. In 1964, when ILS philosophy formally came into being, ILS was defined in general terms and did not describe what actions an ILS program should accomplish. ILS philosophy have been developed from 1964 through 1980. In 1982, United States Department of Defense formulated a new concept, CALS. CALS is the strategy that the US defense development to management the transition to integration and automated interchange in defense system engineering, manufacturing, and logistic support. Its goal is to use the inherent features of digitized data to revolutionize the function of data -gathering, data storage and data - transfer techologies associared with the development of defense systems. The Result will be systems that are cheaper, more reliable, and easier to maintain. To define CALS's character, the purpose of this papers compare two concepts - CALS and ILS. The elements of CALS consist of standads and EDI. The elements of ILS include LCC(Life Cycle Cost), LSA(Logistics Support Analysis), LSAR(Logistics Support Analysis Rcord), Aquisition Cycle.

This study focused on service quality, service value, service satisfaction and service trust of system being used in DAPA(Defence Aquisition Program Adminstration) to manage logistic items. DAPA in operating a few systems to manage efficiently logistic items. This study focused on the catalog management system service quality. Because catalog management system has been the most requested service system of being used in DAPA by defense firms since DAPA was founded, it would be the most fitted system in this study. Through this study, we drew a direction in establishing service. This study also could be applied to business practice so defence industry firms would trust DAPA and DAPA could offer a better service quality. Quick and exact service offered by logistic catalog management system would lead delivery of military supplies and export. Consequently, the best quality service would contribute to profit increase for defence industry firms, independent defence and nation economy development.

This paper describes the application method of systems engineering for systems of systems and addressed the evolution in approach as organizations have evolved from standalone platform providers to architect of SoS. There is an increasing need to perform Systems of Systems Engineering(SoSE) in a global environment This has stimulated the development of new, innovative SoSE approaches that surpass current military and industry state-of-the-art systems engineering processes. The simple scaling of the former process was ineffective in dealing with global distributed large-scale integration efforts of network-centric systems of systems. A new SoSE process has been developed which is a significant breakthrough in the development of large complex systems and net-centric systems of systems. The SoSE process provides a complete, detailed and systematic development approach for military and civil SoS. In this point of view, this paper analyzes functionally the architecture framework, process and integrated verification & validation of SoSE. From results of this analysis, perspectives on the application of SoSE suitable for Korea aquisition environment are presented.

In this paper, we have designed a remote controlable HDR System using all embedded linux board. The system is composed of three parts - a HDR System, a PC client program for remote control and a Nameserver for registering and aquisition of the IP address. The system is built in an embedded board using a linux kernel. With the Linux the system can support networking and file system for a hard disk management In addition, the system embeds a web-server and a ftp-server for remote manipulation and file transfer. And the hardwares of the system are controlled by the linux device driver mechanism. MPEG1/2 technique is used to compress TV tuner signal and external analog video/audio signal. And compressed data is stored in a hard disk. The data stored in the system is accesable through lan or internet. And RTP protocol is used to enable the system to service live stream of instant video/audio input.

A flow control system was designed and fabricated to control the flow rate of liquid through the pipe. This control system was composed of hardwares and software, hardwares as controller, gate valve, orifice meter and data aquisition board and software as National instruments Labview program. Control of flow rate was executed by adjusting the pneumatic valve located at the center of pipe line based on the control signal generated by LabView PID control algorithm, which converts analog signal measured by pressure difference of orifice to digital signal to adjust pneumatic valve. For the controller setup Ziegler-Nichols tuning technique was applied and control performances were investigated for not only the disturbance but also the set point changes. Developed system showed good control performances in flow control enough to use as teaching tool of feedback control theory and practice in university, and also as industrial application.

The study is to analyze dynamo test results for various commercial pads in order to verify the performance of brake disk with CV-NCM cast iron. The developed brake disk will apply to 200 km/h tilting trains that is being developed as one part of project for speed-up on Korean existing railroad. The test program is made out suitably for braking condition and performance of test equipment by referring UIC 541-3. Two kinds of resin pad and one kind of foreign sintered pad suitable for 200 km/h trains are used as various commercial pad for the dynamo test. The data aquisition for the maximum and smallest temperature, hot spot, etc. on disk and pad is performed by using the thermocouples and thermal imaging cameras. From this research, we obtained braking characteristics between CV-NCM cast iron disk and pad of various material and will be utilized usefully as basis data of performance optimization of developing sintered pad.

회복전압 측정법(RVM: Recovery voltage measurement)은 최근 유럽지역에서 활발히 연구 진행되고 있는 절연 진단 기법 중의 하나로 소개된바 있으며, 오일과 절연지 사이에 스며든 수분량을 검출할 수 있는 진단 시스템기법이다. 변압기 내부의 절연물질에 대한 분극특성을 분석함으로서 열화진행정도 및 열화정도를 진단하는데 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 국산화의 일환으로 전기계측제어용 LabVIEW 프로그램을 활용하여 RVM 전 과정을 자동으로 사용할 수 있도록 자체 제작한 프로그램을 소개하고자 한다.
