도시개발지역 학교 적정배치 방안 연구 - 세종특별자치시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Appropriate School Placement in Urban Development Area - Centerde on Sejong Special Self-Governing City -)

  • 본 연구에서는 세종시 개발지역 학교의 학교입지·통학환경·교육여건·적정규모에 대한 실태를 탐색하고, 교육공동체의 요구 분석자료를 바탕으로 향후 효과적인 학교 설립방안을 모색하든데 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 연구문제로 첫째, 세종시 개발지역 학교의 개교부터 현재까지 학생수 변화 추이 및 다른 신도시의 차이점은 무엇인가? 둘째, 과대·과소학교 발생으로 인한 학교입지의 문제점은 무엇인가? 셋째, 안전한 통학환경 조성을 위한 학교입지 상 문제점은 무엇인가? 넷째, 적정 배치를 위해 개선해야 할 점은 무엇인가?로 설정하였다. 연구방법으로 학부모와 교직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 학교설립 시 적정한 학교입지를 최우선으로 하고, 둘째, 학교를 공동주택 중심에 위치하고 학교용지 옆에 회차로, 학부모드랍존 설치, 셋째, 운동장 및 특별교실·돌봄교실 부족 문제를 해결하기 위해 학교용지를 일정 면적 이상 확보, 넷째, 저출산에 따른 학령인구 감소에 대비하여 통합운영학교나 학교시설복합화 등 다양한 방안으로 모색할 필요가 있다.

서울시 도시환경정비사업 내 공개공지 활성화를 위한 제도개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Legal Policies for Activating Public Open Space in Urban Environment Improving Project of Seoul City)

  • 지구단위계획에서는 형식적으로 조성되는 경직된 제도의 모습을 벗어나기 위하여 구역 내 총체적인 계획의 일부분으로 건물 세부 기준뿐만 아니라, 공개공지의 배치, 형태 및 포상에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다. 문제점을 가지고 있는 도시환경정비기본계획(2005년 수립)이 그동안 도심부의 여건 변화를 반영하기 위하여 재정비되면서 구역별 개발유도 지침에 공개공지 부문이 세분화 되었다. 이러한 제도가 공개공지계획에 있어 실효성 있는 제도인지 개정 전 후를 비교해 본 결과, 도시 및 주거 환경정비법 상 공개공지 관련 수립지침의 부재로 공개공지계획 시 공통적으로 지켜야 하는 건축법과 별반 다를 것이 없는 항목이 신설되어 개정되기 전과 괄목할만한 변경사항이 없다는 분석 내용이다. 지구단위계획과 비교 분석해 본 결과, 지구단위계획 상 공개공지계획은 상위법인 건축법, 서울시 건축조례와 동일한 조성 기준이 한가지만 존재하고, 대부분은 제1종지구단위계획수립지침을 통해 신설된 조성 기준들이다. 반면, 도시환경정비기본계획상 공개공지계획의 속성은 절반이 상위법인 건축법과 서울시 건축조례와 동일하거나 유사한 항목이다. 건축법과 같은 공통적으로 지켜야 하는 상위법에서는 설치기준 등과 같은 필수적인 요소들의 나열이라면, 하위법에서는 주변 환경과 공개공지의 적극적인 연계로 공개공지의 의의에 맞게 구체적이고, 실효성 있는 미시적인 측면의 조성 기준이 만들어져야 할 것이다.

수도권 신도시의 자족성 제고 방안 -ESSD관점에서의 입산신도시 사례분석- (A Study on Enhancing the Level of the Self-containment of New town in the Capital Region, Korea -The case study of Ilsan from the viewpoint of ESSD-)

  • 본 연구는 지속가능한 개발(ESSD)에 있어 신도시 자족성의 의미를 이론적으로 고찰하고, 일산신도시를 사해로 자족성을 실증적으로 분석함으로써 자족성 제고를 위한 정책 방안을 계시하고자 하였다. ESSD의 관점에서는 자족시설을 이용하는 주민의 행태분석이 연구의 중심이 된다. 이에 따라 일산신도시외 토지이용계획의 특성을 살펴보고 통학시설, 통근시설 및 상업 서비스시설의 각 부문별로 자족성을 분석하였다. 일산신도시는 수도권정비계획법상 과밀억제권역에 속해 기본적으로 자족시설을 건설할 여건이 조성되어 있지 못하기 때문에 통근자족률은 21.8%에 불과하였다. 상업 서비스시설의 자족율은 89.4%에 달하나, 공공서비스시설의 자족성이 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 통학시설자족률은 94.0%로 매우 높게 나타났다. 따라서 수도권 내 새로운 신도시외 조성이 필요한 경우 거리와 법적규제를 고려하여, 과밀억제권역을 벗어난 지역에서 입지를 모색할 것을 제안하였다. 자족시설에 있어서는 공업기능보다는 3차산업 중심의 자족시설 계획을 수립하는 것이 바람직하며, 3차산업의 신도시 유치를 위란 유인책을 마련하고, 유사한 기능끼리 특성화시피 집적이익을 추구할 수 있는 여건을 조성해 주어야 한다. 아울러 유관 정부기능이 입지하면, 이와 관련된 업무시설의 입지는 보다 쉽게 이루어 질 수 있을 것이다. 공공서비스시설 등 주민편익시설을 적기에 공급하기 위해 주택과 자족시설의 공급시기를 조절하면서 장기적 안목에서 신도시가 건설되어야 할 것이다.

공공도서관 디지털자료실의 공간계획요소별 디자인특성 연구 (A Study on the Design Characteristics of Multimedia Center in Public Library by Space Planning Elements)

  • A public library is changing into a place where people can freely acquire and make use of information in digital environment with the basic ideology of publicity. In spite of such changes, multimedia center is still biased with the function of computer room to use PC and is not used actively by many users. This study can be summarized and concluded as follows and spatial characteristics of digital data room of public library can make use of space planning elements by aspects as an analysis tool. First, designed characteristics focusing too much on the possession of seats for reading digital data. Therefore, spatial planning for users to choose necessary facilities according to the data they wish to read and type of users is needed. Second, interior tone of multimedia center is applied with identical color for all floors, walls, and ceilings, to create sense of unification. However, due to the arrangement of similar colors, while using identical brightness and chroma, some users felt difficult to realize shape or depth in space. It is more appropriate to apply distinctive color plan according to the characteristic of the data or space region, in order to create pleasant digital environment for visually weaker people or elderly. Third, psychological or technical factors of multimedia center is not sufficiently applied in space planning elements for users. In order for various digital service of public library to be technically implemented, it is necessary to organize open space by expanding the size of multimedia center to utilize high-tech facilities.

공간특성 및 이용행태 분석을 통한 노인전문요양시설 프로그램실 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study of Act Room Planning in Skilled Nursing Facilities for the Elderly through the Analysis of Spatial Characteristics and Using Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate spatial characteristics and using behavior of activity room in skilled nursing facilities for the elderly and to provide basic guidelines about its space planning. The activity rooms in the most of the research facilities were arranged by usage modification of unnecessary spaces after the foundation of the facility, and were used not only for the program service but for the staff lounge. It decreased space speciality and resulted in limited area of the space and crowded furniture arrangement. The design guidelines for activity room were as follows. First, the space plan of activity room is based on the use of once to twice per week and for 30 minutes per use, and is mainly for the human knowledge and art programs that are appropriate for small group. Second, the activity room of the facility with less than 3 stories needs to be in the same floor as elderly individual room, but should be independent and easy to be controlled by the staff. On the other hand, in more than 4 stories facility, it is better to be in the different floor as the elderly living area such as administrational area close to the lounge and garden. Third, at least $5.9m^{2}$ per user for the area of the activity room is recommended including the elderly, staff, furniture, equipments and restroom. Fourth, the furniture of activity room includes the shelves, big table with enough knee space, wheel, and stopper, and stackable chairs. Toilets and water closet are needed for the emergency, and the windows to the corridor and curtain door should be avoided for soundproof and easy access of wheelchair users.

장애인 이용자의 요구분석을 통한 대학도서관 서비스 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Improvement Plan for Library Services Through the Disabled Users' Needs Analysis in University Library)

  • 대학도서관은 장애인 이용자의 정보이용 및 학습의 기회를 보장하기 위해 적절한 시설과 장비를 구비하고 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 본 연구는 국내 외 현황 조사와 장애인 이용자와의 심층면접을 기초로 대학도서관에 서 제공하고 있는 장애인 서비스에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 조사 결과 도서관에서 제공하고 있는 장애인 서비스를 개선하고 장애인 이용자의 이용을 높이기 위해서는 장비 도입과 서비스 제공 시 요구분석과 의견 수렴과정을 통해 장애인 이용자들의 의견이 반영될 수 있도록 해야 하며, 시설과 서비스를 효과적으로 결합할 수 있는 전용공간을 제공할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 도서관 직원에 대한 지속적이고 정기적인 장애인 서비스 교육과 함께 장애인 전담사서를 지정해 One-stop 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있다. 이와 함께 장애인 지원을 위한 교내 외 기관, 단체 등과의 협력 및 연계와 함께 서비스 개선을 위한 정기적인 실태조사와 평가가 이루어질 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

중학교 가정 교과서의 주생활 단원에 대한 교사의 인식과 교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on Teachers’Recognition and Teaching methods in Housing of Home Economics Text Book of Middle School)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate teachers’recognition and teaching methods in Housing of Home Economics Text Book of Middle School and to provide the basic data for the improvement of its curriculum. Home Economics teachers of the 433 schools responded in nationwide to the mailed questionaire. The selected data were manipulated by percent and verified in the way of t-test. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. Most Home Economics teachers have ever taken teacher training but there are few who have never taken any teacher training in Housing. And even those who have ever taken the training in Housing are not satisfied with the training curriculum contents. Therefore, the result of this study shows that Housing should be included in the teacher training curriculum contents, and that the teacher training curriculum contents, and that the teacher training curriculum contents should be helpful for the actual teaching and learning. 2. It is necessary to allot more houres for Housing, in that most teachers actually allot more time for Housing than presented in teachers’guide, and to develop more teaching aids for the effective instruction of Housing. In terms of the suitability of Housing to the students’learning development levels, the degree of suitability is in the order of the significance of housing, housing sanitation, the types of housing, the space for housing, the ground plan of housing, the arrangement of furniture. The contents about the interior decoration and gardening of the existing text book have turned out not to be appropriate.. In terms of the relation between the place of residence and the curriculum, Housing is suitable for the city, but not for the farming, mining, and sea village, Teachers suggest that the content of the curriculum about Housing should be varied according to the location of the school. 3. The number of the teaching aids for Housing is in the order of picture, charts and pamphlet but not sufficient.

FACTORS OF GROUNDWATER FLUCTUATION IN SHIN KORI NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS IN KOREA

  • To establish an aging management plan considering seawater influx and changes in groundwater within nuclear power plant sites, the characteristics of groundwater flow must be understood. This study investigated the characteristics of groundwater flow within the site and analyzed groundwater level recorded by monitoring wells to evaluate groundwater flow characteristics and elements that affected these characteristics for supplying the information to conduct the appropriate aging management for ensuring the safety of the safety-related structures in Shin Kori Unit 1 and 2. The increase in groundwater level during the wet season results from high sea-level conditions and the large amount of precipitation. As a result of the analysis of groundwater distribution and change characteristics, the site could be divided into a rainfall-affected area and a tide-affected area. First, the rainfall-affected area can further be divided into areas that are affected simultaneously by excavation, backfill, and a permanent dewatering system. Secondly, areas that are not affected by excavation, or the dewatering system, or by structure arrangement and excavation. Analysis of the spectrum for wells affected by tides resulted in confirmation of the M2 component (12.421 hr) and S2 component (12.000 hr) of the semidiurnal tides, and the O1 component (25.819 hr) of the diurnal tides. In the cross-correlation results regarding tides and groundwater levels, the lag time occurred diversely within 1-3 hours by the effect of the well location from sea, the distribution of the backfill material with depth, and the concrete structure.

산업환경 변화에 따른 미래형 산업단지의 공원녹지 계획방향에 관한 연구 (Planning Directions for Parks and Green Spaces in Future Industrial Complexes according to Changes in the Industrial Environment)

  • Due to changes such as those stemming from the onset of the fourth industrial revolution, it is expected that industrial complexes will transform from being spacious structures into smaller, integrated complexes. Green parks, which are also a type of infrastructure within industrial complexes, also require planned direction suited to the changing environment. The planned directions of green parks in new industrial complexes were examined and surveys were conducted on industrial complex workers. Preferred functional arrangement, importance, and satisfaction levels of green ratios, preference of compound facilities linked to parks, appropriate dimensional greening methods were all surveyed across 1,035 businesses. Results of the survey exhibited that there was high awareness on the importance of building green areas, but it was found that current greenery levels were insufficient. There was a high rate of responses indicated that dimensional greening is required in building-type industrial spaces, and preferences for rooftop greenery, stair-type greenery, and atrium greenery were also high. There were many opinions that it is necessary to integrate cultural facilities, exhibition and educational facilities, commercial facilities, parking lots in parks. Furthermore, it was found that it is necessary to provide pathways for bikes and pedestrians, rather than those for vehicles, and to connect them with the green parks. This study stopped short of exploring the directions for which green parks should aim in new industrial complexes with changes in the industrial environment. In the future, more concrete plans on green park planning techniques according to the spatial characteristics and structures of new industrial complexes will be necessary.

병원 외주부 디자인에 따른 병실모듈 연구 (A Study on the Ward Module according to the External Design of the Hospital)

  • Purpose: It is important to plan the ward module at a time when the size of beds, the floor area, and the construction budget are all set prior to the hospital design. In this context this study aims (1) to derive various factors affecting the ward module, and (2) to analyze the appropriate room module according to the type. Methods: Design factors related to hospital modules are derived through precedential studies, and the types of ward elevation are classified by reviewing the drawings of 18 case hospitals. And the detailed dimensions and area of the derived elements are analyzed. Results: The X-axis modules of the ward are switched to long span structural columns of 9.9 m, 12.6 m and 13.2 m, but the ward modules still represent 6.6 m. The Y-axis module of the ward shows a dimension of 9 to 9.9m in the process of changing a multi-person room into a four-person room. Type A of curtain wall with columns located on the wall of the room and type B of curtain wall located in the center of the room are analyzed due to their variations. The square window type, which forms the elevation of the square window by exposing the columns to the elevation, and the outframe type, which protrudes from the structural columns and beams, have elevation designs limited. There are, however, no obstacles to the interior space of the hospital room, so the wall composition and furniture arrangement are expected to be free. The ward area of Curtain Wall Type A, which can secure an effective area of 5.9m*5.0m, are 52.1m2. The Curtain Wall Type A, Square window type, and the outframe type are 49.8m2. Implications: As part of the hospital standard module plan for economical and reasonable hospital building planning, a type was proposed in this study in conjunction with the external design. It is hoped that it be a base for standard module research linked together to the Central Treatment department, Outpatient department and underground parking lot.
