Recently, Digital Information Display(DID) technologies have been used to advertise the various contents such as video, image, text and etc. However most of recent DIDs are still using the traditional one directional advertising mechanism delivering the contents only to the customers. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of an App Scheduler on Android platform to effectively manage the Android Apps related to the advertisement which can attract customers' attention and reflect their ideas in the advertisement.

The paper describes the efficient and agile design methodology for the smart phone application, so called the App. Despite the number of smart phones as well as their applications is rapidly being increased recently, the smart and easy methodology for App development is not well developed and not matured in use yet. Since the App is converted to programs or contents from the new ideas, especially, it is important to design and implement the App rapidly and systematically. In order to resolve this problem, we adopt the UI centered approach first of all, emphasizing user-efficient utilization of applications. And we also try to build the whole process in streamlined procedure, making each step reasonable, and the input and output for the step well organized. The design methodology described here is evaluated by designing popular sample application, Scheduler, and also compared with some well-known software design methodologies.

Since existing location-based services suggest a search result, not considering user's environment, intention, or preference, situational awareness is required to resolve this problem. In this paper, an Android-based situational-awareness dynamic scheduling will be suggested and a tourist information service application will be embodied and tested. In other words, a real-time tourist scheduling service that calculates an estimated travel time from user's location to destination and reminds a user before the expected departure time will be developed. In addition to tourist information, an added scheduler provides convenience and improves its functionality.

본 논문은 전기자동차를 이용한 관광에 있어서 사용자가 선택한 목적지 집합에 대해 전기자동차 충전까지 고려하여 방문 순서를 결정하고 그 결과를 사용자 단말기 App을 통하여 보여주는 관광 스케줄러를 구현하였다. 스케줄링 엔진은 방문총거리가 짧으면서 충전대기시간을 최소화하기 위해 $A^*$ 알고리즘과 유전자 알고리즘으로 구현되었고 웹서비스 방식으로 단말기와 상호작용함으로써 서비스의 확장성과 편의성을 기한다.

According to the progress of IT and data processing technology, the usage of internet increased rapidly and various smart devices are appearing. As such, modern people use smartphone to acquire informations they wish and also on daily life including leisure activity free of place. This study has designed and implemented schedule managing application that can help effective managing of our daily life, such as taking note of schedule and sharing appointments. The schedule managing application in this study offers diary taking, sharing the registrated schedule with other users on kakaotalk, saving the deleted schedule or diary to certain folder when users delete file, continuous alarm of daily schedule function together with schedule registration function. The application which is differentiated to other applications and raised usage is expected to effectively manage the busy everyday life.
