우리나라에 공공도서관이 많이 없다. 그 이유는 국민들의 공공도서관에 대한 중요성 및 필요성에 대한 인식 부족과 중앙 및 지방정부의 도서관건립에 대한 인색한 투자와 함께 효과적인 공공도서관 건립정책이 없었기 때문이다. 이제 선진국과 같은 작은 도서관 건립 및 운영 정책을 펴야 한다. 지역 재개발 및 아파트 재건축 추진은 이들 지역에 작은 규모의 마을도서관을 건립할 수 있는 좋은 기회이다. 서울에 있는 J아파트는 재건축을 추진하고 있는데, 이 시점에서 새로운 위치로 옮겨가는 동사무소와 우체국을 하나의 건물로 신축하고, 이 건물 내에 공공도서관을 설치할 수 있을 것이다. 도서관을 이들 시설들과 함께 1층에 배치한다면 시너지 효과를 발생시켜 세 기관 모두에게 도움이 될 것이다. 이처럼 재개발 및 재건축 지역에 공공기관 혹은 상엽시설과 함께 복합건물 형태로 작은 도서관을 건립하는 것은 우리나라 공공도서관의 부족 문제를 해결 할 수 있는 좋은 방법이다.

본 연구의 목적은 아파트 단지 내 작은도서관에서의 자원봉사활동 경험이 지역공동체 의식 형성에 기여하게 되는 과정을 질적분석을 통해 알아보는 데 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 D 광역시 DS 구에 있는 5개 아파트 도서관에서 자원봉사활동을 하고 있는 33명의 봉사자와 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 분석결과 자원봉사활동의 시작은 본인이 도서관의주 이용자가 되어서 도서관을 통해 긍정적 경험을 하고 동시에 도서관에 대한 문제점을 인식하면서인 것으로 나타났다. 자원봉사활동을 통해 그들은 지역주민들과 더욱 활발히 소통하게 되고 도서관이라는 공간을 함께하는 공간으로 인식하게 되며, 이러한 인식을 통해 자원봉사활동경험은 지역에 대한 공동체 의식을 형성하는데 기여하는 것으로 나타났다.

국내 작은도서관이 가장 많이 소재하고 있는 경기도에는 공동주택단지 내 작은도서관의 비율이 42%에 이르고 있으나, 법적 의무에 의해 설립된 도서관들이 자발적 의지에 의존하여 관리·운영됨에 따라 휴관·폐관되는 사례가 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 공동주택단지 내 작은도서관의 활성화를 위해서는 단지 내 마을 공동체의 구심점 역할을 통해 활성화의 방안을 모색하는 것이 타당하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 경기도 작은도서관의 현황 조사, 경기도 및 31개 시군의 공동주택단지 내 작은도서관 운영자 및 관계자 대상의 설문조사와 심층인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 이를 기반으로 공동주택단지내 작은도서관 운영의 실제적인 활성화 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 작은도서관에 대한 공동체 인식 개선, 자체 운영 능력 배양, 법·제도 개선, 지자체의 지원 강화의 4가지 목표를 설정하여 실천방안을 도출하였다. 사회의 변화에 따른 경기도 공동주택단지 내 작은도서관 뿐 아니라 타 사립작은도서관의 지속적인 발전을 위한 연구도 수행될 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this research is to identify user needs for community space design, especially shared space. and compare them according to social class. Since the shared space concept is new, it will be difficult for residents to familiarize themselves with the new idea. This study used a Small Croup Workshop Panel Method instead of the conventional survey method for this reason The subjects were 6 Panel groups of S people per each group. Bach of the panels included 3consecutive workshops. The results can be summarised as follows. All the residents wanted various kinds of shared spaces for everyday living and leisure activity While there were generally great similarity regardless of resident's sub characteristics, some founed distintively dissimilar. The residents of 20s pyung apartment wanted day-care center, multi Purpose room for meeting and family events, library, study room, sports facilities, and cultural center in order. The shared spaces that residents of 30s pyung apartment wanted were library. study room. common dining, sports facilities. and cultural center in order. The residents of 50s pyung apartment wanted library, study room. multi purpose room, common storage, sports facilities. and cultural center in order. These findings imply some diverse plans instead of uniform ones are to be deliberately considered, This results can be usefully applied to develop new collective housing for different social class residents.

This study proposes design factors for Korean style ecological apartment for application in Cheongju. Library and internal surveys were performed to summarize the concept of locality in housing and to determine the present condition of apartment estates which were introduced with design factors according to locality, traditionalism, or ecology, fold surveys were carried out at 10 apartment estates to investigate the present condition of management and residents's un. The interviewees were concierges and representative residents. The following design factors for Korean style ecological apartment to be applied in Cheongju were proposed; layout and building shape according to climate as natural environment, landscape factors according to cultural assets as human environment, adolescent spaces according to population as social environment, road plan according to 'Cheongju Garosu-Gil' civil environment.

This study is researched to provide design guidelines of service facilities and programs that apartment residents want along with the increased quality of life. This study is signifiant because it sought effective methods to activate the com-munity culture through service facilities in apartment complexes and the design standard and planning direction for residents. The study results are as follows. In the result of the correlations analysis and multiple regression analysis for the importancy of service facilities in apartment complexes, the following orders were considered as important factor; man-ager office, open space, resident community facility, elderly people meeting and activity facility, walking paths, resident athletic facility, a children's playground, library, and rest areas in the complex. and result of the correlations analysis and multiple regression analysis is the following: service facilities whole importance (y) = 1.413$+0.262^*{\times}1$ (manager office importance)$+0.271^*{\times}2$ (open space importance) $+0.185^*{\times}3$ (resident community facility importance) $+0.136{\times}4$ (elderly people meeting and activity facility importance)$+0.036^*{\times}5$ (walking paths importance) $+0.031^*{\times}6$ (resident athletic facility importance) + $(-0.042)^*{\times}7$ (a children's playground importance) + $(-0.045)^*{\times}8$ (library importance) + $(-0.0097)^*{\times}9$ (rest areas importance).

BIM and its quantity take-off widely apply to the construction projects and LCCO2 Assessment using the BIM's quantity take-off function can be tried recently. Because BIM modeling programs such as Revit and ArchiCAD do not provide adequate library for LCCO2 Assessment, quantity take-off data should be conversed and applied to Carbon Emission Coefficient using Excel program or manual work. Therefore, the purpose of this research is 1) to propose the Unit Conversion Systems for Carbon Emission Coefficient, 2) to provide basic library sets for BIM based LCCO2 Assessment method, and 3) to apply 11 material library sets on a apartment unit plan modeling to pursue the CO2 emission evaluation of the material production in the process of LCCO2 Assessment. Research results showed CO2 emission amount of 458.64kgCO2/m2 from the apartment unit plan modeling.

The purposes of this study were to summarize the concept of well-being and well-being apartment, to grasp the present condition of apartments which were introduced with well-being factors, and to find out the consumer preferences of design factors for well-being apartment. Library and internet surveys were performed to summarize the concept of well-being and well-being apartment and to grasp the present condition of apartments which were introduced with well-being factors. Questionnaire survey was carried out from 2nd to 22nd of June 2005, to investigate the preferences of design factors for well-being apartment, and the respondents were 250 residents living in urban area. As major result, the design factors haying the preference were revealed as complex design, sports & health facility, and interior surface materials.

본 연구는 작은도서관의 운영 실태조사를 통해 작은도서관 운영의 흐름을 진단하고 운영의 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 공립작은도서관과 사립작은도서관 중 아파트 도서관 증가 추세 반영, 작은도서관의 내실화 방안, 도서관 운영 전문성 향상을 위한 인력 배치, 공 사립도서관의 운영현황 차이를 고려한 활성화 대책, 공공도서관과 작은도서관의 협력체계 구축, 통계데이터의 정확성을 증대시키려는 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 작은도서관 활성화 방안으로 양적인 조성보다는 질적인 운영지원으로 방향의 전환, 공립작은도서관의 운영의 안정화 노력, 사립작은도서관 전문성 향상 및 협력체계 구축, 작은도서관 법적기준의 강화, 작은도서관 캠페인을 통한 기업 참여유도를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to find out the residents' perceptive opinions of apartment housing environment and to contribute to develop a apartment unit plan in Daejeon City. This research was performed by a questionnaire survey method, 464 data was collected from apartment residents lived in about $85m^2$ unit with 3 rooms and the apartments was limited to the complexes within 3 years at Yuseong-gu and Seo-gu. By analyzing those data, findings are as follows: 1) Residents thought living room, kitchen and bathroom were importment space in a unit plan. They needed a storage function in an entrance and a intermediate room, and Anbang(materbed room) so did. L-DK plan type was very preferred. 2) Sub-kitchen was needed for a refrigerator of Kinch, the location of it was realted to a main kitchen and a uitility. the third room was needed for library, home office and storage space. 3) The enlargment remodeling of balcony was showed livingroom balcony or personal bedrooms at the time of occupancy. They needed the balcony near a kitchen or an utility to equip a storage facility. And residents were preferred to their taste rather than a choice of interior concept package services.
