Currently, suggesting directions for strengthening publicity of social services is thinking in the direction of each person's advantage from the stakeholder's perspective. The position of the service provider and the position of the user shows different opinions on the definition and evaluation of publicity of the city or province as the management entity. Therefore, this study combines opinions on publicity focusing on community service, derives consensus on the definition and evaluation of publicity, and evaluates different indicators or factors that cannot be quantified at the same time. The goal is to solve the problem of publicity by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a possible technique. In addition, in order to achieve the research objectives according to the designed frame, an empirical study was conducted by conducting a pairwise comparison questionnaire for experts and users. Through the AHP evaluation model" developed in this study, as a result of measuring the relative satisfaction of major factors, service utilization rate (0.470), facility management (0.210), and other project implementations (0.073) appeared in order. Here, the service utilization rate was evaluated as the most important.

In this paper, we conducted an empirical study to investigate the design and weighting effects on descriptive and analytic statistics. The design and weighting effects were calculated for estimates produced from the 1998 small firm survey data. We considered the design and weighting effects on coefficients estimates of regression model using the design-based approach and the GEE approach.

This study estimated direct factors that have effect to completion degree of game, and we constructs structural equation model that can evaluate completion degree of game using empirical analysis. For it, we obtained weight of components of game development by eigenvector method for analytic hierarchy process. Using calculated weight, we also let that components of game development is observating variable of X, and genre of game is observating variable of Y. And we constructs structural equation model with LISREL program

As the industrial environment becomes more competitive, supply chain management (SCM) has become recognized as a major strategy in the business world. Some of current researches are categorized into review papers, deterministic models, stochastic models, simulation models and discussed in this paper. A hybrid approach combining analytic model and simulation model and the simulation optimization method are proposed as future research areas with other analytical subjects.

Today, the usage of DB already becomes an important issue for many companies' survival, especially, for the companies who have adopted CRM(Customer Relationship Management). CEM(Customer Experience Management), as a practical alternative, can settle it. In this paper, we use QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and GA(Genetic Algorithm)-based Group ANP(Analytic Network Process) to construct the Integrated CEM Model to help company decide the priorities of investment in customer experiences.

Library authorities are responsible for allocating its resources to best achieve library goals. This means the question of benefits and costs for library activities, as well as a n.0, pplication of economic theory to it. To consider these, this study dealt with theoretical analysis: 1) the nature of economic models, 2) economic theory to library activities, 3) and its a n.0, pplicability. However, economic model method allows us to use an analytic technique that is founded on library production and consumption. Thus, its major contribution is creation of a framework or system for maximizing the efficient library activities.

This paper discisses the effects geometric errors on the measurement of error motions of rotor with the cylindrical capacitive displacement sensor. Analytic model of the measuring process with this sensor is derived and this model shows that the effect of geometric errors of sensor is larger than that of rator on the measurement of error motions of rotor. The computer simulation shows effect of periodic errors in this sensor on the measuring orbit.

The objectives of this paper are to provide software developer selection criteria and to develop evaluation framework using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The selection criteria are extracted from Software Development Life Cycle, Quality Assurance, and Productivitiy of Organization. In this paper, the selection model is proposed and its examples are illustrated. Though some further research is required, the proposed model can be regarded as a basis of a DSS for the selection of the software developer.

The AHP model considers software's performance. utility, serviceability and durability as major evaluation criteria. The weight of each criterion is generated by the questionnaire survey given to practitioners in risk management in domestic commercial banks.
