UDDI server is the web services registry enabling users to register and search for web services. However, the existing UDDI servers do not provide any information about web services qualify. We designed and developed a UDDI broker system which actively monitors and analyses the qualify of web services. The analysis results are presented to users in statistical figures and graphs. With this information a user can select a web service that meets his/her needs. Availability, performance, and stability were the metrics used for the service qualify measurement and analysis.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine factors that affect satisfaction of the hospital services among injured workers. Methods: The subjects of this study were 532 injured workers. The questionnaires were selected as literature suggested for explaining satisfaction of the hospital services, general characteristics of injured workers, characteristics of the hospital services. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis by SPSS 19.0. Results: There were significant differences in satisfaction scores, depending on the types of disease, health status and possibility to return to work among the injured workers. Also, there were significant differences in satisfaction scores, in terms of medical facilities, food service, specialization of doctors and nurses, cleanliness of hospital, convenience of hospital teaching and counselling of doctors and nurses, supporting workers' compensation process, counselling of workers' compensation and unfair treatment. In the results of the standard multiple regression analysis, food service, medical facilities, specialization of doctors and nurses, health status and hospital cleanliness were significant factors for satisfaction scores of the hospital services. Conclusion: It is necessary to promote food service, medical facilities, specialization of doctors and nurses, hospital cleanliness, health status of injured workers for developing hospital services.

In this paper. the research issues and trends are analysed by reviewing the journal of the Korea Society of IT Services which published from Dec. 2002 to Jun. 2010. The 306 papers which published were included in this project. The quantitative analyses were implemented about the volume of papers and researchers. The papers are categorized as project management. service science, service computing and IT technology, software engineering, solution, outsourcing management. element technology and methodology, strategy and management. policy, laws, and systems related IT services. Specially the qualitative analyses were implemented about research issues and trends through the content analysis about the paper details, abstract and key words described. We can find the more case of the theoretical study on the areas of the strategy and management, policy, laws, and systems, also the practical study on the service computing and IT technology, and solution area than the other areas. In this research, finally, the author can suggest that the integrated control be required to editing board for the effective classification of subjected paper candidate. Also the evaluation methodology such us experiment, performance comparative, should be adopted for the theoretical or practical study because the academic research requires the more scientific research methodology.

The purpose of this study is to suggest development plan of the Regional knowledge information services through the case study analysis between Korea and Japan public libraries. For this purpose, we analyzed literature related to the Regional knowledge information services, performed case study, and carried out a investigation which focuses on a public libraries webpage. According to the analysis, the development plan for the Regional knowledge information services was suggested as follow; that is user-friendly service, internal cooperation, external network cooperative strategy, visible public relations and recognition improvement. This study has aimed to prepare for the basic data which will help Korea public libraries to make better Regional knowledge information services in the future.

A Kano model was used to classify the quality attributes of the service robot function for actual deployment that can support and replace bank employees. Quality attributes for a total of 6 dimensions and 23 service elements were divided into bank employees and customer groups, and service priorities were derived after comparative analysis. The Decision tree model was used to supplement the excessive simplification of quality attributes by the modest number of Kano models and to classify and predict by segment market. Of the 23 services, 16 were classified into the same attributes in both groups. 6 services classified as combination attributes used a Decision tree to identify differences in perception of quality attributes among groups. In terms of basic financial services and professional financial services, it was confirmed that bank employees feel financial service robots more attractive than ordinary customers. In the design of IT convergence service, we propose a methodology for deriving quality attributes by combining a Kano model for classifying quality attributes of two groups and a Decision tree for forecasting subdivision markets.

Metaverse services generate text data, data of ubiquitous computing, in real-time to analyze user emotions. Analysis of user emotions is an important task in metaverse services. This study aims to classify user sentiments using deep learning and pre-trained language models based on the transformer structure. Previous studies collected data from a single platform, whereas the current study incorporated the review data as "Metaverse" keyword from the YouTube and Google Play Store platforms for general utilization. As a result, the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) and Robustly optimized BERT approach (RoBERTa) models using the soft voting mechanism achieved a highest accuracy of 88.57%. In addition, the area under the curve (AUC) score of the ensemble model comprising RoBERTa, BERT, and A Lite BERT (ALBERT) was 0.9458. The results demonstrate that the ensemble combined with the RoBERTa model exhibits good performance. Therefore, the RoBERTa model can be applied on platforms that provide metaverse services. The findings contribute to the advancement of natural language processing techniques in metaverse services, which are increasingly important in digital platforms and virtual environments. Overall, this study provides empirical evidence that sentiment analysis using deep learning and pre-trained language models is a promising approach to improving user experiences in metaverse services.

Purpose: This study is to propose the establishment and direction of a public health-medical cooperation system for rehabilitation medical services for people with physical and brain disabilities in Gangneung, Korea. Research design, data and methodology: The study focused on 30 individuals with these disabilities registered. Data was collected from December 20, 2021, to December 31, 2021, through structured surveys administered by researchers visiting disability-related facilities, utilizing convenience and random sampling methods. Descriptive statistics and cross-analysis were applied for analysis. Results: Specifically, among respondents with physical disabilities, a total of 20 needs were identified, with 'Visiting health services' (25.0%) and 'Oral health services' (20.0%) ranking highest. The survey results regarding visit-based rehabilitation services for disability support showed a high demand, emphasizing the necessity of service provision tailored to the needs of recipients, focusing on disability prevention, health management, and motor function recovery, rather than solely medical or therapeutic concepts. Conclusions: Gangwon National University Hospital, as the regional referral hospital in Gangwon, should collaborate with Gangwon Province Rehabilitation Hospital to provide prompt acute rehabilitation services. Moreover, cooperation and collaboration with Gangneung Asan Hospital, the tertiary hospital in the region, are essential to ensure continued acute and recovery phase rehabilitation therapy for a certain period in the Gangneung area.

As a result of overemphasizing the goods sector in trade structure, Korea does not meet properly the global trend which has the key role of 'trade in services' as the service economy have been expanded. Hereafter, it is easily forecasted that trade in services will be one of the main factors for Korea's competitiveness and engine of growth. Nevertheless, because Korea does not equip the concreteness of governance for trade in services, it is possible that the efficiency deterioration of trade volume, confusion of Korea's trade policy, conflict among trading countries, and discordance between the interested parties may be occurred. This paper analyzes the governance system of Korea for trade in services in order to enhance the competitiveness reflecting the importance of trade in services and to draw some strategies for remodeling the service governance system. It is expected to raise the efficiency of Korea's trade policy by constructing the systematic governance for trade in services, and to remove lots of latent risks during global transactions by improving the imbalance between manufacturing and service part for the development of trade in services in Korea. Analysis revealed itself the result that Korea is weak enough to can not identify the governance system about trade in services. Except 'Extent of Services' article of the Foreign Trade Act, Korea has not prepared the governance system for trade in services so that governance system have been scattered overly or decentralized. Problems about trade in services are not limited to enterprise's side, but extended to all the players including government agency whole, academic world and research institute. Therefore, the governance of trade in services should be strengthened and systematized by making the model law for trade in services(provisional name : Master Law for Trade in Services or Promotion Law for Trade in Services) by formatting type of fundamental law or separate legislation. If the bill legislation does not meet the conditions, the Foreign Trade Act should be totally reformed to Omnibus Trade Act concept including trade in services.

The building HVAC systems have very different qualities of performance and durability with the superintendent's ability for management and maintenance. The poor management of these systems finally lead to the shortening of the life expectancy and result in the increase of operating costs and energy consumptions due to low efficiencies. This study presents an example of appropriate use of the LCC(Life Cycle Cost) analysis in a process of maintaining and repairing old HVAC equipments, by demonstrating the difference of optimal economic life, decrease of running cost, and energy consumption according to the management level of the HVAC equipments. But there are no reliable life expectancy and performance history data at present for optimal management of various building service equipments. Therefore, it is necessary to construct long-term database on operation results of them for more accurate and optimized LCC analysis.

The poor maintenance and management of HVAC systems finally lead to the shortening of the life expectancy and result in the increase of operating costs and energy consumptions due to low efficiencies. Also, it is essential to try to develop ways to adequately maintain and to use the building facilities efficiently in order to preserve earth environment and the limited resource. In this study, an analysis on the maintenance and management cost for HVAC systems was carried out with the capacity of equipment. Besides, the LCC(Life Cycle Cost) based analysis was carried out to verify the effect of the doing maintenance and management. As the results, the case of the good maintenance and management is able to save LCC to 11 % than the case of the poor method.
