학교 도서관을 위한 전자책 구매 모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of an Appropriate Purchasing Models for Electronic Books in the School Libraries)

  • 본 논문은 초중등 학교도서관의 전자책 적정 구매 모델을 제안하기 위하여 전자책의 특성, 전자책 가격 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석, 그리고 가격결정모델과 구매방법에 대한사례조사, 환경, 정부의 역할 등을 연구하였다. 이를 기반으로 전자책 구매를 위한 적정 모델을 제안하였고, 제안된 모델의 현실적 활용을 위해 공청회, 전국교육청 학교도서관 담당자 및 전문가 등의 의견을 수렴하였다.

양중계획입안 프로세스의 구조화를 통한 프로젝트 정보관리 방안 (A Plan of Project Information Management through Analysis of Drafting Process for Transportation Planning)

  • As the number of high-rise building construction projects grows up, the subject of the transportation planning has become one of the grave issue. however important decision making are made by the experience of the a planner without the rational plans for information sharing. therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest a plan of prefect information management not only for describing drafting process for transportation planning but also for systematizing information used in the procurement, transportation and construction phase to achieve these objectives, this study 1)analyzes the prior theory about transportation planning, 2)performs a case study of actual project to embody the problems of site management by analyzing the results of interviewing experts. In conclusion, the following factors are systematized : 1)the structure of drafting process for transportation planning, 2)the contents of information used in the procurement, transportation and construction phase, 3)the actual condition of code breakdown structure in transportation Planning phase. It is anticipated that the proposed methodology would be able to improve information management among the related engineers and accumulated data that might be used in similar construction projects in Korea.

The Impact of Nonconforming Items on (s, S) Inventory Model with Customer Order Reservation and Cancellation

  • The ultimate goal of inventory management is to decide the timing and the quantity of ordering in response to uncertain demands. Recently, some researchers have focused upon an impact of distortions in the information, e.g., customer order cancellation, on an economical inventory policy. The customer order cancellation is considered a kind of distortions in demands, because a demand that is eventually cancelled is equivalent to a phony demand. Also, there are some additional distortions in the inventory information. For instance, the procurement of suppliers may include some nonconforming items as a result of imperfect production and inspection by the suppliers, and/or damage in transit. The nonconforming item should be considered a kind of distortions in the inventory information, because the nonconforming item is equivalent to a phony stock. In this article, we consider an inventory model under the situation that customers can cancel their orders and the procurement of suppliers may include some nonconforming items. Then, we introduce the customer order reservation into the inventory model for the purpose of avoiding the costly backlogs, because the customer order reservation gives retailers a period to fulfill customer's requests. We formulate a periodic review (s, S) inventory model and investigate the economical operation under the situation mentioned above. Further, through the sensitivity analysis, we show the impact of these distortions and the effect of the customer order reservation on the inventory policy.

컴포넌트기반의 XML/EDI 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Component-Based XML/EDI System)

  • One of the important applications for business-to-business electronic commerce is in procurement and inventory management using electronic data interchange(EDI). Using online catalogs and approved supplier lists, firms can easily create requisitions and purchasing documents. The emerging trend in EDI technology is changed from VAN(Value Added Network) based EDI to XML based EDI. This paper intends to suggest a component-based XML/EDI system using Unified Modeling Language(UML), as an application system for automobile part industry. Applying component based XML/EDI systems designed with UML methodology, we analyzed the workflow and the document on procurement process between trading partners and implemented a prototype of efficient XML/EDI system, as a surrogate of existing VAN/EDI. The result of applying object-oriented CBD(Component Based Development) technique is to minimize the risk of life cycle and facilitate the reuse of software as mentioned to limitation of information engineering methodology. It enables the interoperability with corporate legacy systems such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), SCM(Supply Chain Management). This system proposes a solution to apply analysis phase and design phase in implementation of XML/EDI system. The implementation of XML/EDI system using CBD shows the ease of use in software reuse and the interoperability with corporate internal information system. The purchasing department with XML/EDI system can electronically communicate purchase orders, delivery schedules to external suppliers and interoperate with other application systems.

MRO e마켓을 통한 전자조달 사례 연구 (Case Study on e-Procurement in MRO e-Marketplace: entob.com)

  • 본 연구에서는 MRO e마켓의 성공 요소를 엔투비(주)의 사례를 바탕으로 제시하였다. e마켓의 성공요소를 초기 유동성, 공급자 참여, 구매자 참여, 중개자 가치 기여로 분류하고 이를 바탕으로 비즈니스 모델의 실천적 요소를 엔투비의 창업부터 성장 과정의 분석을 통하여 정리하였다. 본 연구의 특징은 성공적인 e마켓 구현을 위한 실천적 변화관리 요소를 장애 요인 및 비즈니스 모델 관점에서 제시한데 있다. 비즈니스 모델 구성 요소, 가치 구조, 전자 카탈로그 등을 상세히 제시하였고 MRO e마켓활용을 통한 고객사의 성과 개선은 사용자 직접구매(Desktop Purchasing) 및 전자조달 프로세스를 통한 계량적 직간접 비용 절감 효과를 예시하였다. 본 연구의 공헌은 e마켓의 이론 대비 상대적으로 부족한 실천적 연구의 간격을 좁힌데 있으며 본 사례 연구를 통하여 제시된 시사점은 MRO e마켓의 성공적 구현을 위한 향후 연구에 활용될 수 있다.

적합한 전자상거래 유형 도입의 이점과 전자상거래 능력의 조절 영향 (The Benefits in the Adoption of Proper Forms of E-Commerce and the Moderating Effects of E-Commerce Capabilities)

  • This study investigated the relationships among proper types of e-commerce, patterns of inter-organizational information flow (IIF), benefits of e-commerce, and supply-chain performance. In IIF, it was empirically observed that environmental competition positively influences the frequency of IIF, and environmental uncertainty has a positive impact on the quality of IIF. It was also empirically confirmed that only quality of IIF has effects on the usage levels of e-procurement as well as e-partnerships. Through regression analyses and cluster analysis, it was found that under high degrees of the frequency and quality of IIF, the benefits of e-commerce are vastly realized in the firms that highly utilize e-partnerships. The results of this study also showed that when the degrees of quality of IIF are high, the levels of benefits of e-commerce are increased in the firms that employ e-procurement. The moderating effects of buyer and supplier firms' abilities on the relationships between patterns of IIF and usage levels in various types of e-commerce were empirically examined. According to the results, the moderating roles of buyer firms' capabilities and suppliers' abilities were partially demonstrated. Finally, it was found that the realization of benefits of e-commerce can lead to the improvement of supply-chain performance.

Success Factors of Paris Baguette's Bakery Franchise Business: Industry Competition and Core Competence Analysis

  • The main goal of this study is to examine the competition intensity in the Korean bakery franchise industry and to identify the core competencies of the industry's leading company, Paris Baguette. The frameworks of PEST analysis, Cross Impact analysis, a Five Forces Model, a Value Chain, and VRIO analysis. PEST and Cross Impact analysis were employed to investigate the industry's external environment, and the results indicated that 'increased attention on corporate's Creating Shared Value (CSV) activities' is the most influential factor among others. The analysis using the Five Forces Model found industry rivalry and substitutes were the greatest threats. Finally, the results of Value Chain and VRIO analysis identified four core competencies of Paris Baguette: its CEO's craftsmanship, e-procurement system, quality of dormant dough, and hub system. Multiple managerial implications are suggested for practitioners in the marketing area, especially in the saturated market environment.

조달청 OPEN API 빅데이터를 활용한 공공 소프트웨어 산업의 SNA 패턴 분석 (SNA Pattern Analysis on the Public Software Industry based on Open API Big Data from Korea Public Procurement Service)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라를 대표하는 개방 데이터인 조달청의 빅데이터를 활용하여, 최근 사회과학 연구에서 활발하게 사용되는 사회관계망 분석을 통해 정부의 특정 정책(소프트웨어 대기업 참여 상한제) 전후의 산업 네트워크 구조를 비교 분석함으로써 소프트웨어 시장의 생태계 변화를 조망하고 공공데이터 개방의 시사점을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2013년에서 2015년까지 3년에 걸쳐 공공 소프트웨어 시장의 정보화 사업에 대한 발주 및 수주 계약 데이터를 분석해 본 결과, 첫째 공공 소프트웨어 시장에서 Power Law현상이 관찰되고 있으며, 이 현상은 규제 등의 외부적 충격과 상관없이 지속되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 이 시장에서 Power Law현상은 지속되고 있었지만 생태계의 구성은 년도별로 유의미한 차이를 보임도 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 공공 소프트웨어 시장의 생태계 구성 및 변화에 대한 시사점을 도출하고, 근본적으로 이러한 분석을 가능케 하는 공공 빅 데이터 개방의 장점에 대해 논의하였다.

화성건설공사에서 자재의 조달방법 연구 (A Study on Procurement of Construction Materials in the HwaSeong Construction Project)

  • 화성은 조선 정조 때 건설되었는데, 화성의 건설과 관련된 정보들이 화성성역의궤에 상세히 기록되어 있다. 그러므로 화성성역의궤에 담긴 건설관련 정보들을 건설관리 요소별로 구체적으로 비교분석할 필요성이 제기되었다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 화성성역의궤에 기록된 주요자재의 조달관련 정보들을 비교.검토함으로써, 화성성역을 현대 건설관리적 개념으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 목재, 철물, 기와를 대상으로 공급지역, 공급방법, 종류 및 가격 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 화성성역에서는 주요자재를 조달함에 있어서, 관급과 민간매입이 병행되었다. 특히 봉산에서 공급 가능한 목재를 제외하고는 민간으로부터의 조달에 크게 의존하였다. 또 민간으로부터의 자재를 구매하는 것이 비싸지 않았으며, 강철의 경우에는 황해도 등의 지방에서 직접 구입하는 것 보다 30% 저렴하였다. 마지막으로 기와와 같이 손상되기 쉬운 자재는 원거리에서 운반해 오는 것 보다는 현장 인근에 생산시설을 구비하여 직접 생산하고 현장에서 소비하였다. 이를 통하여 자재의 종류와 특성에 따라 현장제작과 외부조달을 병행하는 유연성을 가지고 자재의 조달관리를 수행하였음을 알 수 있다. 이와같은 분석결과들은 화성성역의 공사관리 요소를 파악하는 데에 핵심적인 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

직영 및 위탁 사업체 급식소 영양사에 대한 작업자 지향적 직무분석(제 2 보) : 요인분석에 의한 직무수행 특성 영역 및 직무정보 기술 (Categorization of Competencies and Description of Job Informations for Dietitians in Employee Foodservice by Wdorker-oriented Job Analysis Methodology)

  • The job characteristics and competencies of 285 dietitians in employee foodservices were investigated by worker-oriented job analysis methodology. The purposes of this study were to : a) determine the knowledge, abilities, skills and other characteristics(KASO) needed for dietitians in two types of employee foodservice groups(self-operated vs. contracted), b) categorize KASO items by factor analysis and c) provide job information and job descriptions for dietitians in employee foodservices. The job analysis questionnaire was consisted of questions concerning the 134 KASO items. The questionnaire was mailed to 250 dietitians who are members of The Korean Dietetic Association Practice Group in self-operated foodservices(group A) and 250 dietitians who are employed in contracted foodservice companies(group B). Completed questionnaires were received from 285 dietitians(121 in self-operated, 164 in contracted) ; with response rate of 57%. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS/win and the SAS/win packages. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) Through factor analysis, the 134 KASO items were regrouped into 6 categories :‘primary dietetic tasks concerning menu management and administrative work regarding merchants’, ‘primary dietetic tasks concerning procurement and purchasing of food and supplies and meal production and service control’, ‘primary dietetic tasks concerning facility, sanitation and safety control’, ‘secondary dietetic tasks concerning nutrition education and research’, ‘secondary dietetic tasks concerning foodservice operation management’and‘human attributes’. 2) Analysis of the total scores(average scores of degree of frequency, importance and entry requirements of KASO items within 6 categories), group A showed high priorities placed on‘human attributes’, ‘procurement and purchasing of food and supplies and meal production and service control’, ‘menu management and administrative work regarding merchants’, ‘whereas group B showed high priorities placed on’‘human attributes’, ‘foodservice operation management’.
