Construct Validity of a Korean Version of the WHOQOL-BREF and EQ-5D Questionnaire Applied on Various Cancer Survivors Undergoing Palliative Rehabilitation Programs

  • Background: Although the original version of the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) questionnaires are found to be acceptable, the cross-culturally adapted versions may not be comparable to their original version. Objects: To examine dimensionality and construct validity of two Korean versions of the brief version of the World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL-BREF) and EuroQOL-5 dimension (EQ-5D) questionnaires. Methods: A total of 77 cancer survivors undergoing palliative rehabilitation programs from two rehabilitation institutes was recruited from April 16, 2018 to June 26, 2019. The WHOQOL-BREF and the EQ-5D were filled out by the various cancer survivors following a particular session of rehabilitation programs. The scores were analyzed with Winsteps Rasch analysis computer program using the rating scale model. Rasch fit statistics were used to determine the dimensionality and the item difficulty calibrations of WHOQOL-BREF and EQ-5D. Results: All items except two, negative feeling, need treatment function and pain prevent activity (mean square [MnSq] = 2.42, 1.82 and 2.51, respectively), were found to be acceptable, while two items of the EQ-5D, anxiety/depression and self-care, were misfit (infit MnSq = 1.65 and 0.38, respectively). Item difficulty calibrations of WHOQOL-BREF match person ability measures (i.e., HRQOL) fairly well. However, the person ability distribution showed obvious ceiling effects for EQ-5D. All items of EQ-5D were appeared to be less challenged in comparison with those of WHOQOL-BREF. Conclusion: Item-level analysis using the Rasch model supports the quality of culturally adapted items used to measure the HRQOL one exception; that is, whether or not to include misfit items as part of the HRQOL measurements. Additionally, cancer survivors undergoing palliative rehabilitation programs appear to have more of a tendency to view the EQ-5D items as being more challenging than the WHOQOL-BREF.

  • 정보통신 기술의 발달은 원격교육이라는 새로운 교육 형태를 가져왔으며 시간과 공간의 제약을 벗어나 각종 멀티미디어 자원을 이용하는 원격교육은 기존의 학교교육과 비교해 많은 장점과 교육적 가능성으로 인해 학교 교육을 보조 또는 대체하며 그 영역을 확대해 가고 있다. 그러나 다양한 컨텐츠와 교육 방법에 비해 학습자들을 평가하고 교육과정을 개선할 수 있는 평가 시스템에 관한 연구는 매우 부족한 편이다. 본 연구에서 일회적이고 중복적인 문항 작성의 비효율성을 해결하고 학습자의 학업 성취도를 보다 효율적으로 평가하고 관리할 수 있는 웹 기반 문제 은행식 관리로 문제 제작의 효율성을 높이고 학습자에게 다양한 형태의 질 높은 평가를 실시함으로써 원격교육의 질적 개선을 가져올 수 있을 것이다.

융합적 측면에서의 재난간호대비·대응역량 측정도구 개발 (Development of the Disaster Nursing Preparedness·Response Competency(DNPRC) Scale in terms of Convergence)

  • 본 연구는 융합적 측면에서의 간호사의 재난에 대한 대비 대응역량을 측정하기 위한 도구를 개발하고 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 시행되었다. ICN Framework of the Disaster Nursing Competencies를 바탕으로하여 국내 문헌 고찰을 통해 문항을 구성하였으며, 간호사 291명을 대상으로 내용타당도, 구성타당도, 수렴타당도와 신뢰도를 검정하였다. 대비역량과 대응역량을 각각 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 시행하였으며, 수렴타당도는 간호사 재난대비상태 측정도구(DPQ-N)와의 상관관계를 Pearson's correlation test로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 재난간호대비 대응역량 측정도구는 5점 Likert 척도로서, 대비역량 3개 영역의 16문항, 대응역량 4개 영역의 18문항의 총 34문항으로 구성되었으며, 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}=.96$이었다. 본 연구는 향후 간호사의 재난간호역량을 확인하고 관련요인을 파악하는 연구와, 간호사의 재난간호역량 향상을 위한 간호중재개발에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

MMORPG 게임 내 계정도용 탐지 모델에 관한 연구 (A study on the identity theft detection model in MMORPGs)

  • 온라인 게임시장의 성장으로 아이템 거래시장이 활성화됨에 따라 아이템 현금 거래시장은 1조 6,000억원 규모로 성장하였으며, 활성화된 시장으로 인해 아이템 및 게임머니의 현금화가 용이하게 되었다. 이러한 특성으로 악의적인 사용자들은 온라인 게임에서 계정도용을 통해 금전적인 가치가 높은 희귀 아이템 및 게임머니를 탈취하여 현금화하는 사례가 빈번히 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 MMORPG(Massive Multi-user Online Role Playing Game)내에서의 계정도용자들의 행위분석을 통한 계정도용 탐지모델을 제안한다. 계정도용의 경우 현금화 시킬 수 있는 아이템 및 게임머니를 탈취해야하기 때문에 게임 행동상에서 경제활동에 치중되어 있으며 아이템 생산, 아이템 판매, 게임머니 획득 이라는 특정 시퀀스를 가지고 있다. 이를 기반으로 계정도용 탐지모델을 제안하였으며, 본 논문의 탐지모델을 활용하여 분류한 결과 84%의 정확도를 보였다. 더불어 거래 네트워크 분석을 통해 계정도용 시 발생하는 거래특성에 대해 분석하였다.

에코 소재 의류 제품의 구매 실태 및 구매 후 만족도 (A Study on the Actual Purchase Conditions and Post-Purchase Satisfaction for Clothing Made with Eco-friendly Fabric)

  • The purpose of this study is to prepare the base for the development of the high value clothing products with eco-friendly fabric which become the conversation topic recently. In order to collect data, a questionnaire was used. The subject of survey was the adult women in from their 20's to 50's. The survey areas were Gyungnam, Busan, Ulsan, and Daegu in Korea. The questions were formed with the results of a preliminary investigation and the contents selectively revised the measurement tools used to the previous studies. To analyze the collected data, $x^2$2-test, t-test, ANOVA were carried out with SPSS. In the result of difference analysis of the actual purchase conditions according to demographic variables, the purchase motives, the purchase items, and the purchase information showed the significant difference according to the demographic variables except monthly income, and the purchase place showed the significant difference to all the demographic variables. The results of difference analysis of post-purchase satisfaction according to the demographic variables and the purchase items were as follows, The post-purchase satisfaction in price showed the significant difference according to age and monthly income. The one in design showed the significant difference according to educational level and occupation. The one in fashion showed the significant difference according to marriage or non-marriage, age, educational level and occupation. The one in the wearing sensation showed the significant difference according to marriage or nonmarriage, age, educational level, occupation. The one in transformation showed the significant difference according to educational level, monthly income, purchase item. The one in laundry and management convenience showed the significant difference according to monthly income and purchase item. Finally, the one in pollution level showed the significant difference according to age, monthly income, occupation, and purchase item.

AHP를 이용한 산지습지 가능지역 평가 (An Assessment of the Potential Area of Mountainous Wetland Using AHP)

  • The purpose of this research is to assess potential area of mountainous wetland by GIS and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Mountainous wetland is topographically located at high altitude, so it's difficult to approach for researchers. And, it's difficult to investigate systematically because of the insufficient information of mountainous wetland. Therefore, it's necessary to study on potential area of mountainous wetland for systematic and efficient investigation. This research selected slope, wetting index, land-cover map and soil map as assessment items indicating environmental characteristics of mountainous wetland and established them by GIS DB. And, spatial value of mountainous wetland for each assessment item was drawn by existing investigation data and overlap analysis of mountainous wetland. Based on the numerical results of each assessment item, a survey was conducted and relative importance for each assessment item was decided by AHP. As the result, slope was the highest as 0.550 and ground coverage was the lowest as 0.083. The subject of this research was Yangsan-si and Ulsan of Gyeongnam and an analysis was conducted for mountainous wetland in those research areas. As the result, all of wetland was distributed in the range of potential area. And, field survey and literature search were conducted for the point that the distribution of mountainous wetland is expected. As the result, mountainous wetland was distributed. Therefore, mountainous wetland should be excavated through the results of this research and it should be helpful for effective investigation as providing information necessary to the following studies on mountainous wetland.

적응형 온라인 학습환경에서 학습자 특성 및 AI튜터 추천문항 학습활동의 학업성취도 예측력 탐색 (An Inquiry into Prediction of Learner's Academic Performance through Learner Characteristics and Recommended Items with AI Tutors in Adaptive Learning)

  • Recently, interest in AI tutors is rising as a way to bridge the educational gap in school settings. However, research confirming the effectiveness of AI tutors is lacking. The purpose of this study is to explore how effective learner characteristics and recommended item learning activities are in predicting learner's academic performance in an adaptive online learning environment. This study proposed the hypothesis that learner characteristics (prior knowledge, midterm evaluation) and recommended item learning activities (learning time, correct answer check, incorrect answer correction, satisfaction, correct answer rate) predict academic achievement. In order to verify the hypothesis, the data of 362 learners were analyzed by collecting data from the learning management system (LMS) from the perspective of learning analytics. For data analysis, regression analysis was performed using the regsubset function provided by the leaps package of the R program. The results of analyses showed that prior knowledge, midterm evaluation, correct answer confirmation, incorrect answer correction, and satisfaction had a positive effect on academic performance, but learning time had a negative effect on academic performance. On the other hand, the percentage of correct answers did not have a significant effect on academic performance. The results of this study suggest that recommended item learning activities, which mean behavioral indicators of interaction with AI tutors, are important in the learning process stage to increase academic performance in an adaptive online learning environment.

라쉬 모델을 사용한 본초학 시험의 학업역량 분석 연구 (Study on the Academic Competency Assessment of Herbology Test using Rasch Model)

  • Objectives: There should be an objective analysis on the academic competency for incorporating Computer-based Test (CBT) in the education of traditional Korean medicine (TKM). However, the Item Response Theory (IRT) for analyzing latent competency has not been introduced for its difficulty in calculation, interpretation and utilization. Methods: The current study analyzed responses of 390 students of 8 years to the herbology test with 14 items by utilizing Rasch model, and the characteristics of test and items were evaluated by using characteristic curve, information curve, difficulty, academic competency, and test score. The academic competency of the students across gender and years were presented with scale characteristic curve, Kernel density map, and Wright map, and examined based on T-test and ANOVA. Results: The estimated item, test, and ability parameters based on Rasch model provided reliable information on academic competency, and organized insights on students, test and items not available with test score calculated by the summation of item scores. The test showed acceptable validity for analyzing academic competency, but some of items revealed difficulty parameters to be modified with Wright map. The gender difference was not distinctive, however the differences between test years were obvious with Kernel density map. Conclusion: The current study analyzed the responses in the herbology test for measuring academic competency in the education of TKM using Rasch model, and structured analysis for competency-based Teaching in the e-learning era was suggested. It would provide the foundation for the learning analytics essential for self-directed learning and competency adaptive learning in TKM.

인지 진단 이론을 활용한 중학교 과학 시험 결과의 분석 (Analysis of Test Result at Secondary Science Using Cognitive Diagnosis theory)

  • 본 연구는 인지 진단 이론을 활용하여 과학 시험 결과를 분석하는 방안을 모색하고자 하는 목적 하에 실시되었다. 중학교 2학년을 대상으로 한 시험 문항을 개발하여 평가를 실시하였고, Fusion Model을 이용하여 시험 결과를 분석하였다. 결과를 분석하기 위해 문항별로 학생들이 문항을 풀기 위해 숙달해야 할 속성을 판별하여 Q 행렬을 작성한 후 분석을 실시하여 속성에 대한 문항 모수의 수렴을 확인하고 학생 전체와 성별, 성취수준별로 숙달한 속성과 그 속성의 개수를 분석하였다. 전통적인 평가가 학생들의 성취도 총점만을 제공하는 반면 인지 진단 이론은 평가에서 측정된 과학적 속성의 숙달 여부에 대한 정보를 제공해 주었다. 여학생은 남학생에 비해 회상하기의 능력이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과 회상하기, 정보 해석하기, 계산하기 설명하기, 종합하기의 5개 속성 중에서 학생들이 가장 많이 숙달한 속성은 정보 해석하기였으며 가장 적게 숙달한 속성은 종합하기였다. 분석 결과 얻어진 프로파일은 교사들에게 학생 개개인의 과학적 능력에 대한 정보를 구체적으로 제공해 줄 수 있으므로 이 결과는 학생들의 과학 학습에 대한 진단과 처방, 추후 학습 지도에 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • This study is intended to present the direction for the wholesome development and support of the hotel casino industry in korea through the menu analysis of hotel casino restaurant. Miller's menu analysis was made of a lower food cost percentage in consideration of the quantity sold of each menu item and food cost percentage. As a result, it was shown that the proportion belonging to the upper category in the menu items intended for research in korean casino restaurant, it raises a problem in the menu management of korean casino restaurants.
