  • The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the menu served in business & industry contract foodservice by assessing nutritional value and by using menu-engineering technique from managers' view point. CAN-Pro program and Kasavana k Smith's Menu Engineering technique were used to evaluate the nutritional value and menu analysis, respectively. The data were analyzed using the SAS package program for descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation Analysis. As the result of nutritional value of lunch menu, all nutrient contents per meal were higher than a third of Korean recommended dietary allowances(RDA), But there was no problem when 20∼30% of plate waste was considered. Carbohydrate : Protein fat ratio was 62.7 : 16.4 : 20.8. Because animal : vegetable source ratios of protein, fat, calcium, iron were 44 : 56, 42 : 58, 22 : 78, 24 : 76, respectively, animal sources of calcium and iron needed to be supplemented. Plural set menus of A site were classified as STAR, PUZZLE, PLOWHORSE, DOG by Menu engineering technique. Set menus and soups & pot-stews among cafeteria menus in C site were operated properly without DOG and PUZZLE item. Side dishes of fishes, meats 8t eggs among cafeteria menus in C site were, for the most part, classified as STAR item, and side dishes of vegetables & salads and noodles among cafeteria menus in C site were STAR, PUZZLE, and DOG items. • In this paper, criterion and algorithm for on-line dissolved gas of a Power transformer are studied. For the initial diagnosis of a power transformer, the on-line dissolved gas analysis is one of the most important and acceptable item to preventively diagnose a power transformer. But the criterion and algorithm of this item are not established yet in korea. In this paper, criterion and alarm level of the on-line dissolved gas analysis are based on the analysis of on-line data of operating transformers, Korea industrial standard and operation manual for a power transformer as well as accumulated data of the preventive diagnosis systems which have been operated at nine substations of Korea Electric Power Co.(KEPCO) since 1997, Therefore, the criterion and alarm level proposed in this paper are to be well suitable and are adaptable for the domestic operational environments and conditions of the power transformer. Considering that the conventional diagnosis system is capable only of accumulating and monitoring data of the power transformer operation, the criteria and the algorithms make it possible to accomplish an ultimate goal of the preventive diagnosis system. It is expected, therefore, that they will have a beneficial effect on broad applications of the preventive diagnosis system and the achievement of manless substation system in the future.

  • The purpose of this study was to test the moderating effect of value on relationship between foodservice quality and satisfaction in family restaurant. Accordingly, this study surveyed by questionnaire concerning 18 items of foodservice quality, 1 item of overall satisfaction, 1 item of value as well as respondents' characteristics. The result of this study were as follows. KMO and Bartlett's test statistics showed that the data fitted factor analysis well. Results of factor analysis, average variance extracted estimates and shared variance showed that the convergent and discriminant validitys of 4 factors were supported, and cronbach's alpha showed that the internal consistency of 4 factors was supported. It was found that satisfaction was influenced by the interaction between 4 factors of service quality and value rather than by either service quality or value directly. Finally, The results indicated that high level of service quality might not lead customer satisfaction because of moderating effect of value.

  • Purpose : This study was performed to develop a scale of outdoor school safety behavior in Korean elementary students. Methods : A list of 40 items were selected by priori experiences of school health teachers and a literature review. For evaluation of the appropriateness of the 32 items, questionnaires were reviewed by an expert group which was consisted of 10 professionals. Validity of the 31 items was screened in this process with 4 point Likert scale. Using the preliminary tool. data were collected from 684 subjects for item analysis and factor analysis. A total of 26 items were remained, and items with the lower than 0.2 item-total correlation coefficient were removed. Factor analysis was done with these 26 items, and 26 items with factor loadings higher or equal to 0.4 were remained. Relsult : 1. Cronbach's alpha for the 26 items was 0.70 2. Five factors were identified with eigen value 1.0 These contributed $51.617\%$ of the variance in the total score. 3. Each factor was labled 'vonobserbance of safety rule', 'good habit for safety', 'careless action', 'lack of safety knowledge', 'injurious action to friend' It is suggested that this scale could be used to measure outdoor school safety behaviors among elementary students in Korea.

  • This study aims to analyze the important role of business analytics capability, information quality, and innovation capability in influencing organization agility and organization performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data was collected from 76 companies from various sectors in Indonesia. Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between variables and test a series of hypotheses. Importance-Performance Matrix Analysis (IPMA), a useful analysis approach in PLS-SEM, is used, which extends the results of the estimated path coefficient (importance) by adding a dimension that considers the average values of the latent variable scores (performance). The IPMA approach examines not only the performance of an item but also the importance of that item. The results show that business analytics capability has a significant effect on information quality and innovation capability which then affects organization agility. Organizational performance is influenced by organizational agility. IPMA results show that organizational agility has the highest level of impact on organizational performance. This study will assist companies in planning business analytics, improving information quality, increasing innovation capability, and ultimately increasing agility and performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study will add to existing knowledge about previous literature, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation.

  • Structural validity, internal consistency, and cross-cultural validity/measurement invariance are psychometric properties of the internal structure of an instrument. In psychometric studies published in Korean nursing journals, structural validity has mainly been assessed using confirmatory factor analysis. Cross-cultural validity/measurement invariance has rarely been evaluated. It is recommended for Korean nursing researchers to evaluate the internal structure of instruments using a greater variety of methods, such as item response theory, Rasch analysis, multi-group confirmatory factor analysis, and differential item functioning.
