This study takes a look at the distinct and exclusive culture of Latin America, with a specific focus on Mexico, and attempts to understand its unique cultural identity by comparing, analyzing, and evaluating the characteristics of the Mexican fashion brands, Taller Flora and F$\acute{a}$brica Social, which are brands that have actively used the Latin American cultural identity in its designs. The research method was as follows: 1) performing literature research with specialty publications and thesis that dealt with the two brands 2) analyzing the contents of various articles from the Internet and interviews related to the brands. Thus, this research attempts to understand the characteristics of the fashion brands that use the cultural traits of Latin America in order to dissect its methods and find a way to apply it so that it can be used in different cultures, and in effect, lead to the advancement of the fashion industries, in general. Taller Flora and F$\acute{a}$brica Social are two brands that are able to stand out with a distinct identity by applying traditional native Latin American qualities in its products, as well as its products reflecting a respectful and balanced relationship between people and nature. The characteristics of the two brands are as follows: 1) showing the concept of "the coexistence of diversity" by expressing "the old and the new", "simplicity and flash", and "melding of the Western culture via colonialism and traditional cultures of the aboriginals and other diverse native cultures" 2) achieving "the recovery of the human dignity" by protecting the human rights of the native female artisans and building a network for equality 3) pursuing "free naturalism" by balancing the natural provision of nature and man in addition to promoting environmental protection and conservation of goods 4) becoming "the bridge between communication and exchange" by connecting the artisan, the designer and the consumers together, or the producer and the market, as well as the different cultures of markets from diverse countries.

2008 began with the American financial crisis which gave way to the liquidity crisis (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) situation in which 'the withdrawal of investment initiated from the insufficiency of the U.S. subprime mortgage loan companies', 'the large size loss situation of the financial company (Bear Stearns) due to the American structured bond insufficiency' and the second half opening part national debt mortgage company. Within the American financial crisis was propagated the crisis of international derivatives. Due to this, the withdrawal of foreign investment progressed in the interior of a country with the considerable. By the end of 2007, the exchange rate fluctuation was absorbed in the domestic financial circle on the belief the potentiality of the domestic financial market had been growing drastically through the expansion of the foreign currency debt according to this and it came to the defence but while the exchange rate jumped up to the dollar shortage according to the international crisis, the small and medium companies making the banks and exchange rate-related derivatives contract were going bankrupt due to the derivatives loss. The small and medium factories establish the bank exchange rate-related derivatives has nose (KIKO), pivot (PIVOT), and snowball (Snowball) etc. at that time and the damage which it is the KIKO grasped at 6 end of the months in 2008 caused by reaches to 1 thousand billion 4 thousand hundred million dollars. Small and medium companies in which the dollar which it has to denounce among small and medium companies bearing the KIKO contract in fact with the Knock-In generation city bank exceeds the amount of sales were known to be 68 enterprises among 480 enterprises. This paper departs in this awareness of a problem and tries to look into the risk factor of the derivatives, including nose and study the essential ring risk management plan of small and medium manufacturer.

1890년에 설립된 시카고대의 초대 수학과장으로 미국수학사에서 결정적 역할을 담당했던 E. H. Moore는 걸출한 인재들을 길러내며 20세기 전반에 미국수학이 수학연구의 주류로 진입하는데 결정적 기여를 하였다. 그는 시카고대에서 실험적 교수법을 시도하였고, 그 결과, 연구력이 뛰어난 수많은 제자를 배출하였다. R. L. Moore는 E. H. Moore의 실험적 교수법과는 차별화된, 지금은 Texas 교수법 또는 Moore 교수법으로 알려져 있는 새로운 방식의 수학교수법을 대학수학교육에 적용하였다. 그는 20세기 전반, 미국수학이 빠르게 발전하는 과정에서 결정적인 역할을 담당했던 Veblen이나 Birkhoff와는 차별화된 중요한 역할을 수행하였다. 따라서 미국수학의 발전에 특별한 역할을 수행했던 R. L. Moore의 연구 경력과 Moore 교수법 및 R. L. Moore가 배출한 제자들의 역할에 대한 의미 있는 분석을 필요로 한다. 본 원고는 텍사스대에서 학문적 일생을 보낸 R. L. Moore와 그의 Moore 교수법, 또 그의 영향으로 탄생한 'American school of topology'가 미국수학사에서 갖는 의미를 분석하고, 20세기 전반 미국 수학의 학문적 도약과정이 현재의 한국수학계에 시사하는 바를 고찰한다.

TQC, the features of Japanese QC (JQC), is forced to change now. There are many problems related to QC field, such as magnification of quality objects, social quality, thoroughness of CS, enforcement of PL law, applications of ISO standards concerning the QA system and the environmental management system, and still more recent American industrial tendency which attaches importance to TQM and so forth. Qn the occasion of JQC have passed for fifty years, since 1945. I would like to look back upon its QC history and discuss the meaning of the recent changes in QC concepts and the theoretical framework of its QC.

In the modern era, the world is facing unprecedented challenges in form of environmental pollution and international agencies are forcing scientists and materialists to look for green materials and structures to counter this problem. Composites based on renewable sources like plant based fibres, vegetable fibres are finding increasing use in interior components of automobile vehicles, aircraft, and building construction. In the present study, jute and flax fibre based composites were developed and tested for assessing their suitability for possible applications in interior cabin and parts of automobile and aerospace vehicles. Matrix system involves epoxy as resin and fibre weight fractions used were 45% and 55% respectively. Composites samples were prepared as per American society for testing and materials (ASTM) standard and were tested for individual fiber tensile strength, composite tensile strength, and flexural strength to analyse its behavior under various loading conditions. The results revealed that the Jute fibre composites possess enhanced mechanical properties over Flax fibre composites.

Korean sports fashion began after 1990. after 1960, using vinyl, leather, plastic ＆ metal material, Yve st. Laurent, Pierre Cardin, Andre Courrges, they lead sportive look. Head of 20th century, fashion was lead by haute­couture, after 60s. It was changed to pret­a poter. Now it can be called of american casual ＆ sports fashion. This study would be a view of modem fashion trend and process of visualization in the future. I studied in reproduction of view ＆ age of hyper media with visual circumstance ＆ artistic background and mordern fashion trend ＆ sports fashion image in korea. In conclusion, sports fashion image as visualizing aesthetic concept of modern fashion be defined as technology for man, for instance comfort, function, flexibility, simplicity and minimalism. Specically, Sports fashion was began satisfied for function after 90s, we can see variety of easy wear, hip-hop casual, entertainment sports wear, new street sports wear, luxury sports wear.

It was evident that larger scale pattern design produced on computer dobby-that is a loom without a jacquard mechanism, draw harness, or other extra patterning devices. Therefore, this study explored that developing and new weave design through the processing of network drafting In give a guide based on it In this process, the results of this study were as follow. A network is a collection of legal threading position that is constructed from a building block, called an "initial" which is the smallest identifiable unit of the threading. The process of network drafting produces large-scale designs without the chunky look of block weaves in addition In infinite potential variation on a singles threading through changes in tie-ups and dobby peg plan. It can get various new drafting through using of isolated, connected, disconnected pattern line.

In this paper, we examine American career self-help advice in the context of white-collar labor market changes in the U.S., especially how it tries to motivate and empower white-collar job seekers and how fundamentally flawed this is. In this regard, we focus on What Color Is Your Parachute? by Richard Nelson Bolles, as it is the foundational and representative literature in the field of career self-help advice. We first look at the white-collar labor market changes in the U.S. and the growth of career self-help advice along with its influence. We then show that What Color Is Your Parachute? seeks to motivate and inspire job seekers by defining job searching in individual terms and overlooking its structural nature. From this, we point out the most problematic aspect of career self-held advice, i.e., shifting job search responsibility as well as its outcome solely to individual job seekers, while also making it difficult to scrutinize and understand the broader context affecting job searching.

K-Pop은 세계 각지로부터 유입된 다양한 음악적 요소의 창조적 혼합과 절충을 시도함으로써 한류 콘텐츠의 일부에서 한류의 주역으로 확장되었다. K-Pop의 혼종적인 모습은 음악 장르뿐 아니라 K-Pop 노랫말의 언어선택과 발음법에서도 나타난다. K-Pop 음악 속 노랫말 발음의 혼종 현상, 즉, 노랫말의 딕션 퓨전 현상은 해외 진출을 위한 전략적 방안이 아니라 한국 대중음악사적 흐름 속에서 자연스럽게 형성된 것이다. 1992년 서태지와 아이들의 등장으로 대중음악의 흐름이 발라드에서 댄스음악으로 전환·정착되고, 3년 뒤 힙합 댄스음악인 'Come Back Home'의 성공으로 힙합음악의 잠재적 경쟁력을 확인한 재미교포들의 한국 대중음악시장 진출은 현재 K-Pop 노랫말의 이중언어 사용과 한국어 노랫말의 딕션 퓨전 현상의 기원이 됨을 주장한다. 따라서 논자는 90년대 후반, 재미교포 출신 힙합가수들의 노랫말 속 이중언어 발음체계를 파악하기 위해 한국어와 영어의 발음체계를 알아보고, 재미교포들의 서투른 한국어 노랫말 딕션이 지속적으로 허용 되고, 활용될 수 있었던 요인을 한국어 발음체계를 통해 밝히고자 한다. 또한 K-Pop에서 나타나는 한국어 노랫말의 영어식 딕션법을 90년대 후반의 재미교포 출신 힙합가수들의 한국어 노랫말 딕션법과 비교함으로써 이 둘의 연관성을 밝히고자 한다. 이 연구는 K-Pop 한국어 노랫말에서 나타나는 딕션 퓨전 현상의 요인을 한국 대중음악사적 흐름 속에서 밝히고, 90년대 이중언어 사용자의 노랫말 딕션 비교를 통하여 규명하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 신한류의 지속화를 위해 K-Pop 노랫말의 딕션에 대한 연구가 여러 분야에 걸쳐 이루어지기를 바란다.
