An in-line wet etch/cleaning system was established for the research and development in wet etch process. The system was equipped with a reverse moving system for the reduction in the size of the in-line wet etch/cleaning system and it was possible for the glass substrate to be moved back and forth and alternated in a wet etch bath. For the comparison of the effect of the normal motion and that of the alternating motion on the in-line wet etch process, indium tin oxide(ITO) pattern was obtained through both wet etch process conditions. The results showed that the alternating motion is not inferior to the normal motion in etch rate and in etch uniformity. It is concluded that the alternating motion is possible to be applied to the in-line etch process.
Milli-scale crawling robots have been widely studied due to their maneuverability in confined spaces. For successful crawling, the crawling robots basically required to fulfill alternating gait with elliptical foot trajectory. The alternating gait with elliptical foot trajectory normally generates both forward and upward motion. The upward motion makes the aerial phase and during the aerial phase, the forward motion enables the crawling robots to proceed. This simultaneous forward and upward motion finally results in fast crawling speed. In this paper, we propose a novel alternating mechanism to make a crab-inspired eight-legged crawling robot. The key design strategy is an alternating mechanism based on double four-bar linkages. Crab-like robots normally employs gear-chain drive to make the opposite phase between neighboring legs. To use the gear-chain drive to this milli-scale robot system, however, is not easy because of heavy weight and mechanism complexity. To solve the issue, the double-four bar linkages has been invented to generate the oaring motion for transmitting the equal motion in the opposite phase. Thanks to the proposed mechanism, the robot crawls just like the real crab with the crawling speed of 0.57 m/s.
An in-line wet etch/cleaning system was established for the research and development in wet etch process as a formation of electrode such as metal or transparent conductive oxide layer. A reverse moving system was equipped in the in-line wet etch/cleaning system for the alternating motion of glass substrate in a wet etch bath of the system. Therefore, it was possible for the glass substrate to be moved back and forth and it was possible to reduce the size of the system by using the reversing moving system. For the effect of the alternating motion of substrate on the etch rate in the in-line wet etch bath, indium tin oxide(ITO) patterns were obtained through wet etch process in the in-line system in which the substrate was moved back and forth. From the CD(critical dimension) skews resulted from the ADI CD and ACI CD of the ITO patterns, it was concluded that the alternating motion of glass substrate are possible to be applied to the mass production of wet etch process.
The electro-magnetic vector equation(F=$qv{\times}B$ ; F:force, B:magnetic field, q:plus charge, v :velocity of the charge) explains well about the rotations of electron and positron under the magnetic field[Ref.1], as in Fig.1(a). Because the electro-magnetic wave is also a motion of the alternating charge and magnetic field as in Fig.2, the force vector has all the time inwarding direction and then the wave has a rotating motion. The positron in the proton has constant charge and alternating one at the same time[Ref.2] and then the alternating charge makes the absorbing force with the alternating charge of the rotating wave ($\pi$-ray) around the nucleus[Ref.2]. The purpose of the study was to examine alternating motion rate and its variability in children with childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) compared to typically developing children. Six children with CAS aged 9-12 years old and 10 children who were age-matched participated in the study. This study measured tokens per second and variabilities of the rates during the production of /$p^*$ a/, /$t^*$ a/, and /$k^*$ a/. For variability measures of the rates, each participant was asked to repeat speech tasks three times and the average value of the rates and its standard deviation were obtained. The results revealed that the CAS group showed slower rate only at /$k^*$ a/ than the control group. The CAS group exhibited greater variability of AMR at all the tasks than the control group. The results suggested that variability of AMR might be a more distinctive speech feature to children with CAS than the rate of the speech task.
This paper presents a recoil and counter recoil(R&CR) motion measurement method using linear variable differential transformers(LVDT). The output of a LVDT is obtained from the differential voltage of the 2nd transformers. As a sensor core is attached at the motion body, the output is directly proportional to the core motion. Displacement, velocity and acceleration are measure from the core length. With a comparison between the measurement result and the known value which is obtained by the precision steel tape, the accuracy and the usefulness of the proposed scheme is validated.

For the cost reduction in the fabrication of display panels, a reverse moving system was equipped to a compacted in-line wet etch/cleaning system. For the effect of the alternating movement of substrate on the wet etch process, ITO layers were etched in various moving modes of substrates and the results were compared and analyzed.
Although it was recently observed that severe fatigue damage was formed in Al or Cu interconnects due to the cyclic temperatures generated by Joule heating of the metal lines by the passage of alternating currents (AC), AC loading frequency effect on the damage evolution characteristics are not known so far. This work focused on the effect of AC loading frequency (100 Hz vs. 10 kHz) on the thermo-mechanical fatigue characteristics by using polycrystalline sputtered Cu lines with temperature cycles with amplitudes from 100 to $300^{\circ}C$. It was consistently observed that higher loading frequency accelerated damaged grain growth and led to earlier failure irrespective of Cu grain sizes. The frequency effect is believed to result from differences in the concentration of defects created by the deformation-induced motion of dislocations to the grain boundaries.

The Drosophila auditory system consists of four large basal segments: the arista, the funiculus, the pedicel, and the scape. When an acoustic stimulus is applied to the arista and the funiculus their mechanical vibrations are transmitted to chordotonal neurons in Johnston's organ where mechanoelectric transduction arises. We study the mechanotransduction mechanism in the Drosophila auditory system by using a laser Doppler vibrometer (LDV) and extracellular electrophysiology. We find that large and small peaks appear alternatively and that the antenna vibration is asymmetric depending on whether the pedicel and the scape are fixed. Interestingly, we find that this asymmetric vibration accompanies the alternating neural peak structure. Here, we propose a mathematical model to explain the alternating peak structure by using a model consisting of two opposing neurons that are modeled as strings. Generally, strings have tension only when they are elongated. This property allows the alternating neural peaks for asymmetric antenna motion.
The conventional model did not take momentum conservation into consideration when the electron absorbs and emits the photons. II-ray provides momentum conservations on any directions of the entering photons, and also the electrons have radial momentum conservations and fully elastic bouncing between two atoms, in the new atom model. Conventional atom model must be criticized on the following four points. (1) Natural motions between positive and negative entities are not circular motions but linear going and returning ones, for examples sexual motion, tidal motion, day and night etc. Because the radius of hydrogen atom's electron orbit is the order of 10$^{-11}$ m and the radia of the nucleons in the nucleus are the order of 10$^{-14}$ m and then the converging $\pi$-gamma rays to the nucleus have so great circular momentum, the electron can not have a circular motion. We can say without doubt that any elementary mass particle can have only linear motion, because of the $\pi$-rays'hindrances, nearthenucleus. (2) Potential energy generation was neglected when electron changes its orbit from outer one to inner one. The h v is the kinetic energy of the photo-electron. The total energy difference between orbits comprises kinetic and potential energies. (3) The structure of the space must be taken into consideration because the properties of the electron do not change during the transition from outer orbit to inner one even though it produces photon. (4) Total energy conservation law applies to the energy flow between mind and matter because we daily experiences a interconnection between mind and body. Conventional Concept of Electric Field must be extended in the case of the direct and alternating current. Conventional concept is based on coulomb's force while the electric potential in the direct and alternating current is from Gibb's free energy. And also conventional concept has not any consciousness with human being but the latters has a conscious sensibility. The cell emf is from the kinetic energy of the open $\pi$-rays flow through the conducting wire. The electric potential in alternating current is from that the trans-orbital moving of the induced change of magnetic field in the wire produces flows of open $\pi$-rays, which push the rotating electrons on the orbital and then make the current flow. Human consciousness can induce a resonance with the sensibility of the open $\pi$-rays in the electric measuring equipment. Specially treated acupunctures with Nasucon is for sending an acupunctural effect from one place to another via space by someone's will power.
