Permeate alteration technique is compounded the steeple sway-tuner status of the gleam-differential realization level (GDRL) on the permeate realization morph. The realization level condition by the permeate realization morph system is associated with the sway-tuner system. As to search a dot of the dot situation, we are gained of the permeate value with character-dot by the output signal. The concept of realization level is composed the reference of gleam-differential level for alteration signal by the permeate tuner morph. Moreover displaying a steeple alteration of the GDRL of the average in terms of the sway-tuner morph, and permeate dot tuner that was the a permeate value of the far alteration of the $Per-rm-FA-{\alpha}_{AVG}$ with $14.63{\pm}1.23units$, that was the a permeate value of the convenient alteration of the $Per-rm-CO-{\alpha}_{AVG}$ with $8.28{\pm}0.97units$, that was the a permeate value of the flank alteration of the $Per-rm-FL-{\alpha}_{AVG}$ with $3.28{\pm}0.58units$, that was the a permeate value of the vicinage alteration of the $Per-rm-VI-{\alpha}_{AVG}$ with $0.51{\pm}0.10units$. The sway tuner will be to evaluate at the steeple ability of the sway-tuner morph with character-dot by the permeate realization level on the GDRL that is displayed the gleam-differential morph by the realization level system. Sway realization system will be possible to control of a morph by the special signal and to use a permeate data of sway tuner level.

Further displaying a smooth variation of the FSRL of the maximum-minimum in terms of the diffusivity-vibration morph, and wideness position vibration that was the a wideness value of the far variation of the $Wid-rm-FA-{\alpha}_{MAX-MIN}$ with $23.24{\pm}3.37units$, that was the a wideness value of the convenient variation of the $Wid-rm-CO-{\alpha}_{MAX-MIN}$ with $7.83{\pm}1.32units$, that was the a wideness value of the flank variation of the $Wid-rm-FL-{\alpha}_{MAX-MIN}$ with $2.99{\pm}0.51units$, that was the a wideness value of the vicinage variation of the $Wid-rm-VI-{\alpha}_{MAX-MIN}$ with $0.51{\pm}(-0.01)units$. The diffusivity vibration will be to evaluate at the smooth ability of the diffusivity-vibration morph with constructed-point by the wideness realization level on the FSRL that is displayed the fulgurate-space morph by the realization level system. When the reaction rate constant k of phospholipase D on liposome was measured by the ANS fluorometry, k of phospholipase D on DMPC liposome which was made of L-$\alpha$-PI, cholesterol and L-$\alpha$-PS decreased than that of phospholipase D on DMPC liposome with cholesterol or with PI and cholesterol. Optimal $Ca^{2+}$ concentration, the most important factor on effect of phospholipase D, also decreased to 1mM, as compared with 10mM and 60mM respectively when cholesterol and PI were added, and cholesterol only was added. The change of cholesterol Mol% had a great influence on k value of phospholipase D. But in case of addition of L-$\alpha$-PS to cholesterol, the influence was relatively diminished.

본 저해물질은 10Mug의 Alpha-D-glucosidase에 대해서 50Mug 및 100Mug을 첨가했을 때 저해율은 각각 60, 80 정도였으며 enzyme-inhibitor complex를 비교적 서서히 형성하여 5분간 진처리하였을 때 약 55의 저해율을 나타내었다. 그리고 Alpha-D-glucosidase, Alpha-galactosidase및 Beta-galactosidase를 제외한 탄수화물 분해효소에 대해서는 저해능이 없었으며, Alpha-D-glucosidase에 대한 저해양상은 non-competitive type 이었으며 Ki 값은 118 $\mu$g/m$\ell$였다.

In this paper, we consider the multipoint boundary value problem for the one-dimensional p-Laplacian $({\phi}_p(u'))'$(t)+q(t)f(t,u(t),u'(t))=0, t $\in$ (0, 1), subject to the boundary conditions: $u(0)=\sum\limits_{i=1}^{n-2}{\alpha}_iu({\xi}_i),\;u(1)=\sum\limits_{i=1}^{n-2}{\beta}_iu({\xi}_i)$ where $\phi_p$(s) = $|s|^{n-2}s$, p > 1, $\xi_i$ $\in$ (0, 1) with 0 < $\xi_1$ < $\xi_2$ < $\cdots$ < $\xi{n-2}$ < 1 and ${\alpha}_i,\beta_i{\in}[0,1)$, 0< $\sum{\array}{{n=2}\\{i=1}}{\alpha}_i,\sum{\array}{{n=2}\\{i=1}}{\beta}_i$<1. Using a fixed point theorem due to Bai and Ge, we study the existence of at least three positive solutions to the above boundary value problem. The important point is that the nonlinear term f explicitly involves a first-order derivative.

A One-Dimensional Water Flow and Contaminant Transport in Unsaturated Zone (FTUNS) code has been developed in order to interpret radionuclide migration in an unsaturated zone. The pore-size distribution index (n) and the inverse of the air-entry value ($\alpha$) for an unsaturated zone were measured by KS M ISO 11275 method. The hydraulic parameters of the unsaturated soil are investigated by using soil from around a nuclear facility in Korea. The effect of hydraulic parameters on radionuclide migration in an unsaturated zone has been analyzed. The higher the value of the n-factor, the more the cobalt concentration was condensed. The larger the value of $\alpha$-factor, the faster the migration of cobalt was and the more aggregative the cobalt concentration was. Also, it was found that an effect on contaminant migration due to the pore-size distribution index (n) and the inverse of the air-entry value ($\alpha$) was minute. Meanwhile, migrations of cobalt and cesium are in inverse proportion to the Freundich isotherm coefficient. That is to say, the migration velocity of cobalt was about 8.35 times that of cesium. It was conclusively demonstrated that the Freundich isotherm coefficient was the most important factor for contaminant migration.

This research is the basic research to develop new anti-inflammatory medicine by feeding Scutellariae Radix extract to lipopolysaccharide(LPS) exposed rats, and analyzed it's effect on inflammatory response by LPS derivation. As a result, Plasma interleukin-$1\beta(IL-1\beta)$ and Plasma interleukin-6(IL-6) concentration showed the highest point at 5h after LPS injection, and in this time, the concentration of $IL-1\beta$ and IL-6 in the Scutellariae Radix extract groups at 200mg/kg and 300mg/kg showed lower values than that of control group. Plasma tumor necrosis $factor-\alpha(TNF-\alpha)$ concentration after LPS injection showed the highest point at 2h and showed similar level till at 5h. $TNF-\alpha$ concentration at 2h after LPS injection showed the low value only in the Scutellariae Radix extract 300mg/kg group compared to others, and in 5h, the all Scutellariae Radix extract groups showed lower value than that of the control group. Plasma interleukin-10(IL-10) concentration increased at 2h after LPS injection and reached the highest at 5h. After LPS injection the IL-10 concentration at 2h, the Scutellariae Radix extract injection group at 300mg/kg showed higher value than that of the others, and in 5h after LPS injection, Scutellariae Radix extract 200mg and 300mg groups showed higher value than the control group. Concluding from the above results, in inflammatory response by LPS derivation, the Scutellariae Radix gives positive effect.

Alpha-viniferin was isolated from Carex humilis (Cyperaceae), and showed anti-inflammatory effects on carrageenin or histamine-induced paw edema in mice. To understand mode of the anti-inflammatory action. effects of alpha-viniferin on cyclooxygenase (COX)-2, iNOS, oxygen radicals and proinflammatory cytokines have been analyzed. Alpha-viniferin showed selective inhibitory effect with an IC50 value of 5 $\mu\textrm{m}$ on COX-2 activity but showed weak inhibitory effect on the synthesis of COX-2 transcript which was identified by RT-PCR. We study the existence of an intermediate solution of nonlinear elliptic boundary value problems (BVP) of the form $$ (BVP) {\Delta u = f(x,u,\Delta u), in \Omega {Bu(x) = \phi(x), on \partial\Omega, $$ where $\Omega$ is a smooth bounded domain in $R^n, n \geq 1, and \partial\Omega \in C^{2,\alpha}, (0 < \alpha < 1), \Delta$ is the Laplacian operator, $\nabla u = (D_1u, D_2u, \cdots, D_nu)$ denotes the gradient of u and $$ Bu(x) = p(x)u(x) + q(x)\frac{d\nu}{du} (x), $$ where $\frac{d\nu}{du} denotes the outward normal derivative of u on $\partial\Omega$.
