본 연구의 목적은 제휴유형(선 경쟁적, 경쟁적, 친경쟁적, 비 경쟁적 제휴)과 국가문화차이가 제휴 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 분석하기 위해, 국제경영을 수행하고 해외 기업과 계약적 제휴관계를 체결하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 223개의 조사 요청서 중 총 121부가 회수되었으며, 이를 기반으로 하여 조사요청서에 기재된 담당인원에게 다시 구조화된 설문지를 발송하여 총 98개의 표본을 수집하였다. 설문조사를 통해 실증 분석한 연구결과는 제휴 유형과 국가문화차이가 제휴 성과에 대부분 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 해외진출기업이 성공적인 제휴 성과를 창출하는데 있어서 국가문화차이가 제휴 전략에 적합한 경우 보다 성공적인 제휴를 달성 할 수 있게 할 수 있다는 점에서 매우 의미 있는 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 연구는 탐색적 수준의 연구로 기업의 제휴전략과 국가문화특성과의 관계가 제휴 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 있기 때문에 이러한 분석결과는 제휴유형과 제휴 성과에 문화차이가 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 나타내는 결과로 문화차이를 충분히 고려한 제휴전략을 선택할 때 보다 나은 성과를 달성할 수 있다는 점에서 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

Northeast Asia has a multi-layered security structure within which major economic and military powers both confront one another and cooperate at the same time. Major regional powers maintain mutually cooperative activities in the economic sphere while competing one another in order to secure a dominant position in the politico-military arena. The multifarious threats, posed by the North Korea's nuclear development, territorial disputes, and maritime demarcation line issues demonstrate that Northeast Asia suffers more from military conflicts and strifes than any other region in the world. Specifically, major maritime security threats include North Korea's nuclear proliferation and missile launching problems as well as military provocations nearby the Northern Limit Line(NLL) as witnessed in the Cheonan naval ship and Yeonpyong incidents. The ROK Navy has been supplementing its firm military readiness posture in consideration of North Korea's threats on the NLL. It has performed superb roles in defending the nation and establishing the Navy advanced and best picked. It also has been conducive to defend the nation from external military threats and invasion, secure the sea lanes of communications, and establish regional stability and world peace. In order to effectively cope with the strategic environment and future warfares, the ROK Navy needs to shift its military structure to one that is more information and technology intensive. In addition, it should consolidate the ROK-US alliance and extend military cooperative measures with neighboring countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Evolved steadily for the last 60 years, the ROK-US alliance format has contributed to peace and security on the Korean peninsula and in the Northeast Asian region. In conclusion, this manuscript contends that the ROK Navy should strive for the establishment of the following: (1) Construction of Jeju Naval Base; (2) Strategic Navy Equipped with War Deterrence Capabilities; (3) Korean-type of System of Systems; (4) Structure, Budget and Human Resources of the Naval Forces Similar to the Advanced Countries; and (5) Strategic Maritime Alliance and Alignment System as well as Domestic Governance Network for the Naval Families.

A phytosociological study was carried out at the Castanopsis-Machilus type forests in Cheju Island. As the result, it has become clear that the alliance Castanopsion sieboldii and Cleyero-Quercion salicinae classified into the order Ardisio-Castanopsietallia sieboldii and the class Camellietae japonicae are distributed in Cheju Island. The Castanopsion sieboldii include Quercus glauca communiy, Arisaemato ringentis-Persetum thunbergii, Castanopsis sieboldii-Machilus thunbergii community and Castanopsis sieboldii-Quercus glauca community. The Cleyero-Quercion salicinae contains Distylio-Quercetum salicinae.

본 논문은 국내 유가증권시장(KOSPI 및 KOSDAQ)에 상장된 106개의 제약 바이오기업을 대상으로 사건연구방법론(Event study methodology)을 이용하여 제휴 체결이 기업의 시장가치에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 제약 바이오산업에서 모든 제휴가 기업의 시장가치에 유의미한 영향을 주지는 않았지만 제휴 유형에 따른 분석에서 기술력이 제휴 체결의 주요인으로 작용하는 연구개발 제휴는 기업의 시장 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 연구개발 제휴 중에서는 기술 이전 제휴, 특히 개발기술 이전 제휴가 기업 가치에 더 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 이는 제휴 유형별로 차별화된 평가를 받는다는 것으로 해석되었다. 한편, 제휴 체결이 기업가치에 반영되는 시점을 확인한 결과, 내부 정부 유출로 제휴 공시 전 주가 상승 가능성이 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 국내 제약 바이오산업 내 제휴와 관련하여 사전정보유출 가능성이 높다고 해석된다. 본 논문은 국내 제약 바이오 기업의 가치 창출을 위해 제휴의 방향을 모색하는 경영자들과 실무자들에게 제휴의 효과를 실증적으로 입증해 준다. 또한 제휴 체결 전 정보 유출 방지를 위해 정보 관리 및 이와 관련된 제도적 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 부동산 분양 및 개발 사업의 성패에 큰 영향을 미치는 부동산 마케팅 전략의 영향요인을 구축하고, 유형별 만족도의 영향요인을 PLS 회귀분석을 통해 도출하고자 한다. 자료 구축은 부동산 분양 및 개발 사업을 전문으로 하는 집단을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 부동산 유형 분류는 사업적 분류방식에 의해 주거용(residential)과 비주거용(nonresidential)으로 구분한다. 분석결과 주거유형의 경우 브랜드 신뢰, 제휴 및 협력관계 강화, 교통환경, 분양 조건 완화, 사업설명회, 미분양 특전, 납부 조건 완화 요인이 중요하게 도출되었으며, 비주거유형의 경우 납부 조건 완화, 고객지향성, 생활환경, 제휴 및 협력관계 강화, 커뮤니케이션 요인이 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 도출되었다.

The northernmost type of the monogolian oak forests in the Russian Far East was studied in terma of syntaxonomy and synchorology. Hand-sorting method, computer program TWIN-SPAN, CANOCO and SYN-TAX III were engaged for the classification and data analysis. Correlation between plant communitie and environmental factors was analyzed by DCA (Detrended Correspondence Analysis) using NeCD (Net Contribution Degree) of species. Three plant communities were recognized: the Abieti holophyllae-Quercetum mongolicae, the Lespedezo-quercetum mongolicas and the Rosa ussuriensis-Quercus mongolica communit. They were included into the alliance Jeffersonio-Quercion monogolicae which is representative to the cool-Temperate forests mixed by conierous and broadleaved trees in southern Sikhote Alin. Human impact was signified as the most important factor to interpret the disjunction of plant communities of which DCA ordination yielded sharp contrasting objects (i.e. stands and species). In the amhi-Tonghae region, alaogous vegetation types such as the Jeffersonio-Quercion monogolicae of Russian Far East, the Quercion grosseserratae of Japanese Hokkaido and the Pino koraiensis-Quercion monogolicae of Koream peninusula were reviewed in terms of similarity of species composition and stratum structure. It is signified that the Jeffersonio-Quercion monogolicae was one of the continental types more similar to Korean alliance that to Japanese one.

오늘날 빠르게 변화하고 있는 기술 및 시장 환경에 대응하기 위해서 기업들은 차별화된 전략을 통해 경쟁우위를 확보하는 것이 필요하다. 특히 2000년 이후 침체기에 빠진 온라인 업계는 기업 간 연결을 통해 위기를 극복하고 새로운 기회를 마련하려 하고 있다. 전략적 제휴는 온라인 기업에게 기술과 시장에서의 경쟁력을 확보하는 데 매우 유리한 도구로서 논의되어 왔다. 그러나 모든 온라인 기업들이 제휴에 대해 만족하고 있지는 않다. 제휴에 참여한 업체들이 제휴 만족을 얻지 못하는 데에는 처음부터 변화에 대한 대응이 잘못되었거나 적절한 형태의 제휴를 선택하지 못하였기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 환경요인을 중심으로 국내 온라인 기업의 전략적 제휴 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고 제휴 만족도를 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 요인들은 기존의 선행연구들에서 사용된 변수들을 통합적으로 고려하여 경쟁불확실성, 수요불확실성, 기술불확실성, 자원특성, 제휴의지로 재구성하였으며, 종속변수로는 제휴만족을 사용한다. 특히 시장지향형제휴와 기술지향형제휴의 형성에 서로 다른 요인들이 영향을 준다는 데 초점을 맞춘다. 연구 결과를 통해 각각의 전략적 제휴 유형이 주는 제휴 만족도가 다르다는 것을 보여줌으로써 국내 온라인 기업들에게 제휴에 대한 전략 방향을 제시해주고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 자기공진방식 무선전력전송 표준인 A4WP (alliance for wireless power) 주파수 6.78 MHz에서, 1 m 거리 무선전력전송 안테나를 최적화하고 이에 따른 시뮬레이션 및 측정 결과를 비교하였다. 전력전송 거리는 시스템 형태, 안테나의 크기, 공진기내 코일과 코일사이 간격인 피치(pitch) 등 다양한 요인에 따라 영향을 받으며, 전자계 시뮬레이션을 통해 이를 확인하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 고정된 거리에 대하여 최적화된 무선전력전송 안테나를 설계하였으며, 거리에 따른 전송손실인 ${\mid}S_{21}{\mid}$ 값을 계산하였다. 설계된 안테나를 제작하여 측정치를 시뮬레이션 값과 비교한 결과, 최대 1.3 m 거리에서 시뮬레이션은 전송손실 1.6dB 및 효율 69 %, 측정결과는 전송손실 1.5dB 및 효율 70 %를 나타내었다.

CSV(Creating Shared Value)는 Porter and Kramer (2011)가 기업이 사회와 진정으로 공생할 수 있는 방안 마련을 위해 제안한 모델이다. 이는 기업의 비즈니스적 가치와 사회적 문제 해결을 동시에 달성하기 위한 활동이다. 본 연구에서는 CSV의 개념을 식품기업에 적용하여 농촌을 대상으로 식품기업이 수행하고 있는 CSV의 사례를 발굴하였다. 특히 Porter and Kramer (2011)가 제시한 CSV창출의 세 단계와 Peterson et al. (2001)이 제시한 생산자와 기업 간의 관계형태를 준거로 하여 CSV활동 분석 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 이와 같은 프레임워크를 통해 발굴된 사례를 분석한 결과, 로컬푸드형, 후방지원형, 공동법인창업형 세 가지 유형의 CSV활동이 발견되었다. 로컬푸드형은 일시구매나 상세계약의 관계형태를 기반으로 하여 CSV를 창출하는 유형이며, 후방지원형은 주로 관계기초 제휴 형태의 관계형태를 기반으로 하여 CSV를 창출하는 유형이다. 마지막으로 공동법인창업형은 자본기초 제휴 형태의 관계형태를 기반으로 하여 CSV를 창출하는 유형이다. 본 연구는 농촌을 대상으로 하는 CSV사례를 발굴하였다는 점과, 프레임워크를 사용하여 이를 유형화 하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

The southwestern islands of Japan, especially southward from Amamioshima Island, have distinguished sets of nature and culture. However, various problems are arising on those islands. This report first introduces island characteristics as well as, their status briefly. Then it introduces conservation efforts. Since nature and culture are closely connected in the island system, conservation of the set of nature and culture is essentially important. From this point of view, this report focuses on two efforts. The first example is the effort for designation of a new national park with a new concept of "environmental culture type" and "ecosystem management type" in the Amami Gunto Islands. This effort is a new challenge to focus on the importance of cultural aspects. The second example is the unique effort of the national park visitor center to conserve as one set of integrated nature and culture with an alliance of all stakeholders in Taketomijima Island, Iriomote-Ishigaki National Park. The visitor center serves not only visitors, but also islanders. These two cases are good models that suggest hints for future conservation measures.
