Alinite계 클링커 제조(製造) 시 MgO의 영향(影響) (Effect of MgO in Synthesis of Alinite Clinker)

  • Alinite계 클링커 합성 시 MgO의 영향에 대해 검토하였다. Alinite 조성비 및 Alinite 조성비에 MgO를 3.77% 대체하여 $760^{\circ}C$$800^{\circ}C$에서 $1,400^{\circ}C$까지 $100^{\circ}C$ 간격으로 3시간 열처리하여 합성 상 및 수화열을 측정하였다. MgO를 첨가하지 않은 경우, $1,300^{\circ}C$에서 alinite, CCA와 함께 ${\beta}-C_2S$상과 f-CaO가 다량 존재하였으나, MgO를 첨가한 경우, $1,300^{\circ}C$이상에서 alinite 상만이 존재하였으며, $1,300^{\circ}C$에서 가장 높은 형성률을 보였다. 또한, MgO를 첨가한 경우, OPC에 비해 유도기를 거치지 않은 수화거동을 보였다.

  • Alnite clinker, which is based on CaO-SiO2-CaCl2 system, was synthesized by recycling Cl-containing waste, and its hydraulic properties were onvestigated. Alinite coinkers with two different chemical compositions were burned for 10∼30 minutes in the range of temperature, 1350∼1450$^{\circ}C$. The microstructures of those clinkers were characterized by powder X-ray diiffracuion analysis, optical microscope, and scanning electronic microscope and heat of hydration of alinite cements which was measured in order to investigate hydraulic properties. X-ray analysis shwoed that f-CaO in both clinkers with different compositions significantly was decreased with transforming C2S(belite) to C3S(alite). From the results of microscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), crystal of synthesized alite(C3S) was larger and better crystallinity than that of ordinary portland cement.

  • Alinite-Calciumchloroaluminate system clinker was synthesized from solid state waste. The raw materials were municipal incineration ash, sewage sludge, limestone and clay. ecocement was prepared by the mixing of synthesized clinker and optimum amount of gypsum and its hydrolysis characteristic was investigated. X-ray diffraction, conduction calorimeter and reflecting microscope were used to analyze structural and physical properties. The main phase of clinker were alinite, calcium chloroaluminate. $C_2$S, $C_3$S. From the results of hardening time, hydration reactivity of synthesized all samples was faster than that of ordinary portland cement.
