자동차 공조기의 시뮬레이터 및 고장예측 모니터링 기술에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Simulator and Trouble Prediction Monitoring Methodology of the Automotive Air Conditioner)

  • 자동차의 유지보수 및 수리를 위한 장비에서 환경오염에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있음에도 불구하고, 국내 자동차 공조시스템에 대한 대부분의 이러한 장비는 환경오염에 대해 무관심뿐만 아니라 그 기능도 뒤떨어진 것이 사실이다. 이 논문에서는 자동차 공조시스템의 냉매의 회수 및 재충전을 위한 모니터링 기술과 진단 시스템을 개발하였다. 이러한 개발된 기술과 시스템은 냉매상태의 정확한 진단과 모니터링을 통하여 자동차 공조시스템에 정확한 냉매량을 충전가능하게 해준다. 또한 이러한 기술은 주변 온도에 따라서 냉매의 회수압력을 조절함으로서 냉매의 회수와 충전에 대한 정확한 제어를 가능하게 해준다.

  • The running condition of multi-system air conditioner is prone to vary largely as it is designed for individual conditioning in each space of middle and small sized buildings. This leads to overcooling in case of partial load run, while the lack of capacity happens in case of full load run. Besides these, there exist such problems as instabilities due to the uneven refrigerant distribution caused by fluctuation of load and the change in piping line. Based upon the basic study on the function characteristics found in parts needed for maximized system working design in order to troubleshoot, the system functioning pattern should be identified through the different tests with various operating circumstances and the analysis models should be developed. With this ground, the control logic has to be made to have a control over capacity and make possible the efficient distribution of refrigerant.

  • A practical application of a fuzzy control system is described for an air-conditioning system. Air-hadling units are being widely used for improving the performance of central air-conditioning systems. The fuzzy control system has two controlled variables, temperature and humidity, and three control elements, cooling, heating, and humidification. In order to achieve high efficiency and economical control, especially in large offices and industrial buildings, two controllable parameters, temperature and humidity, must be adequately controlled by the three final controlling elements. In this paper a fuzzy control system was described for controlling air-conditioning systems efficiently and economically.

디젤 자동차의 에어컨 사용시 흡기계통 개선에 따른 출력 및 매연 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Power and Smoke Characteristics for the Intake System Improvement using Air Conditioning System in a Diesel Vehicle)

  • This study investigated the symptoms of the a reduction in output while driving on the road, or increasing of fumer out exhaust gas on inclined road while working air-conditioner in summer. Notice how the experiment in 2010, the Ministry of Environment(Chapter No. 2010-46), and how the vehicle emissions inspection was carried out. 2500cc Diesel cars used in the study were used and compare to output of engine, exhaust gas, inhalation temperature measurement Inhalation of cold air has not been supplied to all agencies when comparing the results when cold air intake temperature of the supply air-conditioning switch range control from 1 to 4, the temperature drops $98^{\circ}C$ to $78^{\circ}C$. At the momentum of switch level 4, output from 63ps to 66ps after the connection has increased 9.6 percent, the highest concentration of exhaust emissions were reduced by 42.8%. This research can contribute in part to the reduction of exhaust directly supply into the cooling air intake line, doing the output of diesel cars in the summer. In addition, construction equipment and machinery that are currently being used excluding the engine's intercooler cooling of the supply line via a separate output in the summer and help reduce exhaust emissions is expected.

  • In the respect of the environmental protection viewpoint, the $CO_2$ may be regarded as one of the most attractive alternative refrigerants for an automotive air-conditioning system. Control methods for a $CO_2$ system should be newly developed, because properties of $CO_2$ are different compared with those of classical refrigerants. Especially, high-side pressure of a $CO_2$ system should be controlled for the effective operation of the system. In this study, intelligent control algorithms for a $CO_2$ system were developed ‘ These are a high-side pressure control algorithm and an indoor air temperature control algorithm. These algorithms were analysised by using dynamic models of a $CO_2$ system.

공랭식 에어컨을 이용한 중앙 집중 공조시스템의 성능 개선에 관한 연구 - 실습선 새누리호를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Improvement of Performance for Centralized Air Conditioning System by Using Air-Cooled Air Conditioner - The Case of Mokpo National Maritime University -)

  • 본 연구에서는 선박의 중앙집중 공조시스템에 공랭식 에어컨을 직접 설치하여 열원의 성능개선과 거주 구역별 독립 냉 난방이 가능한 개별분산 공조시스템을 하고자 하는 것이다. 연구 결과 기존의 중앙집중방식 공조시스템에 비해 열원 제어와 열효율상의 문제점을 보완함과 동시에 장치의 효율을 향상시킴을 확인하였다. 또한 동일한 조건에서 장치의 냉동능력과 성능계수는 평균 약 3 %, 23~26 % 정도 높게 나타났으며, Chilled Water Plants의 압축기 소비동력은 약 12 % 정도 낮게 나타났고, 동일한 조건에서 난방 시 소비동력은 약 33.5 % 낮게 나타났다. 따라서 공랭식 에어컨을 이용한 개별분산 공조시스템이 열원 제어뿐만 아니라 장치의 성능향상과 거주구역별 쾌적한 온 습도 환경 조성에 크게 기여하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • 최근 차량용 네트워크 시스템으로 사용되고 있는 CAN(Controller Area Network)은 많은 ECU들이 필요한 미래형 스마트차량에 적합한 네트워크 프로토콜로서 안정성과 신뢰성을 보장해주며, 많은 ECU들의 장착으로 Wiring Harness의 공간과 중량이 늘어남으로 인해 발생되는 에너지 소비와 비용의 증가를 대폭 줄일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서는 CAN프로토콜을 이용하여 미래형 스마트 자동차에 요구되는 편의주행, 쾌적주행을 위해 Air conditioner 와 Heater를 제어하여 차량 내부 온도를 운전자의 요구에 맞도록 자동으로 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

Common-Mode Current Reduction with Synchronized PWM Strategy in Two-Inverter Air-Conditioning Systems

  • A new method for reducing the common-mode current generated by the voltage variations in a two-inverter air conditioner system by applying a synchronized pulse-width modulation (PWM) strategy is proposed. The PWM signals of the master-mode inverter are generated based on the reference voltage, while those of the slave-mode inverter are output in the opposite direction when the master-mode inverter changes its switching state. However, the slave-mode control results in a mismatch between the reference voltage and the actual output voltage that is modified by synchronized control operation. The proposed method is capable of reducing and controlling this voltage error by performing signal selection in the vector space of the slave-mode inverter, which mitigates the distortion of the phase current. The efficacy of this method in reducing conducted emissions has been validated both theoretically and experimentally.

  • Existent researches about indoor thermal environment have been focused on to seek human's comfort in daytime. Also researches about thermal comfort during the sleeping time that is important for resting and recharging to modern people have been seldom existed. At present, as global warming phenomenon is being continued, most people are going through inconvenience by sultriness during the sleeping hours in sweltering summer night. Therefore we need another control method of an air conditioner to keep human's thermal comfort. Ambient temperature is a common factor of the environment, but analysis of its effect on human body physiology is still unknown. The effect of ambient temperature on human sleep has been increasingly studied in the last decade. This research investigated about optimal indoor temperature to maintain proper skin temperature and comfortable sleep when indoor air is cooled by an air conditioner in sweltering summer night.
