Because of the changing educational environments, Korean universities have to stand up to the challenge of enhancing their performances in educational activities. Therefore, Korean universities should seek ways to improve its competitiveness. The evaluation of Korean universities has been conducted by the Government and other media agencies like JoongAng's Daily to promote the development of universities. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and compare the relative efficiency of Korean universities using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) models. To produce reasonable results, major input and output variables have been determined in a step using a Profiling method, Spearman correlation analysis and AHP model. Also, this study shows that the relative efficiency for Korean universities is obtained not only based on quantity of output, but also on the basis of the quality of the output. Drawing upon the results of the analysis, this study provides a comprehensive and practical method for evaluating the performance of universities in terms of efficiency.

Purpose Seoul Digital Industrial Complex has remarkably grown both quantitatively and qualitatively in short period of time since it started restructuring project in 1997. It's also not few that there were various challenges and difficulties in this industrial complex due to fast growth in short-term, such as the deficient amenities, noncooperation among the related organizations. Now, it's time to overcome these challenges and difficulties to establish new strategy for the sustainable growth and development of this Industrial Complex. Methodology There are some previous researches but almost none of them considered the priority order of the development strategy having reflected the needs of industrial complex in point of customer. In this regard, this study suggests the development strategy of Seoul Digital Industrial Complex by supplementing the limits of proceeding researches and using the combined SWOT/AHP analysis theory. Findings Based on the final analysis result of survey by combined SWOT/AHP method, this study suggests the priority order of 4 development strategies for Seoul Digital Industrial Complex, such as SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy and WT strategy.

지역사회복지협의체의 운영에 대한 민간과 공공의 입장차이가 크고, 이해의 정도에서 차이가 많아 지역사회복지협의체가 왜곡된 형태로 진행될 여지가 많으며, 운영의 어려움을 겪고 있는 지역도 많다. 이에 본 연구는 지역사회복지협의체가 갖는 한계점들을 체계적으로 분석하고, 이를 발전적으로 개선할 수 있는 개선방안 모색을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법은 지역사복지협의체를 중심으로 한 지역사회복지 주체들에 대한 설문조사를 통한 문제의식과 개선방안에 대한 AHP 분석모형을 제시하고, 분석결과와 분석을 통해서 도출된 함의를 중심으로 지역사회복지협의체의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 개선책들을 제시하고자 한다.

산업화로 인해 도시는 계속 성장하고 사회가 고도화 될수록 재난에 대한 위험성은 점점 높아만 가고 있다. 현재 재난 대책의 중심은 재난의 사후처리에 보다 많은 노력을 기울여 왔고, 인명과 재산피해를 최소화 시킬 대피시설에 대한 계획은 효과적으로 세우지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 부산광역시 강서구 녹산동의 녹산산업단지 일대는 지진해일 위험지역으로 지정되어 있으나, 대피소가 선정되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 대피소 선정 가능 건물을 파악한 후 다기준 의사 결정 분석인 AHP분석과 GIS기법을 이용하여 대피소를 선정하고자 한다.

인터넷 사용자의 급속한 증가로 여러 종류의 인기 웹사이트들이 생겨나고 있으나, 웹사이트의 품질을 사용자 관점에서 종합적이고 체계적으로 비교 및 평가하는 선정기법에 대한 연구는 미약한 상황이다. 일반적으로 웹사이트 품질을 평가하는 관점은 블랙박스, 화이트박스, 그레이박스 관점으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 최적의 웹사이트를 선정하기 위해 사용자 입장에서 블랙박스 관점으로 AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process)기법을 사용하였고, 웹사이트의 품질은 국제표준 IS0/1EC 9126에서 규정하고 있는 6가지 소프트웨어 품질 특성 중에서 효율성, 사용성, 호환성을 고려하였다. 현재 인터넷상에서 운영하고 있는 웹사이트들에 대한 실증적 분석을 통하여, 본 논문에서 제시한 웹사이트 선정기법 및 품질 평가에 관한 연구가 최적의 웹사이트를 선택하는데 적용 가능한 것임을 보여준다

제4차 산업혁명은 철도분야에도 빠르게 자리 잡고 있다. 반면, 철도종사의 행동, 실제 근무여건 등을 고려한 과학적 분석 및 미흡한 대책으로 기관사의 인적오류로 인한 사고는 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 철도차량 운전면허 자격시험에 인적오류와 관련된 문제 출제, 시뮬레이터용 소프트웨어 개발 등 여러 가지 대책을 마련하고 있지만, 한계가 있는 것도 사실이다. 본 연구는 현재 가장 많은 인력을 양산하는 제2종 전기차량 운전면허를 전문가 인터뷰 및 설문조사에 대한 AHP 및 FGI 분석을 통해 제도 개선 방안을 연구하였다.

전 세계적으로 물부족 사태는 매우 심각한 상황에 이르렀다. 우리나라도 예외는 아니어서 용수부족이 예상된다. 지하수는 이러한 문제를 일부 지역에서 해결해 주는 역할을 할 수 있으며, 특히 강변여과는 위치와 규모의 제약에도 불구하고 저수지들이 지니고 있는 문제점들을 극복할 수 있다고 알려져 있다. 강변여과 적지분석을 위해 댐건설 지연과 물부족을 겪고 있는 네 지역을 선정하여, 갈등을 해결하고 대안의 우선순위를 결정하는 분석도구인 계층분석과정 (AHP)을 적용하였다. 또한 AHP를 이용한 분석결과를 기존 연구와 비교하였다. 개발된 강변여과 적지분석 방법론은 합리적 의사결정을 위한 판단근거를 제공할 것으로 사료된다.

최근 국공립연구소 및 국립대학에서 기업으로 기술이 이전되는 현상이 점차 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 기업 입장에서 기술이전의 주요 평가지표를 파악하고 이 평가지표의 중요도를 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용하여 파악하고자 한다. 먼저, 선행연구와 전문가 면접을 통해 기술이전과 관련된 12개의 주요 항목이 추출되었으며, 요인분석을 통해 이들 12개 항목들을 기술요인, 조직요인, 환경요인, 전략요인의 4요인으로 분류하였다. AHP 분석결과, 전략요인이 가장 중요한 요인으로, 그 하위항목인 '기술분야의 성장성'이 가장 중요한 항목으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국공립연구소 및 국립대학의 연구자들이 다른 기업으로의 기술이전을 고려한 기술개발을 모색 시, 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

스마트 단말 확산, 네트워크 고도화 및 다양한 인터넷전화용 앱의 등장으로 국내 인터넷전화 시장은 지속적으로 성장하고 있다. 그러나 인터넷전화는 인터넷을 기반으로 제공되고 있어, 기존 인터넷의 보안위협 뿐만 아니라 VoIP 프로토콜 적용에 따른 보안 위협이 존재한다. 본 연구는 VoIP 사업자가 침해사고 예방 및 대응을 위해 자율적으로 점검할 수 있는 정보보호 점검항목의 중요도를 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용하여 파악한다. AHP 분석 결과, 기술적 보안에서는 네트워크 보안이, 관리적 보안에서는 침해사고 대응이, 물리적 보안에서는 출입 및 접근 보안이 가장 중요한 항목으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 VoIP 점검항목의 중요도를 최초로 제시함으로써, VoIP 사업자들이 보안정책 수립하고 이 정책에 따라 점검을 하는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation factors for formation of the future - oriented rural residential environment and to derive the importance of this evaluation factors. The main research methods are network analysis using Net-miner, AHP analysis and importance analysis for experts. The main research results are as follows. First, 6 factors for evaluation rural residential environment(environmental-sustainability, communality, self-reliance, aesthetic, enjoyment, settlement), 3 sub-factors of each factors, and key physical facilities(10 for rural center and 28 for rural villages) were derived by literature analysis and network analysis on it. Second, key priority factors that should be considered in physical formation of rural residential environment was deducted by AHP analysis. Improving accessibility of living services in the settlement factor, improvement of garbage collection and wastewater treatment system around the residential area, and ensuring topographic continuity in the environmental-sustainability factor was derived as a priority factors. Third, as a result of evaluation of the importance of physical facilities in the rural residential environment, there was a high demand for cultural welfare facilities in common. However, when compared with the villages where the harmony between the natural environment and the living environment is emphasized, convenience of living and accessibility of transportation were important in the rural center. These results suggest that solving the qualitative conditions as residential environment will help to attract new population. This study will contribute to enhance the qualitative level of the rural residential environment by suggesting strategic priority items when carrying out projects related to the rural residential environment creation in the future.
