Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries start school at 1997 and 10 for 2,066 people graduate and is becoming the help in youth agriculture and fishery manager education. But recently according to industrial functional staff institutional abolition policy of the government is forecast with the fact that will have a failure to agriculture and fishery manager education. Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries was founded for a succession agriculture and fishery manager education. When but while attending military service is under and the education which is continuous is difficult. When after college graduating the reeducation for the agriculture which goes to the military service is necessary. Also Part of the graduate can not participate to agriculture and fishery. This is consistency lack of governmental policy and there is worry which will be criticized. According to FTA agreements the damage is forecast in agriculture and Fisheries. Also prevents the instability of the food supply and which follows in global environment change, respects the stable supply of the foodstuffs which is safe from the agriculture and Fisheries support of the nation is necessary. Consequently proposed the military service substitution institutional plan for the agriculture fishery successor.

This study analyzed the executive characteristics of farmers in the achievement contents of prize winners who can be called advanced farmers. According to the analysis, advanced farmers were responsible for developing new agricultural technologies and extending into farmers in the 1990s to increase productivity. In the 2000s, individual farmers were organized to contribute to regional agricultural development by the advanced farmers. In the future, advanced farmers should play a role in the sustainable agriculture through the multi functional value oriented agriculture.

This study analyzed milk consumption behavior of college students. According to the results of the analysis, the respondents mainly purchase milk with a capacity of 900 to 1,000 ml at the hypermarket. However, it was found that convenience stores mainly purchase 200 ml capacity. According to the results of factor analysis on milk purchase factors, milk purchase factors were classified into nutritional and cosmetic attributes. Nutritional properties include nutritional ingredients, sterilization method, bio-origin, quality, HACCP labeling, milk fat ratio, etc., and external properties include brand, manufacturer, packaging/package design, and manufacturing date. In order to expand the milk consumption of the young generation, I think it is necessary to strengthen marketing strategies.

Recently, IPTV population is growing by leaps and bounds. and We performed FGI(Focus Group Interview) with various experts related to agriculture field to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel. this growth has social background that is change of paradigm caused by the convergence of broadcasting, demand for Agriculture and Fisheries special channel using new media thanks to interests in Wellbeing, Green food. so we think that we need to consider the way to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel and its validity from all angles. that is why we are having a heated discussion with Agriculture and Fisheries marketing experts, farmer, fisher(Korean Cyber Farmer Association), broadcasting experts. Concretely, government budget is needed to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, so we are just about to examine its validity and find business model. to make this discussion detailed, we made 4 subjects. First, Do we need agro-fishery products distribution channel using media? Second, After establishing of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, how many demands will occur? Third, Should we make Agriculture and Fisheries special channel public channel? Fourth, What would be profit model of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel?

In this study, characteristics of solid-state fermentation distilled spirits with nuruk (fermentation starter) and sorghum were investigated. The starch digestion activity was highest in black koji (A. usamii) at 359.15 U/g dry base, white koji (A. luchuensis) at 306.98 and yellow koji (A. oryzae) at 15.31 was followed. The pH of the solid-state fermented mash in yellow, white and black koji showed 5.09, 4.46 and 4.50 respectively with significant differences (p<0.001). The total acid content of white and black koji was 0.73% as citric acid. The alcohol content of mash prepared with yellow, white and black koji was 4.34, 4.24, 3.89% respectively. The contents of reducing sugar showed 3.28, 3.23 and 2.64%. Total sugar were 14.88, 17.84 and 17.60% respectively. The alcohol content of each distillate ranged from 44.3 to 39.9%, and the furfural content in yellow koji was 1.25 times lower than the others.
