농촌지역 기업유치 잠재력과 실현방안 모색 (The Potential Possibility and Practical Policy Implements for Attracting Enterprises in Rural Areas)

  • 본 연구는 농촌문제의 근원이 일자리 부족에 따른 과도한 인구유출에서 비롯되고 있다는 문제의식 하에 효과적인 농촌지역 기업유치방안 모색을 위해 수행되었다. 연구결과는 우선 기본적으로 2가지 방향에서 접근되어야 할 것임을 일러주고 있다. 첫째는 보다 종합적인 안목에서 적극적으로 접근하여야 할 필요성이 있다는 것이고, 둘째는 농촌지역 기업유치 대상으로 대기업을 우선적으로 고려하여야 할 것임을 제시하고 있다. 이어서 본 연구는 농촌지역 기업유치를 위한 3가지 실질적인 지원정책 실천방안을 제시하고 있다. 첫째는 기업하기에 좋은 인프라를 농촌지역에 구축하는 문제에 정책적 노력이 집중되어야 할 것임을 지적하고 있다. 둘째는 농촌지역에 입지유치를 위한 경제적 지원을 보다 강화하여야 할 것이다. 셋째는 농촌지역 자치단체로 하여금 적극적인 기업유치 활동을 전개하도록 실효적인 지원시스템을 강구하여야 할 것임을 제시하고 있다.

  • 우리나라 농업은 고령화로 인해 인력이 부족해 생산성이 감소하고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해 농업용 로봇 시장이 빠르게 성장하고 있으며 농업용 로봇의 원격제어와 자율주행에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 농업용 로봇의 외형 및 구조를 설계하고 구동을 위한 장치 및 제어시스템을 구현하였다. LiDAR 센서를 활용, 최적화해 자율주행을 위한 필수 기능인 객체 인식기술을 적용하였다. 이를 통해 농업에서 노동력이 가장 많이 필요한 운송작업의 인건비 절감과 더불어 생산성을 향상 시킬 수 있다.

  • The purposes of this study were to perform theoretical analysis of an electronic-hydraulic hitch control system for position and draft control of tractor implements and to investigate the performance of the control system through computer simulation. Computer simulation models which could predict the responses of the system to the step and sinusoidal inputs in position and draft controls were developed using the simulation package "TUTSIM". The effects of control mode, hydraulic flow rate, deadband, and proportional constant on control performance of the system were investigated. The simulated results were compard with the experimental ones to verify the simulation models. The simulation models appeared to be a useful means for the analysis and the design of the electronic-hydraulic hitch control system.

  • The main purpose of this study is to examine agricultural technologies through plowing and hoeing. One of the purposes on which this study is to analysis process of development and divergence of plough and hoe. The following facts are significant findings ; 1. In early Yi - dynasty, tilling implements used by ard plough and mould board plough did use in three south province, most region mainly used ard plough. Therefore, farming in early Yi - dynasty is extensive. 2. The mould board plough diffused in many fann house, spring farming and autumnfarming formed complet system in early 17th Century. But works of hoeing was continuing to save labor by long hand hoe. 3. Finally in 17th century, Small - scale independent farming ceaselessly tried to make his basis with transtortation intensive farming method. But Small - scale independent farming had not stafely base because extensive farming method continued in this peorid.

말라위 농촌지도사업의 현재와 미래 (Present and Future Agricultural Extension System of Malawi)

  • 말라위 농촌지도사업은 최근 농업개발에서의 부족한 기여와 소농의 요구에 부응하지 못한 측면에서 많은 비판을 받고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 농촌지도사업은 농촌생활과 농촌빈곤 문제 개선을 위해서 중시되고 있다. 말라위 농촌지도사업은 공공부문과 민간부문에서 많은 도전을 받고 있다. 이러한 도전에 분명하고 적극적인 대응은 모든 농가들에게 편익을 제공하고 정부정책 목적을 달성하기 위한 농촌지도사업의 미래의 모습을 만드는 데 있어서 매우 중요하다. 말라위 농촌지도사업의 당면과제는 민주주의, 시장자유화, 분권화, 에이즈, 공공자원부족, 공공부문개혁, 협력 등이다. 이를 달성하기 위하여 말라위 농촌지도사업은 복합적인 지도사업수요를 제공해야 하고, 식량문제와 빈곤문제해결을 위하여 협력을 촉진해야 한다. 또한 지도사업은 모델빌리지접근법(Model-village approaches)을 기초한 지역농촌지도사업 시스템을 통하여 모든 농가들이 접근할 수 있고 질높은 지도사업 서비스를 추진해야 할 것이다.

농작업 부하 계측을 위한 80kW급 계측 트랙터 개발 및 검증 (Development of the 80-kW Test Tractor for Load Measurement of Agricultural Operations)

  • RIn this study, a test tractor that could measure various types of agricultural operational loads was developed, and its performance was verified. This tractor could be used to measure the load generated during agricultural work and convert the related data into a database. A test tractor was developed using an 80-kW-rated load tractor, and it could measure various types of field test data, such as engine torque and rpm, wheel torque, PTO(power take-off) torque, hexometer, IMU/INS sensor, steering angle sensor, hydraulic pressure, and flow sensor data. To verify the developed test tractor, a verification test using an agriculture rotavator was performed. The test conditions were L1, L2, and L3 based on the tractor's main and sub-transmission stages, and stages 1 and 2 were selected as the PTO. In a comparison of the analyzed test data, similar tendencies in the test results of this research and other research (Kim's research) were seen. Through this, the developed test tractor was verified. In the future, we plan to conduct research on the tractor developed in this study using various attached working machines.

Prototype Development of a Three-wheel Riding Cultivator and Its Basic Performance

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to develop a three-wheel riding cultivator for improving the performance of the current four-wheel riding cultivators in the market. Methods: A prototype three-wheel riding cultivator with the rated power of 15.5-kW, a primary hydrostatic and a two-speed selective gear transmission shifts, front/rear three-wheel drive, a hydraulic wheel tread adjustment, and the mid-section attachment of the major implements was designed and constructed. Its specifications and basic performance are investigated. Results: The maximum speeds of the prototype at the low and high stages were measured to be approximately 7.31, and 11.29 km/h in forward travel, respectively, and approximately 3.60, and 6.37 km/h in rearward travel, respectively. The minimum ground clearance is shown to be 670 mm. The rotating speeds of the power takeoff (PTO) shaft at the low and high stages are shown to be approximately 795 and 1,140 rpm, respectively. The tread of the rear wheels, the minimum radius of turning, and the maximum lifting height of the parallel link device are measured to be within 1,320-1,720 mm, 2.80 m, and 390 mm, respectively. Approximately 25.3% and 74.7% of the total weight of the prototype are distributed in the front and rear wheels on flat ground, respectively. When the tread of rear wheels increased from 1,320 to 1,720 mm, the left and right static lateral overturning angles increased from $33.4^{\circ}$ to $39.1^{\circ}$ and from $29.0^{\circ}$ to $36.1^{\circ}$, respectively. Conclusions: The prototype three-wheel riding cultivator showed a wide range of travel and PTO speeds, high minimum ground clearance, small minimum radius of turning, and easy control of the rear wheel tread. Further, the easy observation of cultivating operations by mid-mounting the implements can improve quality of work. Therefore, the prototype is expected to contribute to the riding mechanization of cultivating operations for various upland crops in Korea.

농용 트랙터용 접촉식 지상고 측정 센서 개발 (Development of a Contact Type Height Sensor to Measure Ground Clearance of an Agricultural Tractor)

  • The tillage depth control system is one of the most salient control system of tractor implements. A contact-type height sensor was developed to measure ground clearance for the tillage depth control. The height sensor was fabricated in this study, and its efficacy in a tillage depth control system was evaluated. Experiments were conducted in order to determine both static and dynamic detection characteristics of the height sensor using soil bin system on the sampled soil (sandy loam, sand, clay loam). The results of the static detection characteristics showed that in the case, sandy loam soil despite and clay loam soil at a wet basis moisture content of 30%, large measurement errors were observed a due to penetration of a plastic puck into the sampled soil. The results of the dynamic detection characteristics showed that the height sensor detected the distance from the ground of sandy loam soil despite the uneven nature of the ground surface and the changes in traveling speed $1km/h{\sim}5km/h$ at a wet basis moisture content of 10%.

Development of a hydraulic power transmission system for the 3-point hitch of 50-kW narrow tractors

  • High performance small and mid-sized tractors are required for dryland and orchard operations. A power transmission system is the most important issue for the design of high performance tractors. Many operations, such as loading and lifting, use hydraulic power. In the present study, a hydraulic power transmission system for the 3-point hitch of a 50 kW narrow tractor was developed and its performance was evaluated. First, major components were designed based on target design parameters. Target operations were spraying, weeding, and transportation. Main design parameters were determined through mathematical calculation and computer simulation. The capacity of the hydraulic cylinder was calculated taking the lifting force required for the weight of the implements into consideration. Then, a prototype was fabricated. Major components were the lifting valve, hydraulic cylinder, and 3-point hitch. Finally, performance was evaluated through laboratory tests. Tests were conducted using load weights, lift arm sensor, and lift arm height from the ground. Test results showed that the lifting force was in the range of 23.5 - 29.4 kN. This force was greater than lifting forces of competing foreign tractors by 3.9 - 4.9 kN. These results satisfied the design target value of 20.6 kN, determined by survey of advanced foreign products. The prototype will be commercialized after revision based on various field tests. Improvement of reliability should be also achieved.

Work load analysis for determination of the reduction gear ratio for a 78 kW all wheel drive electric tractor design

  • The purpose of this study was to design a powertrain for a 78 kW AWD (all wheel drive) electric tractor by analyzing the combination of various reduction gear ratios on a commercial motor using data from actual agricultural work and driving conditions. A load measurement system was constructed to collect data using wheel torque meters, proximity sensors, and a data acquisition system. Field experiments for measuring load data were performed for two environmental driving conditions (on asphalt and soil) and four agricultural operations (plow tillage, rotary tillage, loader operation, and baler operation). The attached implements and gear stages were selected through farmer surveys. The range of the reduction ratio was determined by selecting the minimum reduction ratio needed to satisfy the torque condition required for agricultural operations and the maximum reduction gear ratio to satisfy the maximum travel speed. The minimum reduction gear ratio selected was 57 in consideration of the working load condition and the maximum reduction gear ratio selected was 62 considering the maximum running speed. In the range of the reduction gear ratio 57 - 62, the selected motor satisfied all working torque conditions. As a result, the combination of the selected motor and reduction gear ratio was applicable for satisfying the loads required during agricultural operation and driving operation.
