This study examines empirically the characteristics of agricultural corporations in terms of their market and technology environment and the efficiency of the governmental support to the firms. Also the study analyzes the moderating effect of the environmental characteristics on the relationship between governmental supports and firm performance based on the concept of balanced performance. Test results show that firm tend to evaluate favorably their technology and market competitiveness of product quality and price and to require tools for reaction to changes of customer needs and technology or competing products and external corporation that is necessary for long-term technological competitiveness. As for governmental support, strategic support and service is much more appreciated than direct individual supporting item. Agricultural corporations with unfavorable market environment evaluate relatively high on their balanced performance. Correlations of balanced performance factors and technology environmental factors show all positive statistical significance. The moderating effect of the environmental characteristics on the relationship between governmental support and balanced performance can be interpreted that the support is provided without considering environmental aspect and based only on financial performance and as a result not to be satisfied by agricultural corporations with technological competitiveness.

This paper aims to review how pre-processing facility of agricultural products can be established and operated. First of all, industry and its enterprises of pre-processing agricultural products are analyzed from the national perspective. Especially, five well-known pre-processing business units operated by producers' organizations are introduced including Ansung Machoom Agricultural Cooperative. Changwon City in Gyeongnam Province was chosen for a case study. Demand for local agricultural products by school feeding and other institutional food service in Changwon area is estimated and it is compared with the supply of agricultural products produced in the region. Questionnaire survey was done for school nutritionists and the main results are summarized. In the final stage, basic ideas for pre-processing facility of agricultural products in Changwon area are proposed considering the previous analyses. These ideas include size of the facility, participants and scope of the business, and location. Virtual profitability analysis is also conducted for the facility. Some suggestions for the proposed facility to be more successful in the future are suggested at the conclusion.

농산물 직거래는 생산자와 소비자를 직접 연결하면서 중간유통비용을 절감하고 이를 통해 생산자와 소비자 모두에게 만족을 줄 수 있는 대안적인 유통경로이다. 이러한 역할때문에 최근 온라인 농산물 직거래에 대한 관심이 다시 높아지고 있다. 하지만 농산물 직거래는 중간유통단계를 생략하는 것이기 때문에 생산자가 그 역할을 대신하여야 하기에 다양한 장애요인을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 직거래를 추진하고 있는 농업인을 대상으로 직거래 장애요인을 파악하고, 직거래 활성화를 위하여 농촌진흥청에서 수행하고 있는 e-비즈니스 교육을 어떤 방향으로 이끌어가야 할지에 대하여 방향을 제시하였다. 그 결과, 교육 프로그램 보완, 개인역량 강화, 협업화, 농업인들이 희망하는 교육 확대 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to identify the factors influencing successful businesses using local resources. Completed questionnaires were obtained from 156 specialists for rural development. Results indicated that the utilities for use affected successful businesses for local resources. The Recognition of local resources was important factor for market size, profits, local revitalization on successful businesses. Finally, this study will be helpful for policy markers and business operators to understand local business while theoretical and managerial implications were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to assume suitable cultivation areas by items and expectably suitable cultivation areas through coefficient of specialization and spatial concentration analysis, and suggested regional specialized items discovered by this research and regional specialized business management plans & development directions. This study has monitored changing aspects of spatial distribution of suitable cultivation areas in stockbreeding items from 2000 to 2010 by applying methods of location quotient(LQ), a multiple model, and etc, and predicted changing aspects of suitable cultivation areas from 2015 to 2020. As the result of analysis, I found that there were specialized items which were spatially concentrated and that there were hot-spots which were focused on some areas by items. Additionally, there were suitable cultivation areas which remained stable or changed by them. To discover specialized items and to develop businesses, I have suggested that it is necessary to ensure business project's feasibility including the present conditions, circumstances & potential of specialized items, and etc., and to secure business competitiveness including technology exchange, production cost curtailment, business management based on consumer's needs and building systematic data about achievement and etc.

The aim of this study is to assess the potential for fusion and convergence in industrial agriculture. First, we analyzed the types of industrial agriculture and applied the agri-business and ICT agriculture. After then, we analyzed the Project Potential Index (PPI) of the agri-business and ICT agriculture using the agricultural enterprise database provided from Rural Research Institute in Korea. The results revealed that Haenam have a high potential for agri-business project because of large number of farmers and annual sales. Wanju was considered as the suitable place for ICT agriculture project because of large area of greenhouse. This study was applied only 7 study area but the methodology suggested in this study could be widely used for assessing potential project various types of industrial agriculture.

To address the problems of low precision rate, insufficient feature extraction, and poor contextual ability in existing text sentiment analysis methods, a mixed model account of a CNN-BiLSTM-TE (convolutional neural network, bidirectional long short-term memory, and topic extraction) model was proposed. First, Chinese text data was converted into vectors through the method of transfer learning by Word2Vec. Second, local features were extracted by the CNN model. Then, contextual information was extracted by the BiLSTM neural network and the emotional tendency was obtained using softmax. Finally, topics were extracted by the term frequency-inverse document frequency and K-means. Compared with the CNN, BiLSTM, and gate recurrent unit (GRU) models, the CNN-BiLSTM-TE model's F1-score was higher than other models by 0.0147, 0.006, and 0.0052, respectively. Then compared with CNN-LSTM, LSTM-CNN, and BiLSTM-CNN models, the F1-score was higher by 0.0071, 0.0038, and 0.0049, respectively. Experimental results showed that the CNN-BiLSTM-TE model can effectively improve various indicators in application. Lastly, performed scalability verification through a takeaway dataset, which has great value in practical applications.

본 연구는 해외 농업스타트업(Agricultural startup)을 대상으로 그 성공요인을 검토 및 도출하고 이의 통합적 연구모델(Model)에 관해 연구하였다. 농업스타트업과 일반 스타트업은 창업 이후 자원기반관점에서 열악한 자원과 인프라가 존재한다는 공통점이 있지만, 농업 스타트업은 1차 산업 특성상 일반 스타트업과는 차별적 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기업내부요인(인적자원/비전/유통망역량/자본역량/재배작물/물적자원/영농기술력 등)과 기업외부요인(농업인프라/법·규제/주변사회와의 관계 등)으로 접근하고 기존의 다양한 연구모델, 성공요인, 기업가정신을 중심으로 통합 가능한 연구모델을 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 국내외 농업스타트업(agricultural Startup) 창업준비자, 창업가 등의 기업가들과 사업관련자, 그리고 통합적 이해를 필요로하는 연구자들에게 실질적 도움이 되는 통합모델(Model) 제시를 목적으로 하였다. 본 논문에서는 농업스타트업 성공요인 모델링(Modeling)을 위해 규모와 특성에 따라 3가지 형태(기존 농업스타트업, 중소규모기업 스타트업, 다국적기업 및 포괄적 접근)를 통해 표준모델을 수립하였다. 이를 통해 총 9개(영농관리, 외부환경, 경영자/창업자 특성, 기업정체성, 경영관리, 조직문화, 인프라, 사업화 역량, 지속가능성장)의 성공요인을 도출 하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다양한 국내외 농업스타트업 사례에 대해 '기업가정신'을 기반으로 농업스타트업 성공요인을 통합적으로 제시한점, 기존연구가 사례별 연구로 인해 나열식 성공요인 제시였다면 내용분석을 통한 의미적 범주화를 확인함으로써 향후 농업스타트업 성공요인에 대한 표준모델을 제시한 점, 그 결과 향후 관련연구의 체계적 연구와 실무적 실효성 확보를 위한 토대를 제시했다는데 있다.

This research aims to developing new commercialization project of convergence agricultural industrial model. First, we established an inventory for the planning of convergence agricultural industrial model categorize the relevant factors identified, and then suggested three models which are the business profit model for convergence agriculture industrialization, the resource recycling complex and agricultural tourism model, and the smart agricultural model. Second, in order to investigate the feasibility of each industrial model, we investigated the willingness to participate in the project according to the pilot models such as related organizations and management agencies, and proposed the result of business feasibility analysis. Finally, we suggested the establishment of a demonstration complex through the systemization of element technologies at two models. The related systems and technologies was reviewed as a new commercialization plan through the modeling of convergence agricultural industrial types in main crop production complex presented, and set up mid- to long-term development direction. The results of this study can be applied to the design of convergence agricultural industrial model in main crop production complex.
