The protection and management of old trees is important in the context of heritage protection and landscape construction. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk indicators of the health evaluation system for the old trees, and to provide methods for the protection and management of the old trees that are at risk. According to the index and weighted values obtained in the previous study the scores can be calculated on a 100-point scale. According to the score, the grades are divided into 5 levels. This study takes the case of a total of 30 old trees, including a Chinese juniper, located in Gyeongju Yangdong village, to evaluate the degree of danger in their actual condition. The results showed that of the Chinese juniper tree is at the healthy level, with the score of about 70, and is therefore in Level C. The trees in Yangdong village at high risk should be improved quickly. The standards set for the 5-level score graph and the establishment of a health evaluation system can reflect the actual situation of the old trees in Yangdong village, so it is both practical and scientific.

Domestic and foreign agricultural environments nowadays are undergoing various changes such as aging of agricultural population, increase of earned population, rapid climate change, diversification of agricultural product distribution structure, depletion of water resources and limited cultivation area. In order to respond to various environmental changes in recent agriculture, practical use of Smart Greenhouse to easily record, store and manage crop production information such as crop growing information, growth environment and agriculture work log, Interest is growing. In this paper, we propose a system that collects the situation information necessary for growth such as temperature, humidity, solar radiation, CO2 concentration, and monitor the collected data, which can be measured in the rhizosphere of the crop. We have developed a system that collects data such as temperature, humidity, radiation, and growth environment data, which are measured by data obtained from the rhizosphere measuring section of a growing crop and measured by a sensor, and transmitted to a wireless communication gateway of 400 MHz. We developed the integrated SW that can monitor the rhythm environment data and visualize the data by using cloud based data. We can monitor by graph format and data format for visualization of data. The existing smart farm managed crops and facilities using only the data within the farm, and this study suggested the most efficient growth environment by collecting and analyzing the weather and growth environment of the farms nationwide.

The purpose of this research is to promote traditional markets, which are part of urban regeneration project, and to promote cultural and tourism market by applying characteristics and differentiated elements through story development through market-related resources in order to secure identity of the JeCheon Central market that lost function of the traditional market and regional aging of the traditional market. To this end, the basic survey and analysis of the Jecheon area and the current situation of the Jecheon Central Market were conducted to diagnose problems and to analyze keywords through surveys by local merchants and visitors. By drawing up measures to vitalize the Jecheon Central Market by floor and space, the Jecheon Central Market's design story is developed and applied so that it can restore the image of the local traditional market through regional and cultural elements and become a center of space and culture that can become a landmark for the region in the future. The storytelling designed for this purpose shall be linked to the spatial planning of each floor as well as the C.I. and exterior of the C.I. and the building of the Jecheon Central Market, and the identity of the Jecheon Central Market can be reestablishe.

This paper introduces a customized Smart Fire and Crime system for one person households. Recently, the number of one person household has skyrocketed due to the increasing number of one person household and the aging population. As a result, the demand for private security companies for one person household is increasing and smart security systems that are applied with rapidly evolving IoT and sensor technologies are also becoming a major issue. However, despite the increasing trend of one person households, the existing system focuses on multiple households, so that there are disadvantages of the one person households to operate in such a big system which operate separately. Therefore, in this paper, we design and implement a system that provides a personalized safety service for one person household that integrates a security system and a fire monitoring system. This will help prevent criminal activity in places where the police can not reach at a lower cost than using existing private companies, and help monitor the situation of the houses in real time.

One year has passed since the pandemic of COVID-19, which occurred in Wuhan, China, in November 2019 began. Worldwide, as of January 2021, more than 95 million people have been infected, and the death toll is higher than 2 million. In Korea, there are 74,262 infected and 1,328 dead, and government policies such as social distancing to prevent infection are being implemented. Accordingly, many inconveniences occurred in the physical activity environment, such as the closure of various sports facilities. It was necessary to consider physical activities to maintain healthy life while cooperating with the national policy while preventing infection. This study investigated the benefits of physical activity to reduce the risk of trichomoniasis and diabetes, improve bone mineral density, prolong healthy lifespan, maintain activity performance with aging, and improve psychological anxiety and depression. In addition, the physiological changes that may occur in the situation of stopping exercise due to social distancing to prevent COVID-19 infection were reviewed. In addition, moderate-intensity exercise that helps strengthen immune function by activating natural killer cells, neutrophils, and antibody responses was investigated. In addition, it reduces the level and function of blood B-cells, T-cells, and natural killer cells for several hours, decreases phagocytosis of neutrophils in the nasal cavity, increases inflammatory cytokines, decreases immune function, and increases infection. High-intensity exercise was considered. Therefore, in the age of COVID-19, long-term high-intensity exercise such as marathon, which causes impaired immune function, should be refrained from. And you should do moderate-intensity regular aerobic exercise such as fast walking to help prevent infection. It is also recommended to participate in resistance exercises to prevent loss of muscle mass.

In the era of low growth, many provincial cities are experiencing population decline and aging. Population decline phenomena such as reduction of productive manpower, reduction of finances, deterioration of quality of life, and collapse of the community base are occurring in a chain and are being pushed to the brink of extinction of the cities. This study aims to propose a methodology to objectively estimate the employment creation centers and setting the basic unit of industrial-centered zoning by applying spatial statistical techniques and GIS for the application of the compact city plan as an efficient spatial management policy in a city with a declining population. In details, based on reviewing previous studies on compact city, 'employment complex index(ECI)' were defined considering the number of workers, the number of settlers, and the area of development land, the employment creation center was estimated by applying the 'Local Moran's I' and 'Getis-Ord's Hot-Spot Analysis'. As a case study, changes in the four years of 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019 were compared and analyzed for Changwon City. As a result, it was confirmed that the employment creation center is becoming compacted and polycentric, which is a significant result that reflects the actual situation well. This results provide the basic data for functional and institutional territorial governance for the regional revitalization platform, and provide meaningful information necessary for spatial policy decision-making, such as population reduction, regional gross domestic product, and public facility arrangement that can respond to energy savings, transportation plans, and medical and health plans.

In this paper, an estimation algorithm for state of charge (SOC) was applied using an equivalent circuit model (ECM) and an Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) to improve the estimation accuracy of the battery system states. In particular, an observer was designed to estimate SOC along with the aged capacity. In the case of the fresh battery, when SOC was estimated by Kalman Filter (KF), the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) was 0.27% which was smaller than MAPE of 1.43% when the SOC was calculated by the model without the observer. In the driving mode of the vehicle, the general KF or EKF algorithm cannot be used to estimate both SOC and capacity. Considering that the battery aging does not occur in a short period of time, a strategy of periodically estimating the battery capacity during charging was proposed. In the charging mode, since the current is fixed at some intervals, a strategy for estimating the capacity along with the SOC in this situation was suggested. When the current was fixed, MAPE of SOC estimation was 0.54%, and the MAPE of capacity estimation was 2.24%. Since the current is fixed when charging, it is feasible to estimate the battery capacity and SOC simultaneously using the general EKF. This method can be used to periodically perform battery capacity correction when charging the battery. When driving, the SOC can be estimated using EKF with the corrected capacity.

Due to social phenomena such as rapid aging in Korea, nuclear familyization, single marriage, and low birth rate, the number of Companion animals and the number of households with Companion animals are increasing due to the increase in single-person households. In fact, one out of every four households has a pet, and the scale of the industry is expected to reach 6 trillion won in 2027. In particular, in a situation where the Companion animal cosmetics market is in the spotlight amid the diversification of the pet industry, there is a great lack of research on related research and industry development methods. Accordingly, this study attempted to search and analyze academic data, patented technologies, and the latest data related to pet cosmetics and provide them as basic data for the Companion animal cosmetics industry, and the results are as follows. Academic data included verification of the effectiveness of natural materials to improve the skin condition of dogs, analysis of the pet cosmetics industry, and research on ICT-converged pet cosmetics, and the industry was mainly cleaning cosmetics, with pet shampoo launches in Amorepacific, LG Household & Healthcare, and Aekyung. In the patented technology for pets, a patent has been registered for natural product material composition and formulation ratio for skin moisturizing, skin improvement, thinning, and inflammation symptom relief. As a result of this award, it was confirmed that research and development are still insufficient compared to the consumption demand of the pet cosmetics market, and it is believed that industry analysis and development research in related fields should be actively carried out.

The Pharmaceutical Affairs Act stipulates medication counseling as an obligatory requirement in the case of preparation of medicine. In fact, there are many cases where pharmacists only tell patients the dose and time and do not properly guide them on taking medications. However, in light of the current situation where non-face-to-face treatment is being attempted, there is a high possibility of drug-taking accidents due to insufficient medication guidance. In addition, as an aging society progresses, the need for explanations on pharmaceuticals is increasing. If a pharmacist causes damage to a patient by failing to give appropriate medication guidance, the patient can claim compensation for damages. In addition, if a drug accident occurs due to a conflict between the pharmacist's duty to guide medication and the doctor's duty to explain, a joint tort is established between the pharmacist and the doctor. Nevertheless, there are cases in which only doctors are judged to bear the tort liability. However, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act includes providing information for the selection of over-the-counter drugs in the medication guidance as part of the medication guidance obligation. Therefore, in order to reconsider the importance of the medication-taking guidance duty, it is necessary to define the medicationaking information provision method and the medication-taking guidance duty as separate concepts. In addition, it is necessary to amend related regulations centered on patients so that medication guidance, such as side effects of medicines and interactions with concomitant medications, can be made in detail.

Nowadays, the employment policies for older people is requested to become the new form in the change of information, globalization, and aging. It is discussed, simultaneously, about an age integrated society as the full time jobs' continuation and social jobs after the full time jobs. The discussion of jobs' continuation include from institutional system to age integrated society. Social jobs include from public labor to social wages. jobs' continuation passes over stabilization, regarding it as ideal society. social jobs are interpreted it as residual welfare, excluding the meaning of social solidarity. In fact, most of the debates is overwhelmed by the logic of economy. And so they pass over the quality of life of individuals. Therefore, this study critics the employment policies for older people in the present situation and states a direction improving the quality of life older people.
