극한 프로그래밍은 빠르게 변화되는 사업 환경에 기민하게 대응하는 애자일 소프트웨어 개발 방법론 중에서 가장 대표적인 방법론이다. 소프트웨어 산업이 성숙됨에 따라 소프트웨어 품질 요소 중 사용성이 점차 강조되고 있으나, 극한 프로그래밍에서의 사용성을 확보하기 위한 노력이 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 극한 프로그래밍에 부족한 3가지 사항을 보강한다. 사용자 인터페이스 설계자의 역할을 정의 및 제시하구 사용성 평가 방법 도입 방안 제시하고, 개발 프로세스 및 산출물을 제안한다. 제안 방안의 타당성 분석을 위해 4가지 방법을 사용하였다. 첫째, 소프트웨어 개발 생명주기 지원 여부 분석, 둘째, CMM 핵심 프로세스 영역 만족도 분석, 셋째, CMM 규정 실무 만족도 향상 분석, 넷째, 녹차 쇼핑들을 개발하는 사례를 분석하였다. 녹차 쇼핑몰은 사용성 평가 방법의 도입으로 예측된 실행시간이 23％, 학습용이성이 21％ 향상되었다. 또한, 휴리스틱 평가 점수가 18글 설문지 평가 점수는 16％ 향상되었다.

Information competitiveness accounts for substantial parts of business competitiveness necessary for business management in the knowledge-information society in the 21st century. To improve quality. productivity and competitiveness through information in the fields of SMEs particularly having difficulties under rapidly changing business environment. the government has operated "SME Information Support Project" for the past 8 years. The methodology for developing the standard for this project known as EISDM (Enterprise Information System Development Methodology) provides communication between IT businesses and SMEs participating in this project. and standardized output document formats and how to make out such documents. Infortunately. the number of personnel partaking in the development project for SMEs is no more than 2~4 per site on average. Further. they are required to complete demand analyses. development. testing and operation in about 6 months. which is a very short period. Moreover, there is too much demand for documentation, which is likely to end up being formal work process just for supervision and inspection. That is, the documentation could be for noting but documents. which will prove useless outputs after the project finishes. Therefore, this study proposes an improvement approach as an information system development methodology taking into account SMEs' characteristics and environment so as to relieve developers from such excessive burden of documentation, to save time and resources through efficient management of software development as the original purpose of the methodology, and to produce required quality software.

유비퀴터스 멀티 프로젝트 환경에서 프로젝트 팀은 프로젝트 결과를 얻기 위해 필요한 업무를 도출하여 실행한다. 이를 위해 실질적인 팀 관리 및 요구 사항 정제가 이뤄져야 성공적인 제품 출시로 연결될 수 있다. 프로젝트 관리에서 중요한 부분은 프로젝트 진행 사항에 대한 가시적인 조회와 평가가 중요하다. 그러기 위해서는 협업과 공동 책임 업무에 대한 지원이 필요하다. 이 논문에서 애자일 개발 방법론에 기반한 프로젝트 관리 및 협업 지원 방법 및 시스템을 제안한다.

MASAM 방법론은 모바일 플랫폼 위에서 동작하는 응용 SW 개발을 목적으로 하는 방법론이다. 모바일 응용 SW는 통신 환경과 밀접하게 연결되어 있으며 사용자의 반응이 즉시 나타나는 특징을 가진다. 또한 복잡한 개발 기술보다는 사용자의 요구를 적극적으로 수용하여 제품을 빠르게 출시하는 것이 중요하다. 이러한 특성은 해결하기 위해 MASAM은 어자일 방법론에 기반하여 정의한다.

중견/중소 IT기업의 사업 수행 기회 증대, 기회 균등과 역량 강화라는 취지로 소프트웨어(SW)산업진흥법 개정으로 공공정보화시장에 대기업 참여를 제한되었다. 이러한 환경에서의 중견/중소 SW기업들의 사업을 수행하면서 발생한 사업 수행 역량 미흡으로 공공정보화사업의 품질저하, 위험관리 미숙, 일정관리 저하 등 여러 문제점을 발생시키고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 시스템통합 사업 수행 시 품질 저하 요인을 도출하였으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 VISUALIZATION, 엄격한 시험관리, Agile방법론의 일부 활동을 적용하여 프로젝트를 수행하는 것을 제안했다. 이러한 방안을 중견/중소 IT기업이 개발한 보건의료 IT 프로젝트에 적용한 결과 의사소통의 개선, 수치화된 진척관리 및 프로젝트의 가시성이 개선되었다. 또한, 결함 해결시간 최소화, 요구사항 커리리지 비율 개선, 불필요한 회의시간이 단축이 되어 품질 향상에 기여하였습니다.

극한 프로그래밍은 빠르게 변화되는 사업 환경에 기민하게 대응하는 애자일 소프트웨어 개발 방법론 중에서 가장 대표적인 방법론이다. 소프트웨어 산업이 성숙됨에 따라 소프트웨어 품질 요소중 사용성이 점차 강조되고 있으나, 극한 프로그래밍에서 사용성을 확보하기 위한 노력이 부족한 실정이다. 극한 프로그래밍의 사용성 향상을 위하여 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 생명주기를 조사, 계획, 릴리즈 반복, 제품화, 유지보수, 사망의 6단계로 정의한다. 사용성 평가를 위한 통합시험과 인수시험을 포함한 11개의 활동을 정의하여 사용성을 향상시킬수 있는 극한 프로그래밍 프로세서를 제안한다. 제안한 프로세서의 타당성을 4가지 측면에서 확인하였다. 제안한 프로세스는 극한 프로그래밍 프로세스가 인수시험 활동을 지원하도록 개선하였으며, 극한 프로그래밍 프로세스가 CMM 레벨4를 지원하도록 하며, CMM 품질보증 실무를 지원하도록 하였다.

모바일 웹 애플리케이션들이 다양한 모바일 디바이스의 성능향상으로 형태로 변화하고 있다. 하지만 기존 PC환경과 달리 개발환경 및 표준에 대한 고려가 적어 애플리케이션을 디바이스 별로 구현하는 등의 이유로 개발비용이 소모되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MWeb-프레임워크를 통해 최근 각광 받고 있는 웹 프레임워크기반의 모바일 웹 개발을 수행하는 개발방법론을 제안하며 이와 더불어 다양한 디바이스에서 동일한 사용이 가능하도록 모바일 웹 표준 준수를 지원한다. Ruby on Rails기반의 모바일 웹 개발 아키텍처를 정의하고 이를 바탕으로 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 애자일 개발방법론을 적용한 프로세스 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 모바일 웹 개발 프레임워크를 통한 사례연구를 수행하여 제안한 프레임워크를 검증한다. 이를 통해 개발 수행 시 애자일 개발방법론을 도입하여 신속한 개발을 수행할 수 있으며 모바일 웹 표준 환경을 준수하여 모바일 웹애플리케이션의 품질과 신뢰성을 획득할 수 있다. 향후 연구로 제안한 MWeb-프레임워크의 다양한 사례연구를 통해 잠재적인 문제를 개선하고 이를 바탕으로 표준화를 제안한다.

Purpose - Today's world is rapidly changing due to swift changes in organization's infrastructures and supply chain is becoming an important factor which affects the organization's global competitiveness. Research design / data / methodology - Researchers indicated that environment uncertainty is considered an external driving force to establish a unique supply chain. Market competition, reducing the gap of performance and quality between the products are compelling the practitioners and researcher to change the paradigm of managing the business processes effectively and efficiently. Results - In old times, supply chain of any organization was measured on the basis of inventory turns, defect rats, lead times, stock buffering and service level. But, Lee H.L. in 2004, published an article in Harvard Business Review who proposed three A (Adaptable, Agile and Aligned) termed as "Triple-A" of successful supply chain. Conclusions - He claimed that organizations can compete through the creation of Triple-A supply chain. Hence, the basic aim of this review paper is to develop basic insights regarding what is Triple-A of supply chain, its importance and functioning in today's competitive world.

The purpose of this study is to prove the Korean Internet company, Kakao's resilience capacity. For it, this paper reviews the previous literatures regarding Kakao's business models and discusses 'resilience' theory. Then, it organizes the research questions based on the theoretical background and explains the research methodology. It investigates the case of Kakao's business and organization. The case analysis shows that five levers of resilience are a good indicator for a successful platform business evolution. The five levers are composed of coordination, cooperation, clout, capability, and connection: First lever, coordination that makes the company to restructure its silo governance in order to respond to actual business flow starting from the basic asset like game and music content; second lever, cooperation where the firm provides creative people with playground for startups such as KakaoPage; third lever, clout where the company shares its data by opening its API of AI and chatbot to $3^{rd}$ party developers; fourth lever, capability where the firm establishes AI R&D center, KakaoBrain as the function of multi-domain generalist for developing diverse platforms tackling customer needs; and the last fifth lever, connection where the firm continues to expand its platform business to the peripheries, O2O businesses such as KakaoTaxi, KakaoOrder, KakaoPay, and KakaoBank. In conclusion, this study proposes Internet companies to be a resilient platform utilizing those five levers of resilience in order to form successful platform. This study contributes to the agile innovation of Internet platform with ecological sense.

Purpose: Trade in small and medium businesses must improve innovation performance before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The requirement for rapid innovation is being able to compete and survive post-pandemic. This research attempts to investigate the influence of organizational forgetting, knowledge management, and business agility in distributing innovation performance improvementsto SMEs in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. Research design, data and methodology: In this research, a structural equation modeling approach with SmartPLS was applied. This research used 221 Tasikmalaya SMEs as samples. The findings of this study show that SMEs are still underrepresented in technological advancement. Results: Organizational forgetfulness does not have a significant impact on innovation performance, nor does it have an indirect impact through knowledge management. Business agility, on the other hand, has a significant indirect effect on innovation performance. Knowledge management does not have a significant and direct impact on innovation performance, but business agility has a significant impact. Conclusions: Efforts to enhance SMEs' trade must be willing to challenge the status quo or abandon knowledge that is no longer relevant to current developments to improve business agility and innovation. Technology-oriented SMEs can quickly become agile by implementing organizational forgetting. SME owners must be willing to adapt to technological advances to adopt organizational forgetfulness.
