Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the practice of quarantine guidelines and psychological influence between the young (aged under 64 years) and the elderly (aged over 65 years) groups during the coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) pandemic. Method: The data of this study were obtained from the Community Health Survey, 2020, Korean Disease Control and Prevention Agency. A total of 229,296 (young group: 156,314, elderly group: 72,812) participants were included in this study. Independent t-test, chi-square test and descriptive analysis were used for analyzing the data. Result: Elderly group showed lower adherence to wearing face-mask, maintaining social distance when outgoing and practicing handwashing rules than the young group. The elderly group showed a higher level of psychological influence than the young group. In addition, the elderly group had fewer supporters when they were isolated than the young group. Also, the elderly had difficulties in following the quarantine guidelines related to COVID-19. Conclusion: To prevent infection and death from COVID-19 in the elderly, proper education and support programs are needed. Also, support groups should be prepared and applied to relieve their psychological impact related to COVID-19.

연구개발 기획 단계에서부터 종료까지 연구개발 전반에 있어 연구 과정과 성과를 기록으로 보존하는 것은 연구자의 중요한 역할이다. 이는 연구개발 과정 및 결과의 객관성을 뒷받침하는 근거로 활용할 수 있다. 연구노트 작성은 연구윤리, 기록관리, 지식재산권 보호, 연구 결과 보호의 측면에서 그 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 「국가연구개발혁신법」에 따라 폐쇄망을 사용하는 연구개발 기관 환경에 적합한 전자연구노트 시스템을 구축하여 운영하고자 계획하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정부 출연기관에 운영되고 있는 연구노트의 제도적·실무적 관리 방안 조사를 진행한 결과를 기술하였으며, 조사 결과를 토대로 폐쇄망을 사용하는 업무망 환경에 적합한 전자연구노트 시스템 구축 및 운영 방안을 기술하였다.

Remote-sensing optical payloads, especially hyperspectral imagers, have particular issues with stray light because they often encounter high-contrast target/background conditions, such as sun glint. While developing an optical payload, we usually apply several stray-light analysis methods, including forward and backward analyses, separately or in combination, to support lens design and optomechanical design. In addition, we often characterize the stray-light response over a full field to support calibration, or when developing an algorithm to correct stray-light errors. For this purpose, we usually use forward analysis across the entire field, but this requires a tremendous amount of computational time. In this paper, we propose a sequence of forward-backward-forward analyses to more effectively investigate the through-field response of stray light, utilizing the combined advantages of the individual methods. The application is an airborne hyperspectral imager for creating hyperspectral maps from 900 to 1700 nm in a 5-nm-continuous band. With the proposed method, we have investigated the through-field response of stray light to an effective accuracy of 0.1°, while reducing computation time to 1/17^th of that for a conventional, forward-only stray-light analysis.

As part of the police reform, the current government is trying to establish a police bureau under the Ministry of Public Administration and Security and improve the personnel management of the police. Like the prosecution bureau under the Ministry of Justice, the main goal of the police is to establish a police support bureau in the Ministry of Public Administration and Security to have personnel, budget, disciplinary action, and inspection. However, the government's control of police rights was opposed mainly by the "Police Workplace Council," which is like a police union, and even police officials agreed with it, and the opposition was severe. It is becoming a form of struggle between the government and police organizations. As a police major, I don't want to side with anyone and support the police. However, I thought about what democratic control of the police should be with, considered what the police reform plan is, and analyzed the legal and institutional aspects of the current police, and expressed the following issues. First, this paper is as follows: First, we considered what the democratic control of the police was. Second, We focused on reform measures such as the personnel system and institutional approach. Third, I presented my argument on what the police reform plan is.

풍동시험은 유도무기체계 개발에 있어서 필수적인 과정 중 하나이며, 시험 조건 및 용도에 따라 다양한 풍동설비가 존재한다. Ludwieg Tube는 극초음속 유도무기 체계개발에서 매우 유용하며, 고 받음각 시험 및 풍동시험 결과의 반복성, 일관성이 필요한 가운데 풍동시험 설비의 능력보강이 필요하였다. 본 논문에서는 국방과학연구소 Ludwieg Tube가 가졌던 문제점과 노즐, 진공탱크 및 모형지지부 성능개량을 통한 문제해결 방안을 제시하고 풍동시험 간 압력 측정 결과를 바탕으로 해결 방안을 증명하였다.

As the number of companion animals reaches 15 million in 2022, the pet wear market is expected to grow at an average annual rate of about 14.5% from KRW 1.5684 trillion in 2014 to a market size of over KRW 6 trillion in 2027. However, most of the pet clothing and various supplies currently in circulation are either cheap, low-quality products imported from China or other countries, or expensive products released by overseas luxury brands. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a brand that can compete with luxury products coming from overseas by developing premium pet fashion products using high-end functional fabrics produced domestically. This study seeks to propose ways to revitalize the domestic pet fashion market by examining the current status of global pet fashion, the domestic textile industry, and the current status of the pet fashion market. The suggestions and expected effects are as follows. First, active support is needed for the development of products using domestically produced fabrics, such as raising awareness through various subsidy projects and contests. Second, it is expected that small and medium-sized businesses will be revitalized through the production of pet fashion products using high-quality functional knit fabrics produced in northern Gyeonggi Province. Third, it is necessary to produce high-quality premium products through continuous and intensive support from the government and collaboration between large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises. Fourth, there is an urgent need to provide opportunities to train experts for the expected effects of starting businesses and creating new jobs.

Background: This study investigated the association between fair and supportive leadership and symptoms of burnout and insomnia in police employees. Burnout and insomnia can have negative consequences for health, performance, and safety among employees in the police profession, and risk and protective factors should be thoroughly investigated. Methods: Data were collected in a police district in Norway through questionnaires administered in October 2018 and May 2019. The sample consisted of 206 police employees (52% males), with an average age of 42 years and 16 years of experience in the police occupation. Results: The results showed that a high degree of fair and supportive leadership was associated with lower levels of burnout and insomnia six months later. Fair and supportive leadership explained a greater amount of variance in burnout compared to insomnia. This finding indicates that fair and supportive leadership is a more important buffer factor against burnout than it is against insomnia. Stress was positively associated with burnout and insomnia, whereas quantitative job demands had no significant association with the concepts. Conclusion: Fair and supportive leadership can help protect employees from adverse consequences of stress and contribute to improved occupational health, whereas a low degree of support and fair treatment from leaders can both represent a stressor by itself and contribute to poorer coping of stressful events at work. The important role of leadership should be incorporated in measures aimed at preventing and reducing burnout and sleep problems.

The purpose of this study is to propose a guideline to help the client and bidder operate the BIM project in the domestic road field. As BIM design is mandatory in the construction field, documents disclosed by the ordering agency must essentially include procedures and step-by-step requirements to support BIM. The purpose of this study is to propose the structure and components of the guidelines that practitioners need practically by utilizing the currently announced road field guidelines. The guidelines are analyzed based on the procurement documents that were pre-emptively shared overseas, and supplemented according to the domestic situation. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the revised guidelines is confirmed through expert consultation. This study aims to contribute to creating an environment in which construction practitioners who have no experience in BIM project can efficiently carry out BIM projects.

The wearable robot system is designed to assist human skeletal and muscular systems for enhancing user's abilities in various fields, including medical, industrial, and military. The military has an expanding need for wearable robots with the integration of surveillance/control systems and advanced equipment in unstructured battlefield environments. However, there is a lack of research on the design and mechanism of wearable robots, especially for power assist systems. This study proposes a lightweight wearable robot system that provides comfortable wear and muscle support effects in various movements for soldiers performing high-strength and endurance missions. The Power assist mechanism is described and verified, and the tasks that require power assist are analyzed. This study explain the system including its driving mechanism, control system, and mechanical design. Finally, the performance of the robot is verified through experiments and evaluations, demonstrating its effectiveness in muscle support.

본 연구는 서울시의 협력종합예술활동에 대한 성공 전략을 분석하고, 이를 타 지역 공교육 현장에 적용하기 위한 방안 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 연구 결과, 협력종합예술활동은 학교 교육과정 내 운영함으로써, 예술교육의 보편성을 실천하고 있으며, 적극적인 행정·재정적 지원과 다양성이 확보된 참여형 예술교육활동이다. 따라서 이를 지역 공교육에 적용하기 위해 모든 학생의 참여와 적극적인 행정적 지원은 물론 지속적인 인적·물적 재원 지원, 다양성이 반영된 예술교육과 결과물 공유를 통한 사회적 환원 및 지속적인 모니터링을 실시해야 할 것이다.
