혼화재 종류가 콘크리트의 공학적 특성 및 건조수축에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Mineral Admixture Types on the Engineering Properties and the Drying Shrinkage of the Concrete)

  • 본 연구에서는 실무에서 주로 사용되고 있는 FA, 35 및 CKD 치환률에 따른 콘크리트의 기초적 물성 및 건조수축에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이를 토대로 건조수축 해석을 실시하여 혼화재가 콘크리트의 건조수축에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 평가하고자 한다. 실험변수로서 혼화재 치환률은 $0{\sim}20%$ 수준으로 결정하였고, W/B는 $40{\sim}50%$의 수준으로 결정하였다. 건조수축해석을 위해 지수함수모델을 적용하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 혼화재 치환율이 증가함에 따라 유동성 및 공기량이 감소하였으며 초기압축 강도가 저하됨을 확인 하였다. 건조수축 특성으로 혼화재 치환률이 증가함에 따라 건조수축은 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 건조수축 해석결과 지수함수 모델이 측정치를 양호하게 추정함을 알 수 있었고, 혼화재의 영향을 고려할 필요성이 제기되었다.

  • 본 연구는 W/C 50%의 일반강도 조건에서 OPC, FA 및 BS 시멘트의 종류를 변화시켜 콘크리트의 강도 증진 성상을 한랭기 온도의 4~17℃의 평균 양생온도에서 검토하고, 등가재령에 의한 강도 해석모델을 이용하여 강도 증진 해석을 수행하고, 기온저하에 따른 기온보정강도를 제안하고자 하였다. 본 실험의 결과 등가재령을 이용하여 Plowman 모델식으로 강도증진을 해석하였고, 대체로 양생온도가 낮을수록 강도증진이 지연되는 경향을 나타내었다. 이에 양생온도 저하에 따른 강도보정을 3MPa 단위로 실시하였고, 이를 토대로 배합강도 결정시 결합재 종류 및 관리재령별 기온보정강도(Tn)을 제안하였다.

농촌 마을만들기 참여주민의 공동체 의식 영향요인 (Factors Influencing the Sense of Community for Build Rural Community)

  • This study aims to examine the sense of community for build rural community. Data were collected from 205 local residents residing in Yeoncheon-gun where the community building project and education were undertaken to analyze the data. Data was analyzed by using analysis of hierarchical regression analysis. Results summarized as follows. First, the most influencing factor on sense of community of the resident' participation in rural community building was continuous participation. Second, the influencing factors of sociodemographic were occupation, income level, and age on entire and sub factors of sense of community partially. Third, participation expansion, the sub factor of community participation influenced on sense of belonging, the feeling of solidarity, and conscious of mutual influence. As a result of taking a look at the effect of resident participation in overall sense of community, continuous participation was shown to influence in entire sense of community.

  • Measurement of the strength of concrete is an important indicator of the safety of the fresh as well as old concrete structures. It is possible to evaluate the strength of the concrete by means of an ultrasonic velocity method which is a kind of non-destructive inspection method for safety diagnostic evaluation of the building structures with aging. Steel embedded in the concrete and age of the concrete may affect ultrasonic pulse velocity. In order to accurately assess the strength of the concrete, it is necessary to understand rebar embedded in the concrete, steel shapes in various forms which effect ultrasonic pulse velocity. In this study, by measuring the velocity of ultrasonic waves generated when the waves pass through the ultrasonic pulse in a direction perpendicular to the reinforcing bars embedded in concrete, the effect of reinforcing bars on ultrasonic velocity accurately was verified and used to estimate the strength of the concrete.

  • Latex-modified concrete using ready mix concrete (R-LMC) was developed for application of building construction project (specifically, the rooftop of a parking garage unable to use heavy equipments for bridge deck overlay) due to three major outstanding properties of R-LMC; bond strength, resistance of cracks at early age, and resistance of freezing and thawing. However, R-LMC at the placement stage is required to be sufficiently cured because R-LMC is very sensitive to rate of evaporation of surface moisture. This study focused on effects of different curing methods and climate condition on cracks on the surface of hardened R-LMC considering the chart of rate of evaporation of surface moisture from concrete provided by American Concrete Institute in manual for placement of latex modified concrete.

영구임대주택의 현금흐름을 고려한 리모델링 시기 추정에 관한 연구 (The Prediction of Remodelling Timing Based on the Cash Flow of Permanent Rental Housing)

  • The purpose of this study is to predict remodeling timing of Permanent Rental Housing through historic data and cash flow analysis. For this aim, the study has estimated cash flow of Permanent Rental Housing considering initial construction costs, government supporting fund, rental incomes and maintenance expenses. Based on the expected cash flow analysis, reasonable remodeling timing is predicted for Permanent Rental Housing. The results of this study are as follows: (1) it is analyzed that building a8e of about 27 years is the best time for remodeling because cumulative surplus amounts reach maximum level, (2) it is required that remodeling should be made before 34 years of age roughly because cumulative surplus amounts change into minus from this time.

  • The vacant houses commonly observed in urban aging are considered to be representative signs of urban decline. Vacant houses are themselves vulnerable to security, and in particular, they are exposed to disasters due to poor management, which can accelerate the decline of the area. This study is to classify the area and analyze the causes and characteristics of the occurrence of vacant houses by type based on the data through the survey on the vacant houses in Incheon. This research analyze vacant house data survey so to characterized and categorized types of vacant houses. The criteria of vacant houses analysis are population density, population growth, aging extent. In conclusion there are four types of region in Incheon area according to housing types, hazard classes, building age and building areas. Type A is inner city, type B is mixed, type C is expandable and type D is unsular types.

  • Nowadays, social environment is rapidly changed toward globalization and information age, and which demands the new paradigm for active utilization of information system in the field of education and many others. The effort to adapt tele-communication technique to educational facilities and the planning to make virtual university come true are needed immediately. Intelligent Building system should be applied to educational facilities to cope with the changing and progressing building system. As a result of the surveying eleven domestic universities, it was found that library management system, administration automation system and office automation system were already introduced, but campus infrastructure such as network system and tele-communication system between buildings in campus have been constructed now. As the conclusion of this study, impeding factors and improvement direction for active utilization of intelligent building systems in university facilities were presented.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive an improved method for analyzing old buildings with risk of collapse using public big data. Previous studies on the risk of building collapse focused on internal factors such as building age and structural vulnerability. However, this study suggests a method to derive potentially collapsible buildings considering not only internal factors of buildings but also external factors such as nearby new construction data. Based on the big data analysis, this study develops a system to visualize vulnerable buildings that require safety diagnosis and proposed a future utilization plan.

화령전의 제례의식과 건축특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Ritual Ceremony and the Architectural Form of Hwaryeong-Jeon in the Joseon Dynasty)

  • This study is the consideration about Hwaryeong-Jeon that enshrines Joseon Dynasty 22nd king Jeongjo's portrait of a king. Suwon's Hwaryeong-Jeon that accompanied a portrait and performed ritual ceremonies had several formalities and ceremonies which are connected with rituals. therefore, we will try to examine what relation between arrangement of building and plane composition had. And through this, it is thing to observe construction special quality that Hwaryeong-Jeon has. Joseon Dynasty's young-jeon (a hall where the royal portraits are kept) is retaining each other different state according to construction age every moment. Hwaryeong-Jeon among Joseon Dynasty's a hall of royal portraits is the construction form which is equiped well and is known for keeping the form well from the foundation to now And this building is evaluated as the standard form of early part young-jeon building of 19th century. Especially, Hwaryeong-Jeon shows the typical ritual equipments late Joseon Dynasty and at the same time has all kinds of characteristics which only we can find at Hwaryeong-Jeon. Namely, Hwaryeong-Jeon is the building which brings the design concept of the hall of royal portraits to completion as the building which enshrines single portrait of a king. After all, Hwaryeong-Jeon is evaluated as the building which can pass excellent form of late Joseon Dynasty, the hall of royal portraits building just as it is. Therefore, as I study its own style, I expect Joseon Dynasty's mind that enshrined the portrait of a king elaborately to be revealed.
