  • Since over-the-top (OTT) service has emerged as a new way of consuming video contents, OTT markets grow exponentially and the competition among the OTT services becomes intense. Only limited systematic research effort has been paid to understand why users subscribe such OTT services among other services. Therefore, we used developmental sequential mixed methods approach to find out the quality factors and their effect on post-subscription experiences and continuance intention. In the qualitative study, we derived six factors which a user considers important to continue the subscription. Based on the explored factors, we hypothesized a research model with modified three qualities from ISSM. The proposed research model was validated through quantitative research, a survey of 226 OTT service users in South Korea, using structural equation modeling. The results indicated that content quality is the key factor affecting both perceived enjoyment and satisfaction whereas system quality affects satisfaction, and service quality only affects enjoyment. Enjoyment affects satisfaction which sequentially affects continuance usage intention. This study contributes to research by modifying ISSM through mixed methods. It also provides OTT service providers with insight to enhance users' post experience and continuance intention to use the service through qualities derived from the interview.

  • This study aims to analyze the acceptance factors for expanding the adoption of AI by SMEs and draw practical and policy implications. To this, we conducted an empirical analysis of AI acceptance factors among 315 SMEs in various industries such as manufacturing, service, and information and communication sectors located in Korea. Based on the UTAUT, we examined the influence of decision-making reliability, perceived awareness, policy support, education and training, perceived cost, perceived risk, and system complexity, and found that decision-making reliability positively affects performance expectancy and social influence, perceived awareness positively affects performance expectancy and effort expectancy, policy support positively affects social influence and facilitating conditions, and education and training positively affects effort expectancy and facilitating conditions. Perceived cost had a negative effect on social influence and facilitating conditions, and perceived risk had a negative effect on performance expectancy and social influence. System complexity had a negative effect on effort expectancy but no effect on facilitating conditions. These results are expected to be widely utilized as basic research for the diffusion of AI in industry and provide practical and policy implications for promoting the adoption of AI in SMEs.

  • How stereo selectivity in singlet and triplet photocycloaddition and photocyclization reactions, respectively, is linked to spin selectivity and how this link affects our understanding of photochemical reaction mechanisms, is described in this review. As illustrative examples, the Paterno-Buchi reaction and the Norrish-Yang cyclization are described with emphasis on triplet biradical structure and dynamics.

  • Group cohesiveness has been one of the most important issues in the study of group dynamics. Most studies on group cohesiveness, however, have concentrated on specific investigations exploring the relationships between certain selected variables in a static mode. For example, one study examines how the degree of member similarity affects the degree of cohesiveness (Terborg, et al., 1976).(omitted)

  • Drainage system in railroad has a very important role to operate the system. Drainage system should be carefully considered in design and construction due to a difficult access to the system during operation. In this paper, recent case histories were presented, which showed how an improper drainage system affects the railroad operation.

  • Development and implementation of food irradiation was driven by needs pertaining to food safety improvement, food spoilage reduction, and quarantine/trade. The need for food safety is caused by the increasing morbidity and mortality caused by food-borne diseases worldwide, and it affects national economy and world-trade. Radiation technology can serve to ameliorate the vulnerability of our food supply system.
