청소년의 그릿에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 개인요인, 부모요인, 학교요인을 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Affecting Adolescent's Grit: Individual Factor, Parent Factor, School Factor)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 개인요인과 부모요인, 학교요인이 그릿 간의 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국아동·청소년 패널조사(KCYPS 2018)자료를 활용하여 중학교 1학년 학생 2,394명을 표본으로 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 개인요인인 자아존중감과 주의집중은 그릿에 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 청소년의 부모요인인 거부, 강요, 비일관성은 그릿에 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 학교요인인 교사관계는 그릿에 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 분석결과를 토대로 청소년기에 그릿에 미치는 요인들을 예측하여 후속연구에 제언하였다.

코로나 바이러스 감염증(COVID-19) 상황에서 간호대학생의 온라인 수업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (In the COVID-19 Situation, Factors Affecting Online Learning Satisfaction of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 코로나 바이러스 감염증(COVID-19) 상황에서 간호대학생의 온라인 수업 만족도를 확인하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구는 2021년 4월 한 달 동안 대구·경북지역의 간호대학생 220명을 대상으로 설문 조사하였으며, 수집된 자료는 t검정, ANOVA, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 간호대학생의 온라인 수업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 학습자 요인(β=.29, p<.001)과 시스템 요인(β=.51, p<.001)이 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있었으며, 상대적으로 영향력이 가장 큰 변수는 시스템 요인으로 나타났다. COVID-19 종식 이후에도 온라인 수업이 더욱 확대될 것으로 전망됨에 따라 학습자의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 교육으로의 변화를 위해 학습자들이 주도적으로 학습할 수 있는 기반 마련과 이러한 학습에 적합한 온라인 운영 시스템의 개발을 통한 간호 교육의 패러다임 전환이 필요하다.

  • The nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT) protein induce transcription of cytokine genes required for T-cell activation, including the IL-2 gene. Activation of NFAT normally plays a significant role in inducing immune response. However, excessive activation provokes immunopathological reactions including autoimmunity, transplant rejection and inflammation. Thus, several natural products were screened on the inhibitory activity against the NFAT transcription factor. Among them, Euonymus sieboldiana showed strong inhibitory activity against the NFAT transcription factor without affecting cell viability.

중학교 과학 교과서에 기술된 끓는점 측정 방법 분석 및 개선점 제안 (Analysis and Improvement for Method of Boiling Point Measurement described in Middle School Science Textbooks)

  • 2009 개정 7학년 과학 1 교과서에 제시된 끓는점 실험을 할 때 측정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였으며, 실험을 통해 교과서에 제시된 실험 방법의 오류를 확인한 후 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 2009 개정 7학년 과학 1 교과서 9종에 제시된 끓는점 측정 실험을 분석하여 끓는점에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾아보았더니 온도계의 종류, 가열 도구, 마개 밀폐 여부, 온도계의 위치, 가열 용기의 모양, 물질과 가열용기의 부피비와 같은 6종류의 요인을 확인하였다. 물질의 끓는점을 측정하는 실험을 수행할 때, 둥근바닥 플라스크의 10%만 물질로 채운 후 MBL 온도 센서를 가지 부근에 위치하게 하고, 마개를 막아 핫플레이트로 가열하는 것이 가장 효과적인 결과를 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 토대로 2009 개정 7학년 과학 1 교과서 9종과 비교하였더니 대부분의 교과서에서 수정되어야 할 점이 많은 오류가 있음을 발견하였다. 따라서 끓는점 측정에 대한 학생들의 학습 이해도를 높이고 오개념을 방지하기 위해 과학 1 교과서에 제시되어 있는 실험들이 보다 정확하게 개선되어야 할 것이다.

공급사슬관리시스템의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (The Factors Affecting on The Implementation of Supply Chain Management System)

  • 본 연구에서는 경영전략의 하나로 활용되고 있는 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management : SCM)시스템의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 요인들을 도출하기 위하여 기존의 연구들을 바탕으로 SCM시스템을 구축하여 활용하고 있는 생산기업으로 부터 수집된 데이터로 실증분석을 하였다. 설문지 내용은 Likert 5점 척도로 구성하였고, 인터넷 설문을 실시하였다. 연구 모델을 구조방정식을 통해서 분석한 결과 공급사슬관리시스템의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 기업의 IT-활용능력과 기업의 공급사슬관계로 함축되었다. 이들 요인들의 관계는 구조방정식(Structural Equation Model : SEM) 기법을 통해 상호연관관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 제조기업 들에게 공급사슬관리시스템 구축 및 활용 있어서 고려해야할 요인들에 대한 이해를 증진시키고, 효율적인 공급사슬관리시스템을 구축할 수 있는 방향을 제시해 줄 것이다.

병원의 투자결정행태와 수익성 (Investment Decision-making Behaviors and Profitability of the Hospital)

  • This study was designed to find out the relations between the major investment decision-making behaviors and profitability of the hospital. A total of 57 hospitals were analyzed on this study. The major findings were as follows; 1. Among the types of the investment decision-making, major factors affecting the profitability were where the top management belongs among the defender, analyzer, prospector, and reactor type. Other factors were whether or not hospital analyzes which is more economical between the purchase by cash and lease of the medical equipment and whether or not hospital changes the decision before the actual investment. 2, Among the types of the investment decision-making, major factors affecting the financial structure and efficient operation of the assets were ranking of the priority and whether or not hospitals can get enough revenue and cash flow when hospitals have to borrow a big amount of fund from outside. 3. Among the financial indices regarding the financial stability, major factor affecting the profitability was fixed assets to long-tenn capital. Other factors affecting the financial structure and efficient operation of the assets were value added to medical equipment, normal profit to medical equipment, liability to total assets, current ratio, value added to payroll expenses. 4. Investment decision-making behaviors are partially influencing on the financial structure and efficient operation of the assets. However it was proved that the profitability was the most influencial factor than other factors related with the operation of the hospital. 5. To improve the irrational investment decision-making behaviors strategic management system should be introduced, and the top mamagement's investment decision-making style should be changed from reactor and analyser styles to prospector and reactor ones.

Factors Affecting Logistics Capabilities for Logistics Service Providers: A Case Study in Vietnam

  • This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting Logistics capabilities for Logistics Service Providers in Vietnam. Researchers inherited and developed based on previous research to focus on analyzing and evaluating dynamics, measuring Logistics capabilities, and the factors affecting Logistics capabilities for Logistics Service Providers. The logistics capabilities Model is used based on three factors: customer demand management capability, innovation capability, and information management capability. The empirical analysis used data from the survey data of l90 managers of Logistics Service Providers in Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hue, Hanoi with reliable tools (SPSS 26.0 software). The data were analyzed by frequencies, percentages, means, Pearson's Linear Correlation Coefficient, exploratory factor analysis, and multi-linear regression model based on the survey data. The research results identified the following factors affecting Logistics capabilities for Logistics Service Providers: innovation capability has the strongest impact on Logistics capabilities; customer demand management capability has the following strong effects on Logistics capabilities; and finally, information management capability that affects Logistics capabilities. There is also a positive relationship between all factors and Logistics capabilities. Several recommendations are further suggested to enhance to improve Logistics capabilities for Logistics Service Providers in Vietnam.

SERVQUAL 모델을 이용한 간호 서비스 질 측정 (Measurement of Nursing Service Quality using SERVQUAL Model)

  • This study is a descriptive analytic research measuring nursing service quality, using SERVQUAL model, to make fundamental data and strategies for nursing service improvement. Data were collected by self-reported questionnaire from 202 patients and 142 nurses, from June 7 to 14, 1999. The reliability of instrument were adequate(Cronbach ${\alpha}=.94$). SAS program was utilized for statistical analysis of collected data. The results were as follows; 1. There was a gab between patient's expectation and perception on nursing service(Gap B). Gap D was indicated an affecting factor to decide nursing service quality. Gap C was indicated an indirect affecting factor of nursing service quality. Because it was not statistically significant in total item analysis, but in individual item analysis, 7 items were appeared statistically significant. Gap A was not a gap occurrence factor of nursing service quality. 2. Focuses of nursing service quality improvement strategies were; (1) to direct qualitative improvement of nursing service in order to correspondence patient's nursing service expectation. (2) to make nurse's service activity modified because nurse's practice were not reached patient's expectation level. (3) to need internal, external factor analysis affecting nurse's service activity. 3. Nursing service quality was decided by rather environmental inappropriateness provided nursing service than itself. Therefore, to make nursing service quality improvement, it is required to improve nursing service environment. For this, followings are required; (1) to strengthen nurse's education on lower part of nursing service satisfaction and QI activities. (2) to balance demand and supply of nursing personnel. 3) to fix computerized system for reducing other duties weight except nursing care through analysis of nursing activity. (4) to construct rational cooperating system among related departments. 4. The important parts for nursing service quality improvement were indicated as follows: (1) Gap B: 'prompt reaction', 'examination symptom before patient's complaint', 'hearted nursing service reducing patient's dissatisfaction', 'explanation goals of nursing activities', 'having special Knowledge enough', 'maintenance position comfortably', 'management of patient's physical hygiene'. (2) Gap C: 'maintenance physical safety', 'explanation about hospital rules and facilities'. (3) Gap D: 'tender, safe injection and wound care'. Because above items are mostly improved through nurse's attitude change and quality improvement, it is required to establish nursing standardization and to strengthen nurse's clinical education. As the based on above results, followings are suggested; 1. SERVQUAL model is very useful to make strategies for nursing service quality improvement because it indicates multiple factors affecting hap occurrence. 2. At individual items analysis of Gap C, statistically significant 7 items appeared higher nurse's perception level than patient's perception level on nursing service were trouble perception level on nursing service quality improvement. So. it need further research to analysis about these difference occurring factors. 3. At analysis of Gap D, it is indicated that in nursing service performance process, multiple factors lowing nursing service quality were intruded. So it needs further research to analysis what these factors are and how each factors affect on nursing performance process. 4. nursing service quality measurement is changeable according to sample select time or sampled subject's characteristics. So to develope strategy for nursing service quality improvement is based on the results of periodical analysis.

구취환자 469례에 대한 후향적 연구 (Retrospective Study on 469 Halitosis Patients)

  • There is a growing interest in halitosis and diverse Korean medical studies are being conducted about it. But there are few study about teatment effect of halitosis after Korean medical care, treatment duration, and factor affecting recovery rate. Thus, the purpose of this study is to research clinical characteristic of halitosis patients, factor affecting halitosis, recovery rate of halitosis, treatment duration, factor affecting recovery rate by analyzing halitosis patients retrospectively. People who were over 19 and visited Korean medical clinic in Seoul to want to be treated halitosis in 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. We analyzed general and living characteristics of halitosis patients, halitosis-related symptoms and diseases, level of halitosis and halitosis-related symptoms both before and after treatment, treatment duration of halitosis patients, prescription of halitosis patients, recovery rate of level of halitosis and halitosis-related symptoms by general characteristic and duration of symptoms. Female, thirties, and Nonsmoker had the highest proportion in general characteristic. The average duration of halitosis is 41.6months and treatment duration is 2.55months. The average of sensory evaluation score is 3.40±2.53, subjective evaluation score is 5.02±1.53, lump sensation on throat is 3.52±2.50, postnasal drip is 1.11±1.88, dry mouth is 4.13±2.17, quality of life is 6.07±1.13. Gamichiuitang is used the most among prescriptions. Sensory evaluation, subjective evaluation, lump sensation on throat, postnasal drip, dry mouth, and quality of life had better score compared with pre-treatment. Duration of symptoms is in weak inverse proportion to sensory evaluation, subjective evaluation, dry mouth, quality of life. This study is meaningful in the way to find recovery rate of halitosis after korean medical care, treatment duration, and factor affecting recovery rate not progressed until now. But this study also has limits such as not analyzing objective data using halitosis measuring instrument and lack of methodical scale about quality of life. Therefore, succeeding study such as clinical trials is needed to verify reliability of Korean medical treatment.

방문요양보호사의 직무만족도와 삶의 질의 관계 -경기도 지역 중심으로- (Visit Care Workers of the Correlation between Job Satisfaction and Quality of Life: Focusing on Gyeonggi Province)

  • The subjects of the research were 275 aged care nurses working in Gyeonggi regions. The analysis result showed: job satisfaction in overall situation was 2.87 on a 5 point scale, indicating the level of job satisfaction was lower than average: the quality of life was 2.97, as with job satisfaction, also low. On the other hand, the research outcomes to discern if it affects the lower level of the quality of life, it was found that variables affecting psychological health include job, pay, co-workers, organization, changing an occupation/job; Social environment include job, pay, and promotion (reward), The maintenance of social relations, pay, promotion(reward) and co-workers, changing an occupation/job; variables affecting physical health include job, pay, promotion(reward), changing an occupation/job; The research outcomes confirm that the job satisfaction of aged visit care workers is an important factor affecting their quality of life.
