Constructing high buildings is a global trend, and skyscrapers for residing are also increasing. But a period of works for finish construction is different depending on a company while a period of works for frame construction of skyscrapers for residing in the country is regular when considering a difference of a method of construction, and the increase of repeated construction for high buildings and number of related process for finish construction are stressing the importance of improving productivity through construction management and plan for works. Because there are many compositive factors affecting productivity other than technical factors, we should intensively study the way of improvement and prevention preferentially through analyzing factors affecting productivity. So in this study, we present important management factors for making systematic strategy and plan for improvement of productivity by finding factors affecting productivity depending on the degree of importance unifying factors affecting productivity of plan factor(internal factor of construction process) and management factor(outer factor of construction process).

This study is to analyze the affecting factors to the peak factor in the drinking water supply Facilities. The peak factor is a very important element to determine the capacity of the water supply facllities. Several factors such as Population served, average day water demand, ratio of domestic water use, ratio of affairs & business water use and water use per capital per day were selected as the affecting factors in this study. In this study, peak factor characteristics for Korean facilities were compared with those for Japanese ones. As a result, non-exceedance probability was suggested as the designing method for the peak factor. Also, the 50% non-exceedance probability values and the 90% values based on the 1998-1999 data were suggested in this study.

The route finding analysis is an essential geo-related decision support tool in a LBS(Location based Services) and previous researches related to route guidance have been mainly focused on route guidances for vehicles. However, due to the recent spread of personal computing devices such as PDA, PMP and smart phone, route guidance for pedestrians have been increasingly in demand. The pedestrian route guidance is different from vehicle route guidance because pedestrians are affected more surrounding environment than vehicles. Therefore, pedestrian path finding needs considerations of factors affecting walking. This paper aimed to extract factors affecting walking and charting the factors for application factors affecting walking to pedestrian path finding. In this paper, we found various factors about environment of road for pedestrian and extract the factors affecting walking. Factors affecting walking consist of 4 categories traffic, sidewalk, network, safety facility. We calculated weights about each factor using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on weights we calculated scores about each factor's attribute. The weight is maximum score of factor. These scores of factor are used to optimal pedestrian path finding as path finding cost with distance, accessibility.

인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래의 급속한 성장과 경쟁의 심화로 다양한 구매방식, 비즈니스 모델들이 등장하고 있다. 그 중 최근 들어 인터넷 종합 쇼핑몰과 소비자들에게 새로운 비즈니스 모델로 자리잡아 가고 있는 공동구매에 대해서 살펴보고, 공동구매 신뢰와 참여에 영향을 주는 요인을 도출하여 이를 실증연구 하였다. 실증연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공동구매 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 요인과 공동구매 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인이 다르게 나타났다. 둘째, 공동구매 참여에는 지각된 명성, 친밀감, 상품가치가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객서비스는 공동구매 신뢰와 참여에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 넷째, 상품가치는 공동구매 신뢰와 참여에 공통으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 공동구매 신뢰는 공동구매 참여에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is mainly concerned with providing a basis for children's prosocial behavior development. The objective of this study is to investigate the factors affecting children's prosocial behavior. The Main two factors affecting children's prosocial behavior development are home environmental and social cognitive ability, and concrete variables in these factors are as follows : 1) Home environmental factor; parental warmth, parental restrictiveness and inductive reasoning and prosocial modeling. 2) Social cognitive factor ; children's role taking ability and empathic ability and with these, several situational variables are also concerned with prosocial behavior.

The aim of this study is to analyze affecting factor on the job finding stress of university students majoring occupational therapy. We collected data for 7days from 12 to 19 July, 2012. This study was surveyed 270 university students majoring occupational therapy was located in the Pusan and South Kyungnam region. It was found that mean score of the job find stress was $2.12{\pm}0.57$. There was statistically significant difference in the physical symptom, depression, anxiety and sub-domain on the job finding stress by gender, age, the economic status, region of birth, the state of employment, employment determinants, job finding stress relief, advice for job finding(p<0.05). From the multiple regression analysis, it was found that affecting factor on the job finding stress was personal characteristics, job related characteristics, stress relief characteristics, physical symptom, depression, anxiety which was statistically significant difference(p<0.05). As a result, we could know that they must relieve the physical symptom, depression and anxiety for lowering job finding stress of university student majoring occupational student.

With rapid growth and competition of electronic commerce through internet, various buying types and business models are being appeared. In this paper, we studied group buying which is new business model to consumer and factors affecting on trust and participation of group buying. The followings are the regression result of this study. First, familiarity factor, customer service factor, seal of security and product value factor made a significant effect on trust. Second, familiarity factor, perceived reputation factor, customer service factor, seal of security and product value factor made a significant effect on participation of group buying. Third, trust of group buying made a significant effect on participation of group buying. In this study, modeling and empirical test were implemented about structure of trust and participation of group buying. We can know where our group buying strategies should focus and which factor we should improve.

경호전공 대학생들의 체력요인은 교육 프로그램 개발의 필요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 경호업무수행에 있어서 경호학과 전공학생의 체력요인과 전공무도별 체력요인의 실태를 분석하고, 체력요인에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 규명하여 전공학생들의 교육 프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초 자료로 제공하는데 그 목적을 두었으며, 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 충청남도에 소재한 J대학교 재학생 남자 80명을 대상으로 10개 항목의 체력검사를 실시하여 체력요인의 구조를 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 경호학 전공학생에 영향을 미치는 체력요인은 순발력, 평형성, 근력요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경호학 전공학생 중 태권도 전공에게 영향을 미치는 체력요인은 평형성, 순발력, 근력, 심폐지구력요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경호학 전공학생 중 유도 전공에게 영향을 미치는 체력요인은 순발력, 유연성, 근력요인으로 나타났다. 넷째, 경호학 전공학생 중 합기도 전공에게 영향을 미치는 체력요인은 근지구력, 근력, 심폐지구력, 유연성요인으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 경호학 전공학생 중 검도 전공에게 영향을 미치는 체력요인은 심폐지구력, 순발력요인으로 나타났다.

In order to study factors affecting the use of the ambulatory physician services. Andersen's model for health utilization was modified by adding the health behavior component and examined with three different approaches. Three different approaches were the multiople regression model, logistic regression model, and LISREL model. For multiple regression, dependent variable was reported illness-related visits to a physician during past one year and independent variables are variaous variables measuring predisposing factor, enabling factor, need factor and health behavior. For the logistic regression, dependent variable was visit or no-visit to a physician during past one year and independent variables were same as the multiple regression analysis. For the LISREL, five endogenous variables of health utiliztion, predisposing factor, enabling factor, need factor, and health behavior and 20 exogeneous variables which measures five endogenous variables were used. According to the multiple regression analysis, chronic illness, health status, perceived health status of the need factor; residence, sex, age, marital status, education of the predisposing factor ; health insurance, usual source for medical care of enabling factor were the siginificant exploratory variables for the health utilization. Out of the logistic regression analysis, health status, chronic illness, residence, marital status, education, drinking, use of health aid were found to be significant exploratory variables. From LISREL, need factor affect utilization most following by predisposing factor, enabling factor and health behavior. For LISREL model, age, education, and residence for predisposing factor; health status, chronic illess, and perceived health status for need factor; medical insurance for enabling factor; and doing any kind of health behavior for the health behavior were found as the significant observed variables for each theoretical variables.
