온라인 호텔 리뷰와 평점 불일치 문제 해결을 위한 딥러닝 기반 개인화 추천 서비스 연구 (A Study of Deep Learning-based Personalized Recommendation Service for Solving Online Hotel Review and Rating Mismatch Problem)

  • 세계적인 전자상거래 기업들은 지속 가능한 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 사용자 맞춤형 추천 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 기존 관련 연구에서는 주로 평점, 구매 여부 등 정량적 선호도 정보를 사용하여 개인화 추천 서비스를 제공하였다. 하지만 이와 같은 정량적 선호도 정보를 사용하여 개인화 추천 서비스를 제공하면 추천 성능이 저하될 수 있다는 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 호텔을 이용한 사용자가 호텔 서비스, 청결 상태 등에 대하여 만족하지 못한다고 리뷰를 작성하였으나 선호도 평점 5점을 부여했을 때 정량적 선호도(평점)와 정성적 선호도(리뷰)가 불일치한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정량적 선호도 정보와 정성적 선호도 정보가 일치하는지를 확인하고 이를 바탕으로 선호도 정보가 일치하는 사용자를 바탕으로 새로운 프로파일을 구축하여 개인화 추천 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 리뷰에서 정성적 선호도를 추출하기 위해 자연어 처리 관련 연구에서 널리 사용되고 있는 CNN, LSTM, CNN + LSTM 등 딥러닝 기법을 사용하여 감성분석 모델을 구축하였다. 이를 통해 사용자가 작성한 리뷰에서 정성적 선호도 정보를 정교하게 추출하여 정량적 선호도 정보와 비교하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 추천 방법론의 성능을 평가하기 위해 세계 최대 여행 플랫폼 TripAdvisor에서 실제 호텔을 이용한 사용자 선호도 정보를 수집하여 사용하였다. 실험 결과 본 연구에서 제안한 추천 방법론이 기존의 정량적 선호도만을 고려하는 추천 방법론보다 우수한 추천 성능을 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • We have analysed the use and organization of space in the Centres des Documentations et de Informations(CDI) in lycees in France with the equivalent information centres. The majority of CDI are located in close proximity to the Academic staff and provide easy student access. The CDI provide not only books but also reviews, magazines and CD-Rom. This information is very important to pupils both in the pursuit of their higher studies and also with their future professional life as there is also careers information available to be discussed regularly with the careers advisor. The function of the CDI is not only to provide information. As part of the curriculum there are classes on how to access the information available in the CDI as well as Seminars and Audio-Visual courses. This management makes it possible for the CDI to operate, not only as a school library but also as a multi-function centre of documentation and information; a variety of spaces are also available: a room for private/small group study. A computer room (as well as a research corner), a reading room, monthly review room, photocopy room, rest room, exhibition room, careers information room, audio visual room etc. The results of this study can be used as essential information during the space planning of Korean school libraries in the future.

  • 현대 역사지리학은 일제강점기 일본 여러 대학의 지리역사과에서 수학한 1세대 지리학자, 특히 노도양의 선구적인 활약에 힘입은 바 크며, 1960년에 미국 유학을 마치고 귀국한 이찬에 의해 본격적인 출발과 비약적인 성장을 기대할 수 있었다. 사우어의 문하생인 니펜의 지도를 받은 연유로 이찬은 답사와 문헌자료에 입각한 버클리 학파의 방법론을 한국에 이식하였으며, 1988년에 한국문화역사지리학회를 창립하여 과거의 지리와 지리적 변화에 관심을 가진 학자의 역량을 결집하는 구심체로 삼았다. 2세대 학자가 양산된 1980년대 이래 한국 역사지리학은 케임브리지 학파의 단면법의 성과를 수용하면서 연구의 활성화를 기하고 있으며, 주제와 방법론의 폭을 넓혀가고 있다.

인턴십·종합설계 연계 교육 모델의 환류체계 구축 (A Feedback System for Internship & Capstone Design Integrated Program)

  • To enhance the university-industry collaboration, a novel program named as Internship & Capstone Design Integrated program (ICIP) is developed by Dongguk University. Senior students must take one Capstone design class for graduation. By participating in summer Internship and one-year Capstone Design work, practical problems given by businesses are solved. The ICIP is a Project and Internship-based course. By participating in summer internship and one-year Capstone Design work, practical problems given by businesses are solved. The internship course requires students to work in teams under mentors who work in the partner company proposed project themes. Students apply their academic experiences in constructing real projects at work under the supervision of their site mentors and academic advisor. In this regard, this study attempts to present a case study on the assessment of program outcomes using the Internship.

SNS 리뷰데이터의 활용 : 저가항공사와 대형항공사를 중심으로 (Utilization of SNS Review Data for a Comparison between Low Cost Carrier and Full Service Carrier)

  • There exist a number of studies pertaining to the determinants of customer satisfaction between low-cost and full-service carriers in the airline industry. Most studies measured service quality using SERVQUAL based on a survey method. This study offers a new perspective by employing a big data analytic approach using SNS data, which reflects the immediate response of customers as well as trends in real time. This study chose eight factors from TripAdvisor's customer review site as determinants of customer satisfaction and compared the differences between low-cost and full-service airlines. The factors analyzed were seat comfort, customer service, cleanliness, food and beverage, legroom, entertainment, value for money, and check-in and boarding. Additionally, ratings from domestic and foreign customers were compared. The findings show that customer service and value for money are significant factors in satisfaction with low-cost airlines while all variables except legroom and entertainment are significant for full-service airlines. The results show that SNS-based data and analysis of big data are important for improving decision-making effectiveness and increasing customer satisfaction in the airline industry.

소규모정수장의 기능진단에 의한 성능제한 인자의 도출 및 검증 연구 (The Analysis of Performance Limiting Factor in Small Water Treatment Plant)

  • In this study, DWTP Advisor developed from U.S. EPA was adapted for performance assessment in small water treatment plant and studied for improvement advice about the problem. From results of performance assessment, the ability of each major unit process meets to Peak Instantaneous Flow(PIF) as Type I (above 95% of PIF) in N WTP. But, outlet condition in the sedimentation basin are permitting the loss of solids from the basin and the lack of proper solids removal is degrading the performance in N WTP. From results of the hydraulic analysis using fluoride tracer, flow rate in sedimentation basin is rapidly more lower than upper. The Reynolds number, Re, and Froude number, Fr which are used to predict flow condition in sedimentation basin is calculated to be 3159.98 and $2.06{\times}10^{-7}$, respectively. There is possibility of occurrence of short-circuiting and turbulence. Also, the different type of effluent trough makes unstable flow in sedimentation basin and increases carry-overing of sedimented solids.

대학 교육서비스 만족도 향상을 위한 품질차원 및 개선우선순위 도출 (A Study on Quality Dimension and Improvement Priority for Enhancing University Educational Service Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: This study is on the priority for improving students satisfaction in university educational service. It explores the dimension of service quality and analyzes the relationship among quality elements, service satisfaction, and loyalty. Methods: This paper performs empirical studies by questionnaire survey. The Timko model is used for finding the degree of possible improvement of quality elements, and structural equation and regression models are used to analyze the effect of them on service satisfaction and loyalty. Also, explanatory factor analysis is used to investigate the quality determinants. Results: The quality dimension is composed of curriculum, employment support, interaction with outsiders, start-up support, learning support, counselling, and administration service. Curriculum, learning support, and administration service are positively correlated with service satisfaction, and service satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Counselling service is an attractive element, and curriculum, start-up support, and learning support are indifferent elements. Conclusion: Comprehensive analysis shows that curriculum, academic advisor, and administration service have high priorities for improving educational service satisfaction.

도심주행 패턴에 따른 소형 전기자동차 최적화 전략 (Optimized Strategy of Neighborhood Electric Vehicle with Driving Schedules)

  • The Developing & Producing of Eco-Friendly vehicle have been more incremented, as People appreciate the importance of Earth Environment Conservation. The needs of Neighborhood Electric Vehicle(NEV) that suits Current people's short drive distance is incremented. In this Paper, we define Neighborhood Electric Vehicle through out National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of United States of America's regulation and explain motor and battery of primary constituents of that. We used MATLAB and ADVISOR 200 programs for Simulation, and propsed NEV's Model that tow people can be got in. In this Model, the battery is Lead-acid battery(72V, 85Ah) and the motor is 8kW permanent magnet synchronous motor(PM motor). We compared change of driving range of NEV through out non-changing speed Driving(10km/h, 20km/h, 30km/h, 40km/h) and Manhattan driving schedule.

덴마크 농촌지도사업의 현황과 시사점 (Review of Danish Agricultural Advisory Service and Its Implications)

  • The purpose of this study is to look at the development and status of Danish Agricultural Advisory Service (DAAS) and to find some implications on Korean agricultural and rural extension. Agriculture is main industry contributed to economic growth in Denmark. Main factors of this success would be strong farmers' organizations, commercial co-operatives, farmers' active participation in training and education, and independent advisory service owned and managed by farmers. DAAS has unique developmental history. First service was started by local farmer's organization in 1871. Farmers themselves wanted to start advisory service in order to improve the quality of butter. National center of DAAS was established in 1971 in order to disseminate knowledge to local centers, to develop new activities and computer programs, and to deliver in-service training of local advisors. In 2010, one national center with 550 employees and 32 local centers with 2,900 employes are serving for 48,000 farms. The service covers almost all farmers' needs such as production, finance, tax, buildings, crops, livestock, organic production, environment, legal matter. DAAS Academy tries to offer relevant, just-in-time training activities in order to develop the competences of advisors effectively.

Destinations analytics with massive tourist-generated content: Applying the Communication-Persuasion Paradigm

  • Purpose This study investigated the impact of review language style (affective vs. cognitive) on review helpfulness and the moderating effects of the types of attractions in the relationships between the review language and its helpfulness. Design/methodology/approach This study investigates the impact of review language style (affective vs. cognitive) on review helpfulness and the moderating effects of the types of attractions in the relationships between the review language and its helpfulness. This study selected two hedonic and utilitarian attractions (Hedonic: Brandenburg Gate, Utilitarian: Peragamon Museum) located in Berlin. A total of 3,320 reviews was collected from TripAdvisor. We divided online reviews posted for these places into reviews with more affective language and with more cognitive language by using the LIWC. Then, we investigated the impact of language effect on review helpfulness across the attraction type. Findings The findings suggest that peers tend to judge more helpful toward cognitive language in attraction reviews regardless of attraction type. This study found that peers tend to perceive more helpful toward cognitive review in utilitarian attractions. Even though there was an interaction effect between review language and attraction type, in hedonic attractions, the influence of cognitive language was reduced, but still cognitive reviews would get more helpful votes.
